《廣異記》是一部(bu)唐代前期的中國志(zhi)怪(guai)傳(chuan)奇(qi)小(xiao)說(shuo)(shuo)集,原書二十卷,今存(cun)六(liu)卷。本文專就其中所(suo)載(zai)人鬼(gui)情(qing)緣(yuan)故(gu)事與(yu)六(liu)朝同(tong)類故(gu)事比較,論證廣異記雖上承六(liu)朝志(zhi)怪(guai)模式,而敘述(shu)轉趨曲折,人物形象細致(zhi),各方面技法都有進(jin)步,尤(you)其在利(li)用(yong)宗教元素上已脫離(li)輔教動機,提升了(le)小(xiao)說(shuo)(shuo)創(chuang)作意識的水平,展示(shi)唐人情(qing)致(zhi),開發小(xiao)說(shuo)(shuo)的新時代趣味,即謂(wei)以志(zhi)怪(guai)之體而用(yong)傳(chuan)奇(qi)之法,是一部(bu)初唐小(xiao)說(shuo)(shuo)由志(zhi)怪(guai)演進(jin)為(wei)傳(chuan)奇(qi)的代表作品。
趙郡(jun)李湜(shi)(shi)(shi),以(yi)(yi)開元(yuan)中謁華岳廟(miao)。過三(san)(san)夫人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)院,忽(hu)見(jian)神女悉(xi)是生人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),邀入寶帳(zhang)中,備極歡(huan)洽。三(san)(san)夫人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)迭(die)與結歡(huan),言(yan)終而出。臨訣,謂(wei)湜(shi)(shi)(shi)曰:“每(mei)年(nian)七月七日至(zhi)十二(er)(er)日,岳神當上計于(yu)天,至(zhi)時相迎,無(wu)宜辭(ci)讓。今者(zhe)相見(jian),亦(yi)是其(qi)時,故得盡歡(huan)爾(er)(er)。”自(zi)爾(er)(er)七年(nian),每(mei)悟其(qi)日,奄(yan)然氣(qi)盡,家(jia)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)守之,三(san)(san)日方悟。說云(yun)(yun):“靈帳(zhang)瑇(dai)筵,綺(qi)席羅薦。搖月扇(shan)以(yi)(yi)輕暑,曳(ye)羅衣(yi)以(yi)(yi)縱香(xiang)。玉佩清冷,香(xiang)風斐(fei)亹。候(hou)湜(shi)(shi)(shi)之至(zhi),莫(mo)(mo)不(bu)笑開星靨,花媚玉顏(yan)。敘離異(yi)則涕(ti)零,論新(xin)歡(huan)則情(qing)洽。三(san)(san)夫人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)皆其(qi)有也。湜(shi)(shi)(shi)才偉(wei)于(yu)器,尤為(wei)所重,各盡其(qi)歡(huan)情(qing)。及還家(jia),莫(mo)(mo)不(bu)惆悵嗚咽(yan),延(yan)景惜別。”湜(shi)(shi)(shi)既悟,形貌流浹,輒病十來日而后可。有術者(zhe)見(jian)湜(shi)(shi)(shi)云(yun)(yun):“君有邪氣(qi)。”為(wei)書一(yi)(yi)(yi)符,后雖相見(jian),不(bu)得相近(jin)。二(er)(er)夫人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)一(yi)(yi)(yi)姓王,一(yi)(yi)(yi)姓杜,罵云(yun)(yun):“酷無(wu)行,何以(yi)(yi)帶符為(wei)?”小(xiao)夫人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)姓蕭,恩義特深,涕(ti)泣相顧,誡湜(shi)(shi)(shi):“三(san)(san)年(nian)勿(wu)言(yan),言(yan)之非獨損(sun)君,亦(yi)當損(sun)我。”湜(shi)(shi)(shi)問(wen)以(yi)(yi)官(guan),云(yun)(yun):“合進士(shi)及第(di),終小(xiao)縣(xian)令(ling)。”皆如其(qi)言(yan)。
開(kai)元初,玄(xuan)宗(zong)以皇(huang)后無(wu)子,乃(nai)令(ling)葉凈能道士奏章上玉京天帝(di),問(wen)皇(huang)后有子否。久之,章下。批云:“無(wu)子。”跡甚分明。
開元中,張嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)佑(you)(you)為(wei)(wei)相州(zhou)刺史(shi)。使宅舊兇(xiong),嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)佑(you)(you)初(chu)至,便(bian)有(you)(you)(you)(you)鬼祟回佑(you)(you)家(jia)。備(bei)極擾亂,佑(you)(you)不(bu)(bu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)懼。其(qi)(qi)西(xi)院(yuan)小廳鋪設及他(ta)食(shi)物,又被翻倒(dao)。嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)佑(you)(you)往觀之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),見一女(nv)(nv)子,嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)佑(you)(you)問(wen)(wen)(wen):“女(nv)(nv)郎何(he)神(shen)?”女(nv)(nv)云(yun):“己是周(zhou)(zhou)故大將軍相州(zhou)刺史(shi)尉(wei)遲府君(jun)女(nv)(nv),家(jia)有(you)(you)(you)(you)至屈,欲(yu)見使君(jun)陳論。”嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)佑(you)(you)曰(yue):“敬(jing)當以(yi)領(ling)。”有(you)(you)(you)(you)頃而(er)至。容服(fu)魁岸,視瞻高(gao)遠,選致敬(jing)于(yu)嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)佑(you)(you),佑(you)(you)延坐。問(wen)(wen)(wen)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)曰(yue):“生(sheng)為(wei)(wei)賢(xian)人(ren),死(si)(si)為(wei)(wei)明神(shen)。胡為(wei)(wei)宵宰(zai)幽瞑,恐動兒女(nv)(nv),遂令(ling)此州(zhou)前后(hou)(hou)號(hao)為(wei)(wei)兇(xiong)闕(que)。何(he)為(wei)(wei)正直而(er)至是耶?”云(yun):“往者(zhe)周(zhou)(zhou)室作殫,楊堅篡奪(duo)。我忝周(zhou)(zhou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)臣子,寧忍社稷(ji)崩(beng)殞!所以(yi)欲(yu)全臣節,首倡大義(yi),冀乎匡復宇宙,以(yi)存太祖之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)。韋孝(xiao)寬周(zhou)(zhou)室舊臣,不(bu)(bu)能(neng)聞義(yi)而(er)舉(ju),反(fan)受楊堅銜(xian)勒,為(wei)(wei)其(qi)(qi)所用。以(yi)一州(zhou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)眾,當天下累益之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)師。精(jing)誠雖欲(yu)貫(guan)天,四海竟無救助(zhu)。尋而(er)失(shi)守,一門(men)遇(yu)害。合家(jia)六十余口骸骨。在此廳下,日(ri)月既(ji)多,幽怨愈甚。欲(yu)化(hua)別不(bu)(bu)可,欲(yu)白于(yu)人(ren),悉(xi)皆懼死(si)(si),無所控告至此。明公幸垂顧盻,若沉骸儻得不(bu)(bu)棄,幽魅有(you)(you)(you)(you)所招立(li),則(ze)雖死(si)(si)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)日(ri),猶生(sheng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)年。”嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)佑(you)(you)許諾。他(ta)日(ri),出其(qi)(qi)積骸,以(yi)禮葬(zang)于(yu)廳后(hou)(hou)。便(bian)以(yi)廳為(wei)(wei)廟,歲時禱(dao)祠焉。佑(you)(you)有(you)(you)(you)(you)女(nv)(nv),年八(ba)九歲,家(jia)人(ren)欲(yu)有(you)(you)(you)(you)所問(wen)(wen)(wen),則(ze)令(ling)啟白,神(shen)必(bi)有(you)(you)(you)(you)應。神(shen)欲(yu)白嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)佑(you)(you),亦(yi)令(ling)小女(nv)(nv)出見,以(yi)為(wei)(wei)常也。其(qi)(qi)后(hou)(hou)嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)佑(you)(you)家(jia)人(ren)有(you)(you)(you)(you)所適,神(shen)必(bi)使陰(yin)兵(bing)送出境。兵(bing)還,具白送至某處,其(qi)(qi)西(xi)不(bu)(bu)過河陽橋。
