藍(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)龍(long)(long)蝦(xia)容易和藍(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)魔(mo)蝦(xia)混(hun)淆(xiao),藍(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)魔(mo)蝦(xia)是(shi)(shi)天空藍(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)魔(mo)龍(long)(long)蝦(xia),它和藍(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)龍(long)(long)蝦(xia)是(shi)(shi)不同的,藍(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)龍(long)(long)蝦(xia)是(shi)(shi)佛(fo)羅里達藍(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)龍(long)(long)蝦(xia)。兩者區別是(shi)(shi)藍(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)魔(mo)蝦(xia)大(da)鉗(qian)子是(shi)(shi)橢(tuo)圓形,佛(fo)羅里達藍(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)龍(long)(long)蝦(xia)的鉗(qian)子是(shi)(shi)長條。藍(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)龍(long)(long)蝦(xia)身上有(you)(you)斑點,而藍(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)魔(mo)蝦(xia)沒(mei)有(you)(you)。藍(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)魔(mo)蝦(xia)沒(mei)有(you)(you)佛(fo)羅里達藍(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)龍(long)(long)蝦(xia)那么好養,但是(shi)(shi)藍(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)魔(mo)蝦(xia)大(da),且漂(piao)亮。
藍色龍蝦在在世界的發現案例稀少,捕獲藍色龍蝦的機會只有百萬分之一,常見的(de)(de)食(shi)用龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)蝦主要分(fen)兩(liang)大(da)類:美洲龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)蝦和歐洲龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)蝦。前者是常見的(de)(de)波士(shi)頓或(huo)澳(ao)洲龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)蝦,顏色(se)啡(fei)中帶(dai)綠;后者指常見于法國布列(lie)塔尼(Brittany)出產的(de)(de)大(da)西洋和英倫(lun)海峽的(de)(de)龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)蝦,色(se)澤深藍,又名為布列(lie)塔尼龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)蝦。
藍色(se)龍蝦的成長期較慢,平均要7年(nian)時間(jian)、蛻(tui)殼(ke)30至(zhi)35次(ci),才能長成至(zhi)12英寸、兩磅(bang)重的大(da)小(xiao),生(sheng)長速(su)度比(bi)波(bo)士頓龍蝦慢了一(yi)半(ban)。
蝦(xia)在pH值(zhi)6.5~9的(de)環(huan)境(jing)中(zhong)都能正常(chang)生(sheng)存,但最(zui)好是(shi)在偏堿性水體(ti)中(zhong)養(yang)殖,因為(wei)酸(suan)性水質不利(li)于(yu)蝦(xia)的(de)蛻殼生(sheng)長。水質過(guo)酸(suan),不利(li)于(yu)蛻殼,還會促使形成(cheng)軟(ruan)殼,給蝦(xia)的(de)正常(chang)生(sheng)活帶來危害,所以pH值(zhi)應控制在7.2~8之(zhi)間。水的(de)硬度(du)控制在17-25之(zhi)間最(zui)佳,硬度(du)過(guo)低易使蝦(xia)殼變軟(ruan),硬度(du)過(guo)高容(rong)易造成(cheng)蝦(xia)殼過(guo)硬導致蛻皮失(shi)敗。
