明清時(shi)期由(you)于商(shang)(shang)(shang)品經濟的(de)(de)發展,商(shang)(shang)(shang)品流通領域(yu)擴(kuo)大(da),商(shang)(shang)(shang)人十分活躍,逐漸形(xing)成了商(shang)(shang)(shang)幫。著名的(de)(de)有徽商(shang)(shang)(shang)、晉商(shang)(shang)(shang)、江(jiang)右(you)幫、洞庭(ting)商(shang)(shang)(shang)幫、山(shan)東(dong)商(shang)(shang)(shang)幫、秦商(shang)(shang)(shang)、潮商(shang)(shang)(shang)、閩商(shang)(shang)(shang)、龍游商(shang)(shang)(shang)幫、寧波(bo)商(shang)(shang)(shang)幫等十大(da)商(shang)(shang)(shang)幫。
當(dang)(dang)徽商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)、晉商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)在商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)場(chang)爭雄之(zhi)時,冷(leng)不防在浙江(jiang)中(zhong)西南部崛(jue)起一(yi)個頗有影響的(de)(de)龍(long)(long)游商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)。龍(long)(long)游歷史上有一(yi)個當(dang)(dang)年堪(kan)稱國家級的(de)(de)大“幫(bang)(bang)派”,當(dang)(dang)然,這個大“幫(bang)(bang)派”系明清時列(lie)全國十大商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)之(zhi)一(yi)的(de)(de)龍(long)(long)游商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)。龍(long)(long)游商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)雖以(yi)龍(long)(long)游命名,但并非單(dan)指(zhi)龍(long)(long)游一(yi)縣(xian)的(de)(de)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人,而是(shi)實(shi)指(zhi)浙江(jiang)衢(qu)州府所屬龍(long)(long)游、常山縣(xian)、西安(今衢(qu)縣(xian))、開化和江(jiang)山五縣(xian)的(de)(de)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人,其中(zhong)以(yi)龍(long)(long)游商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人人數最多,經商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)手段(duan)最為高明,故冠以(yi)龍(long)(long)游商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)之(zhi)名,簡稱“龍(long)(long)游幫(bang)(bang)”。
商(shang)幫(bang)的出現,是我國商(shang)品經濟發展(zhan)的重要標志。
在明(ming)中葉嘉靖、萬歷年間(1522-1620),十大商(shang)幫中最活(huo)躍的(de)是(shi)洞庭商(shang)、徽(hui)商(shang)和龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)商(shang),當(dang)時社(she)會上流傳(chuan)著兩句諺語:“鉆天(tian)洞庭遍(bian)地(di)徽(hui)”、“遍(bian)地(di)龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)商(shang)”。這反(fan)映洞庭商(shang)人(ren)(ren)、徽(hui)州商(shang)人(ren)(ren)、龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)商(shang)人(ren)(ren)遍(bian)布全國并(bing)雄踞商(shang)界的(de)事實。龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)歷史上為(wei)姑篾文化發祥地(di),更是(shi)“入閩(min)要(yao)道(dao)”、“金(jin)衢處(chu)徽(hui)之(zhi)(zhi)沖”,為(wei)古代重(zhong)要(yao)鹽(yan)道(dao)餉道(dao),“通(tong)浙孔道(dao),饋餉之(zhi)(zhi)所(suo)必系”之(zhi)(zhi)地(di),又是(shi)浙皖閩(min)贛(gan)4省交通(tong)樞紐(niu)。明(ming)人(ren)(ren)徐(xu)復(fu)初說:“邑(龍(long)(long)(long)游(you))當(dang)孔道(dao),舟車所(suo)至,商(shang)貨(huo)所(suo)通(tong),紛總填溢(yi)。”龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)人(ren)(ren)農耕之(zhi)(zhi)外(wai),借交通(tong)之(zhi)(zhi)便,經(jing)商(shang)乃成謀生重(zhong)要(yao)手(shou)段,加之(zhi)(zhi)龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)社(she)會上素不賤商(shang),頭(tou)腦活(huo)絡之(zhi)(zhi)人(ren)(ren)多選(xuan)經(jing)商(shang)之(zhi)(zhi)路。龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)有豐富的(de)資源,這也為(wei)他(ta)們經(jing)商(shang)提供了物質(zhi)條件。龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)多山(shan)林竹木和茶漆(qi)糧油等,這些土特產品(pin)成為(wei)龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)商(shang)最重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)外(wai)貿商(shang)品(pin)。
當時(shi)的(de)(de)龍(long)(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫,以龍(long)(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)為主體(ti),涵蓋了(le)周圍(wei)衢(qu)州諸縣的(de)(de)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)家(jia)(jia)。龍(long)(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫的(de)(de)形(xing)成有一個(ge)漫(man)長的(de)(de)過程。它發軔于(yu)南宋,活(huo)躍于(yu)明(ming)中(zhong)(zhong)葉,至清(qing)乾隆年(nian)間為鼎盛。宋室南遷后,建(jian)都杭州,為了(le)方(fang)便同(tong)(tong)長江沿岸抗金前線的(de)(de)聯系,官(guan)府修建(jian)了(le)東起(qi)京(jing)城杭州,西接湘贛的(de)(de)官(guan)道(dao)。這條(tiao)官(guan)道(dao)在(zai)龍(long)(long)游(you)(you)和壽(shou)昌(chang)交界的(de)(de)梅嶺關(guan)入龍(long)(long)游(you)(you)境,龍(long)(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)視此為大(da)好商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)機(ji),就把木材運(yun)到杭州銷售(shou)。也有大(da)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)到浙江外地(di)(di)經商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)致(zhi)富(fu),如(ru)龍(long)(long)游(you)(you)韋塘人(ren)朱世榮,“流(liu)寓常(chang)州致(zhi)巨富(fu),置產(chan)亙(gen)常(chang)州三縣之(zhi)半(ban),后歸衢(qu)江古碼里,復大(da)置產(chan),當時(shi)以為財雄衢(qu)常(chang)二府。”到了(le)明(ming)朝,一個(ge)以龍(long)(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)為中(zhong)(zhong)心,帶(dai)動整個(ge)衢(qu)州地(di)(di)區商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)們的(de)(de)流(liu)域性商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)業團體(ti)響亮登(deng)場,他(ta)們在(zai)金衢(qu)盆地(di)(di)崛起(qi),逐鹿中(zhong)(zhong)原,遠征邊關(guan),漂洋出(chu)海(hai),以“遍地(di)(di)龍(long)(long)游(you)(you)”的(de)(de)氣(qi)勢被人(ren)們稱(cheng)為“龍(long)(long)游(you)(you)幫”。據(ju)史料記(ji)載:明(ming)萬(wan)歷(li)年(nian)間,“龍(long)(long)丘之(zhi)民(min)(min),往往糊(hu)口于(yu)四(si)方(fang),誦讀(du)之(zhi)外,農賈相半(ban)”。明(ming)天啟年(nian)間,“龍(long)(long)游(you)(you)之(zhi)民(min)(min),多向(xiang)天涯海(hai)角,遠行(xing)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)賈,幾空縣之(zhi)半(ban)。”如(ru)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)童巨川(chuan)在(zai)嘉靖年(nian)間至宣府大(da)同(tong)(tong)做邊貿(mao)生意,“一往返旬(xun)月,獲利必倍,歲得(de)數萬(wan)金,自是兄弟更相往來,垂20余年(nian),遂成大(da)賈。”至清(qing)乾隆年(nian)間童氏家(jia)(jia)族:“多行(xing)賈四(si)方(fang),其居(ju)家(jia)(jia)土著者,不過十(shi)之(zhi)三四(si)耳(er)。”