汝陰男子(zi)(zi)(zi)姓(xing)許(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu),少(shao)孤。為(wei)(wei)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)白(bai)(bai)皙,有(you)(you)姿調。好鮮(xian)衣(yi)良(liang)(liang)馬(ma),游(you)騁(cheng)無(wu)度(du)。常(chang)牽黃犬,逐獸荒澗(jian)中(zhong)(zhong),倦息大(da)(da)樹下。樹高(gao)百余尺,大(da)(da)數十(shi)圍,高(gao)柯(ke)旁挺,垂陰連(lian)數畝(mu)。仰視枝(zhi)間(jian)(jian),懸一五色彩囊(nang),以(yi)為(wei)(wei)誤有(you)(you)遺(yi)者,乃(nai)(nai)取歸。而結不可解,甚(shen)(shen)愛異(yi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),置(zhi)(zhi)巾(jin)箱(xiang)中(zhong)(zhong)。向暮,化成一女(nv)子(zi)(zi)(zi),手把名紙直(zhi)前(qian)(qian)(qian),云(yun)(yun):“王女(nv)郎(lang)令相(xiang)聞(wen)。”致名訖,遂去。有(you)(you)頃,異(yi)香滿室,漸(jian)聞(wen)車(che)馬(ma)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)聲。許(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)出(chu)戶,望(wang)見(jian)(jian)(jian)列燭(zhu)成行,有(you)(you)一少(shao)年(nian)(nian)(nian),乘白(bai)(bai)馬(ma),從十(shi)余騎在前(qian)(qian)(qian),直(zhi)來詣許(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)曰(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue):“小(xiao)妹(mei)粗家,竊慕盛德(de),欲托(tuo)良(liang)(liang)緣于君(jun)(jun)子(zi)(zi)(zi),如何(he)(he)(he)?”許(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)以(yi)其神(shen),不敢苦(ku)辭。少(shao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)即命(ming)左右,灑掃別(bie)室。須臾(yu),女(nv)車(che)至(zhi)(zhi),光香滿路。侍女(nv)乘馬(ma)數十(shi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),皆有(you)(you)美色,持步障,擁(yong)女(nv)郎(lang)下車(che)。延入別(bie)室,幃帳(zhang)茵席畢具,家人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)大(da)(da)驚,視之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)皆見(jian)(jian)(jian)。少(shao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)促(cu)許(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)沐浴,進新(xin)(xin)衣(yi),侍女(nv)扶入女(nv)室。女(nv)郎(lang)年(nian)(nian)(nian)十(shi)六七(qi),艷(yan)麗(li)無(wu)雙(shuang),著青袿(gui)飖,珠翠璀錯,下階答拜(bai)(bai)。共升(sheng)堂訖,少(shao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)乃(nai)(nai)去。房中(zhong)(zhong)施云(yun)(yun)母屏風(feng),芙(fu)蓉翠帳(zhang),以(yi)鹿瑞錦(jin)障暎四壁。大(da)(da)設(she)珍肴,多諸異(yi)果,甘美鮮(xian)香。非(fei)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)間(jian)(jian)者。食器有(you)(you)七(qi)子(zi)(zi)(zi)螺、九枝(zhi)盤(pan)、紅螺杯、蕖(qu)葉碗(wan),皆黃金隱起,錯以(yi)瑰碧。有(you)(you)玉罍,貯(zhu)車(che)師葡萄(tao)酒,芬(fen)馨酷烈。座上(shang)(shang)置(zhi)(zhi)連(lian)心蠟(la)燭(zhu),悉以(yi)紫玉為(wei)(wei)盤(pan),光明如晝。許(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)素(su)(su)(su)輕薄(bo)無(wu)檢,又(you)(you)為(wei)(wei)物色夸(kua)眩,意甚(shen)(shen)悅之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。坐(zuo)定,許(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)問(wen)曰(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue):“鄙夫固陋,蓬(peng)室湫隘(ai),不宜乃(nai)(nai)能見(jian)(jian)(jian)顧(gu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)深。歡(huan)忭交并(bing)(bing),未知(zhi)所(suo)措。”答曰(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue):“大(da)(da)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)為(wei)(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)樂南部(bu)將(jiang)軍(jun),不以(yi)兒(er)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)幽(you)賤,欲使(shi)托(tuo)身君(jun)(jun)子(zi)(zi)(zi)。躬奉砥礪(li),幸(xing)過良(liang)(liang)會,欣愿(yuan)誠深。”又(you)(you)問(wen):“南部(bu)將(jiang)軍(jun)今何(he)(he)(he)官(guan)也(ye)?”曰(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue):“是嵩君(jun)(jun)別(bie)部(bu)所(suo)治,若古之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)四鎮(zhen)將(jiang)軍(jun)也(ye)。”酒酣(han)(han),嘆曰(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue):“今夕(xi)何(he)(he)(he)夕(xi),見(jian)(jian)(jian)此(ci)良(liang)(liang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)。”詞韻清媚,非(fei)所(suo)聞(wen)見(jian)(jian)(jian)。又(you)(you)授箏(zheng)作(zuo)《飛鴻》、《別(bie)鶴》之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)曲(qu),宛頸而歌,為(wei)(wei)許(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)送酒。清聲哀暢,容(rong)態(tai)蕩越,殆不自(zi)持。許(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)不勝(sheng)其情,遽前(qian)(qian)(qian)擁(yong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。乃(nai)(nai)微盻而笑曰(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue):“既為(wei)(wei)詩人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)感(gan)(gan)悅之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)譏(ji),又(you)(you)玷上(shang)(shang)客掛(gua)纓之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)笑,如何(he)(he)(he)?”因(yin)顧(gu)令徹筵,去燭(zhu)就帳(zhang)。恣其歡(huan)狎,豐肌弱骨,柔(rou)滑如飴(yi)。明日,遍召家人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),大(da)(da)申婦禮,賜(si)予甚(shen)(shen)厚。積三日,前(qian)(qian)(qian)少(shao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)又(you)(you)來曰(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue):“大(da)(da)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)感(gan)(gan)愧良(liang)(liang)甚(shen)(shen),愿(yuan)得相(xiang)見(jian)(jian)(jian),使(shi)某奉迎。”