泉州市(shi)豐澤(ze)區實驗(yan)小(xiao)學(xue)原身東涂小(xiao)學(xue),創辦于1932年,是一所歷(li)史悠久、師資雄厚(hou)、治學(xue)嚴謹的(de)福建省陶行知實驗(yan)學(xue)校。學(xue)校位于泉州市(shi)豐澤(ze)區東涂社區的(de)東涂街旁邊(bian),校園(yuan)占(zhan)地面積(ji)達14828平方米(mi),建筑面積(ji)達14292平方米(mi),(以下(xia)資料至2016年10月27日)現有(you)48個教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)班,學(xue)生2885人(ren),現有(you)教(jiao)(jiao)職員工(gong)144人(ren),本科學(xue)歷(li)93人(ren),大(da)專學(xue)歷(li)21人(ren)。小(xiao)中高(gao)1人(ren),小(xiao)高(gao)56人(ren),市(shi)級學(xue)科帶頭人(ren)5人(ren),市(shi)骨干教(jiao)(jiao)師43人(ren)。

學(xue)校(xiao)全(quan)面貫徹黨(dang)的教(jiao)育方針(zhen),全(quan)面推進素(su)質教(jiao)育,按高標(biao)準、嚴要求、促(cu)高效、活管理(li)為(wei)(wei)主線,樹(shu)立了“校(xiao)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)育人(ren)為(wei)(wei)本,師以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)敬(jing)業為(wei)(wei)樂,生以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)成(cheng)(cheng)才(cai)為(wei)(wei)志(zhi)”的“三(san)為(wei)(wei)”目標(biao);以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)“豐實底(di)蘊,美潤童心”為(wei)(wei)核心文(wen)化;以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)“依法(fa)治校(xiao)、科研興校(xiao)、質量強校(xiao)、環境(jing)美校(xiao)、人(ren)才(cai)立校(xiao)、特(te)色(se)揚校(xiao)”為(wei)(wei)辦學(xue)指導思(si)想;以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)“愛國、勤奮、團結、創(chuang)新”為(wei)(wei)校(xiao)訓(xun),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)陶行(xing)(xing)知(zhi)的教(jiao)育思(si)想為(wei)(wei)理(li)念,形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)陶行(xing)(xing)知(zhi)“教(jiao)人(ren)求真(zhen),學(xue)做(zuo)真(zhen)人(ren)”育人(ren)思(si)想和(he)經典誦(song)讀為(wei)(wei)辦學(xue)特(te)色(se)。
學校學生遵循學校提出的(de)(de)五(wu)美(mei)(mei)(mei):運動美(mei)(mei)(mei)、讀書(shu)美(mei)(mei)(mei)、創(chuang)新美(mei)(mei)(mei)、藝術(shu)美(mei)(mei)(mei)和文明(ming)美(mei)(mei)(mei),并每隔一段時間選出文明(ming)班級,并更新黑板報。每班墻外都有一個展示班級的(de)(de)五(wu)美(mei)(mei)(mei)學生,并介紹該班的(de)(de)少(shao)年宮主題(ti)。
《吟(yin)古誦今》、《好習慣好人生(sheng)》、《空中英(ying)語(yu)》等(deng)校本課程,讓(rang)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)了解(jie)得(de)更全面,知(zhi)道的更多(duo),擴展得(de)更大(da),讓(rang)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)養成良(liang)好的閱讀習慣,并且每學(xue)(xue)期開展一(yi)次吟(yin)古誦今比賽和書法比賽,檢(jian)測學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)是(shi)否學(xue)(xue)得(de)好。
此外(wai),學(xue)校(xiao)開展(zhan)了豐富(fu)多(duo)彩的(de)(de)少年宮活(huo)動,包(bao)括器樂、合(he)唱、棋類、機器人等50多(duo)種項目,讓學(xue)生的(de)(de)綜合(he)素質(zhi)(zhi)得到了提升(sheng)。值得一提的(de)(de)是,豐澤實(shi)小在提升(sheng)自身的(de)(de)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)時(shi),也把優質(zhi)(zhi)教育資源輻射到其他學(xue)校(xiao)。如2015開辦(ban)的(de)(de)崇(chong)德實(shi)驗小學(xue)作為豐澤區實(shi)驗小學(xue)分校(xiao)區辦(ban)學(xue),兩校(xiao)捆(kun)綁為“辦(ban)學(xue)共(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體”,采(cai)取“同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)課程(cheng)、同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)進(jin)度、同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)教研(yan)、同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)活(huo)動、同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)表彰”的(de)(de)“五同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)”舉措,實(shi)現共(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)快速(su)發展(zhan)。
