黔西(xi)縣(xian)第五(wu)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)自1970年(nian)金鐘小學(xue)(xue)開辦帶(dai)帽初中(zhong)起(qi),至(zhi)今已(yi)有四十八年(nian)的(de)歷(li)史(shi)。1988年(nian)遷至(zhi)現址,更名(ming)(ming)(ming)為(wei)沙(sha)窩區(qu)鳳(feng)(feng)凰中(zhong)學(xue)(xue);2015更名(ming)(ming)(ming)為(wei)“黔西(xi)縣(xian)第五(wu)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)”,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)原屬沙(sha)窩區(qu)鳳(feng)(feng)凰公社,且在幾次(ci)更名(ming)(ming)(ming)中(zhong)均有鳳(feng)(feng)凰二字,與鳳(feng)(feng)凰結緣(yuan),學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)以鳳(feng)(feng)凰文化(hua)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)主題文化(hua)。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)除了悠久的(de)歷(li)史文(wen)化,還有豐(feng)富的(de)地(di)域文(wen)化,首先是鳳凰(huang)(huang)山(shan)(shan),學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)與鳳凰(huang)(huang)山(shan)(shan)相鄰(lin),明朝(chao)水西烏騾壩和養龍(long)山(shan)(shan)二地(di),曾(ceng)建過(guo)牧場(chang)養馬,奢香夫人(ren)年年向朝(chao)廷貢獻馬匹數十。其次是彎角(jiao)(jiao)龍(long)潭(引導觀看進校(xiao)門處(chu)地(di)域文(wen)化宣傳欄并作解說):彎角(jiao)(jiao)龍(long)潭與學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)毗鄰(lin):原名(ming)(ming)“海(hai)子壩”,因龍(long)潭出水的(de)形狀似牛(niu)角(jiao)(jiao),故而(er)得名(ming)(ming)。龍(long)潭水質(zhi)優(you)良(liang),為當(dang)地(di)飲(yin)用水源,養育了鳳凰(huang)(huang)人(ren)。每年天氣最(zui)晴(qing)朗的(de)時候,到半夜(ye)子時,龍(long)潭中有五朵石(shi)(shi)(shi)蓮花從龍(long)潭里現出。再次是鳳凰(huang)(huang)穿(chuan)洞(dong)(dong),鳳凰(huang)(huang)穿(chuan)洞(dong)(dong)在學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)的(de)上(shang)方,洞(dong)(dong)內出土了很多遠古石(shi)(shi)(shi)器(qi),為舊石(shi)(shi)(shi)器(qi)時代(dai)文(wen)化遺址,屬于(yu)省級文(wen)物保護單位。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)自校(xiao)園(yuan)改建后,濃(nong)濃(nong)的(de)校(xiao)園(yuan)文明創建氛(fen)圍(wei)撲(pu)面(mian)而(er)(er)來:入(ru)目的(de)香樟樹散發(fa)著(zhu)淡(dan)淡(dan)的(de)清香,校(xiao)門正對面(mian),寬敞整潔的(de)朝陽(yang)大(da)道(dao)(dao)往(wang)前延伸至教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)樓(lou),是(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)上學(xue)(xue)(xue)放學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)干道(dao)(dao),為人(ren)行(xing)(xing)(xing)道(dao)(dao);從校(xiao)門往(wang)前右轉是(shi)丹鳳(feng)(feng)路(取自《詩(shi)經》丹鳳(feng)(feng)朝陽(yang)、九(jiu)鳳(feng)(feng)朝陽(yang)),喻匯(hui)集各(ge)方(fang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)子,如(ru)旭日東(dong)升,前途光明,這條道(dao)(dao)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)要是(shi)車(che)行(xing)(xing)(xing)道(dao)(dao)。朝陽(yang)大(da)道(dao)(dao)與(yu)(yu)丹鳳(feng)(feng)路的(de)設(she)(she)計(ji)目的(de)是(shi)將車(che)行(xing)(xing)(xing)道(dao)(dao)和(he)人(ren)行(xing)(xing)(xing)道(dao)(dao)分(fen)開,朝陽(yang)大(da)道(dao)(dao)是(shi)模擬街道(dao)(dao)設(she)(she)計(ji)的(de),上面(mian)都畫上了(le)(le)交(jiao)通(tong)線,這樣設(she)(she)計(ji)是(shi)因為學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)大(da)多來自農村,對交(jiao)通(tong)規則(ze)了(le)(le)解少(shao)(shao),交(jiao)通(tong)安全(quan)意識(shi)淡(dan)泊,而(er)(er)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)地(di)(di)理位置又較為特殊,地(di)(di)處幾大(da)高速(su)公路出入(ru)口,所(suo)以,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)將交(jiao)通(tong)安全(quan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)列為重點,時時警(jing)醒著(zhu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)。