山(shan)西晉中國(guo)(guo)家農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)高(gao)新(xin)技術產(chan)業(ye)(ye)示(shi)范區(qu)(qu)要以(yi)習近平(ping)新(xin)時代中國(guo)(guo)特色社會主(zhu)義(yi)思想為指導,深入(ru)貫徹黨(dang)的(de)十九大(da)和(he)十九屆二中、三中、四(si)中全(quan)會精神(shen),按照黨(dang)中央、國(guo)(guo)務(wu)院決策部署,全(quan)面實(shi)施(shi)創新(xin)驅動發展戰略(lve)和(he)鄉(xiang)村振興戰略(lve),以(yi)有機(ji)旱(han)作農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)為主(zhu)題,以(yi)農(nong)(nong)(nong)副(fu)食品(pin)加(jia)工(gong)為主(zhu)導產(chan)業(ye)(ye),努力(li)建設全(quan)國(guo)(guo)健康食品(pin)和(he)功能農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)綜(zong)合示(shi)范區(qu)(qu)、科技產(chan)業(ye)(ye)孵化示(shi)范區(qu)(qu)、特色農(nong)(nong)(nong)產(chan)品(pin)優勢區(qu)(qu)、農(nong)(nong)(nong)產(chan)品(pin)加(jia)工(gong)物流集散區(qu)(qu),在北(bei)方(fang)旱(han)作農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)區(qu)(qu)農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)提質(zhi)增效、做(zuo)大(da)特優農(nong)(nong)(nong)產(chan)品(pin)、做(zuo)優設施(shi)農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)、做(zuo)強現代農(nong)(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)服務(wu)業(ye)(ye)等(deng)方(fang)面探索示(shi)范,努力(li)創造出(chu)可(ke)復(fu)制、可(ke)推廣(guang)的(de)經(jing)驗(yan)。
2016年11月11日(ri),省政府第136次常務會通過(guo)山(shan)西(xi)農谷建設(she)初(chu)設(she)方(fang)案,山(shan)西(xi)農谷上升為省級戰略;
2017年(nian)4月12日,山西農谷管委會揭牌(pai),完成了規劃編制、機構(gou)組建(jian)、投(tou)融資平臺搭建(jian)等頂層(ceng)設計(ji);
2017年6月,習近平(ping)總書記視察山西時指出(chu),有(you)機(ji)旱(han)(han)作是山西農(nong)業的一大傳(chuan)統技術特(te)色。要堅持走有(you)機(ji)旱(han)(han)作農(nong)業的路子,完(wan)善(shan)有(you)機(ji)旱(han)(han)作農(nong)業技術體(ti)系(xi),使有(you)機(ji)旱(han)(han)作農(nong)業成為我國(guo)現(xian)代(dai)農(nong)業的重要品牌(pai);
2017年9月,國發42號文件提出“要打造(zao)山西(xi)農谷(gu)(gu)綜合性(xing)、專業性(xing)科創中心”,為(wei)山西(xi)農谷(gu)(gu)建設進(jin)一步指明(ming)了方(fang)向;
2018年5月4日,太谷(gu)省級農(nong)業高(gao)新技術產(chan)業示范區獲批,列入開(kai)發區管(guan)理序列;
2019年11月18日,國務院(yuan)批復同意建(jian)設山(shan)西晉中國家(jia)農(nong)業高(gao)新(xin)技術產業示(shi)范(fan)區(qu),山(shan)西農(nong)谷站在(zai)國家(jia)層面(mian)加(jia)快發展。

全力(li)打造晉中國(guo)家農高區科創(chuang)(chuang)基地(di)(di)、有機旱作農業示(shi)范基地(di)(di)、青農聯創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)業基地(di)(di)、功能食品加工基地(di)(di)、種(zhong)苗花(hua)卉(hui)基地(di)(di)、山西農谷(gu)總(zong)部基地(di)(di)。

搞好一個論壇
按(an)照省委、省政(zheng)府(fu)提出(chu)的(de)(de)將太谷論(lun)壇(tan)辦(ban)成“國(guo)(guo)際性、永(yong)久性”論(lun)壇(tan)的(de)(de)指示精神,結合(he)(he)全省打造農(nong)產品精深(shen)加工(gong)“十大產業(ye)集群”的(de)(de)要求,按(an)市(shi)場(chang)化辦(ban)會運(yun)營模(mo)式,從2020年5月至9月舉辦(ban)中國(guo)(guo)鄉(xiang)村振興主論(lun)壇(tan)和(he)(he)茶(cha)品、藥(yao)品、功(gong)能(休閑)食品、釀(niang)品“4品”產業(ye)分論(lun)壇(tan)。由山(shan)西(xi)(xi)(xi)農(nong)谷和(he)(he)山(shan)西(xi)(xi)(xi)凱嘉能源集團(tuan)合(he)(he)作,聯(lian)合(he)(he)山(shan)西(xi)(xi)(xi)農(nong)大和(he)(he)中國(guo)(guo)鄉(xiang)建院(yuan)李昌平團(tuan)隊(dui),以民辦(ban)非企業(ye)形式組建鄉(xiang)村調查研究院(yuan)承辦(ban),確保做成品牌,集聚人氣,持續提升山(shan)西(xi)(xi)(xi)農(nong)谷知名度(du)和(he)(he)影響力。首期(qi)將陽邑村和(he)(he)山(shan)西(xi)(xi)(xi)農(nong)谷的(de)(de)2個村納入全市(shi)改(gai)革試點,市(shi)財政(zheng)單列1000萬元(yuan)鄉(xiang)村改(gai)革發展基金(jin)(jin),作為農(nong)村改(gai)革引(yin)道資金(jin)(jin),在(zai)實現市(shi)場(chang)化辦(ban)會辦(ban)展的(de)(de)基礎上,形成一批高(gao)質量的(de)(de)農(nong)村改(gai)革成果。
辦好月月展銷
為(wei)深入貫徹(che)落實省(sheng)委(wei)、省(sheng)政府提出的山西(xi)農谷(gu)“月月有活動、月月有展(zhan)銷”的精神,經過大量前期對接,共謀劃展(zhan)銷會(hui)十二場。一月份舉辦年貨展(zhan)銷會(hui),首(shou)屆展(zhan)銷會(hui)已成(cheng)功(gong)舉辦,展(zhan)期10天,首(shou)次(ci)(ci)采用(yong)市場化運作(zuo)模式(shi),吸引419家商戶和企業參(can)與展(zhan)銷,累計接待群眾8萬(wan)余人(ren)次(ci)(ci),現場交易金(jin)額(e)達(da)到500萬(wan)元左右。
打造七品產業
踐行省委、省政府培育壯(zhuang)大“十大產業(ye)集(ji)群(qun)”的戰略(lve)決策和創新理念(nian),實施形成(cheng)金磚五谷有機雜糧(liang)功(gong)能食品,海玉功(gong)能食品,南(nan)方黑五類系列飲(yin)品、美和居高端醋(cu)釀(niang)品等產業(ye),加快(kuai)形成(cheng)產業(ye)集(ji)群(qun)。