龍游商(shang)(shang)(shang)幫不像晉商(shang)(shang)(shang)手握巨(ju)資,經營票號(hao),在金融市場上顯(xian)(xian)(xian)山(shan)露水(shui);也不像徽商(shang)(shang)(shang)壟斷鹽鹺,聲名顯(xian)(xian)(xian)赫。龍游商(shang)(shang)(shang)幫的顯(xian)(xian)(xian)著(zhu)特(te)點是,埋頭(tou)苦干,不露聲色,卻在珠寶古董業中獨占(zhan)鰲頭(tou),又(you)在印(yin)書(shu)刻書(shu)販書(shu)業中從事(shi)于文化(hua)傳播(bo),還在海外貿易(yi)中插(cha)上一手,成(cheng)為頗具實力的一大商(shang)(shang)(shang)幫。
龍(long)游商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)(bang)雖地(di)處(chu)偏(pian)僻,卻有(you)著開(kai)放的(de)(de)心態,在(zai)觀(guan)念(nian)上也比較(jiao)新潮。主要(yao)表現(xian)在(zai)兩(liang)個方面上,即投資上的(de)(de)"敢為天下先"精神和“海納百川”的(de)(de)肚(du)量。明清時期,許多商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)將經營商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)業(ye)(ye)所賺(zhuan)得(de)的(de)(de)資金用來購買土地(di)或者經營典當、借貸業(ye)(ye),以求有(you)穩定的(de)(de)收入。而(er)龍(long)游商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)敏銳(rui)地(di)意識到,要(yao)獲得(de)更的(de)(de)利(li)潤(run),必(bi)須(xu)轉向手工業(ye)(ye)生產(chan)(chan)和工礦(kuang)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)上。他(ta)們(men)果斷(duan)地(di)投入于紙業(ye)(ye)、礦(kuang)業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)品生產(chan)(chan),或者直接參與商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)品生產(chan)(chan),使商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)業(ye)(ye)資本(ben)轉化為產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)資本(ben),給當時封建社會注(zhu)入了帶有(you)雇(gu)傭關系的(de)(de)新生產(chan)(chan)關系。龍(long)游商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)還不排斥外地(di)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)(bang)對本(ben)鄉的(de)(de)滲透,并且相處(chu)友善,吸(xi)收外地(di)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)于己(ji)幫(bang)(bang)(bang),推進了龍(long)游商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)發展。
明清時期龍游商(shang)(shang)(shang)幫是當時活躍于商(shang)(shang)(shang)壇的(de)(de)中國十大商(shang)(shang)(shang)幫之(zhi)一,它之(zhi)所以能在與(yu)實(shi)(shi)力雄厚的(de)(de)徽商(shang)(shang)(shang)、晉(jin)商(shang)(shang)(shang)等競爭中獨樹一幟(zhi),在珠寶業(ye)(ye)、墾拓業(ye)(ye)、造紙業(ye)(ye)和(he)印書業(ye)(ye)中立于不(bu)敗之(zhi)地,除了它有開拓進取、不(bu)怕(pa)艱(jian)苦的(de)(de)精神和(he)善于經營管理之(zhi)外,恐怕(pa)與(yu)它具有較高文(wen)化素養和(he)誠實(shi)(shi)守信職業(ye)(ye)道德有著密切的(de)(de)關聯。
龍游(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)在營商(shang)(shang)(shang)活動中,歷(li)來(lai)看重“財自道生(sheng),利緣義取”“以(yi)儒術飾賈事”。主張(zhang)誠信為本,堅守以(yi)義取利,是龍游(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)幫一(yi)以(yi)貫之的(de)(de)儒商(shang)(shang)(shang)品(pin)格,也使其(qi)獲得(de)了良好的(de)(de)市場信譽。從根本意(yi)義上說,將誠信作(zuo)為經商(shang)(shang)(shang)從賈的(de)(de)道德規(gui)范,正是龍游(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)幫獲得(de)成功的(de)(de)要(yao)訣(jue)。龍游(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)傅家來(lai)開設傅立(li)宗紙號(hao),視(shi)產(chan)品(pin)質量為企(qi)業(ye)立(li)身之本,精(jing)益求精(jing),所造(zao)之紙,質量上乘(cheng),且比同(tong)行出產(chan)的(de)(de)同(tong)一(yi)件紙號(hao)要(yao)重十多斤之多。他還從把(ba)握造(zao)紙生(sheng)產(chan)流程每個環節入手,嚴格檢驗,次品(pin)決不(bu)出售。產(chan)品(pin)享譽大江(jiang)南(nan)北,歷(li)久不(bu)衰。為了表示(shi)對用戶負責和(he)維(wei)持良好的(de)(de)信譽,其(qi)產(chan)品(pin)都統一(yi)加印(yin)“西山傅立(li)宗”印(yin)記。
與龍游(you)(you)商(shang)幫(bang)(bang)誠實(shi)守信(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)職業(ye)道德相比,我市信(xin)用(yong)環境卻長期(qi)不容(rong)樂觀(guan),少數(shu)企業(ye)和(he)個(ge)人(ren)紅眼(yan)于周(zhou)邊(bian)地(di)(di)(di)區的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發展,心(xin)(xin)態(tai)浮躁(zao),急功近(jin)利,甚至(zhi)不擇手(shou)段,前些年上街貿(mao)易大樓曾一(yi)度(du)聚集眾(zhong)多(duo)商(shang)貿(mao)私營公司(si),但多(duo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)“殺豬”公司(si),彼此間以(yi)騙取外地(di)(di)(di)客(ke)商(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)貨物(wu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)能事(shi);外地(di)(di)(di)車子(zi)被(bei)我市的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)貨運配載信(xin)息中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)所騙的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)投訴(su)也不絕(jue)于耳;我市銀(yin)行的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不良資(zi)產中(zhong),因(yin)企業(ye)“失信(xin)”而(er)造成的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)約占(zhan)45%;有關調查也表明,連衢(qu)州人(ren)對本(ben)(ben)地(di)(di)(di)企業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)信(xin)用(yong)評(ping)價都已信(xin)心(xin)(xin)不足,普遍認為(wei)(wei)(wei)本(ben)(ben)省(sheng)(sheng)企業(ye)好(hao)于國外企業(ye),省(sheng)(sheng)內其(qi)他市企業(ye)好(hao)于本(ben)(ben)市企業(ye)。