貴(gui)陽(yang)市三(san)十(shi)七中(原貴(gui)鐵一(yi)中)地處貴(gui)州省貴(gui)陽(yang)市風景秀(xiu)麗(li)的(de)黔(qian)靈山南麓,創建于1960年,其(qi)前身是一(yi)所貴(gui)陽(yang)市聞名的(de)鐵路職(zhi)工子弟學(xue)校。為適(shi)應社會(hui)主義(yi)市場經濟和(he)鐵路改(gai)(gai)革發展(zhan)的(de)需要,于2004年6月正式移交到貴(gui)陽(yang)市。在上級領(ling)導的(de)關懷(huai)支(zhi)持和(he)廣大教職(zhi)員(yuan)工的(de)共同努力(li)下,三(san)十(shi)七中不(bu)斷(duan)探索改(gai)(gai)革新(xin)路,提高辦(ban)學(xue)水平,完(wan)善基礎建設,走出了一(yi)條符合自己實(shi)際的(de)辦(ban)學(xue)之路。

學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊(dui)伍建設有特(te)(te)色。一(yi)(yi)(yi)是(shi)制定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)執行(xing)(xing)“三(san)有”、“三(san)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)”、“兩依(yi)(yi)靠(kao)(kao)”的(de)青年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)培養方針。“三(san)有”即政(zheng)治上有人(ren)幫(bang),業務(wu)(wu)上有人(ren)帶,生活上有人(ren)關(guan)心;“三(san)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)”即定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)人(ren)、定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)責(ze)、定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)任務(wu)(wu);“兩依(yi)(yi)靠(kao)(kao)”即思想上依(yi)(yi)靠(kao)(kao)黨小組(zu),業務(wu)(wu)上依(yi)(yi)靠(kao)(kao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研組(zu)。二是(shi)開展(zhan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)基(ji)本功競(jing)賽。通過(guo)在教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊(dui)伍中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)檢(jian)查(cha)一(yi)(yi)(yi)節課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)案,看一(yi)(yi)(yi)節課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)的(de)板書(shu),要求設計一(yi)(yi)(yi)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)件,看一(yi)(yi)(yi)節課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)的(de)效(xiao)果,并(bing)要求提(ti)交一(yi)(yi)(yi)篇論文,要求點評(ping)一(yi)(yi)(yi)節課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)等(deng)“六個一(yi)(yi)(yi)”活動(dong),開展(zhan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)基(ji)本功競(jing)賽。三(san)是(shi)實行(xing)(xing)激勵競(jing)爭(zheng)機(ji)制,大膽進(jin)行(xing)(xing)人(ren)事(shi)制度改革。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)通過(guo)公(gong)開招聘的(de)方式(shi),把堅(jian)持(chi)黨的(de)基(ji)本理(li)論、基(ji)本路線,思想品(pin)德好,業務(wu)(wu)能(neng)力強,有一(yi)(yi)(yi)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)組(zu)織管(guan)理(li)能(neng)力,群眾公(gong)認的(de)優(you)秀人(ren)才(cai)選拔到了(le)(le)領導崗位上來。四是(shi)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)法(fa)改進(jin),利用現代教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)技(ji)術提(ti)高(gao)(gao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)質量(liang)。其策略(lve)和指導思想是(shi):學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科突破(po)——全(quan)(quan)面輻射——區域推(tui)(tui)廣(guang)的(de)“點線面”策略(lve),先由既(ji)有學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)能(neng)力又具有相(xiang)當計算機(ji)水平的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)多媒體(ti)輔助(zhu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)嘗試,取(qu)得一(yi)(yi)(yi)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)成(cheng)(cheng)效(xiao)后將較成(cheng)(cheng)熟的(de)經驗在組(zu)內推(tui)(tui)廣(guang)。校(xiao)園(yuan)網的(de)建設,為我校(xiao)現代化教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)提(ti)供了(le)(le)很好的(de)服務(wu)(wu)。五是(shi)“創(chuang)名(ming)(ming)師(shi)”工程與“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)繼續教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)”工作相(xiang)結合。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)提(ti)出了(le)(le)“建名(ming)(ming)校(xiao)、育(yu)名(ming)(ming)師(shi)、辦精品(pin)、創(chuang)特(te)(te)色”的(de)工作目標(biao),把“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)繼教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)”工作作為名(ming)(ming)師(shi)工程的(de)基(ji)礎,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)提(ti)倡支(zhi)持(chi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)業務(wu)(wu)進(jin)修(xiu),支(zhi)持(chi)鼓勵教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)參加省、市及(ji)全(quan)(quan)國的(de)各種教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)會,從而提(ti)高(gao)(gao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)知(zhi)名(ming)(ming)度。