乃(nai)(nai)與俱去。至(zhi)(zhi)前(qian)(qian)(qian)獵處,無(wu)復大(da)(da)樹矣(yi)。但(dan)見(jian)(jian)(jian)朱(zhu)門素(su)(su)(su)壁。若今大(da)(da)官(guan)府中(zhong)(zhong),左右列兵衛,皆迎拜(bai)(bai)。少(shao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)引(yin)入,見(jian)(jian)(jian)府君(jun)(jun)冠平(ping)天幘,絳紗衣(yi),坐(zuo)高(gao)殿上(shang)(shang),庭(ting)中(zhong)(zhong)排戟(ji)設(she)纛(dao)。許(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)拜(bai)(bai)謁,府君(jun)(jun)為(wei)(wei)起,揖之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)升(sheng)階。勞問(wen)曰(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue):“少(shao)女(nv)幼失所(suo)恃,幸(xing)得托(tuo)奉高(gao)明,感(gan)(gan)慶無(wu)量。然此(ci)亦冥(ming)期神(shen)契,非(fei)至(zhi)(zhi)精(jing)相(xiang)感(gan)(gan),何(he)(he)(he)能及此(ci)。”許(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)謝,乃(nai)(nai)與入內。門宇嚴邃,環廊曲(qu)閣,連(lian)亙(gen)相(xiang)通,中(zhong)(zhong)堂高(gao)會,酣(han)(han)燕(yan)正歡(huan)。因(yin)命(ming)設(she)樂,絲竹繁錯,曲(qu)度(du)新(xin)(xin)奇。歌妓數十(shi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),皆妍冶上(shang)(shang)色。既罷,乃(nai)(nai)以(yi)金帛厚遺(yi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),并(bing)(bing)資仆馬(ma),家遂贍給。仍(reng)為(wei)(wei)起宅于里(li)中(zhong)(zhong),皆極豐麗(li)。女(nv)郎(lang)雅善(shan)玄素(su)(su)(su)養生之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)術(shu),許(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)體力精(jing)爽,倍(bei)于常(chang)矣(yi),以(yi)此(ci)知(zhi)其審神(shen)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)也(ye)。后(hou)時(shi)一歸,皆女(nv)郎(lang)相(xiang)隨,府君(jun)(jun)輒饋送甚(shen)(shen)厚。數十(shi)年(nian)(nian)(nian),有(you)(you)子(zi)(zi)(zi)五人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),而姿色無(wu)損。后(hou)許(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)卒,乃(nai)(nai)攜子(zi)(zi)(zi)俱去,不知(zhi)所(suo)在也(ye)。
博(bo)陵崔敏(min)(min)殼(ke)(ke)(ke),性耿直(zhi),不(bu)懼神(shen)鬼。年(nian)十(shi)歲時(shi),常暴死。死十(shi)八年(nian)而(er)后(hou)活,自(zi)說(shuo)被(bei)枉(wang)追,敏(min)(min)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)苦自(zi)申(shen)理(li),歲余(yu)(yu)(yu)獲放。王(wang)謂(wei)敏(min)(min)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)曰(yue):“汝(ru)合(he)卻還(huan)。然(ran)屋舍已壞,如何?”敏(min)(min)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)祈固求(qiu)還(huan)。王(wang)曰(yue):“宜(yi)更托生(sheng),倍與官(guan)祿。”敏(min)(min)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)不(bu)肯。王(wang)難以理(li)屈,徘徊久之(zhi),敏(min)(min)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)陳訴稱冤,王(wang)不(bu)得(de)已,使人(ren)(ren)至西國,求(qiu)重生(sheng)藥,數(shu)載方還(huan)。藥至布骨,悉皆(jie)生(sheng)肉,唯腳心不(bu)生(sheng),骨遂(sui)(sui)(sui)露(lu)焉。其后(hou),家(jia)頻夢(meng)敏(min)(min)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)云(yun)(yun):“吾已活”。遂(sui)(sui)(sui)開棺。初有氣,養之(zhi)月余(yu)(yu)(yu)方愈。敏(min)(min)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)在冥中(zhong),檢身(shen)當得(de)十(shi)政(zheng)刺史(shi)。遂(sui)(sui)(sui)累求(qiu)兇闕,輕侮(wu)鬼神(shen),卒獲無恙。其后(hou),為徐(xu)州(zhou)刺史(shi),皆(jie)不(bu)敢居(ju)正廳(ting),相傳(chuan)云(yun)(yun):“項羽故殿(dian)也。”敏(min)(min)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)到州(zhou),即敕酒掃。視(shi)(shi)事數(shu)日(ri),空中(zhong)忽聞大叫,曰(yue):“我西楚霸王(wang)也,崔敏(min)(min)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)何人(ren)(ren)敢奪吾所(suo)居(ju)!”敏(min)(min)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)徐(xu)云(yun)(yun):“鄙哉項羽,生(sheng)不(bu)能與漢(han)高祖西向爭天下(xia),死乃與崔敏(min)(min)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)競一敗屋乎且王(wang)死烏江,頭(tou)行(xing)萬里,縱有余(yu)(yu)(yu)靈,何足畏也!”乃帖然(ran)無聲,其廳(ting)遂(sui)(sui)(sui)安。后(hou)為華(hua)州(zhou)刺史(shi)。華(hua)岳祠傍,有人(ren)(ren)初夜聞廟中(zhong)喧呼,及(ji)視(shi)(shi),庭燎甚盛,兵數(shu)百(bai)人(ren)(ren)陳列(lie)。受敕云(yun)(yun):“當與三郎迎婦(fu)。”又曰(yue):“崔使君在州(zhou),勿妄飄(piao)風暴雨。”皆(jie)云(yun)(yun):“不(bu)敢。”既(ji)出,遂(sui)(sui)(sui)無所(suo)見(jian)。
唐仇(chou)嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)福(fu)者,京(jing)兆(zhao)富平人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),家(jia)在簿臺村,應(ying)舉(ju)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)洛。出(chu)(chu)京(jing)遇一少(shao)年,狀若(ruo)王(wang)者,裘馬(ma)(ma)仆從甚(shen)盛。見(jian)嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)福(fu)有(you)喜(xi)狀,因(yin)問(wen)(wen)(wen)何適,嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)福(fu)云(yun)(yun):“應(ying)舉(ju)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)都(dou)。”人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)云(yun)(yun):“吾亦東行(xing),喜(xi)君(jun)(jun)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)逐。”嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)福(fu)問(wen)(wen)(wen)其(qi)(qi)姓,云(yun)(yun):“姓白(bai)。”嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)福(fu)竊思朝廷無白(bai)氏貴(gui)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),心頗(po)疑之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。