人物簡介

新街邊男孩(New Kids On The Block)是(shi)(shi)男(nan)孩團(tuan)體(ti)（Boyband）的(de)(de)(de)(de)始祖。他(ta)們是(shi)(shi)被制作人兼作曲家Maurice Starr發掘的(de)(de)(de)(de)，希望(wang)他(ta)們能夠載歌(ge)載舞地(di)表演自己撰寫的(de)(de)(de)(de)一些饒(rao)舌歌(ge)曲。Maurice Starr在1983年(nian)成功(gong)地(di)將同樣(yang)是(shi)(shi)來自波(bo)斯頓的(de)(de)(de)(de)黑(hei)人五人組合"New Edition"推(tui)出(chu)音(yin)樂市場。兩年(nian)后針對音(yin)樂市場上占絕對比重(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)白人而(er)設計的(de)(de)(de)(de)組合就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)新街(jie)邊(bian)男(nan)孩。就(jiu)像他(ta)所希望(wang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)一樣(yang)在商(shang)業方面新街(jie)邊(bian)男(nan)孩遠遠超(chao)過了New Edition。他(ta)們活力十足，外貌(mao)討喜(xi)。

當時組合中(zhong)(zhong)年紀最(zui)(zui)小的(de)Joey McIntyre才14歲，而(er)年紀最(zui)(zui)長的(de)Jonathan Knight也才18歲。關于Joey McIntyre的(de)加入，其中(zhong)(zhong)還(huan)頗有一段插(cha)曲(qu)。當時新街邊(bian)男孩連第(di)一張唱片還(huan)沒(mei)出，就發生(sheng)其中(zhong)(zhong)一個團員因為過量酗酒被開除的(de)插(cha)曲(qu)。隨后(hou)才找(zhao)來Joey Mcintyre替補，成為五人之(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)最(zui)(zui)年輕的(de)一員。

2008年年初新街邊(bian)男孩宣布(bu)重組并在7月18日推出了新單(dan)曲(qu)《Summertime》，取得榜單(dan)36名的(de)好成績。

2008年(nian)9月2日曾經紅極一(yi)時(shi)的新街邊男孩時(shi)隔14年(nian)推出了新專(zhuan)輯(ji)《The Block》，在該專(zhuan)輯(ji)中(zhong)與Ne-Yo、The Pussycat Dolls、Akon等多(duo)名當紅歌手和(he)組合(he)進行了合(he)作。

2013年1月(yue)底，新街邊(bian)男孩發行了新單曲《remix（i like the）》。于1月(yue)25日（美國時間早上10點(dian)）在“On Air with Ryan Seacrest”電臺全(quan)球大首播(iTunes - 1/28 )！

2013年4月2日新(xin)街(jie)邊男孩發行了(le)新(xin)專輯(ji)《10》，這張專輯(ji)首周就(jiu)在(zai)Billboard專輯(ji)榜上(shang)登上(shang)了(le)TOP10！第一周銷量為(wei)5，0000份。--《10》是續《New Kids On The Block》,《Hangin' Tough》, 《Merry, Merry Christmas》,《Step By Step》, 《No More Games/ The Remix Album》, 《Face The Music》,