在“創(chuang)名(ming)(ming)師(shi)”工程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),形成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)(le)“創(chuang)、樹、推(tui)(tui)”的(de)工作思路,給老師(shi)創(chuang)造機(ji)會、樹立形象、推(tui)(tui)廣(guang)宣傳,不少教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)脫穎而出。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)已形成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)(le)“合格(ge)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)——教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)標(biao)兵(bing)或教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)能(neng)手——學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科帶頭人(ren)——名(ming)(ming)師(shi)”的(de)金字塔成(cheng)(cheng)長目標(biao)。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)堅(jian)持(chi)以(yi)鄧小平理論和(he)江澤民同(tong)志“三個(ge)代表”重要(yao)思想為指導,堅(jian)持(chi)“教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)要(yao)面(mian)向(xiang)現代化(hua),面(mian)向(xiang)世界、面(mian)向(xiang)未(wei)來”,堅(jian)持(chi)“校(xiao)(xiao)以(yi)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人為本、師以(yi)敬(jing)業為榮、生(sheng)(sheng)以(yi)成才為志”的(de)(de)辦(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)目(mu)標,大力(li)推(tui)進(jin)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu),全面(mian)實施素質教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu),堅(jian)持(chi)依法治(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao),深(shen)化(hua)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)改(gai)革,加強教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)科研,加強初中(zhong)(zhong),發展高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong),面(mian)向(xiang)全體,培優輔(fu)差,堅(jian)持(chi)不(bu)放棄任何一個(ge)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)力(li)爭(zheng)將辦(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)水(shui)平達(da)到貴陽(yang)市幾所重點中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)居中(zhong)(zhong)偏上的(de)(de)水(shui)平,初中(zhong)(zhong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)在(zai)注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)德智體全面(mian)發展的(de)(de)同(tong)時,注意學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)心(xin)理健(jian)康和(he)實踐能力(li)的(de)(de)培養,杜絕流失(shi)生(sheng)(sheng);高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)注意分層教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu),全面(mian)提高(gao),特別在(zai)“中(zhong)(zhong)差生(sheng)(sheng)”的(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)方面(mian),辦(ban)(ban)出自己(ji)的(de)(de)特色。
三十七中(zhong)堅持(chi)向科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)要(yao)質量(liang)、以(yi)科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)求發(fa)展(zhan)。我校參加國(guo)(guo)家級(ji)重點(dian)課題《整體構(gou)建學(xue)校德育(yu)體系(xi)深(shen)化(hua)研(yan)(yan)究與推廣(guang)實驗》,研(yan)(yan)究成果(guo)累累,被評為(wei)(wei)全(quan)國(guo)(guo)先進(jin)實驗學(xue)校、“網絡跟進(jin)德育(yu)”先進(jin)實驗學(xue)校。我校在“創(chuang)新寫(xie)作(zuo)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)研(yan)(yan)究與實驗”課題實驗中(zhong),成績突出,被貴州省教(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)所(suo)評為(wei)(wei)一等獎。在學(xue)校建設發(fa)展(zhan)的實踐中(zhong),特(te)別是(shi)近幾年的教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工作(zuo)中(zhong),我們深(shen)刻體會到以(yi)科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)為(wei)(wei)先導(dao),加強教(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)改是(shi)提高(gao)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)質量(liang)的重要(yao)途徑,是(shi)學(xue)校成長發(fa)展(zhan)的生(sheng)命線。向教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)要(yao)質量(liang),用現(xian)代教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)理論武裝自(zi)己(ji),以(yi)學(xue)生(sheng)為(wei)(wei)本,尊重學(xue)生(sheng)個性發(fa)展(zhan),用現(xian)代教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)手段(duan)充分提高(gao)課堂效(xiao)益,已經成為(wei)(wei)我校教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)的共識(shi)。