經一日(ri)(ri)(ri),人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)謂(wei)嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)福(fu):“君(jun)(jun)驢(lv)弱,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)能偕(xie)行(xing)。”乃以(yi)后乘見(jian)載。數日(ri)(ri)(ri),至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)華岳(yue)(yue)廟(miao),謂(wei)嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)福(fu)曰:“吾非(fei)常人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),天帝(di)(di)使(shi)我(wo)案(an)天下(xia)鬼神(shen)(shen)(shen),今(jin)須入廟(miao)鞫問(wen)(wen)(wen)。君(jun)(jun)命(ming)(ming)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)與(yu)我(wo)有(you)舊,業已(yi)如此(ci),能入廟(miao)否(fou)事畢(bi),當俱入都(dou)。”嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)福(fu)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)獲(huo)(huo)已(yi),隨入廟(miao)門(men)。便見(jian)翠幙云(yun)(yun)黯,陳設甚(shen)備。當前有(you)牀(chuan),貴(gui)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)當案(an)而(er)坐,以(yi)竹(zhu)倚牀(chuan)坐嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)福(fu)。尋有(you)教(jiao)呼(hu)岳(yue)(yue)神(shen)(shen)(shen),神(shen)(shen)(shen)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)俯伏(fu)。貴(gui)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)呼(hu)責(ze)數四(si)(si),因(yin)命(ming)(ming)左(zuo)右(you)曳(ye)出(chu)(chu)。遍召(zhao)(zhao)關中(zhong)諸神(shen)(shen)(shen),點名閱視。末(mo)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)昆明池神(shen)(shen)(shen),呼(hu)上階(jie)語(yu),請嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)福(fu)宜小遠,無預(yu)此(ci)議。嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)福(fu)出(chu)(chu)堂后幕(mu)中(zhong),聞幕(mu)外(wai)有(you)痛楚(chu)聲(sheng),抉幕(mu),見(jian)己(ji)婦(fu)懸頭在庭樹(shu)上,審其(qi)(qi)必死,心色俱壞。須臾,貴(gui)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)召(zhao)(zhao)還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan),見(jian)嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)福(fu)色惡(e),問(wen)(wen)(wen)其(qi)(qi)故(gu),具以(yi)實對。再命(ming)(ming)審視,還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)答不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)謬。貴(gui)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)驚云(yun)(yun):“君(jun)(jun)婦(fu)若(ruo)我(wo)婦(fu)也(ye),寧得不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)料(liao)理之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)!”遂(sui)傳教(jiao)召(zhao)(zhao)岳(yue)(yue)神(shen)(shen)(shen)。神(shen)(shen)(shen)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),問(wen)(wen)(wen):“何以(yi)取簿臺村仇(chou)嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)福(fu)婦(fu),致(zhi)楚(chu)毒?”神(shen)(shen)(shen)初(chu)(chu)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)知。有(you)碧衣(yi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),云(yun)(yun)是判官,自(zi)后代對曰:“此(ci)事天曹所(suo)(suo)召(zhao)(zhao),今(jin)見(jian)書狀送。”貴(gui)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)令(ling)持(chi)(chi)案(an)來,敕左(zuo)右(you)封(feng)印(yin)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)天帝(di)(di)所(suo)(suo),當持(chi)(chi)出(chu)(chu)。已(yi)自(zi)白(bai)帝(di)(di),顧謂(wei)岳(yue)(yue)神(shen)(shen)(shen):“可(ke)(ke)即放還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)。”亦謂(wei)嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)福(fu):“本欲至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)都(dou),今(jin)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)可(ke)(ke)矣(yi),宜速還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)富平。”因(yin)屈指料(liao)行(xing)程,云(yun)(yun):“四(si)(si)日(ri)(ri)(ri)方(fang)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),恐(kong)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)及事,當以(yi)駿馬(ma)(ma)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)借。君(jun)(jun)后見(jian)思,可(ke)(ke)干凈(jing)室焚香,我(wo)當必至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。”言訖辭去(qu)(qu)。既出(chu)(chu)門(men),神(shen)(shen)(shen)仆策(ce)馬(ma)(ma)亦至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)福(fu)上馬(ma)(ma),便至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)其(qi)(qi)家(jia),家(jia)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)倉卒(zu)悲泣(qi)。嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)福(fu)直(zhi)入,去(qu)(qu)婦(fu)面(mian)衣(yi)候氣,頃之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)遂(sui)活。舉(ju)家(jia)歡慶,村里長(chang)老壺(hu)酒相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)賀,數日(ri)(ri)(ri)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)已(yi)。其(qi)(qi)后四(si)(si)五日(ri)(ri)(ri),本身騎驢(lv),與(yu)奴同還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan),家(jia)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)辨也(ye)。內出(chu)(chu)外(wai)入,相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)遇便合(he),方(fang)知先還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)即其(qi)(qi)魂也(ye)。后歲余(yu),嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)福(fu)又(you)應(ying)舉(ju)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)都(dou)。