在這樣(yang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)背景下,龍游(you)(you)商(shang)人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)誠信(xin)精(jing)神,在我市尤其(qi)值得弘揚。信(xin)用(yong)衢(qu)州的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)建(jian)設,除了(le)要(yao)繼續加大治理力度(du)之外,內在的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)道德教(jiao)育(yu)也是(shi)極為(wei)(wei)(wei)重要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)方面。儒(ru)(ru)家教(jiao)化學(xue)說的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)個(ge)最為(wei)(wei)(wei)明顯的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)特點,就(jiu)在于在實(shi)施教(jiao)化過程中(zhong),把(ba)社會(hui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)道德規范內化為(wei)(wei)(wei)人(ren)們(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)自覺行動(dong)。在這方面,龍游(you)(you)商(shang)幫(bang)(bang)自覺地(di)(di)(di)以(yi)儒(ru)(ru)家道德觀(guan)念(nian)規范自己的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)商(shang)業(ye)行動(dong),把(ba)信(xin)、誠作為(wei)(wei)(wei)待人(ren)接物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)基本(ben)(ben)原則,無疑為(wei)(wei)(wei)我市經濟主體樹立了(le)極好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)榜樣(yang)。
馳騁于商(shang)(shang)界(jie)的(de)(de)龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)商(shang)(shang)幫,其經(jing)營(ying)區域(yu)甚(shen)廣,足跡遍及全(quan)國各地(di)(di)。史書(shu)記載:龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)商(shang)(shang)幫商(shang)(shang)人(ren)(ren)“挾資以出守為(wei)恒業,即秦、晉、滇、蜀(shu),萬里(li)視若比舍,俗(su)有遍地(di)(di)龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)之(zhi)諺”。明(ming)(ming)萬歷(li)年(nian)(nian)間流傳的(de)(de)“遍地(di)(di)龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)”之(zhi)民(min)諺,有力地(di)(di)說明(ming)(ming)了龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)商(shang)(shang)幫與享(xiang)有“鉆天洞庭”、“無徽不(bu)(bu)成鎮”等美譽的(de)(de)洞庭商(shang)(shang)幫與徽州商(shang)(shang)幫一樣(yang),都(dou)是(shi)明(ming)(ming)清時期(qi)稱(cheng)雄商(shang)(shang)界(jie)的(de)(de)頗(po)有影響的(de)(de)地(di)(di)域(yu)商(shang)(shang)幫。龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)幫商(shang)(shang)人(ren)(ren)大多從事長(chang)途販銷活動,“龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)之(zhi)民(min)多向天涯海角(jiao),遠行商(shang)(shang)賈(jia)”,不(bu)(bu)僅(jin)活躍在江(jiang)南(nan)(nan)、北京、湖南(nan)(nan)、湖北和閩粵(yue)諸地(di)(di),而且還一直(zhi)深入到西(xi)(xi)北、西(xi)(xi)南(nan)(nan)等偏遠省份。如據有關文獻(xian)記載:明(ming)(ming)成化年(nian)(nian)間,僅(jin)云(yun)南(nan)(nan)姚安府(fu)(即今云(yun)南(nan)(nan)楚(chu)雄彝族自治州西(xi)(xi)部)就聚(ju)集(ji)了浙(zhe)江(jiang)龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)商(shang)(shang)人(ren)(ren)和江(jiang)西(xi)(xi)安福商(shang)(shang)人(ren)(ren)三五萬人(ren)(ren)。
龍游(you)商(shang)幫(bang)(bang)這種開拓進(jin)取、不畏(wei)艱(jian)辛、不戀家(jia)(jia)土的(de)(de)敬業(ye)(ye)精(jing)(jing)神,和當(dang)代溫(wen)(wen)(wen)臺(tai)地區的(de)(de)企業(ye)(ye)家(jia)(jia)精(jing)(jing)神本質上是一(yi)致(zhi)的(de)(de),溫(wen)(wen)(wen)臺(tai)地區農(nong)民(農(nong)村剩余勞(lao)動(dong)力(li))為尋求生(sheng)路,寧愿背井離(li)鄉,在外(wai)(wai)面開闊了眼界和有(you)(you)了微薄的(de)(de)積累之后,他們便把自己的(de)(de)信息、知(zhi)識(shi)、經(jing)驗及外(wai)(wai)界人緣等資(zi)源向親朋(peng)好友擴散。溫(wen)(wen)(wen)臺(tai)經(jing)濟發展最(zui)初的(de)(de)沖(chong)動(dong)來自于(yu)民間(jian),由卑微又(you)見(jian)多識(shi)廣(guang)的(de)(de)民間(jian)能人推動(dong)、發動(dong)。遺憾的(de)(de)是龍游(you)商(shang)幫(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)沖(chong)動(dong)卻未(wei)能上升為浙(zhe)西地區的(de)(de)區域人文精(jing)(jing)神,其可貴的(de)(de)商(shang)業(ye)(ye)精(jing)(jing)神最(zui)終仍淹沒于(yu)強(qiang)勢農(nong)耕文化中(zhong)。到(dao)(dao)民國時(shi)期,連龍游(you)本地商(shang)業(ye)(ye)也(ye)幾乎全落(luo)入(ru)外(wai)(wai)地商(shang)人手(shou)中(zhong),“遍地龍游(you)之說”也(ye)漸成絕唱。當(dang)前,我(wo)市要(yao)(yao)大力(li)弘揚(yang)“龍游(you)商(shang)幫(bang)(bang)”的(de)(de)走出(chu)去(qu)精(jing)(jing)神,一(yi)方面要(yao)(yao)繼續堅(jian)定不移地開展勞(lao)務輸出(chu),讓廣(guang)大農(nong)村剩余勞(lao)動(dong)力(li)在走出(chu)去(qu)中(zhong)接受(shou)市場的(de)(de)洗禮,涌(yong)現出(chu)越(yue)來越(yue)多的(de)(de)民間(jian)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)者。另(ling)一(yi)方面在接受(shou)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)梯度轉移的(de)(de)同時(shi),還要(yao)(yao)大力(li)推動(dong)和支持市內有(you)(you)比(bi)較(jiao)優勢、市外(wai)(wai)有(you)(you)市場的(de)(de)企業(ye)(ye)有(you)(you)計劃、有(you)(you)步驟地到(dao)(dao)外(wai)(wai)地辦(ban)廠,從而(er)推動(dong)從產(chan)品(pin)到(dao)(dao)要(yao)(yao)素、從資(zi)本到(dao)(dao)技術全面主動(dong)地進(jin)入(ru)國內外(wai)(wai)市場,爭取更大的(de)(de)發展空間(jian)。
