黔西縣第五(wu)(wu)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)自(zi)1970年(nian)金鐘小學(xue)(xue)開(kai)辦帶帽(mao)初中(zhong)起,至(zhi)今已有四十(shi)八年(nian)的歷史。1988年(nian)遷至(zhi)現址,更名(ming)為(wei)沙窩(wo)區(qu)鳳(feng)凰(huang)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue);2015更名(ming)為(wei)“黔西縣第五(wu)(wu)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)”,學(xue)(xue)校原(yuan)屬(shu)沙窩(wo)區(qu)鳳(feng)凰(huang)公(gong)社,且(qie)在幾次更名(ming)中(zhong)均有鳳(feng)凰(huang)二(er)字,與鳳(feng)凰(huang)結緣,學(xue)(xue)校以鳳(feng)凰(huang)文化為(wei)學(xue)(xue)校主題文化。
學(xue)校(xiao)除了(le)悠久(jiu)的(de)(de)歷史(shi)文(wen)化(hua)(hua),還有(you)豐富的(de)(de)地域文(wen)化(hua)(hua),首先是鳳凰(huang)山(shan)(shan),學(xue)校(xiao)與鳳凰(huang)山(shan)(shan)相鄰,明朝水西(xi)烏騾壩和養(yang)龍山(shan)(shan)二地,曾(ceng)建過牧(mu)場養(yang)馬,奢香夫人年年向朝廷貢獻馬匹數十。其次(ci)是彎角龍潭(引導(dao)觀看進校(xiao)門(men)處地域文(wen)化(hua)(hua)宣傳(chuan)欄并作解說):彎角龍潭與學(xue)校(xiao)毗鄰:原名(ming)“海子壩”,因(yin)龍潭出水的(de)(de)形狀(zhuang)似牛角,故而得名(ming)。龍潭水質優(you)良(liang),為(wei)當地飲用水源,養(yang)育(yu)了(le)鳳凰(huang)人。每年天(tian)氣最晴朗的(de)(de)時候,到半夜(ye)子時,龍潭中有(you)五(wu)朵石蓮花從龍潭里現出。再次(ci)是鳳凰(huang)穿洞(dong),鳳凰(huang)穿洞(dong)在學(xue)校(xiao)的(de)(de)上(shang)方,洞(dong)內出土了(le)很(hen)多遠古石器(qi),為(wei)舊(jiu)石器(qi)時代文(wen)化(hua)(hua)遺址(zhi),屬于省(sheng)級文(wen)物保護單位。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)自(zi)校(xiao)(xiao)園改建后,濃(nong)濃(nong)的(de)(de)校(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)明(ming)創建氛圍撲面(mian)而(er)(er)來:入目(mu)的(de)(de)香樟樹(shu)散發著淡(dan)淡(dan)的(de)(de)清香,校(xiao)(xiao)門(men)正對面(mian),寬敞整潔的(de)(de)朝(chao)(chao)陽(yang)大道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)往(wang)前(qian)(qian)延(yan)伸(shen)至教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)樓,是(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)上學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)放學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)主干(gan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao),為(wei)人(ren)行(xing)(xing)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao);從校(xiao)(xiao)門(men)往(wang)前(qian)(qian)右轉是(shi)丹(dan)(dan)鳳路(lu)(取自(zi)《詩經》丹(dan)(dan)鳳朝(chao)(chao)陽(yang)、九鳳朝(chao)(chao)陽(yang)),喻匯(hui)集各(ge)方學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)子,如旭日東升(sheng),前(qian)(qian)途光明(ming),這條道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)主要是(shi)車行(xing)(xing)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)。朝(chao)(chao)陽(yang)大道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)與(yu)(yu)丹(dan)(dan)鳳路(lu)的(de)(de)設(she)(she)(she)計目(mu)的(de)(de)是(shi)將車行(xing)(xing)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)和(he)(he)人(ren)行(xing)(xing)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)分開(kai),朝(chao)(chao)陽(yang)大道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)是(shi)模(mo)擬(ni)街道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)設(she)(she)(she)計的(de)(de),上面(mian)都(dou)畫上了(le)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)線,這樣設(she)(she)(she)計是(shi)因為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)大多來自(zi)農村(cun),對交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)規(gui)則(ze)了(le)解少(shao),交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)安(an)全(quan)意(yi)識淡(dan)泊,而(er)(er)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)地(di)(di)理位(wei)置(zhi)又(you)較為(wei)特殊,地(di)(di)處幾大高速公路(lu)出入口,所(suo)以(yi),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)將交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)安(an)全(quan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)列為(wei)重點(dian),時時警(jing)醒著學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)。