至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)華岳(yue)(yue)祠(ci)下(xia),遇鄧州崔司(si)法妻暴亡(wang),哭聲(sheng)哀甚(shen),惻然(ran)憫之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。躬往(wang)詣崔,令(ling)其(qi)(qi)輟(chuo)哭,許為料(liao)理,崔甚(shen)忻悅。嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)福(fu)焚香凈(jing)室,心念貴(gui)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)。有(you)頃遂(sui)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。歡敘畢(bi),問(wen)(wen)(wen)其(qi)(qi)故(gu),“此(ci)是岳(yue)(yue)神(shen)(shen)(shen)所(suo)(suo)為,誠可(ke)(ke)留也(ye),為君(jun)(jun)致(zhi)二百(bai)千。先求錢(qian),然(ran)后下(xia)手(shou)”。因(yin)書九符(fu),云(yun)(yun):“先燒三(san)符(fu),若(ruo)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)愈(yu),更燒六(liu)(liu)符(fu),當還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)矣(yi)。”言訖飛去(qu)(qu)。嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)福(fu)以(yi)神(shen)(shen)(shen)言告崔,崔不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)敢違。始燒三(san)符(fu),日(ri)(ri)(ri)曉未愈(yu),又(you)燒其(qi)(qi)余(yu),須臾遂(sui)活。崔問(wen)(wen)(wen)其(qi)(qi)妻,“初(chu)(chu)入店時,忽見(jian)云(yun)(yun)母車在階(jie)下(xia),健卒(zu)數百(bai)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),各持(chi)(chi)兵器,羅列左(zuo)右(you)。傳言王(wang)使(shi)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)迎(ying),倉卒(zu)隨去(qu)(qu)。王(wang)見(jian)喜(xi),方(fang)欲結歡,忽有(you)三(san)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)來云(yun)(yun):『太(tai)乙(yi)神(shen)(shen)(shen)問(wen)(wen)(wen)何以(yi)奪(duo)生人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)妻?』神(shen)(shen)(shen)惶(huang)懼(ju),持(chi)(chi)簿書云(yun)(yun):『天配(pei)為己(ji)妻,非(fei)橫取之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。』然(ran)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)肯遣。須臾,有(you)大神(shen)(shen)(shen)五六(liu)(liu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),持(chi)(chi)金杵(chu)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)王(wang)庭,徒眾(zhong)駭散,獨(du)神(shen)(shen)(shen)立(li)樹(shu)下(xia)。乞宥其(qi)(qi)命(ming)(ming),王(wang)遂(sui)引己(ji)還(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)。”嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)福(fu)自(zi)爾方(fang)知貴(gui)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)是太(tai)乙(yi)神(shen)(shen)(shen)也(ye)。爾后累思必至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),為嘉(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)福(fu)回換五六(liu)(liu)政官,大獲(huo)(huo)其(qi)(qi)力也(ye)。
開元中,滑(hua)州刺(ci)史韋秀莊,暇日(ri)來城(cheng)樓(lou)(lou)望(wang)黃河(he)。樓(lou)(lou)中忽(hu)見(jian)一(yi)人(ren),長三尺許(xu),紫衣朱冠,通名(ming)參謁(ye)。秀莊知非(fei)人(ren)類,問(wen)是(shi)何神(shen),答曰:“即城(cheng)隍之主。”又問(wen)何來,答云:“黃河(he)之神(shen),欲毀(hui)我城(cheng),以端(duan)河(he)路,我固不(bu)(bu)(bu)許(xu)。克后五(wu)日(ri),大戰于河(he)湄。恐(kong)力不(bu)(bu)(bu)禁,故(gu)來求救于使君爾。若得二(er)千(qian)人(ren),持弓(gong)弩物色相助,必(bi)當(dang)克捷。君之城(cheng)也,惟君圖(tu)之。”秀莊許(xu)諾,神(shen)乃不(bu)(bu)(bu)見(jian)。至其日(ri),秀莊帥勁卒(zu)二(er)千(qian)人(ren)登(deng)城(cheng)。河(he)中忽(hu)爾晦(hui)冥,須臾,有(you)白(bai)氣(qi)直上(shang)十余丈,樓(lou)(lou)上(shang)有(you)青氣(qi)出,相縈繞。秀莊命弓(gong)弩亂射白(bai)氣(qi),氣(qi)形漸小(xiao),至滅(mie),唯青氣(qi)獨存,逶迤如云峰(feng)之狀,還入樓(lou)(lou)中。初時(shi),黃河(he)俯近城(cheng)之下,此后漸退,至今(jin)五(wu)六里也。
近代有(you)(you)(you)士(shi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)應舉之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)京,途(tu)次(ci)關西,宿于逆旅,舍小房中。俄有(you)(you)(you)貴(gui)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)奴(nu)仆數人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),云(yun)(yun)(yun):“公主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)來宿。”以幕圍店(dian)(dian)及他(ta)店(dian)(dian)四五所(suo)。人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)初惶遽,未(wei)得移徙。須臾,公主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)車聲大至,悉(xi)下(xia)。店(dian)(dian)中人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)便拒戶寢,不敢(gan)出。公主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)于戶前澡(zao)浴,令(ling)索房內,婢(bi)(bi)云(yun)(yun)(yun):“不宜(yi)有(you)(you)(you)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)。”既而(er)見某(mou)(mou)(mou)(mou),群婢(bi)(bi)大罵。公主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)令(ling)呼出,熟視(shi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)曰:“此書生(sheng)頗開人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)意,不宜(yi)挫(cuo)辱,第(di)令(ling)入(ru)房。”浴畢召之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),言(yan)甚會意。使(shi)侍婢(bi)(bi)洗濯,舒(shu)以麗服(fu),乃施(shi)絳帳,鋪錦(jin)茵,及他(ta)寢玩之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)具,極(ji)世奢侈(chi),為(wei)(wei)(wei)禮之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)好。明日(ri),相(xiang)與(yu)還京。公主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)宅(zhai)在懷(huai)遠(yuan)里,內外奴(nu)婢(bi)(bi)數百人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),榮華(hua)盛貴(gui),當時莫比。家(jia)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)呼某(mou)(mou)(mou)(mou)為(wei)(wei)(wei)駙馬,出入(ru)器服(fu)車馬,不殊王(wang)公。