易門縣(xian)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)館建于1956年9月，是為(wei)(wei)保(bao)障公(gong)民基本(ben)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)權益(yi)設(she)立的(de)(de)公(gong)益(yi)性(xing)(xing)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)事業單位(wei)，是國家(jia)公(gong)共文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)設(she)施的(de)(de)組成部分，是我國特有的(de)(de)公(gong)共文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藝(yi)(yi)術(shu)(shu)活(huo)動場所。其(qi)職能是配合縣(xian)委(wei)、縣(xian)政(zheng)府宣傳(chuan)黨的(de)(de)方(fang)針(zhen)、路線、政(zheng)策，開展全(quan)縣(xian)性(xing)(xing)群眾(zhong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藝(yi)(yi)術(shu)(shu)活(huo)動，為(wei)(wei)社(she)(she)會主義精神文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)建設(she)、構建社(she)(she)會主義和諧社(she)(she)會服務；開展文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)宣傳(chuan)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藝(yi)(yi)術(shu)(shu)和科(ke)技知識培訓、民族民間(jian)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藝(yi)(yi)術(shu)(shu)遺產的(de)(de)收集(ji)與保(bao)護、相關的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)產業經(jing)營、組織文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)藝(yi)(yi)活(huo)動、業余文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)藝(yi)(yi)創作(zuo)；文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)物文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)博工作(zuo)；對(dui)全(quan)縣(xian)7個鄉鎮(zhen)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)站（文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)事務中(zhong)心）進行業務指導(dao)，培養(yang)農村文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藝(yi)(yi)術(shu)(shu)骨干和社(she)(she)區(qu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藝(yi)(yi)術(shu)(shu)人才；進行群眾(zhong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)藝(yi)(yi)理論研究和文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)交(jiao)流(liu)、編輯大眾(zhong)科(ke)普(pu)資料。

按照文(wen)化館(guan)免費開放要求，我(wo)館(guan)長(chang)期舉辦涵蓋音樂、舞蹈、美術、攝(she)(she)影等門類的(de)培訓班(ban)；并承擔縣內春節、“二月二”系列(lie)文(wen)藝(yi)活(huo)動；中國·云南野生食用菌(jun)開幕式(shi)文(wen)藝(yi)演出；文(wen)藝(yi)下鄉；農村(cun)文(wen)藝(yi)輔(fu)導(dao)；舉辦美術、書(shu)法、攝(she)(she)影展覽，受到群眾的(de)廣泛(fan)好評。

2011年(nian)11月，我(wo)館被(bei)中華(hua)人民共和國文化部評為(wei)“一級文化館”。
