測量流(liu)體壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)的(de)儀器(qi)(qi)。通常都是(shi)將被測壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)與某個參考壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(如(ru)(ru)大氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)或(huo)其他給定壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li))進(jin)行比(bi)較(jiao),因而(er)測得的(de)是(shi)相對壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)或(huo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)差(cha)。按工作(zuo)原理(li)不(bu)同可(ke)分為(wei)(wei)(wei)液(ye)(ye)柱式(shi)、彈(dan)性式(shi)和傳感器(qi)(qi)式(shi)3種(zhong)形(xing)式(shi)。液(ye)(ye)柱式(shi)如(ru)(ru)U型管壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)計(ji)(ji)、排管壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)計(ji)(ji)等,是(shi)根據流(liu)體靜力(li)(li)(li)學原理(li)將壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)信(xin)號轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變(bian)(bian)為(wei)(wei)(wei)液(ye)(ye)柱高度(du)信(xin)號,常使用(yong)(yong)(yong)水、酒精或(huo)水銀(yin)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)測壓(ya)(ya)(ya)工質。彈(dan)性式(shi)如(ru)(ru)包登管壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)計(ji)(ji),將壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)信(xin)號轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變(bian)(bian)為(wei)(wei)(wei)彈(dan)性元(yuan)件的(de)機械變(bian)(bian)形(xing)量,以(yi)指(zhi)針偏轉(zhuan)(zhuan)的(de)方式(shi)輸出(chu)信(xin)號。工業系統中多使用(yong)(yong)(yong)此類壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)計(ji)(ji)。壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)傳感器(qi)(qi)的(de)原理(li)是(shi)將壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)信(xin)號轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變(bian)(bian)為(wei)(wei)(wei)某種(zhong)電(dian)(dian)信(xin)號,如(ru)(ru)應(ying)變(bian)(bian)式(shi),通過彈(dan)性元(yuan)件變(bian)(bian)形(xing)而(er)導致電(dian)(dian)阻變(bian)(bian)化;壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)式(shi),利用(yong)(yong)(yong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)效應(ying)等。液(ye)(ye)柱式(shi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)計(ji)(ji)結構簡單,靈敏度(du)和精確度(du)都高,常用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)校正其他類型壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)計(ji)(ji),缺點是(shi)體積大、反應(ying)慢、難于(yu)自動測量。彈(dan)性式(shi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)計(ji)(ji)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)方便、測壓(ya)(ya)(ya)范圍大,但精度(du)較(jiao)低,同樣不(bu)能(neng)自動測量。各(ge)種(zhong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)傳感器(qi)(qi)均能(neng)小型化,比(bi)較(jiao)精確和快(kuai)速測量,尤能(neng)測量動態壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li),實現多點巡回檢測、信(xin)號轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換、遠距(ju)離傳輸、與計(ji)(ji)算(suan)機相連接(jie)、適時處理(li)等,因而(er)得到迅速發展和廣泛應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。
