山(shan)(shan)東沐心·雙馬(ma)山(shan)(shan)項(xiang)目由(you)山(shan)(shan)東雙馬(ma)山(shan)(shan)現代農業旅(lv)游(you)發(fa)展有限公司(si)投資建設,位于山(shan)(shan)東省海拔最高(gao)的(de)水庫——紅(hong)旗水庫東山(shan)(shan),與(yu)著名的(de)沂蒙72崮之(zhi)馬(ma)頭(tou)崮、尹家崮血脈相連,與(yu)紅(hong)旗湖山(shan)(shan)水相映(ying),項(xiang)目規劃占(zhan)地2萬(wan)余畝,由(you)沂源縣人民政府參與(yu)投資。
項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)總(zong)建(jian)(jian)設期(qi)(qi)7年,于2016年10月(yue)開(kai)工建(jian)(jian)設,2023年12月(yue)竣工。其中,項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)一期(qi)(qi)建(jian)(jian)設期(qi)(qi)3年,項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)二期(qi)(qi)建(jian)(jian)設期(qi)(qi)2年,項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)三期(qi)(qi)建(jian)(jian)設期(qi)(qi)2年。預計項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)總(zong)投資10億元人(ren)民幣。預測2018年景區正式對外開(kai)放(fang)。
