山(shan)東(dong)(dong)沐心·雙馬山(shan)項(xiang)目由(you)山(shan)東(dong)(dong)雙馬山(shan)現代農業(ye)旅游發展有限公司投(tou)資(zi)建設,位(wei)于(yu)山(shan)東(dong)(dong)省海拔最(zui)高的水庫(ku)——紅旗(qi)水庫(ku)東(dong)(dong)山(shan),與(yu)(yu)著名(ming)的沂蒙72崮(gu)之(zhi)馬頭崮(gu)、尹(yin)家(jia)崮(gu)血脈相連,與(yu)(yu)紅旗(qi)湖山(shan)水相映,項(xiang)目規劃占地2萬余(yu)畝,由(you)沂源縣人(ren)民政(zheng)府參與(yu)(yu)投(tou)資(zi)。
項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)總(zong)(zong)建(jian)設(she)(she)期(qi)(qi)7年(nian),于2016年(nian)10月開工(gong)建(jian)設(she)(she),2023年(nian)12月竣(jun)工(gong)。其中,項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)一(yi)期(qi)(qi)建(jian)設(she)(she)期(qi)(qi)3年(nian),項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)二期(qi)(qi)建(jian)設(she)(she)期(qi)(qi)2年(nian),項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)三期(qi)(qi)建(jian)設(she)(she)期(qi)(qi)2年(nian)。預(yu)計項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)總(zong)(zong)投資10億元人(ren)民幣。預(yu)測2018年(nian)景區正式對(dui)外開放。