各(ge)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)干道(dao)(dao)的(de)圍(wei)墻(qiang)上都設(she)(she)計(ji)了(le)(le)相關的(de)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)內容,如(ru):“中(zhong)國夢”、“核心價(jia)值(zhi)(zhi)觀”等。在(zai)(zai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)過道(dao)(dao)和(he)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)樓(lou)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)要墻(qiang)面(mian),既(ji)有學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)作品(pin)的(de)展示,也有品(pin)德教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)方(fang)面(mian)的(de)宣(xuan)傳(chuan),各(ge)種宣(xuan)傳(chuan)內容都為學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)創建文明校(xiao)園(yuan)而(er)(er)增色不(bu)少(shao)(shao)。除了(le)(le)總(zong)體的(de)基礎設(she)(she)施健(jian)全(quan)外,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)還(huan)設(she)(she)置了(le)(le)功能活動(dong)(dong)場所(suo):陽(yang)光書屋(wu),開放式(shi)的(de)圖書館,供學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)課間、放學(xue)(xue)(xue)閱(yue)讀(du),與(yu)(yu)圖書館一起(qi)營造濃(nong)厚的(de)書香氛(fen)圍(wei)。誠(cheng)信教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)基地(di)(di)、禁毒教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)室、青春健(jian)康(kang)俱樂部(bu)、音體美室等標準化建設(she)(she),進一步(bu)夯實未(wei)(wei)成(cheng)年人(ren)活動(dong)(dong)陣地(di)(di),極(ji)大(da)地(di)(di)豐(feng)富了(le)(le)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)第(di)二課堂(tang)(tang)活動(dong)(dong),使其成(cheng)為未(wei)(wei)成(cheng)年人(ren)德智體美全(quan)面(mian)發(fa)展的(de)樂園(yuan)。此外,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)還(huan)開展各(ge)類文明校(xiao)園(yuan)活動(dong)(dong),通(tong)過社會(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)義核心價(jia)值(zhi)(zhi)觀“進教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)、進課堂(tang)(tang)、進頭腦”以及“我的(de)中(zhong)國夢”等主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)題教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)實踐活動(dong)(dong),在(zai)(zai)青少(shao)(shao)年中(zhong)培育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)和(he)踐行(xing)(xing)(xing)社會(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)義核心價(jia)值(zhi)(zhi)觀,進一步(bu)推動(dong)(dong)未(wei)(wei)成(cheng)年人(ren)的(de)思想(xiang)道(dao)(dao)德建設(she)(she)
