山東沐心(xin)·雙(shuang)馬山項目(mu)由山東雙(shuang)馬山現(xian)代農業旅游發展有限(xian)公(gong)司投資(zi)建設,位于山東省海拔(ba)最高的水(shui)庫——紅(hong)旗水(shui)庫東山,與著名(ming)的沂(yi)蒙(meng)72崮之馬頭(tou)崮、尹家(jia)崮血脈相連,與紅(hong)旗湖山水(shui)相映(ying),項目(mu)規劃占地2萬余畝,由沂(yi)源(yuan)縣人民(min)政府參(can)與投資(zi)。
項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)總建(jian)設(she)期(qi)7年(nian)(nian),于2016年(nian)(nian)10月開(kai)工建(jian)設(she),2023年(nian)(nian)12月竣工。其中(zhong),項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)一期(qi)建(jian)設(she)期(qi)3年(nian)(nian),項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)二期(qi)建(jian)設(she)期(qi)2年(nian)(nian),項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)三期(qi)建(jian)設(she)期(qi)2年(nian)(nian)。預(yu)計項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)總投資10億元人民幣(bi)。預(yu)測2018年(nian)(nian)景區正式對外開(kai)放。