明清時期,有(you)(you)許多(duo)外(wai)籍商(shang)(shang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)紛(fen)紛(fen)奔(ben)赴龍(long)游(you)(you)經(jing)商(shang)(shang),有(you)(you)的(de)還(huan)寓(yu)居于龍(long)游(you)(you),加入龍(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)的(de)行列,并把(ba)各自的(de)經(jing)商(shang)(shang)經(jing)驗帶入到了龍(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)中,推進了龍(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)的(de)發展。如(ru)徽商(shang)(shang)程廷柱在康熙年間(jian)曾率眾在龍(long)游(you)(you)經(jing)營(ying)有(you)(you)典業和(he)田莊(zhuang);汪文俊在龍(long)游(you)(you)經(jing)營(ying)有(you)(you)鹽業。又如(ru)贛(gan)(gan)商(shang)(shang)周(zhou)學錦(jin)在康熙年間(jian)從江西(xi)撫州趨利(li)業商(shang)(shang)于龍(long)游(you)(you),并定居于此。還(huan)如(ru)閩商(shang)(shang)三元戴馮氏、黃靜齋、池明英等(deng)(deng)都先后經(jing)商(shang)(shang)于龍(long)游(you)(you)。清末至民國(guo)時期,龍(long)游(you)(you)縣籍商(shang)(shang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)漸少,客籍居多(duo),他(ta)(ta)們大(da)多(duo)來自浙(zhe)(zhe)江的(de)遂(sui)昌、蘭溪、義烏、處州、紹興(xing)、寧波和(he)徽州府所屬各縣,以及江西(xi)、福建等(deng)(deng)省。由此可(ke)見(jian),龍(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)商(shang)(shang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)群體融合了徽商(shang)(shang)、粵商(shang)(shang)、蘇商(shang)(shang)、浙(zhe)(zhe)商(shang)(shang)、閩商(shang)(shang)和(he)贛(gan)(gan)商(shang)(shang)等(deng)(deng)外(wai)地(di)商(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)商(shang)(shang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)。龍(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)的(de)形成基于血緣地(di)緣關(guan)系(xi),本質上具有(you)(you)排他(ta)(ta)性,但他(ta)(ta)們卻能容納其(qi)他(ta)(ta)商(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)的(de)商(shang)(shang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)融入,足可(ke)見(jian)其(qi)胸襟的(de)寬大(da)。
然(ran)而隨著(zhu)龍游(you)(you)商(shang)幫的(de)(de)(de)沒落,這方曾經如此大(da)氣(qi)十足的(de)(de)(de)土(tu)地,反(fan)而漸(jian)生(sheng)一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)“排(pai)外”情結。很難想(xiang)象(xiang),前些年(nian)在龍游(you)(you)商(shang)幫的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)源地會發(fa)生(sheng)因眼紅外地布商(shang)物美價廉,而引(yin)發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)哄(hong)搶布匹事件。去年(nian)投資(zi)環境的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)項調查也表明(ming),大(da)多數經濟(ji)主體有看到、聽到過(guo)或有過(guo)受(shou)本地人(ren)(ren)欺(qi)騙壓(ya)制的(de)(de)(de)感覺。證(zheng)實了(le)衢州(zhou)人(ren)(ren)有較濃的(de)(de)(de)排(pai)外傾向(xiang)。這些年(nian)的(de)(de)(de)實踐證(zheng)明(ming),我市要加快發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),就必須承接龍游(you)(you)商(shang)幫的(de)(de)(de)開放胸(xiong)襟(jin),真正(zheng)培育出兼容(rong)并蓄的(de)(de)(de)城市精(jing)神。要廣為吸納來(lai)自于海內外的(de)(de)(de)技術、資(zi)本、管理、人(ren)(ren)才等各(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)資(zi)源和生(sheng)產要素,吸收當今最先進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)理念、思想(xiang)觀念,為我市的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)服(fu)務(wu),培育衢州(zhou)人(ren)(ren)友好親善、大(da)度包容(rong)、海納百川的(de)(de)(de)胸(xiong)懷。在加強本地企業家的(de)(de)(de)建設的(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時,要引(yin)導(dao)他們(men)(men)向(xiang)外來(lai)企業家學習,使他們(men)(men)開闊視野(ye),增長才干,克(ke)服(fu)小富即安(an)、不思進(jin)取(qu)的(de)(de)(de)小農意(yi)識,進(jin)一(yi)步做(zuo)大(da)做(zuo)強企業。

僻居于浙(zhe)西山區的(de)(de)龍(long)(long)(long)游商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫在(zai)歷史上(shang)曾經輝(hui)煌一時(shi),在(zai)明(ming)萬歷時(shi)已有“遍地龍(long)(long)(long)游”之(zhi)諺(參見(jian)(jian)萬歷《龍(long)(long)(long)游縣志(zhi)》),與(yu)當時(shi)馳(chi)名的(de)(de)“無徽(hui)不(bu)(bu)成鎮”、“鉆天洞庭”的(de)(de)徽(hui)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)蘇商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)等并駕齊驅。其所(suo)以(yi)能在(zai)市(shi)場競爭(zheng)中(zhong)嶄露頭角,是與(yu)它有著(zhu)良好的(de)(de)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)業道德很有關系,聲譽良好,贏(ying)得了人(ren)們的(de)(de)信任。反之(zhi),也有些商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)欺(qi)詐造(zao)假,只能蒙騙(pian)一時(shi),不(bu)(bu)能長久立足于商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)壇。明(ming)代浙(zhe)江人(ren)張(zhang)應(ying)俞(yu)編著(zhu)了《杜(du)騙(pian)新書(shu)》,列舉24類84則騙(pian)術(shu),這就是明(ming)代中(zhong)葉以(yi)來商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)壇上(shang)不(bu)(bu)誠信的(de)(de)劣跡(ji)(詳見(jian)(jian)拙著(zhu)《明(ming)清時(shi)期商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)業及商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)書(shu)之(zhi)研(yan)究》下篇第6章。該(gai)書(shu)為《國學精粹叢書(shu)》的(de)(de)一種,臺灣洪(hong)葉文化事業有限公司,1997年出版)。
相比(bi)之下(xia),龍(long)(long)游商幫的(de)(de)誠(cheng)實守信就(jiu)顯得非常(chang)可貴。龍(long)(long)游商人傅(fu)家來(lai)開(kai)設(she)傅(fu)立宗紙(zhi)號(hao)(hao),非常(chang)注重(zhong)產(chan)品的(de)(de)質量,精(jing)益(yi)求精(jing),所造(zao)之紙(zhi),堅韌(ren)白凈,均勻齊整,比(bi)其他(ta)家的(de)(de)紙(zhi)在(zai)同一件紙(zhi)號(hao)(hao)中重(zhong)十多斤。造(zao)紙(zhi)是多工序的(de)(de)生產(chan)流程,他(ta)為了(le)(le)保(bao)證質量,層層把關,嚴格(ge)檢驗,次品決不出售。產(chan)品暢銷大江南(nan)北,經久(jiu)不衰(shuai)。為了(le)(le)表示對(dui)用戶負責(ze)和維持良好的(de)(de)信譽,他(ta)的(de)(de)產(chan)品都(dou)統一加印
“西山傅立宗”印記。
