黔(qian)西(xi)(xi)縣第五中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)自1970年金鐘(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)開辦帶帽初中(zhong)起(qi),至今已有四十(shi)八年的(de)歷史(shi)。1988年遷至現址,更名為(wei)沙(sha)窩(wo)區鳳凰中(zhong)學(xue)(xue);2015更名為(wei)“黔(qian)西(xi)(xi)縣第五中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)”,學(xue)(xue)校原屬沙(sha)窩(wo)區鳳凰公社,且在幾(ji)次更名中(zhong)均(jun)有鳳凰二(er)字,與鳳凰結(jie)緣,學(xue)(xue)校以鳳凰文(wen)化(hua)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)校主題(ti)文(wen)化(hua)。
學校除了悠久(jiu)的(de)歷史文化(hua),還有(you)(you)豐富的(de)地域文化(hua),首先(xian)是鳳凰(huang)山(shan),學校與鳳凰(huang)山(shan)相鄰,明朝(chao)水西烏騾壩(ba)和養龍(long)山(shan)二地,曾建過牧場(chang)養馬,奢香夫人(ren)年(nian)年(nian)向朝(chao)廷貢獻馬匹數十。其次(ci)是彎(wan)角龍(long)潭(tan)(引導觀看(kan)進校門處地域文化(hua)宣傳(chuan)欄并作解說(shuo)):彎(wan)角龍(long)潭(tan)與學校毗鄰:原名(ming)“海子(zi)壩(ba)”,因龍(long)潭(tan)出(chu)(chu)水的(de)形狀似牛(niu)角,故而得(de)名(ming)。龍(long)潭(tan)水質優(you)良(liang),為當地飲(yin)用水源,養育了鳳凰(huang)人(ren)。每年(nian)天氣最晴朗的(de)時候,到半夜子(zi)時,龍(long)潭(tan)中有(you)(you)五朵石蓮花從(cong)龍(long)潭(tan)里現出(chu)(chu)。再次(ci)是鳳凰(huang)穿(chuan)洞,鳳凰(huang)穿(chuan)洞在學校的(de)上方,洞內(nei)出(chu)(chu)土了很多遠古石器,為舊石器時代文化(hua)遺(yi)址,屬于省級(ji)文物(wu)保護單(dan)位(wei)。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)自(zi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園改建后,濃濃的(de)(de)(de)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)明創(chuang)建氛圍(wei)撲面(mian)而來(lai)(lai):入目的(de)(de)(de)香樟樹散發著(zhu)淡(dan)淡(dan)的(de)(de)(de)清香,校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)門(men)正對面(mian),寬敞整潔的(de)(de)(de)朝陽(yang)(yang)大(da)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)往前(qian)(qian)延伸至教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)樓,是學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)上(shang)(shang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)放(fang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)干(gan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao),為(wei)(wei)人行(xing)(xing)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao);從校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)門(men)往前(qian)(qian)右(you)轉是丹鳳(feng)(feng)路(lu)(取自(zi)《詩(shi)經(jing)》丹鳳(feng)(feng)朝陽(yang)(yang)、九鳳(feng)(feng)朝陽(yang)(yang)),喻(yu)匯集各(ge)方學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)子,如旭日東升,前(qian)(qian)途(tu)光(guang)(guang)明,這條道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)是車(che)行(xing)(xing)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)。朝陽(yang)(yang)大(da)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)與(yu)丹鳳(feng)(feng)路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)設計(ji)目的(de)(de)(de)是將車(che)行(xing)(xing)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)和人行(xing)(xing)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)分開(kai),朝陽(yang)(yang)大(da)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)是模(mo)擬街道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)設計(ji)的(de)(de)(de),上(shang)(shang)面(mian)都畫上(shang)(shang)了(le)(le)(le)交通(tong)線,這樣設計(ji)是因為(wei)(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)大(da)多來(lai)(lai)自(zi)農村,對交通(tong)規則(ze)了(le)(le)(le)解少,交通(tong)安(an)全意識淡(dan)泊,而學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)地理(li)位置又(you)較為(wei)(wei)特殊,地處幾大(da)高速公路(lu)出入口,所(suo)以(yi)(yi),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)將交通(tong)安(an)全教(jiao)育列為(wei)(wei)重點,時(shi)(shi)時(shi)(shi)警(jing)醒著(zhu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)。