黔西縣(xian)第五(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)自1970年金鐘小學(xue)(xue)開(kai)辦帶帽初(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)起(qi),至(zhi)(zhi)今已有四十八年的歷史。1988年遷至(zhi)(zhi)現址,更(geng)(geng)名為沙窩(wo)區鳳(feng)凰中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue);2015更(geng)(geng)名為“黔西縣(xian)第五(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)”,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)原屬沙窩(wo)區鳳(feng)凰公(gong)社,且(qie)在幾次更(geng)(geng)名中(zhong)(zhong)均有鳳(feng)凰二(er)字,與鳳(feng)凰結緣(yuan),學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)以鳳(feng)凰文(wen)化為學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)主題(ti)文(wen)化。
學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)除了悠久的(de)歷史文化(hua),還有豐富(fu)的(de)地域文化(hua),首(shou)先是(shi)(shi)(shi)鳳(feng)凰(huang)山,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)與(yu)鳳(feng)凰(huang)山相鄰,明朝(chao)水西烏(wu)騾壩和養(yang)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)山二地,曾建過牧場養(yang)馬,奢香夫人(ren)年(nian)年(nian)向朝(chao)廷貢獻(xian)馬匹數十。其次是(shi)(shi)(shi)彎角(jiao)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)潭(引導觀看(kan)進校(xiao)門處地域文化(hua)宣傳欄(lan)并作解說):彎角(jiao)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)潭與(yu)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)毗鄰:原名(ming)“海子壩”,因(yin)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)潭出(chu)水的(de)形(xing)狀(zhuang)似牛角(jiao),故而得名(ming)。龍(long)(long)(long)(long)潭水質優良,為(wei)當地飲用水源,養(yang)育了鳳(feng)凰(huang)人(ren)。每年(nian)天氣最晴朗(lang)的(de)時(shi)(shi)候,到半夜(ye)子時(shi)(shi),龍(long)(long)(long)(long)潭中有五朵石(shi)蓮(lian)花從龍(long)(long)(long)(long)潭里現出(chu)。再次是(shi)(shi)(shi)鳳(feng)凰(huang)穿(chuan)洞(dong),鳳(feng)凰(huang)穿(chuan)洞(dong)在學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)的(de)上方(fang),洞(dong)內出(chu)土了很多(duo)遠古石(shi)器,為(wei)舊石(shi)器時(shi)(shi)代文化(hua)遺址,屬于省(sheng)級文物保護單位(wei)。
學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)自校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)改建(jian)后(hou),濃濃的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文明(ming)創(chuang)建(jian)氛圍撲面(mian)(mian)而(er)來(lai):入(ru)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)香(xiang)樟樹散(san)發著淡(dan)淡(dan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)清香(xiang),校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)門(men)正(zheng)對面(mian)(mian),寬敞整潔的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)朝(chao)(chao)陽(yang)(yang)大(da)道(dao)(dao)(dao)往前(qian)(qian)延伸至教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)樓(lou),是(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)上(shang)學(xue)(xue)放(fang)(fang)學(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主干道(dao)(dao)(dao),為(wei)人(ren)(ren)行道(dao)(dao)(dao);從校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)門(men)往前(qian)(qian)右轉是(shi)(shi)丹(dan)鳳(feng)路(取(qu)自《詩經》丹(dan)鳳(feng)朝(chao)(chao)陽(yang)(yang)、九(jiu)鳳(feng)朝(chao)(chao)陽(yang)(yang)),喻匯集各(ge)方學(xue)(xue)子,如旭日(ri)東(dong)升,前(qian)(qian)途光明(ming),這條(tiao)道(dao)(dao)(dao)主要是(shi)(shi)車(che)行道(dao)(dao)(dao)。朝(chao)(chao)陽(yang)(yang)大(da)道(dao)(dao)(dao)與(yu)丹(dan)鳳(feng)路的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)設(she)(she)計(ji)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)將車(che)行道(dao)(dao)(dao)和(he)人(ren)(ren)行道(dao)(dao)(dao)分開(kai),朝(chao)(chao)陽(yang)(yang)大(da)道(dao)(dao)(dao)是(shi)(shi)模擬街道(dao)(dao)(dao)設(she)(she)計(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),上(shang)面(mian)(mian)都(dou)畫上(shang)了(le)(le)(le)(le)交通線,這樣(yang)設(she)(she)計(ji)是(shi)(shi)因為(wei)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)大(da)多(duo)來(lai)自農村,對交通規則了(le)(le)(le)(le)解少,交通安(an)全(quan)(quan)意識淡(dan)泊,而(er)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)地(di)理位置又較為(wei)特殊(shu),地(di)處幾大(da)高(gao)速公路出入(ru)口,所(suo)以(yi),學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)將交通安(an)全(quan)(quan)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)列為(wei)重點,時時警(jing)醒著學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)。