姜(jiang)(jiang)益(yi)大棉布(bu)(bu)(bu)店(dian)(dian)以(yi)(yi)信(xin)譽(yu)著(zhu)稱(cheng),冠(guan)為(wei)(wei)金(jin)(華)衢(州)嚴(yan)(州)三(san)府(fu)第一家。自(zi)從胡(hu)筱漁接管以(yi)(yi)來(lai),非常重(zhong)(zhong)視信(xin)譽(yu),以(yi)(yi)誠(cheng)(cheng)實守信(xin)教育每一位職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),多次提出要薄(bo)利多銷,童叟無(wu)欺,決(jue)不(bu)二(er)價。為(wei)(wei)了(le)(le)防止流(liu)通(tong)中有銀(yin)元摻(chan)假損害(hai)顧客(ke)利益(yi),特聘(pin)請了(le)(le)三(san)位有經驗(yan)的(de)(de)驗(yan)銀(yin)工(gong)(gong)(gong),嚴(yan)格檢驗(yan),凡經過(guo)他(ta)店(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)銀(yin)幣加以(yi)(yi)“姜(jiang)(jiang)益(yi)大”印(yin)記,讓顧客(ke)放心。在(zai)經營中目光遠大,不(bu)以(yi)(yi)短期(qi)行為(wei)(wei)來(lai)賺錢,為(wei)(wei)了(le)(le)信(xin)譽(yu),寧(ning)愿承擔(dan)暫時(shi)的(de)(de)損失。有一次,他(ta)在(zai)海(hai)寧(ning)訂(ding)購了(le)(le)7500匹石(shi)門布(bu)(bu)(bu),價值(zhi)6萬(wan)銀(yin)元,在(zai)運輸過(guo)程(cheng)中遭劫,這(zhe)本不(bu)關姜(jiang)(jiang)益(yi)大店(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)事(shi),海(hai)寧(ning)布(bu)(bu)(bu)商亦立即派人來(lai)龍游處理此事(shi),主動(dong)承擔(dan)損失,胡(hu)筱漁重(zhong)(zhong)義(yi)疏(shu)財(cai),當場償付了(le)(le)對方6萬(wan)元布(bu)(bu)(bu)款,還再訂(ding)購了(le)(le)7500匹棉布(bu)(bu)(bu),并熱情款待(dai)海(hai)寧(ning)布(bu)(bu)(bu)商。由(you)于這(zhe)一義(yi)舉,姜(jiang)(jiang)益(yi)大布(bu)(bu)(bu)店(dian)(dian)信(xin)譽(yu)大增,遐邇聞名,在(zai)以(yi)(yi)后(hou)的(de)(de)經商活動(dong)中,凡碰到貨物緊俏(qiao)時(shi),海(hai)寧(ning)等地布(bu)(bu)(bu)商都首先(xian)滿足(zu)他(ta)的(de)(de)貨源(yuan)需求,全力支(zhi)持他(ta)渡過(guo)難關。他(ta)對職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)也以(yi)(yi)禮相(xiang)待(dai),以(yi)(yi)誠(cheng)(cheng)相(xiang)待(dai),從不(bu)刻(ke)薄(bo),職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中年(nian)長(chang)者,以(yi)(yi)叔伯相(xiang)稱(cheng),同輩(bei)以(yi)(yi)兄弟、晚輩(bei)以(yi)(yi)弟侄相(xiang)呼,平等待(dai)人。年(nian)終(zhong)還發“紅利壓歲(sui)錢”,春節賞每一職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)一匹布(bu)(bu)(bu)代價的(de)(de)獎(jiang)勵金(jin)。以(yi)(yi)心比心,誠(cheng)(cheng)摯(zhi)待(dai)人,職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)受(shou)感動(dong),工(gong)(gong)(gong)作就(jiu)更負(fu)責,保證(zheng)了(le)(le)姜(jiang)(jiang)益(yi)大的(de)(de)良(liang)好(hao)運作。
大(da)絲(si)綢(chou)(chou)商李(li)汝衡(heng)(heng),商品(pin)販銷到湖廣十五郡(jun),幾(ji)乎(hu)壟(long)斷了楚(chu)湘的(de)絲(si)綢(chou)(chou)市場(chang)。他職業道(dao)德良好(hao),待人寬厚誠信,人望甚(shen)好(hao)。明代(dai)大(da)文人李(li)維楨著文贊揚他:“李(li)十二汝衡(heng)(heng)者,越之(zhi)龍游人也。……至汝衡(heng)(heng)而(er)資益拓(tuo),所(suo)居積綺(qi)縠(hu)纻罽,遍四方之(zhi)珍(zhen)異,挽(wan)舟轉(zhuan)轂以(yi)百(bai)數,所(suo)冠(guan)帶衣履(lv),遍楚(chu)之(zhi)十五郡(jun)。而(er)善與(yu)時低(di)昂(ang),人或(huo)就之(zhi)貰貸(dai)無所(suo)靳,亦不責子錢,久(jiu)乃或(huo)負(fu)之(zhi),遂不復言。……楚(chu)人慕其(qi)誼,爭交(jiao)歡汝衡(heng)(heng)。”(《大(da)泌山房(fang)集》卷(juan)68,《贈(zeng)李(li)汝衡(heng)(heng)序》)
龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)本(ben)是(shi)(shi)(shi)姑(gu)篾故國舊地(di),素有重文化的傳統,詩書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)禮樂傳家(jia)(jia)(jia),耕讀(du)遵禮,弦歌不(bu)絕。就是(shi)(shi)(shi)出為(wei)(wei)賈(jia)也(ye)不(bu)忘讀(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),故首(shou)選造(zao)紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)刻(ke)(ke)(ke)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)籍為(wei)(wei)業(ye)(ye)。龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)新造(zao)之(zhi)紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)在明(ming)代已具(ju)名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)氣。明(ming)著名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)刻(ke)(ke)(ke)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)家(jia)(jia)(jia)余象(xiang)斗文臺,他刻(ke)(ke)(ke)印書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)籍尤注(zhu)重用紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),他品評全國著名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)品有徽歙紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(青(qing)光白滑冰翼凝霜(shuang),績溪龍(long)(long)(long)須,西山觀音(yin)紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)),江(jiang)西紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(觀音(yin)蓮七紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)),鉛(qian)山(奏(zou)本(ben))紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)等(deng),而認為(wei)(wei)浙江(jiang)衢紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)尤勝,“連四紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),開化縣(xian)(xian)有連三(san)連四紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)亦佳,只(zhi)要白厚無(wu)(wu)粉者(zhe)為(wei)(wei)妙。”“常山縣(xian)(xian)有榜紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),并中夾紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)奏(zou)本(ben)紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)次于鉛(qian)山。”龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)縣(xian)(xian)溪口鎮是(shi)(shi)(shi)龐大的造(zao)紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中心(xin)兼銷(xiao)售市場(chang),紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)商麕集。乾隆間閩(min)商林瓊(qiong)茂來(lai)龍(long)(long)(long)擇地(di)上塘設坊造(zao)紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),傳至其孫(sun)林巨倫,已“積貲巨萬”。