各(ge)主(zhu)干(gan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)(de)圍(wei)墻(qiang)上(shang)(shang)都設計(ji)了(le)(le)(le)相關(guan)的(de)(de)(de)宣(xuan)(xuan)傳(chuan)內容(rong),如:“中國(guo)夢(meng)”、“核(he)(he)心價值(zhi)觀”等。在學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)過道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)和教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)樓主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)墻(qiang)面(mian),既有(you)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)作品的(de)(de)(de)展(zhan)示,也有(you)品德(de)教(jiao)育方面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)宣(xuan)(xuan)傳(chuan),各(ge)種(zhong)宣(xuan)(xuan)傳(chuan)內容(rong)都為(wei)(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)創(chuang)建文(wen)明校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園而增色不少。除了(le)(le)(le)總(zong)體的(de)(de)(de)基礎設施健全外(wai),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)還(huan)設置了(le)(le)(le)功能活動(dong)場所(suo):陽(yang)(yang)光(guang)(guang)書屋(wu),開(kai)放(fang)式(shi)的(de)(de)(de)圖(tu)書館,供(gong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)課(ke)間、放(fang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)閱讀(du),與(yu)圖(tu)書館一(yi)(yi)起營造濃厚的(de)(de)(de)書香氛圍(wei)。誠信教(jiao)育基地、禁毒教(jiao)育室、青春健康俱樂(le)部、音體美室等標準化建設,進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步夯實(shi)未(wei)成(cheng)年(nian)(nian)人活動(dong)陣(zhen)地,極(ji)大(da)地豐富了(le)(le)(le)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)第二課(ke)堂活動(dong),使其成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)未(wei)成(cheng)年(nian)(nian)人德(de)智體美全面(mian)發展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)樂(le)園。此外(wai),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)還(huan)開(kai)展(zhan)各(ge)類文(wen)明校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園活動(dong),通(tong)過社會(hui)主(zhu)義(yi)(yi)核(he)(he)心價值(zhi)觀“進(jin)教(jiao)材、進(jin)課(ke)堂、進(jin)頭腦(nao)”以(yi)(yi)及“我的(de)(de)(de)中國(guo)夢(meng)”等主(zhu)題(ti)教(jiao)育實(shi)踐(jian)活動(dong),在青少年(nian)(nian)中培育和踐(jian)行(xing)(xing)社會(hui)主(zhu)義(yi)(yi)核(he)(he)心價值(zhi)觀,進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步推動(dong)未(wei)成(cheng)年(nian)(nian)人的(de)(de)(de)思(si)想道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)德(de)建設

同時,加(jia)強校外未(wei)(wei)成(cheng)年人(ren)心(xin)理(li)健康(kang)輔導站規范管理(li)和(he)工作開展,逐步構建各鎮、學校和(he)社區未(wei)(wei)成(cheng)年人(ren)心(xin)理(li)健康(kang)教(jiao)育三級網(wang)(wang)(wang)絡。進一步加(jia)大學校周(zhou)邊(bian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)吧(網(wang)(wang)(wang)咖)綜合整治力度,確保經(jing)營性網(wang)(wang)(wang)吧無(wu)接納未(wei)(wei)成(cheng)年人(ren),校園周(zhou)邊(bian)200米內有未(wei)(wei)成(cheng)年人(ren)思想道德(de)建設公益廣(guang)告、無(wu)互(hu)聯網(wang)(wang)(wang)上網(wang)(wang)(wang)服務營業場所(suo)等。
