貴(gui)陽市(shi)三十七中(原貴(gui)鐵(tie)(tie)一(yi)中)地(di)處貴(gui)州省貴(gui)陽市(shi)風景(jing)秀麗的(de)(de)黔靈山(shan)南(nan)麓,創建于1960年,其(qi)前身是一(yi)所(suo)貴(gui)陽市(shi)聞(wen)名(ming)的(de)(de)鐵(tie)(tie)路職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)子弟學校。為(wei)適應社會主義市(shi)場經濟和(he)(he)鐵(tie)(tie)路改革發展(zhan)的(de)(de)需要,于2004年6月正式(shi)移交到貴(gui)陽市(shi)。在上(shang)級領導的(de)(de)關(guan)懷支持和(he)(he)廣大教(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)員工(gong)的(de)(de)共同努力下,三十七中不斷探(tan)索改革新路,提高(gao)辦(ban)學水平,完善基礎建設,走出(chu)了一(yi)條符合自己實際的(de)(de)辦(ban)學之路。

三十七(qi)中(zhong)堅持向科(ke)研(yan)(yan)要(yao)質量(liang)、以科(ke)研(yan)(yan)求發展(zhan)。我校(xiao)參加(jia)國(guo)家級(ji)重(zhong)點課題《整體(ti)構建學(xue)校(xiao)德育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)體(ti)系深化(hua)研(yan)(yan)究與(yu)(yu)推廣(guang)實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)》,研(yan)(yan)究成(cheng)果累累,被評為全國(guo)先(xian)進實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)學(xue)校(xiao)、“網絡跟(gen)進德育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)”先(xian)進實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)學(xue)校(xiao)。我校(xiao)在“創新寫作(zuo)教學(xue)研(yan)(yan)究與(yu)(yu)實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)”課題實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong),成(cheng)績(ji)突出,被貴(gui)州省教科(ke)所評為一等獎。在學(xue)校(xiao)建設發展(zhan)的實(shi)(shi)踐中(zhong),特別是近幾年的教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)工作(zuo)中(zhong),我們深刻體(ti)會(hui)到以科(ke)研(yan)(yan)為先(xian)導,加(jia)強教研(yan)(yan)教改是提高(gao)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)質量(liang)的重(zhong)要(yao)途徑,是學(xue)校(xiao)成(cheng)長(chang)發展(zhan)的生命線。向教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)科(ke)研(yan)(yan)要(yao)質量(liang),用現(xian)代教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)理論武裝(zhuang)自(zi)己,以學(xue)生為本,尊重(zhong)學(xue)生個性發展(zhan),用現(xian)代教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)手段充分提高(gao)課堂效益,已經成(cheng)為我校(xiao)教師的共識。
1984年(nian)(nian)初,貴(gui)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)三(san)十七(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)作(zuo)為(wei)鐵(tie)路子弟學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校曾被(bei)命(ming)名為(wei)成都鐵(tie)路局(ju)示范中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(保持(chi)至2004年(nian)(nian)),1997年(nian)(nian)被(bei)貴(gui)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)市(shi)評估為(wei)“優秀”等(deng)級稱號,并連續(xu)18年(nian)(nian)獲(huo)“成都鐵(tie)路局(ju)全面(mian)提高(gao)教(jiao)育質量(liang)獎”,2002年(nian)(nian)被(bei)評為(wei)“貴(gui)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)市(shi)紅旗文(wen)明單位”,同(tong)年(nian)(nian)又被(bei)省委、省政府(fu)評為(wei)“省文(wen)明單位”,連續(xu)19年(nian)(nian)高(gao)考升學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)率均超過了70%,其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)2001年(nian)(nian)高(gao)考錄取率和總(zong)人(ren)(ren)數為(wei)93.8%共181人(ren)(ren),2002年(nian)(nian)為(wei)95.4%共185人(ren)(ren),成績(ji)突出。2002年(nian)(nian)10月20日(ri)人(ren)(ren)民日(ri)報(bao)以題為(wei)《耕(geng)耘(yun)西部(bu)育輝(hui)煌》對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校近年(nian)(nian)來的(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)特色進行(xing)了報(bao)道(dao),認(ren)為(wei)貴(gui)鐵(tie)一(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)“九層(ceng)高(gao)臺,起于累土;特色辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),經驗(yan)鮮明;以人(ren)(ren)為(wei)本,重在(zai)發展(zhan)(zhan)”,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)效益(yi)得到了社會的(de)廣(guang)泛認(ren)可。2005年(nian)(nian),三(san)十七(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)高(gao)考再創佳(jia)績(ji),榮(rong)獲(huo)了市(shi)教(jiao)育局(ju)2005年(nian)(nian)普通高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校高(gao)考成績(ji)評估獎,是貴(gui)陽(yang)(yang)(yang)市(shi)城區內一(yi)所獲(huo)得此項殊榮(rong)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校。這一(yi)成績(ji)的(de)取得,是三(san)十七(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)在(zai)上級指(zhi)導下認(ren)真貫徹落實科(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)發展(zhan)(zhan)觀以及(ji)全體教(jiao)職工共同(tong)努(nu)力、辛勤(qin)工作(zuo)的(de)結(jie)果(guo)。