書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)商童(tong)佩(pei),名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)噪一(yi)時,刻(ke)(ke)(ke)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)販書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)大江(jiang)南北(bei),其父彥清(qing),“最稱儒(ru)雅(ya),不(bu)寢然(ran)諾(nuo)。”幼時從父販書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)吳越間,“喜讀(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),手一(yi)帙,坐船間,日夜(ye)不(bu)輟,歷歲久,流覽既富,所(suo)為(wei)(wei)詩風格清(qing)越,不(bu)失(shi)古音(yin)。為(wei)(wei)他文亦工善(shan),尤善(shan)考證書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)畫(hua)金石彝敦之(zhi)屬。”王世(shi)(shi)(shi)貞稱其“藏書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)萬卷,皆其手所(suo)自校者(zhe)”,是(shi)(shi)(shi)著名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)藏書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)家(jia)(jia)(jia)刻(ke)(ke)(ke)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)家(jia)(jia)(jia)。所(suo)刻(ke)(ke)(ke)之(zhi)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)質量上乘(cheng),深受學者(zhe)歡(huan)迎(ying),時之(zhi)名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)流碩儒(ru)王世(shi)(shi)(shi)貞、王穉登、歸有光引之(zhi)座客,并為(wei)(wei)他作序(xu)作傳。他本(ben)人有《童(tong)子(zi)鳴集》、《佩(pei)萸(yu)雜(za)錄》、《九華游(you)記》、《南獄東岱(dai)詩》、與(yu)余湘(xiang)合纂(zuan)《龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)縣(xian)(xian)志(zhi)》等(deng)。刻(ke)(ke)(ke)印過(guo)《徐(xu)侍郎集》、《文房四譜(pu)》、《楊(yang)盈川集》等(deng)。他的學問(wen)深得名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)儒(ru)稱贊,胡應麟見(jian)其書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)目曰(yue):“所(suo)臚(lu)列經史(shi)子(zi)集,皆犁然(ran)會心(xin),令人手舞足蹈。”引為(wei)(wei)“子(zi)期”好(hao)友,王世(shi)(shi)(shi)貞更稱之(zhi)為(wei)(wei)“千古是(shi)(shi)(shi)知音(yin)”。龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)童(tong)氏(shi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香門第,業(ye)(ye)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)賈(jia)者(zhe)眾。如(ru)童(tong)富,“為(wei)(wei)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)賈(jia),往(wang)來(lai)閩(min)粵(yue)吳中貿遷,……為(wei)(wei)人坦夷樸茂,樂善(shan)好(hao)施,……湖海(hai)之(zhi)士,多(duo)嘖嘖稱之(zhi)。”另一(yi)位書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)賈(jia)胡貿,承父兄(xiong)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)業(ye)(ye),“往(wang)來(lai)賈(jia)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)肆及士人家(jia)(jia)(jia)”,也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)有名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)的書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)賈(jia)。明(ming)代大學問(wen)家(jia)(jia)(jia)唐(tang)順(shun)之(zhi)荊川謙(qian)曰(yue):“非貿,則予事無(wu)(wu)與(yu)成”。與(yu)唐(tang)深交,胡死(si)后唐(tang)曾贈棺以殮。龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)望族余氏(shi)也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)世(shi)(shi)(shi)代營印書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)業(ye)(ye),曾在江(jiang)蘇太(tai)倉(cang)州婁縣(xian)(xian)開設書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)肆。“清(qing)初,龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)余氏(shi)開書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)肆于婁縣(xian)(xian),刊讀(du)本(ben)四書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字畫(hua)無(wu)(wu)偽,遠近購買。”
上述(shu)僅是龍游商(shang)幫中的(de)幾個例子。龍游商(shang)人深受中華傳統文化(hua)的(de)熏陶,亦賈亦儒,保持(chi)著良好(hao)的(de)節(jie)操(cao),以人品為重,注重自身修(xiu)養,有(you)(you)社會(hui)(hui)責任感,誠(cheng)信為本(ben),終于事(shi)業有(you)(you)成(cheng)。歷史的(de)經驗值得借(jie)鑒,發揚我(wo)國優秀(xiu)的(de)道德(de)傳統,完善市(shi)場經濟條件(jian)下的(de)職業道德(de),提倡人人誠(cheng)信,形成(cheng)良好(hao)的(de)社會(hui)(hui)風氣(qi),這(zhe)是我(wo)們這(zhe)個時代的(de)一(yi)項重要(yao)工作。
點評:龍(long)游商(shang)人"敢為天下先"的(de)(de)精神(shen)和"海(hai)納(na)百川(chuan)"的(de)(de)肚量,是他(ta)們良(liang)好的(de)(de)經商(shang)心態的(de)(de)反(fan)映。他(ta)們雖然是出自(zi)一(yi)個偏僻之地,既無官府支(zhi)持,又無強(qiang)大的(de)(de)宗族勢力作(zuo)堅強(qiang)后(hou)盾,但他(ta)們卻能在強(qiang)手(shou)如林(lin)的(de)(de)各大商(shang)幫(bang)(bang)中崛起,自(zi)立于商(shang)幫(bang)(bang)之林(lin)。
龍游商(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)是指以(yi)(yi)浙江衢(qu)州府龍游縣為(wei)(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)的(de)衢(qu)商(shang)(shang)(shang)集(ji)團,它萌發于南(nan)宋,興盛于明代(dai)(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)葉,以(yi)(yi)經(jing)營珠寶業(ye)、販書業(ye)、紙(zhi)張業(ye)著名。明萬歷(li)年間(1573—1602),它于徽商(shang)(shang)(shang)、晉(jin)商(shang)(shang)(shang)以(yi)(yi)及江右幫(bang)商(shang)(shang)(shang)人在商(shang)(shang)(shang)場中(zhong)(zhong)角逐,稱雄一時(shi),故有“遍地龍游”之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)諺。它以(yi)(yi)一府一縣之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)地為(wei)(wei)基礎,聚(ju)集(ji)了大量資(zi)金(jin),而(er)成為(wei)(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)國十大商(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)一,至清代(dai)(dai)逐漸為(wei)(wei)寧(ning)紹商(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)所替(ti)代(dai)(dai)。