某(mou)(mou)(mou)(mou)有(you)(you)(you)父母(mu)在其故宅(zhai),公主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)令(ling)婢(bi)(bi)詣宅(zhai)起(qi)居(ju),送錢(qian)億貫,他(ta)物(wu)稱是。某(mou)(mou)(mou)(mou)家(jia)因資,郁為(wei)(wei)(wei)榮貴(gui)。如是七歲,生(sheng)二子(zi)一(yi)女。公主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)忽(hu)言(yan)欲為(wei)(wei)(wei)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)娶婦(fu)。某(mou)(mou)(mou)(mou)甚愕,怪(guai)有(you)(you)(you)此語。主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)云(yun)(yun)(yun):“我本非(fei)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),不合(he)久為(wei)(wei)(wei)君婦(fu)。君亦(yi)(yi)當業(ye)有(you)(you)(you)婚(hun)媾,知非(fei)恩愛(ai)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)替也(ye)。”其后(hou)(hou)亦(yi)(yi)更別婚(hun),而(er)往來不絕。婚(hun)家(jia)以其一(yi)往輒數日(ri)不還,使(shi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)候之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),見某(mou)(mou)(mou)(mou)恒入(ru)廢(fei)宅(zhai),恐為(wei)(wei)(wei)鬼神所(suo)魅。他(ta)日(ri),飲之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)致醉,乃命(ming)術士(shi)書符(fu)(fu),施(shi)衣服(fu)中,乃其形(xing)體皆遍。某(mou)(mou)(mou)(mou)后(hou)(hou)復適公主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)家(jia),令(ling)家(jia)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)出,止(zhi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)不令(ling)入(ru)。某(mou)(mou)(mou)(mou)初不了其故,倚門(men)惆悵。公主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)尋出門(men)下(xia),大相(xiang)責讓,云(yun)(yun)(yun):“君素(su)貧士(shi),我相(xiang)抬舉,今為(wei)(wei)(wei)貴(gui)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)。此亦(yi)(yi)于君不薄(bo),何故使(shi)婦(fu)家(jia)書符(fu)(fu)相(xiang)間以我不能為(wei)(wei)(wei)殺君也(ye)。”某(mou)(mou)(mou)(mou)視(shi)其身,方知有(you)(you)(you)符(fu)(fu),求(qiu)謝甚至。公主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)云(yun)(yun)(yun):“吾(wu)亦(yi)(yi)諒君此情,然符(fu)(fu)命(ming)已行(xing),勢不得住(zhu)。”悉(xi)呼兒女,令(ling)與(yu)父訣,某(mou)(mou)(mou)(mou)涕泣哽咽(yan)。公主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)命(ming)左(zuo)右促(cu)裝,即日(ri)出城(cheng)。某(mou)(mou)(mou)(mou)問其居(ju),兼(jian)求(qiu)名氏,公主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)云(yun)(yun)(yun):“我華(hua)岳第(di)三女也(ye)。”言(yan)畢訣去,出門(men)不見。
王(wang)僴(xian)者,少(shao)應(ying)通事舍人舉(ju)-元末,入京。至闕(que)西,息(xi)槐樹(shu)下。聞(wen)(wen)傳(chuan)(chuan)詔聲,忽見(jian)數騎,狀如(ru)中(zhong)使(shi)(shi),謂(wei)僴(xian)曰(yue):“為所宣傳(chuan)(chuan),真通事舍人矣(yi)。”因以后(hou)(hou)騎載僴(xian),僴(xian)亦(yi)不(bu)知何(he)人,倉(cang)卒(zu)隨去。不(bu)久(jiu),至華(hua)岳神廟(miao)中(zhong),使(shi)(shi)置僴(xian)別院,誡(jie)云:“慎(shen)無私視。”便爾入內。僴(xian)獨坐,聞(wen)(wen)棒(bang)杖楚痛之聲,因前行竊(qie)窺,見(jian)其(qi)(qi)婦為所由(you)系頸于樹(shu),以棒(bang)拷擊(ji)。僴(xian)悲愁佇(zhu)立,中(zhong)使(shi)(shi)出,見(jian)慘怛而問(wen)其(qi)(qi)故。僴(xian)涕泗具(ju)言其(qi)(qi)事,使(shi)(shi)云:“本欲留君(jun),妻(qi)既(ji)死(si),理不(bu)可住(zhu)。若更遲延,待婦之后(hou)(hou)即不(bu)能救(jiu)。君(jun)宜速(su)還開棺,此(ci)即放妻(qi)活(huo)。”乃命左右:“取驛馬送王(wang)舍人。”俄(e)見(jian)一狐(hu)(hu)來(lai),僴(xian)不(bu)得已(yi),騎狐(hu)(hu)而騁。其(qi)(qi)疾如(ru)風,兩日(ri)至舍。騎狐(hu)(hu)乃其(qi)(qi)魂(hun)也(ye),僴(xian)本身自魂(hun)出之后(hou)(hou),失(shi)音不(bu)言。魂(hun)既(ji)至家(jia),家(jia)人悲泣。僴(xian)命開棺,其(qi)(qi)妻(qi)已(yi)活(huo)。謂(wei)僴(xian)曰(yue):“何(he)以至耶?”舉(ju)家(jia)歡(huan)悅。后(hou)(hou)旬日(ri),本身方至。外傳(chuan)(chuan)云:“王(wang)郎歸,失(shi)音已(yi)十余日(ri)。”魂(hun)云:“王(wang)郎到矣(yi)。”出門(men)迎往,遂與其(qi)(qi)魂(hun)相合焉。
河(he)(he)西(xi)有女郎(lang)神(shen)。季(ji)廣琛(chen)(chen)?少時,曾游(you)河(he)(he)西(xi),憩于(yu)旅舍。晝寢(qin),夢見云車,從者數十人,從空而(er)下,稱是(shi)(shi)女郎(lang)姊妹(mei)二人來(lai)詣。廣琛(chen)(chen)初甚忻(xin)悅(yue)(yue),及(ji)覺開(kai)目,竊見彷佛尤在(zai)。琛(chen)(chen)疑是(shi)(shi)妖,于(yu)腰(yao)下取劍刃之(zhi)。神(shen)乃罵曰:“久好相就,能忍惡心!”遂去。廣琛(chen)(chen)說向(xiang)主人,主人曰:“此(ci)是(shi)(shi)女郎(lang)神(shen)也。”琛(chen)(chen)乃自往市(shi)酒脯作祭,將謝前(qian)日(ri)之(zhi)過,神(shen)終(zhong)不悅(yue)(yue)也。于(yu)是(shi)(shi)琛(chen)(chen)乃題詩于(yu)其壁上,墨不成字。后夕,又夢女郎(lang)神(shen)來(lai),尤怒曰:“終(zhong)身遣君不得封(feng)邑也。”
劉(liu)可(ke)(ke)大,以(yi)天寶中(zhong)舉進(jin)士(shi),入京(jing)(jing)。出東都,途遇少(shao)年(nian)(nian),狀(zhuang)如貴(gui)公子,服(fu)色華侈,持彈弓(gong)而行(xing),賓從甚偉。初(chu),與(yu)可(ke)(ke)大相(xiang)(xiang)狎數日(ri),同行(xing)至華陰,云:“有(you)(you)(you)莊(zhuang)在縣東。”相(xiang)(xiang)邀往。隨(sui)至莊(zhuang)所,室(shi)宇宏(hong)壯(zhuang)。下客于(yu)廳(ting),入室(shi)良久(jiu)。可(ke)(ke)大竊于(yu)中(zhong)門窺覷,見(jian)一貴(gui)人(ren)在內(nei)廳(ting)理事,庭中(zhong)囚徒(tu)甚眾,多受拷掠,其聲酸楚(chu)。可(ke)(ke)大疑非人(ren)境,惶(huang)懼欲去(qu)。初(chu),少(shao)年(nian)(nian)將入,謂可(ke)(ke)大:“慎(shen)無私視(shi),恐有(you)(you)(you)相(xiang)(xiang)累。”及(ji)出,曰:“適(shi)以(yi)咨(zi)白,何爾負約(yue)然以(yi)此不能復(fu)(fu)諱。家君(jun)是華山神(shen),相(xiang)(xiang)與(yu)故人(ren),終令有(you)(you)(you)益,可(ke)(ke)無懼也。”須臾下食,顧從者:“別取人(ren)間食與(yu)劉(liu)秀(xiu)才。”食至,相(xiang)(xiang)對(dui)各飽,兼致酒敘歡(huan),無所不至。可(ke)(ke)大求(qiu)檢(jian)己簿,當何進(jin)達,今年(nian)(nian)身事復(fu)(fu)何如。回視(shi)黃(huang)衫吏(li)為檢(jian)。有(you)(you)(you)頃,吏(li)云:“劉(liu)君(jun)明(ming)年(nian)(nian)當進(jin)士(shi)及(ji)第(di),歷(li)官七政(zheng)。”可(ke)(ke)大苦求(qiu)當年(nian)(nian),吏(li)云:“當年(nian)(nian)只得一政(zheng)縣尉。”相(xiang)(xiang)為惜此,可(ke)(ke)大固求(qiu)之。少(shao)年(nian)(nian)再為改,吏(li)去(qu),屢回央央,惜其減(jian)祿。可(ke)(ke)大恐鬼(gui)神(shen)不信,固再求(qiu)之。后竟以(yi)此失職。明(ming)年(nian)(nian)辭去(qu),至京(jing)(jing)及(ji)第(di)。數年(nian)(nian),拜(bai)滎陽縣尉而終。