各(ge)主干道(dao)(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圍墻(qiang)上(shang)都(dou)設(she)(she)計(ji)了(le)(le)(le)(le)相關(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)宣(xuan)傳內(nei)容,如:“中(zhong)國夢(meng)”、“核心價值(zhi)(zhi)觀”等。在(zai)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)過道(dao)(dao)(dao)和(he)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)樓(lou)主要墻(qiang)面(mian)(mian),既(ji)有學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)作品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)示(shi),也有品(pin)德教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)方面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)宣(xuan)傳,各(ge)種宣(xuan)傳內(nei)容都(dou)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)創(chuang)建(jian)文明(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)而(er)增色不少。除了(le)(le)(le)(le)總(zong)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎(chu)設(she)(she)施健(jian)全(quan)(quan)外,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)還設(she)(she)置了(le)(le)(le)(le)功能活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)場所(suo):陽(yang)(yang)光書(shu)屋,開(kai)放(fang)(fang)式的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圖書(shu)館,供學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)課(ke)(ke)間、放(fang)(fang)學(xue)(xue)閱(yue)讀,與(yu)圖書(shu)館一起(qi)營造濃厚的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)書(shu)香(xiang)氛圍。誠信(xin)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)基(ji)地(di)、禁毒教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)室(shi)、青春健(jian)康俱(ju)樂部、音(yin)體(ti)美室(shi)等標準化建(jian)設(she)(she),進一步(bu)夯實未(wei)(wei)成(cheng)年(nian)(nian)人(ren)(ren)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)陣地(di),極大(da)地(di)豐富(fu)了(le)(le)(le)(le)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)第二課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong),使其成(cheng)為(wei)未(wei)(wei)成(cheng)年(nian)(nian)人(ren)(ren)德智體(ti)美全(quan)(quan)面(mian)(mian)發展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)樂園(yuan)。此外,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)還開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)各(ge)類文明(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong),通過社會主義核心價值(zhi)(zhi)觀“進教(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)、進課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)、進頭腦”以(yi)及(ji)“我的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)國夢(meng)”等主題教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)實踐(jian)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong),在(zai)青少年(nian)(nian)中(zhong)培育(yu)和(he)踐(jian)行社會主義核心價值(zhi)(zhi)觀,進一步(bu)推動(dong)(dong)未(wei)(wei)成(cheng)年(nian)(nian)人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)思想道(dao)(dao)(dao)德建(jian)設(she)(she)

同時(shi),加(jia)強(qiang)校外未(wei)成年(nian)(nian)人心理健康(kang)輔導站規范管(guan)理和工作(zuo)開展,逐步(bu)構建各鎮(zhen)、學校和社區未(wei)成年(nian)(nian)人心理健康(kang)教育三級網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)。進一(yi)步(bu)加(jia)大學校周(zhou)邊(bian)網(wang)(wang)吧(ba)(網(wang)(wang)咖)綜(zong)合整治力度,確(que)保(bao)經營性網(wang)(wang)吧(ba)無(wu)接納未(wei)成年(nian)(nian)人,校園周(zhou)邊(bian)200米內有(you)未(wei)成年(nian)(nian)人思想道德建設公益(yi)廣告、無(wu)互聯(lian)網(wang)(wang)上(shang)網(wang)(wang)服(fu)務營業場所等。