龍(long)游商幫經營(ying)行業頗廣,有山(shan)貨(huo)、紙、刻印(yin)販書、珠寶(bao)古董(dong)、長途販運(yun)、農業屯墾、礦冶(ye)等。
山貨業。皆為當地產品竹木茶油漆(qi)煙。清康熙年間龍游縣(xian)志記(ji)載(zai):“南鄉(xiang)稍有(you)竹木紙筍之(zhi)利,可以貿易他(ta)郡……北鄉(xiang)則(ze)止有(you)桕(jiu)油一項。”
造紙業(ye)(ye)。造紙多以作(zuo)坊或(huo)工遺(yi)址龍游(you)北鄉古商(shang)道場形式(shi)生產,自產自銷,具有若干商(shang)業(ye)(ye)資本與產業(ye)(ye)資本相結合的生產方(fang)式(shi)。溪口(kou)鎮是(shi)生產和銷售的中心(xin)。該鎮:“其繁盛,乃(nai)倍于城市焉(yan)。”
刻(ke)印(yin)販(fan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)業。龍(long)游(you)多產紙木(mu),可(ke)刻(ke)印(yin)書(shu)(shu)(shu)籍,又有文化傳統,一些文人(ren)學士放下架子,從(cong)事(shi)于刻(ke)印(yin)販(fan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)業以聚財。望族余氏,還在江蘇婁縣開設(she)書(shu)(shu)(shu)坊書(shu)(shu)(shu)肆,刊印(yin)讀(du)本安畫(hua),銷路(lu)很好(hao)。書(shu)(shu)(shu)販(fan)胡(hu)貿(mao)(mao)善錐書(shu)(shu)(shu),經(jing)常和(he)一些文人(ren)交(jiao)往。明大學者(zhe)唐順之(zhi)(zhi)因愛書(shu)(shu)(shu),把(ba)胡(hu)貿(mao)(mao)引為(wei)座上(shang)客。他還說(shuo):“非(fei)貿(mao)(mao),則予事(shi)無與(yu)成。”把(ba)自己成就歸之(zhi)(zhi)于與(yu)胡(hu)貿(mao)(mao)的交(jiao)往。
珠寶古(gu)董業。經(jing)營(ying)珠寶業一(yi)需(xu)有雄(xiong)厚(hou)資金(jin),二需(xu)有鑒別觀賞能力(li)(li),三需(xu)有進貨(huo)銷(xiao)貨(huo)的渠(qu)道,四需(xu)有能躲(duo)過被(bei)劫被(bei)盜的應變能力(li)(li)。古(gu)書(shu)記(ji)載:“龍游商(shang)賈,其所賈多明珠、翠羽、寶石、貓眼類較(軟)物。千金(jin)之貨(huo),只一(yi)身(shen)自赍(ji)京師、販(fan)絮(xu)、僧(seng)鞋、蒙戎、襤(lan)褸巨疽、膏藥內皆寶珠所藏(zang),人(ren)無所知者。”可(ke)見(jian)龍游商(shang)人(ren)不(bu)但有雄(xiong)厚(hou)的資金(jin),還具有較高文(wen)化和應變能力(li)(li),處事謹慎,是不(bu)事張揚的實干商(shang)人(ren),
長途販運業(ye)。據王文祿《策(ce)樞(shu)》記載,龍游(you)商(shang)(shang)人李(li)汝衡,擁有重資,常備(bei)百(bai)余輛(艘)車船運銷貨物,把絲綢遠(yuan)銷到湖(hu)北一省(sheng)十五郡之地,占(zhan)領了全省(sheng)銷售市場(chang)。明嘉靖(jing)年間捕獲的走私貿易中,就(jiu)有龍游(you)商(shang)(shang)人參與(yu)其事。
礦(kuang)冶業。據(ju)顧炎武《天下郡國利病書》中記(ji)載,有龍游人祝(zhu)十八,聚礦(kuang)工有數百人,在平(ping)洋銅(tong)塘(tang)、吳(wu)村一(yi)帶(dai)從事礦(kuang)冶。龍游商幫肯(ken)吃(chi)苦,不畏艱辛,不怕(pa)路(lu)遙道險。
他們足跡遍及全國(guo)各(ge)地(di),直(zhi)至海(hai)(hai)外(wai)日本、呂宋等(deng)(deng)地(di)。如在明(ming)嘉靖年(nian)間,就發(fa)現(xian)海(hai)(hai)外(wai)通商(shang)者中有龍(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)人(ren)。另(ling)外(wai),早于明(ming)成化(hua)元(yuan)年(nian)(1465)龍(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)人(ren)就與江(jiang)西安福商(shang)人(ren)一(yi)起,到云(yun)南姚安(今楚雄)從事(shi)屯(tun)墾,種植糧(liang)食和經濟作物(wu)。他們數萬(wan)人(ren)長途(tu)跋(ba)涉,克服了水(shui)土不服等(deng)(deng)困難(nan),在云(yun)貴(gui)一(yi)帶(dai)從事(shi)經商(shang)墾荒(huang),享有“天涯賈客(ke)”之譽,為我國(guo)西南的(de)開發(fa)立下(xia)汗馬功(gong)勞(lao),至今云(yun)貴(gui)高原還有許多龍(long)游(you)(you)人(ren)的(de)后(hou)代。可以說龍(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)幫是中國(guo)歷史上西部開發(fa)的(de)先驅(qu)之一(yi)。
龍(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)幫之所以(yi)名(ming)重一時,還因為(wei)他們具(ju)有(you)寬容、誠信(xin)(xin)等(deng)品性和(he)良(liang)好的職業道(dao)德。如紙商(shang)(shang)傅立宗,紙優價(jia)實,為(wei)保(bao)證(zheng)質量(liang),紙品統(tong)加印“西(xi)山(shan)傅立宗”字樣,從(cong)示(shi)(shi)信(xin)(xin)用(yong)。姜益大(da)棉布號,特聘了3名(ming)驗(yan)銀工(gong),凡(fan)經(jing)(jing)流通(tong)該(gai)店(dian)的通(tong)貨,皆加蓋(gai)印記,以(yi)示(shi)(shi)負責(ze)。滋福(fu)堂(tang)是著名(ming)中藥店(dian),以(yi)重金延請名(ming)醫監制丸藥,配制成(cheng)藥準確(que)無誤,分工(gong)細密,層層檢驗(yan),要求藥工(gong)對顧客的健康負責(ze)。龍(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)人(ren)從(cong)不(bu)排外,善(shan)待遷居來龍(long)經(jing)(jing)商(shang)(shang)者,如經(jing)(jing)營、鹽(yan)、紙等(deng)的徽州大(da)商(shang)(shang)程廷柱(zhu)率3個弟弟去龍(long)游(you)(you)經(jing)(jing)商(shang)(shang),很(hen)快融入龍(long)游(you)(you)社會,所以(yi)龍(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)幫中就有(you)閩、贛、徽諸商(shang)(shang)幫的成(cheng)員。
龍(long)(long)游(you)商(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)(bang)雖有輝煌的(de)(de)過去(qu),但隨著交(jiao)通條件的(de)(de)變(bian)化(hua),近代(dai)海洋(yang)文化(hua)的(de)(de)興起和(he)海外貿易的(de)(de)發展(zhan)(zhan),它與徽商(shang)(shang)、晉商(shang)(shang)等(deng)幫(bang)(bang)(bang)一樣未能適應時(shi)代(dai)的(de)(de)發展(zhan)(zhan),逐漸衰落。到清道(dao)光年間,鴉(ya)片戰爭以后,寧波等(deng)地被(bei)辟為五口(kou)通商(shang)(shang)之(zhi)埠,此(ci)時(shi)新(xin)興的(de)(de)上(shang)海、寧波、潮(chao)汕(shan)、廈漳等(deng)地商(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)(bang),取代(dai)了(le)龍(long)(long)游(you)等(deng)商(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)(bang)。不過,龍(long)(long)游(you)等(deng)商(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)(bang)在歷史上(shang)的(de)(de)業績和(he)經商(shang)(shang)道(dao)德,將永(yong)世不泯!
龍(long)(long)游(you)商(shang)人(ren)初露頭角于(yu)南宋,迨(dai)至明代已蔚(yu)為大觀,萬(wan)歷時(shi)(shi)已是“遍(bian)(bian)地龍(long)(long)游(you)”的(de)(de)局(ju)面(mian),分(fen)布于(yu)全國各大市(shi)場上。隆萬(wan)間(jian)任職知縣的(de)(de)萬(wan)廷(ting)謙就說“龍(long)(long)丘之(zhi)民,往往湖口于(yu)四方,誦讀之(zhi)外,農賈(jia)(jia)(jia)相半”。晚明時(shi)(shi)龍(long)(long)游(you)商(shang)人(ren)更是活(huo)躍,趨商(shang)者更眾。天(tian)啟時(shi)(shi),“龍(long)(long)游(you)之(zhi)民,多向天(tian)涯海角,遠行商(shang)賈(jia)(jia)(jia),幾空縣之(zhi)半,而(er)居家(jia)(jia)耕種(zhong)者,僅當(dang)縣之(zhi)半。”至康(kang)乾(qian)間(jian),“其居家(jia)(jia)土著者,不過十之(zhi)三四耳。”這當(dang)然是估計數,不能(neng)作(zuo)準確的(de)(de)計量分(fen)析,但(dan)總(zong)的(de)(de)趨勢是從嘉(jia)隆萬(wan)間(jian)龍(long)(long)游(you)商(shang)賈(jia)(jia)(jia)已遍(bian)(bian)布四方,至康(kang)雍乾(qian)間(jian)有增(zeng)無減。