1984年(nian)(nian)初,貴(gui)(gui)陽(yang)三十七(qi)(qi)(qi)中作為(wei)鐵(tie)路(lu)子(zi)弟學(xue)(xue)校曾被(bei)命名為(wei)成(cheng)都鐵(tie)路(lu)局(ju)示范(fan)中學(xue)(xue)(保持至2004年(nian)(nian)),1997年(nian)(nian)被(bei)貴(gui)(gui)陽(yang)市評(ping)估(gu)為(wei)“優秀”等(deng)級稱號,并連(lian)續18年(nian)(nian)獲(huo)“成(cheng)都鐵(tie)路(lu)局(ju)全面提高(gao)(gao)(gao)教(jiao)育(yu)質量(liang)獎(jiang)”,2002年(nian)(nian)被(bei)評(ping)為(wei)“貴(gui)(gui)陽(yang)市紅旗文明(ming)(ming)單位”,同年(nian)(nian)又被(bei)省(sheng)委、省(sheng)政府(fu)評(ping)為(wei)“省(sheng)文明(ming)(ming)單位”,連(lian)續19年(nian)(nian)高(gao)(gao)(gao)考(kao)升(sheng)學(xue)(xue)率(lv)(lv)均超過了(le)(le)(le)70%,其中2001年(nian)(nian)高(gao)(gao)(gao)考(kao)錄(lu)取率(lv)(lv)和總(zong)人數為(wei)93.8%共(gong)(gong)181人,2002年(nian)(nian)為(wei)95.4%共(gong)(gong)185人,成(cheng)績(ji)突出(chu)。2002年(nian)(nian)10月(yue)20日人民(min)日報以(yi)題為(wei)《耕耘(yun)西部育(yu)輝(hui)煌》對(dui)學(xue)(xue)校近年(nian)(nian)來的(de)辦學(xue)(xue)特色進行了(le)(le)(le)報道,認(ren)為(wei)貴(gui)(gui)鐵(tie)一(yi)中“九層高(gao)(gao)(gao)臺(tai),起于累土(tu);特色辦學(xue)(xue),經(jing)驗(yan)鮮(xian)明(ming)(ming);以(yi)人為(wei)本,重在發展”,學(xue)(xue)校辦學(xue)(xue)效益得(de)到了(le)(le)(le)社會的(de)廣(guang)泛認(ren)可。2005年(nian)(nian),三十七(qi)(qi)(qi)中高(gao)(gao)(gao)考(kao)再創佳績(ji),榮(rong)獲(huo)了(le)(le)(le)市教(jiao)育(yu)局(ju)2005年(nian)(nian)普通高(gao)(gao)(gao)中學(xue)(xue)校高(gao)(gao)(gao)考(kao)成(cheng)績(ji)評(ping)估(gu)獎(jiang),是(shi)貴(gui)(gui)陽(yang)市城區內一(yi)所(suo)獲(huo)得(de)此(ci)項殊榮(rong)的(de)學(xue)(xue)校。這一(yi)成(cheng)績(ji)的(de)取得(de),是(shi)三十七(qi)(qi)(qi)中在上級指導(dao)下(xia)認(ren)真貫徹落實科學(xue)(xue)發展觀以(yi)及全體教(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)共(gong)(gong)同努力、辛勤工(gong)作的(de)結果(guo)。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)占地面(mian)積13334平方米(mi)(mi),其中(zhong)建筑面(mian)積共(gong)8119平方米(mi)(mi),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)有200米(mi)(mi)環行跑道,100米(mi)(mi)直線跑道,運(yun)動場及風雨操場1600平方米(mi)(mi),有籃球場4個(含(han)室(shi)(shi)(shi)內(nei)),排(pai)球場2個(含(han)室(shi)(shi)(shi)內(nei))。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)現有初中(zhong)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)班(ban)(ban)7個,高中(zhong)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)班(ban)(ban)20個,各(ge)班(ban)(ban)均配有數(shu)字電(dian)視(shi)、廣播(bo)監(jian)控儀(yi)器(qi)、擴音(yin)器(qi)、投影儀(yi)、錄音(yin)機(ji)、屏幕等,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)電(dian)化教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)設備齊(qi)全。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)有物理(li)、化學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)實(shi)驗室(shi)(shi)(shi)各(ge)2間(jian),生(sheng)(sheng)物實(shi)驗室(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)間(jian),圖(tu)書室(shi)(shi)(shi)(含(han)閱覽(lan))一(yi)(yi)間(jian),56座(zuo)多媒(mei)體語音(yin)室(shi)(shi)(shi)、165座(zuo)多功能教(jiao)(jiao)室(shi)(shi)(shi)各(ge)一(yi)(yi)間(jian),60座(zuo)微機(ji)室(shi)(shi)(shi)二(er)間(jian),D時(shi)代(dai)(dai)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)評(ping)估及雙向控制系統主控室(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)間(jian),室(shi)(shi)(shi)內(nei)體育室(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)間(jian),臺球室(shi)(shi)(shi)、乒乓球室(shi)(shi)(shi)、健(jian)身(shen)室(shi)(shi)(shi)、舞蹈房各(ge)一(yi)(yi)間(jian),另外學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)有寄宿(su)條(tiao)件(jian)(jian),有住校(xiao)(xiao)生(sheng)(sheng)宿(su)舍36間(jian)房,可(ke)住學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)兩百(bai)多人,并配有相應的食堂,條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)較(jiao)好。現代(dai)(dai)化的教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)設備和(he)一(yi)(yi)流(liu)的硬(ying)件(jian)(jian)設施,為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)開展現代(dai)(dai)化教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)創造了良好的條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)。