。通過開(kai)(kai)(kai)展文(wen)明(ming)辦(ban)公(gong)室、五星班級等系列(lie)活(huo)動(dong),推(tui)動(dong)文(wen)明(ming)校(xiao)園(yuan)的創(chuang)建活(huo)動(dong)。學(xue)校(xiao)開(kai)(kai)(kai)展的活(huo)動(dong)都在為(wei)文(wen)明(ming)校(xiao)園(yuan)的創(chuang)建而服務(wu),讓文(wen)明(ming)走進校(xiao)園(yuan),浸潤(run)學(xue)生心(xin)靈。尤其是近兩(liang)年(nian)(nian)來,在未(wei)(wei)成(cheng)(cheng)年(nian)(nian)人思想道(dao)(dao)德(de)(de)建設工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong),學(xue)校(xiao)、家(jia)庭、社(she)會(hui)(hui)三結合教(jiao)育(yu)機制逐步完善(shan),學(xue)校(xiao)教(jiao)育(yu)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)陣地(di)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用得(de)到進一(yi)步發(fa)揮,家(jia)庭教(jiao)育(yu)得(de)到進一(yi)步加(jia)強,社(she)會(hui)(hui)文(wen)化環境(jing)進一(yi)步凈(jing)化,文(wen)明(ming)校(xiao)園(yuan)創(chuang)建工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)成(cheng)(cheng)效顯(xian)著,特別是社(she)會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)核(he)心(xin)價(jia)值(zhi)觀(guan)(guan)教(jiao)育(yu)在未(wei)(wei)成(cheng)(cheng)年(nian)(nian)人中(zhong)(zhong)得(de)到加(jia)強。通過文(wen)明(ming)校(xiao)園(yuan)創(chuang)建活(huo)動(dong),提高師生的公(gong)民道(dao)(dao)德(de)(de)、職業道(dao)(dao)德(de)(de)、文(wen)明(ming)修養和法治觀(guan)(guan)念,進一(yi)步提升了校(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)明(ming)的程度。接下來,在文(wen)明(ming)校(xiao)園(yuan)創(chuang)建中(zhong)(zhong),把(ba)培育(yu)和踐行社(she)會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)核(he)心(xin)價(jia)值(zhi)觀(guan)(guan),作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)未(wei)(wei)成(cheng)(cheng)年(nian)(nian)人思想道(dao)(dao)德(de)(de)建設工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的首要(yao)任務(wu):在全校(xiao)廣(guang)泛傳唱社(she)會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)核(he)心(xin)價(jia)值(zhi)觀(guan)(guan)歌謠,使每一(yi)個(ge)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)生熟知(zhi)社(she)會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)核(he)心(xin)價(jia)值(zhi)觀(guan)(guan)內容(rong),使社(she)會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)核(he)心(xin)價(jia)值(zhi)觀(guan)(guan)深深根植(zhi)于未(wei)(wei)成(cheng)(cheng)年(nian)(nian)人的頭腦中(zhong)(zhong);開(kai)(kai)(kai)展“我的中(zhong)(zhong)國夢(meng)”主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)題(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)活(huo)動(dong),利用“七一(yi)”、“一(yi)二九(jiu)”等重要(yao)節日,教(jiao)育(yu)引(yin)導未(wei)(wei)成(cheng)(cheng)年(nian)(nian)人自覺把(ba)個(ge)人夢(meng)想與中(zhong)(zhong)國夢(meng)緊密結合起來,從小(xiao)樹(shu)立遠大志向,立志為(wei)實(shi)現(xian)中(zhong)(zhong)國夢(meng)而奮斗(dou);廣(guang)泛開(kai)(kai)(kai)展“愛學(xue)習、愛勞動(dong)、愛祖國”教(jiao)育(yu)實(shi)踐活(huo)動(dong),突出友善(shan)、孝敬、誠(cheng)信主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)題(ti),培養未(wei)(wei)成(cheng)(cheng)年(nian)(nian)人友善(shan)、孝敬、誠(cheng)信、節儉(jian)等好品質(zhi)。
同時,加(jia)強(qiang)校(xiao)(xiao)外未(wei)成(cheng)年(nian)人(ren)(ren)心(xin)理健(jian)康輔導站規(gui)范管理和工作開展,逐(zhu)步(bu)構(gou)建各鎮、學校(xiao)(xiao)和社區(qu)未(wei)成(cheng)年(nian)人(ren)(ren)心(xin)理健(jian)康教育三級網絡。進(jin)一步(bu)加(jia)大學校(xiao)(xiao)周邊網吧(ba)(網咖)綜(zong)合整治力度,確保(bao)經營性網吧(ba)無接納未(wei)成(cheng)年(nian)人(ren)(ren),校(xiao)(xiao)園周邊200米內有未(wei)成(cheng)年(nian)人(ren)(ren)思想道德建設公益廣告、無互聯網上網服務(wu)營業場所等。