由(you)于(yu)(yu)經(jing)(jing)商的(de)成功,龍(long)游商幫遂(sui)把財富返回(hui)家鄉,并將外地的(de)風(feng)尚(shang)也(ye)帶回(hui)龍(long)游,社會(hui)(hui)富庶(shu)(shu),消費需求增(zeng)長,人皆(jie)曰(yue)俗(su)之(zhi)(zhi)侈(chi)(chi)靡(mi)(mi)已不可挽(wan)回(hui)。隆(long)萬(wan)時陸瓚就說:“習尚(shang)昔固號(hao)儉嗇(se)也(ye),今(jin)則日事于(yu)(yu)侈(chi)(chi)靡(mi)(mi)。”涂杰亦云:“服飾多(duo)用紗絹(juan),器皿多(duo)用金銀,侈(chi)(chi)靡(mi)(mi)相(xiang)高(gao)(gao),已非一(yi)日。”“邑中(zhong)室廬(lu)往稱樸素,萬(wan)歷(li)中(zhong)葉漸(jian)以雕琢相(xiang)高(gao)(gao)。”社會(hui)(hui)心理是羨慕奢(she)華,愿向(xiang)生活水平(ping)高(gao)(gao)的(de)地方看齊,競相(xiang)仿效(xiao)。萬(wan)歷(li)間已呈“俗(su)侈(chi)(chi)靡(mi)(mi),尤效(xiao)慕三吳(wu)之(zhi)(zhi)豪(hao)”趨(qu)勢。生活穩定(ding)了,才有可能向(xiang)蘇(su)杭侈(chi)(chi)靡(mi)(mi)的(de)風(feng)尚(shang)仿效(xiao)。從這一(yi)側面也(ye)折射出龍(long)游商幫給龍(long)游帶來經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)的(de)富庶(shu)(shu)和社會(hui)(hui)生活的(de)安定(ding)。風(feng)尚(shang)趨(qu)于(yu)(yu)侈(chi)(chi)靡(mi)(mi)是當時經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)社會(hui)(hui)進步的(de)表征。
龍游(you)(you)商(shang)幫與同時代(dai)其他商(shang)幫相比,它最(zui)大(da)特色和優(you)點(dian)乃是(shi)富于(yu)開(kai)拓精(jing)神,不畏艱險,勇(yong)敢地邁(mai)出家門,走出山區,投(tou)向廣闊的天地,在闖蕩市場中,逐漸地揚(yang)棄了“安土重遷”、“骨肉相附”的情結。它是(shi)明清時代(dai)最(zui)早走向西部開(kai)發的商(shang)壇勁旅。大(da)批(pi)離(li)開(kai)土地的農民(min)加入商(shang)賈行列(lie),也有大(da)批(pi)舍(she)儒從商(shang)之(zhi)徒(tu),他們(men)“挾資(zi)以出,守(shou)為恒業,即秦晉(jin)蜀滇萬里,視(shi)若比舍(she),俗(su)有遍地龍游(you)(you)之(zhi)諺。”
明清(qing)時(shi)期經(jing)濟(ji)最(zui)發(fa)(fa)達(da)地(di)(di)區(qu)是(shi)(shi)長(chang)江(jiang)三角洲(江(jiang)南(nan)(nan))和珠江(jiang)三角洲一(yi)帶(dai)(dai),秦晉滇(dian)蜀(shu)(shu)西(xi)(xi)(xi)部地(di)(di)區(qu)相對(dui)來說(shuo)較為(wei)后(hou)進,而(er)(er)龍(long)(long)游(you)商幫不嫌西(xi)(xi)(xi)部經(jing)濟(ji)不發(fa)(fa)達(da),生活艱苦,路途遙遠(yuan)(yuan),行(xing)程險阻,以(yi)豪(hao)邁氣概視天(tian)涯海角若比鄰,無遠(yuan)(yuan)而(er)(er)不屆,誠為(wei)天(tian)涯賈(jia)客。龍(long)(long)游(you)商人李(li)汝衡(heng)(heng),攜(xie)(xie)絲綢經(jing)商于(yu)蜀(shu)(shu)楚(chu)。李(li)維楨記:“李(li)十二汝衡(heng)(heng)者,越(yue)之龍(long)(long)游(you)人也。自其(qi)父鶴(he)汀賈(jia)江(jiang)陵,迄(qi)今人與年(nian)蓋兩世矣。父子饒(rao)(rao)心計,趨(qu)時(shi)不失累。至汝衡(heng)(heng)而(er)(er)資(zi)益(yi)拓(tuo),所(suo)(suo)居積綺(qi)縠纻罽,窮四方(fang)之珍異,車免舟轉轂(gu)以(yi)百數,所(suo)(suo)冠帶(dai)(dai)衣履,遍楚(chu)之十五郡。而(er)(er)善(shan)與時(shi)低昂,人或(huo)就之貰貸無所(suo)(suo)靳。……”童巨川(chuan)偕其(qi)弟盛川(chuan)于(yu)嘉靖間,在“宣府大(da)同貿易(yi)(yi)(yi)邊(bian)庭,……厥(jue)后(hou)子若侄嗣其(qi)業(ye),資(zi)利益(yi)饒(rao)(rao)。”童氏數代在宣大(da)做邊(bian)界貿易(yi)(yi)(yi)致巨富。最(zui)可值得大(da)書(shu)特書(shu)的(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)龍(long)(long)游(you)商人群體挺進大(da)西(xi)(xi)(xi)南(nan)(nan)滇(dian)省(sheng)姚安等地(di)(di)區(qu)開(kai)發(fa)(fa)。在明清(qing)時(shi)代交(jiao)通條件下(xia),攜(xie)(xie)妻帶(dai)(dai)子千萬里(li)跋(ba)涉至西(xi)(xi)(xi)南(nan)(nan)決非易(yi)(yi)(yi)事,非得有(you)數月始(shi)可抵達(da)。驅動(dong)他(ta)們(men)長(chang)途跋(ba)涉行(xing)動(dong)并非胸懷開(kai)發(fa)(fa)西(xi)(xi)(xi)部的(de)(de)公益(yi)心,而(er)(er)利益(yi)驅動(dong)倒是(shi)(shi)其(qi)原(yuan)動(dong)力。因為(wei)在江(jiang)南(nan)(nan)華南(nan)(nan)中(zhong)原(yuan)等地(di)(di)商業(ye)中(zhong)競(jing)爭已(yi)不容(rong)易(yi)(yi)(yi),施(shi)展才(cai)能(neng)的(de)(de)空間畢竟有(you)限,他(ta)們(men)獲悉滇(dian)省(sheng)尚有(you)大(da)發(fa)(fa)展的(de)(de)前(qian)景,所(suo)(suo)以(yi)才(cai)毅然前(qian)往,足見龍(long)(long)游(you)商幫對(dui)商業(ye)信息還是(shi)(shi)靈通的(de)(de)。
明代成(cheng)化元年就有大批龍(long)游商(shang)人偕同(tong)(tong)江右商(shang)人(江西安福(fu))在云南邊陲姚安等府(fu)經(jing)商(shang),姚安即今(jin)楚(chu)雄彝族自治州一(yi)帶。語言不通,生活習俗不同(tong)(tong),自然(ran)還(huan)會有水土不服的困(kun)難(nan),但是(shi)他(ta)們能(neng)克(ke)服種種困(kun)難(nan),準備長期生存下去,求(qiu)得發展。他(ta)們不是(shi)流民,而是(shi)有眼光有氣魄(po)的商(shang)賈,據官(guan)方史(shi)籍記載(zai):
“成(cheng)化(hua)元(yuan)年(nian)(nian)(1465)十一(yi)月初七日禮部等(deng)(deng)(deng)衙門題(ti)為(wei)建言(yan)民(min)(min)(min)情(qing)等(deng)(deng)(deng)事,該(gai)湖廣布(bu)政(zheng)司(si)等(deng)(deng)(deng)衙門右參議等(deng)(deng)(deng)官(guan)人等(deng)(deng)(deng)鄭序等(deng)(deng)(deng)建言(yan):……姚安軍民(min)(min)(min)府陰陽(yang)學正木甘(gan)理言(yan)一(yi)件,禁約游食(shi),初見云(yun)(yun)南(nan)遠在(zai)萬(wan)里(li),各邊衛指府軍民(min)(min)(min)相參,山多田少,不(bu)(bu)通舟車,近年(nian)(nian)雨水(shui)不(bu)(bu)調,五谷(gu)少收,米糧涌貴,過活艱難。有浙江江西等(deng)(deng)(deng)布(bu)政(zheng)司(si)安福龍(long)游等(deng)(deng)(deng)縣客商人等(deng)(deng)(deng)不(bu)(bu)下(xia)三五萬(wan)人在(zai)衛府坐(生(sheng))理,偏(pian)處(chu)城(cheng)市鄉村屯堡安歇,生(sheng)放(fang)錢債(zhai),利上(shang)生(sheng)利,收債(zhai)米谷(gu),賤買貴賣(mai),娶(qu)妻生(sheng)子(zi),置買奴仆,游食(shi)無度,二三十年(nian)(nian)不(bu)(bu)回原(yuan)籍。……行云(yun)(yun)南(nan)按察司(si)著落各衛府查勘所屬鄉村屯堡城(cheng)郭去處(chu),但(dan)有江西等(deng)(deng)(deng)處(chu)客民(min)(min)(min),不(bu)(bu)問(wen)從引新舊,盡數拿解原(yuan)籍當差,不(bu)(bu)許托(tuo)故稽遲及(ji)窩藏隱蔽(bi),連(lian)歇家(jia)人等(deng)(deng)(deng)一(yi)律治罪,庶使邊食(shi)稍寬,奸弊(bi)斯革矣(yi)。前件云(yun)(yun)南(nan)按察司(si)查究。”