王籍者,太常璇之(zhi)(zhi)族子也(ye)(ye)。干元(yuan)中,客居會(hui)稽。其奴(nu)(nu)病(bing)死,數日復活,云(yun)地下見(jian)(jian)使,吏曰(yue):“汝(ru)誰家奴(nu)(nu)?”奴(nu)(nu)具(ju)言之(zhi)(zhi)。吏云(yun):“今見(jian)(jian)召(zhao)汝(ru)郎作五(wu)道將(jiang)軍。”因為著力,得免回。路中多見(jian)(jian)旌(jing)旗隊(dui)仗(zhang),奴(nu)(nu)問為何所,答曰(yue):“迎王將(jiang)軍爾。”即還,數日,籍遂死。死之(zhi)(zhi)日,人見(jian)(jian)車騎繽紛,隊(dui)仗(zhang)無數。問其故,皆是迎籍之(zhi)(zhi)人也(ye)(ye)。
潁陽(yang)里(li)正說某不(bu)得(de)名,曾乘醉還村,至少(shao)婦祠醉,因系馬臥祠門下。久(jiu)之(zhi)欲醒,頭向轉(zhuan),未能起(qi),聞有(you)人(ren)擊廟門,其(qi)聲甚厲(li)。俄聞中問:“是何(he)人(ren)?”答(da)云(yun)(yun):“所由令(ling)覓一人(ren)行雨(yu)。”廟中云(yun)(yun):“舉家(jia)往岳(yue)廟作(zuo)客,今更(geng)無(wu)人(ren)。”其(qi)人(ren)云(yun)(yun):“只將門下臥者亦得(de)。”廟中人(ren)云(yun)(yun):“此過客,那得(de)使他。”苦(ku)爭不(bu)免,遂(sui)呼某令(ling)起(qi)。隨(sui)至一處。蒙(meng)蒙(meng)悉是云(yun)(yun)氣,有(you)物如駱,其(qi)人(ren)抱某上(shang)背,以(yi)一瓶授之(zhi)。誡云(yun)(yun):“但正抱瓶,無(wu)令(ling)傾側(ce)。”其(qi)物遂(sui)行。瓶中水紛紛然作(zuo)點而下。時天久(jiu)旱,下視見(jian)其(qi)居(ju)處,恐雨(yu)不(bu)足,因爾傾瓶。行雨(yu)既畢,所由放還。至廟門,見(jian)己尸(shi)在水中,乃前入(ru)便(bian)活。乘馬還家(jia)。以(yi)傾瓶之(zhi)故,其(qi)宅為水所漂,人(ren)家(jia)盡(jin)死(si)。某自此發狂,數月亦卒。
桐廬(lu)女(nv)子(zi)王法(fa)智(zhi)者,幼(you)事郎子(zi)神(shen)。大歷(li)中(zhong),忽聞神(shen)作大人語聲。法(fa)智(zhi)之(zhi)父問:“此(ci)言(yan)(yan)(yan)非圣賢乎(hu)?”曰:“然(ran)。我姓滕(teng),名傳胤(yin),本京兆萬(wan)年人,宅(zhai)在崇(chong)賢坊。本與法(fa)智(zhi)有因緣(yuan)。”與酬對(dui),深得(de)物理,前后州縣(xian)甚重之(zhi)。桐廬(lu)縣(xian)令鄭鋒(feng),好奇之(zhi)士,常呼(hu)法(fa)智(zhi)至(zhi)(zhi)舍,令屈滕(teng)十二(er)郎。久(jiu)之(zhi)方至(zhi)(zhi)。其(qi)辨對(dui)言(yan)(yan)(yan)語,深有士風,鋒(feng)聽(ting)之(zhi)不(bu)倦。每見詞人,談經誦(song)詩(shi),歡言(yan)(yan)(yan)終(zhong)日(ri)。常有客僧(seng)詣法(fa)智(zhi)乞丐者,神(shen)與交言(yan)(yan)(yan),贈詩(shi)云(yun):“卓立(li)不(bu)求(qiu)名出(chu)家(jia),長懷片志(zhi)在青霞。今(jin)日(ri)英雄氣沖蓋,誰能久(jiu)坐(zuo)寶蓮(lian)花(hua)。”又曾為詩(shi)贈人云(yun):“平(ping)生才不(bu)足,立(li)身信有余。自嘆(tan)無大故,君子(zi)莫相(xiang)疏。”六年二(er)月二(er)十五(wu)日(ri)夜,戴孚與左衛(wei)兵(bing)曹(cao)徐(xu)晃,龍泉(quan)令崔向,丹陽縣(xian)丞李從訓,邑人韓謂(wei)(wei)、蘇修,集于鋒(feng)宅(zhai)。會法(fa)智(zhi)至(zhi)(zhi),令召滕(teng)傳胤(yin)。久(jiu)之(zhi)方至(zhi)(zhi)。與晃等酬獻數(shu)百言(yan)(yan)(yan),因謂(wei)(wei)諸賢,請人各誦(song)一章(zhang)。誦(song)畢,眾(zhong)求(qiu)其(qi)詩(shi),率然(ran)便(bian)誦(song)二(er)首(shou),云(yun):“浦口潮來初淼漫(man),蓮(lian)舟搖揚(yang)彩花(hua)難。春心不(bu)愜空(kong)歸(gui)去(qu),會待潮平(ping)更折看(kan)。”云(yun):“眾(zhong)人莫廝笑。”又誦(song)云(yun):“忽然(ran)湖上片云(yun)飛,不(bu)覺(jue)舟中(zhong)雨濕衣(yi)。折得(de)蓮(lian)花(hua)渾忘(wang)卻,空(kong)將荷葉蓋頭歸(gui)。”自云(yun):“此(ci)作亦頗蹀躞(xie)。”又囑法(fa)智(zhi)弟與鋒(feng)獻酬數(shu)百言(yan)(yan)(yan),乃去(qu)。
山陰縣尉李佐(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)(shi)者,以(yi)(yi)(yi)大歷(li)二年遇勞,病數(shu)(shu)十(shi)日。中愈(yu),自會(hui)稽至(zhi)(zhi)龍丘,會(hui)宗人(ren)述為(wei)令(ling),佐(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)(shi)止(zhi)令(ling)廳數(shu)(shu)日,夕復(fu)與客李舉(ju)明(ming)燈而(er)坐,忽(hu)見(jian)衣緋紫等二十(shi)人(ren),悉秉戎器(qi),趨(qu)謁(ye)庭下(xia)。佐(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)(shi)問何人(ren),答曰(yue):“鬼(gui)兵(bing)也。大王用(yong)君(jun)為(wei)判(pan)官,特奉(feng)命(ming)迎(ying)候,以(yi)(yi)(yi)充驅使(shi)。”佐(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)(shi)曰(yue):“己(ji)在哀制,如(ru)是(shi)(shi)非禮,且王何以(yi)(yi)(yi)得知有我?”答云:“是(shi)(shi)武義縣令(ling)竇堪(kan)舉(ju)君(jun)。”佐(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)(shi)云:“堪(kan)不(bu)相知,何故見(jian)舉(ju)?”答云:“恩(en)命(ming)已(yi)行,難(nan)以(yi)(yi)(yi)辭絕。”須(xu)臾(yu),堪(kan)至(zhi)(zhi),禮謁(ye),蘊籍如(ru)平人(ren),坐謂(wei)佐(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)(shi)曰(yue):“王求(qiu)(qiu)一子婿,兼令(ling)取甲族,所(suo)以(yi)(yi)(yi)奉(feng)舉(ju),亦由(you)緣業使(shi)然。”佐(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)(shi)固(gu)辭不(bu)果。須(xu)臾(yu)王女(nv)亦至(zhi)(zhi),芬(fen)香芳(fang)馥,車(che)騎云合。佐(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)(shi)下(xia)階迎(ying)拜,見(jian)女(nv)容姿服御,心頗(po)悅之(zhi)(zhi)“謂(wei)佐(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)(shi)曰(yue):“人(ren)誰(shui)不(bu)死,如(ru)君(jun)蓋稀,無宜數(shu)(shu)辭,以(yi)(yi)(yi)致王怒。”佐(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)(shi)知終不(bu)免。久(jiu)之(zhi)(zhi),王女(nv)與堪(kan)去(qu),留(liu)將從(cong)二百余人(ren)。祗承判(pan)官。翌日,述并弟造(zao)。同(tong)詣佐(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)(shi),佐(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)(shi)且說始末,云:“的以(yi)(yi)(yi)不(bu)活,為(wei)求(qiu)(qiu)一頓食(shi)。”述為(wei)致盛饌(zhuan)。佐(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)(shi)食(shi)雉臛,忽(hu)云不(bu)見(jian)碗,呵左右(you):“何以(yi)(yi)(yi)收羹(geng)?”仆于食(shi)案,便卒。其妻(qi)鄭(zheng)氏在會(hui)稽,喪船至(zhi)(zhi)之(zhi)(zhi)夕,婢忽(hu)作佐(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)(shi)靈(ling)語,云:“王女(nv)已(yi)別(bie)嫁,但遣我送妻(qi)還。”言甚凄愴也。