各(ge)主干(gan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)圍墻上都(dou)設(she)(she)(she)計了(le)相關的(de)(de)宣(xuan)傳內容,如:“中國夢(meng)”、“核(he)心(xin)價(jia)(jia)(jia)值(zhi)觀”等。在學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)過(guo)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)和(he)(he)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)樓主要墻面(mian),既有(you)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)作(zuo)品(pin)的(de)(de)展(zhan)示,也有(you)品(pin)德教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)方面(mian)的(de)(de)宣(xuan)傳,各(ge)種(zhong)宣(xuan)傳內容都(dou)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)創建文(wen)明(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)園而(er)(er)增色(se)不(bu)少(shao)。除了(le)總體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)基礎(chu)設(she)(she)(she)施健(jian)全(quan)外,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)還設(she)(she)(she)置(zhi)了(le)功能活動(dong)場(chang)所(suo):陽(yang)光書(shu)屋,開(kai)放式的(de)(de)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan),供學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)課間(jian)、放學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)閱(yue)讀,與(yu)(yu)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)一起營(ying)造濃(nong)厚的(de)(de)書(shu)香氛圍。誠信教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)基地(di)(di)、禁毒(du)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)室(shi)、青春健(jian)康俱樂部、音體(ti)(ti)美室(shi)等標準化建設(she)(she)(she),進(jin)(jin)(jin)一步(bu)(bu)夯實未(wei)成年人(ren)活動(dong)陣地(di)(di),極(ji)大地(di)(di)豐富了(le)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)第二課堂活動(dong),使其成為(wei)未(wei)成年人(ren)德智體(ti)(ti)美全(quan)面(mian)發展(zhan)的(de)(de)樂園。此外,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)還開(kai)展(zhan)各(ge)類文(wen)明(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)園活動(dong),通(tong)過(guo)社(she)(she)會主義核(he)心(xin)價(jia)(jia)(jia)值(zhi)觀“進(jin)(jin)(jin)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材、進(jin)(jin)(jin)課堂、進(jin)(jin)(jin)頭腦”以(yi)及“我(wo)的(de)(de)中國夢(meng)”等主題教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)實踐活動(dong),在青少(shao)年中培育(yu)(yu)和(he)(he)踐行(xing)(xing)社(she)(she)會主義核(he)心(xin)價(jia)(jia)(jia)值(zhi)觀,進(jin)(jin)(jin)一步(bu)(bu)推(tui)動(dong)未(wei)成年人(ren)的(de)(de)思想道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)德建設(she)(she)(she)

同時,加強校(xiao)外未成年(nian)(nian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)心理(li)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)輔(fu)導(dao)站規范管理(li)和工作開展(zhan),逐(zhu)步構建(jian)各鎮、學(xue)校(xiao)和社區未成年(nian)(nian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)心理(li)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)教育三級網(wang)(wang)絡。進一(yi)步加大學(xue)校(xiao)周(zhou)邊網(wang)(wang)吧(網(wang)(wang)咖)綜合整(zheng)治力度,確保經(jing)營性網(wang)(wang)吧無接(jie)納未成年(nian)(nian)人(ren)(ren)(ren),校(xiao)園(yuan)周(zhou)邊200米內(nei)有未成年(nian)(nian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)思想道德建(jian)設公益廣(guang)告、無互聯網(wang)(wang)上網(wang)(wang)服務(wu)營業場所等。
