2、展(zhan)(zhan)商(shang)報(bao)名(ming)后,參(can)展(zhan)(zhan)企業請(qing)于五個工作日內匯(hui)(hui)款(kuan)(kuan),請(qing)將匯(hui)(hui)款(kuan)(kuan)底單(dan)傳至組委會(匯(hui)(hui)款(kuan)(kuan)帳戶見參(can)展(zhan)(zhan)申(shen)請(qing)表),逾期組委會將不保留展(zhan)(zhan)位。
3、組委(wei)會在終確(que)認參展(zhan)商展(zhan)位后(hou),郵件發送《參展(zhan)商手冊(ce)》,手冊(ce)包括展(zhan)品運輸、展(zhan)臺設計搭建、旅行及住宿安排、物品租用和服務員、廣告以及簽證申請(qing)等有(you)關信(xin)息。
4、展(zhan)覽會(hui)期間,組委會(hui)統(tong)一開具參展(zhan)費發票。
5、展(zhan)位安排(pai)原則(ze)是“先申請、先付款(kuan)、先分(fen)配(pei)”。但為保證展(zhan)會(hui)的(de)整(zheng)體效果,組委會(hui)將保留終調整(zheng)展(zhan)位的(de)權利。
