紹興市柯橋區安昌鎮中心小學(xue),座落于千年(nian)古鎮安昌,始(shi)建(jian)于1907年(nian),前身為(wei)“知(zhi)恥書院”。新(xin)校舍于2001年(nian)9月順(shun)利竣工并投(tou)入使(shi)用,是一(yi)所倡導成長教育,注重體(ti)驗發展,彰顯(xian)生命(ming)活(huo)力,實現個性發展的浙江(jiang)省(sheng)示范小學(xue)。
全鎮(zhen)現有小(xiao)學(xue)七(qi)所,鎮(zhen)中心小(xiao)學(xue)一(yi)所,完小(xiao)為東(dong)昌、大和、白洋、盛(sheng)陵、九墩(dun)五所,另有一(yi)所藍翔(xiang)民工(gong)子(zi)女學(xue)校。有小(xiao)學(xue)教學(xue)班(ban)92個(ge),學(xue)生3919人,其中外縣(xian)籍學(xue)生1835人,占(zhan)學(xue)生數的47%。
學(xue)校(xiao)辦學(xue)條件優良,于2001年由政府、社會(hui)出資2000余萬(wan)元易地新建,占地48畝,建設面(mian)積(ji)10592平方(fang)米(mi),綠化面(mian)積(ji)5000多(duo)平方(fang)米(mi)。建有(you)(you)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)樓(lou)(lou)、行(xing)政樓(lou)(lou)、綜合樓(lou)(lou)、學(xue)生餐廳(ting)等(deng)建筑(zhu),200米(mi)塑膠田徑場及相(xiang)應(ying)體(ti)育運動(dong)設施。有(you)(you)普(pu)通教(jiao)(jiao)室(shi)28間(jian)(jian),每個教(jiao)(jiao)室(shi)均(jun)配備了(le)多(duo)媒體(ti)設施;有(you)(you)音樂、美術、綜合實踐(jian)、乒(ping)乓(pang)、計算(suan)機、語音室(shi)、多(duo)功(gong)能報告(gao)廳(ting)等(deng)專用教(jiao)(jiao)室(shi)16間(jian)(jian),能滿足各門課程(cheng)的優質教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)。
學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)立身千(qian)年古鎮安昌,在傳(chuan)承紹(shao)興(xing)地域(yu)文(wen)化(hua)與發展紹(shao)興(xing)現代創新(xin)精(jing)神的(de)基礎(chu)上,立足“鄉土”,根植“體(ti)驗”,著眼(yan)“成(cheng)長”,在“堅實、純樸、奉獻、致遠”的(de)“青石板(ban)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)精(jing)神”引領下,以“為而(er)不爭”為校(xiao)訓,“成(cheng)長教育,讓師(shi)生幸福、學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)和(he)諧(xie)”為辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)理念,通過造就“純樸、親和(he)”的(de)教師(shi)隊伍,培養(yang)了一大批(pi)“有教養(yang)、肯吃苦、悟(wu)性(xing)高(gao)”的(de)智慧學(xue)(xue)子(zi)。
在(zai)職(zhi)公辦教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)152人(ren),學歷合(he)格率100%,高學歷教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)136人(ren),占教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)數的(de)90%;其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)小(xiao)學教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)獲得(de)本科學歷人(ren)數63人(ren),占41%。中(zhong)高級職(zhi)稱(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)53人(ren),占35%;有省、市(shi)、縣各(ge)類名(ming)(ming)(ming)優(you)骨干(gan)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)20余人(ren)。其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)鎮中(zhong)心小(xiao)學現(xian)有26個(ge)教(jiao)(jiao)學班,1231名(ming)(ming)(ming)學生(sheng)。有教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)58人(ren),高學歷教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)52人(ren),占90%,其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)本科學歷占60%,中(zhong)高級職(zhi)稱(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)占50%,有省級名(ming)(ming)(ming)優(you)骨干(gan)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)1人(ren),縣市(shi)級學科帶頭(tou)人(ren)、教(jiao)(jiao)壇新秀、優(you)秀課教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)15人(ren),占教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)數的(de)四(si)分之一。
