1、參展(zhan)企業(ye)確(que)定參展(zhan)后,請確(que)定展(zhan)位位置,詳細填寫(xie)《參展(zhan)申(shen)請表》,并加蓋(gai)公(gong)章,復(fu)印營(ying)業(ye)執照副本加蓋(gai)公(gong)章,寄(ji)到組委會(hui)辦公(gong)室。
2、展(zhan)商報名后,參展(zhan)企(qi)業請(qing)(qing)于五個工作日內匯款,請(qing)(qing)將匯款底單傳至組委會(hui)(匯款帳戶見(jian)參展(zhan)申請(qing)(qing)表),逾(yu)期組委會(hui)將不保留(liu)展(zhan)位(wei)。
3、組委會(hui)在(zai)終確認參展(zhan)商(shang)展(zhan)位后,郵件發送《參展(zhan)商(shang)手冊》,手冊包(bao)括展(zhan)品(pin)運輸、展(zhan)臺(tai)設計搭(da)建、旅行及住宿(su)安排、物品(pin)租用和服務員、廣(guang)告(gao)以及簽證申請(qing)等有(you)關信息。
4、展覽(lan)會期間,組委會統一開具參(can)展費發(fa)票(piao)。
5、展(zhan)位安排原(yuan)則是“先申請、先付款、先分配”。但為(wei)保(bao)證(zheng)展(zhan)會的整體效果,組委會將保(bao)留終調整展(zhan)位的權(quan)利。