永徽初,張(zhang)琮為(wei)(wei)南陽令(ling)(ling)。寢(qin)合中(zhong),聞階前(qian)竹(zhu)有(you)呻(shen)吟之(zhi)(zhi)聲,就視則無所(suo)見(jian)。如(ru)此數夜(ye)(ye),怪(guai)之(zhi)(zhi),乃祝曰(yue):“有(you)神靈(ling)者,當相語(yu)。”其(qi)夜(ye)(ye),忽有(you)一(yi)人從竹(zhu)中(zhong)出(chu),形甚(shen)弊陋。前(qian)自陳曰(yue):“朱粲之(zhi)(zhi)亂,某在兵中(zhong)為(wei)(wei)粲所(suo)殺(sha),尸骸正在明府合前(qian)。一(yi)目(mu)為(wei)(wei)竹(zhu)根(gen)所(suo)損(sun),不堪楚(chu)痛。以明府仁明,故輒投告。幸見(jian)移葬,敢忘厚恩。”令(ling)(ling)謂曰(yue):“如(ru)是何不早相聞?”乃許之(zhi)(zhi)。明日(ri),為(wei)(wei)具棺櫬,使掘之(zhi)(zhi),果得一(yi)尸,竹(zhu)根(gen)貫(guan)其(qi)左目(mu)。仍加時服(fu),改(gai)葬城(cheng)外(wai)。其(qi)后令(ling)(ling)笞殺(sha)一(yi)鄉老,其(qi)家將復仇,謀(mou)(mou)須令(ling)(ling)夜(ye)(ye)出(chu),乃要殺(sha)之(zhi)(zhi)。俄而城(cheng)中(zhong)失火,延(yan)燒(shao)十余家。令(ling)(ling)將出(chu)按行之(zhi)(zhi),乃見(jian)前(qian)鬼遮令(ling)(ling)馬(ma),曰(yue):“明府深夜(ye)(ye)何所(suo)之(zhi)(zhi)將有(you)異謀(mou)(mou)。”令(ling)(ling)問(wen)(wen)為(wei)(wei)誰,曰(yue):“前(qian)時得罪于明府者。”令(ling)(ling)乃復入。明日(ri),掩捕(bu)其(qi)家,問(wen)(wen)之(zhi)(zhi)皆驗,遂窮治(zhi)之(zhi)(zhi)。夜(ye)(ye)更(geng)祭其(qi)墓(mu),刻石銘于前(qian)曰(yue):“身徇國難,死不忘忠。烈(lie)烈(lie)貞魂,實為(wei)(wei)鬼雄。”
高(gao)宗營(ying)大明宮。宣政(zheng)殿(dian)始成,每夜(ye)聞數(shu)十(shi)(shi)騎行殿(dian)左右,殿(dian)中(zhong)宿(su)衛者皆見(jian)(jian)焉(yan),衣馬甚潔。如此(ci)(ci)十(shi)(shi)余日,高(gao)宗乃使術(shu)者劉門奴(nu)(nu)問其故。對曰:“我(wo)(wo)漢楚(chu)王戊之(zhi)(zhi)太子(zi)也。”門奴(nu)(nu)詰(jie)問之(zhi)(zhi);“案《漢書(shu)》,楚(chu)王與七國謀反(fan),漢兵誅之(zhi)(zhi),夷(yi)宗覆族,安有(you)遺嗣乎?”答曰:“王起兵時,留吾在(zai)(zai)長安。及王誅后,天子(zi)念我(wo)(wo),置而不(bu)殺,養(yang)于(yu)(yu)宮中(zhong)。后以(yi)病死(si),葬(zang)(zang)(zang)于(yu)(yu)此(ci)(ci)。天子(zi)憐我(wo)(wo),殮(lian)以(yi)玉魚一雙,今在(zai)(zai)正殿(dian)東(dong)北角。史臣遺略(lve),是以(yi)不(bu)見(jian)(jian)于(yu)(yu)書(shu)。”門奴(nu)(nu)曰:“今皇帝(di)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci),汝何敢庭中(zhong)擾擾乎?”對曰:“此(ci)(ci)是我(wo)(wo)故宅,今既在(zai)(zai)天子(zi)宮中(zhong),動出頗(po)見(jian)(jian)拘限,甚不(bu)樂。乞改(gai)(gai)葬(zang)(zang)(zang)我(wo)(wo)于(yu)(yu)高(gao)敞美地(di),誠所望(wang)也。慎無奪(duo)我(wo)(wo)玉魚。”門奴(nu)(nu)奏之(zhi)(zhi),帝(di)令改(gai)(gai)葬(zang)(zang)(zang)。發其處,果得古墳(fen),棺已朽(xiu)腐,傍(bang)有(you)玉魚一雙,制甚精巧。乃敕(chi)易(yi)棺櫬(chen),以(yi)禮葬(zang)(zang)(zang)之(zhi)(zhi)于(yu)(yu)苑外,并以(yi)玉魚隨之(zhi)(zhi)。于(yu)(yu)此(ci)(ci)遂絕。
張仁(ren)(ren)(ren)亶(dan)(dan),幼時貧(pin)乏,恒在(zai)東都北(bei)市寓居。有(you)(you)(you)閻(yan)庚(geng)(geng)者,馬牙荀(xun)子之(zhi)(zhi)子也(ye)(ye),好善自(zi)(zi)喜,慕仁(ren)(ren)(ren)亶(dan)(dan)之(zhi)(zhi)德(de),恒竊父資(zi)(zi),以(yi)給(gei)其(qi)(qi)(qi)衣(yi)食(shi),亦累年矣。荀(xun)子每怒(nu)庚(geng)(geng),云(yun):“汝商販之(zhi)(zhi)流(liu),彼才學(xue)之(zhi)(zhi)士,于汝何有(you)(you)(you),而破產以(yi)奉?”仁(ren)(ren)(ren)亶(dan)(dan)聞(wen)其(qi)(qi)(qi)辭,謂(wei)庚(geng)(geng)曰:“坐我累君,今將(jiang)適詣白(bai)鹿山,所勞相(xiang)資(zi)(zi),不(bu)敢忘(wang)也(ye)(ye)。”庚(geng)(geng)久(jiu)為仁(ren)(ren)(ren)亶(dan)(dan)胥附之(zhi)(zhi)友,心不(bu)忍(ren)別(bie),謂(wei)仁(ren)(ren)(ren)亶(dan)(dan)曰:“方愿志學(xue),今欲(yu)皆行(xing)。”仁(ren)(ren)(ren)亶(dan)(dan)奇有(you)(you)(you)志,許(xu)焉。庚(geng)(geng)乃(nai)(nai)私備驢馬糧(liang)食(shi)同去(qu)。六(liu)日(ri)至(zhi)陳留,宿逆旅,仁(ren)(ren)(ren)亶(dan)(dan)舍其(qi)(qi)(qi)內房(fang)(fang)。房(fang)(fang)外有(you)(you)(you)牀,久(jiu)之(zhi)(zhi),一(yi)客后(hou)至(zhi),坐于牀所。仁(ren)(ren)(ren)亶(dan)(dan)見其(qi)(qi)(qi)視瞻非(fei)凡,謂(wei)庚(geng)(geng)自(zi)(zi)外持壺酒(jiu)至(zhi)。仁(ren)(ren)(ren)亶(dan)(dan)以(yi)酒(jiu)先(xian)屬(shu)(shu)客,客不(bu)敢受,固屬(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi),因(yin)與合(he)飲。酒(jiu)酣歡甚,乃(nai)(nai)同房(fang)(fang)而宿。中夕,相(xiang)問行(xing)李,客答(da)曰:“吾(wu)非(fei)人,乃(nai)(nai)地曹耳。地府令主河北(bei)婚(hun)姻,絆男女(nv)(nv)腳。”仁(ren)(ren)(ren)視其(qi)(qi)(qi)衣(yi)裝(zhuang),見袋(dai)中細繩(sheng),方信焉。因(yin)求問己(ji)(ji)榮位(wei)年壽,鬼(gui)言亶(dan)(dan)年八十余,位(wei)極(ji)人臣。復(fu)問庚(geng)(geng),鬼(gui)云(yun):“庚(geng)(geng)命(ming)貧(pin),無位(wei)祿。”仁(ren)(ren)(ren)亶(dan)(dan)問何以(yi)致之(zhi)(zhi),鬼(gui)云(yun):“或絆得(de)佳女(nv)(nv),配之(zhi)(zhi)有(you)(you)(you)相(xiang),當(dang)能(neng)得(de)耳。今河北(bei)去(qu)白(bai)鹿山百余里,有(you)(you)(you)一(yi)村(cun)(cun)中王(wang)老女(nv)(nv),相(xiang)極(ji)貴。頃已絆與人訖,當(dang)相(xiang)為解彼絆此,以(yi)成閻(yan)侯(hou)也(ye)(ye)。第速行(xing),欲(yu)至(zhi)其(qi)(qi)(qi)村(cun)(cun),當(dang)有(you)(you)(you)大雨(yu)濡(ru)濕,以(yi)此為信。”因(yin)訣去(qu)。仁(ren)(ren)(ren)亶(dan)(dan)與庚(geng)(geng)行(xing)六(liu)七日(ri)至(zhi)村(cun)(cun)。遇大雨(yu),衣(yi)裝(zhuang)濕污,乃(nai)(nai)至(zhi)村(cun)(cun)西(xi)求王(wang)氏舍焉☆門(men),久(jiu)之(zhi)(zhi)方出,謝(xie)客云(yun):“家(jia)有(you)(you)(you)小不(bu)得(de)意,所以(yi)遲遲,無訝也(ye)(ye)。”仁(ren)(ren)(ren)亶(dan)(dan)問其(qi)(qi)(qi)故,云(yun):“己(ji)(ji)唯一(yi)女(nv)(nv),先(xian)許(xu)適西(xi)村(cun)(cun)張家(jia)。今日(ri)納財,非(fei)意單寡,此乃(nai)(nai)相(xiang)輕之(zhi)(zhi)義(yi),已決罷婚(hun)矣。”仁(ren)(ren)(ren)亶(dan)(dan)等相(xiang)顧微哂。留數日(ri),主人極(ji)歡。仁(ren)(ren)(ren)亶(dan)(dan)乃(nai)(nai)云(yun):“閻(yan)侯(hou)是已外弟(di),盛(sheng)年志學(xue),未結婚(hun)姻。”主人辭以(yi)田舍家(jia),然有(you)(you)(you)喜色。仁(ren)(ren)(ren)亶(dan)(dan)固求,方許(xu)焉,以(yi)馬驢及他赍為贄(zhi)。數日(ri),成親畢,留閻(yan)侯(hou)止王(wang)氏,仁(ren)(ren)(ren)亶(dan)(dan)獨(du)往,主人贈(zeng)送之(zhi)(zhi)。其(qi)(qi)(qi)后(hou)數年,仁(ren)(ren)(ren)亶(dan)(dan)遷侍(shi)御(yu)史(shi)、并州長(chang)史(shi)、御(yu)史(shi)大夫(fu)知(zhi)政事。后(hou)庚(geng)(geng)累遇提(ti)挈,竟至(zhi)一(yi)州。
則天時,狄仁(ren)杰為(wei)寧州刺(ci)史。其宅(zhai)(zhai)素(su)兇(xiong)。先(xian)時刺(ci)史死者十(shi)余輩。杰初(chu)至,吏白:“官舍(she)久兇(xiong),先(xian)后無敢(gan)(gan)居(ju)者,且(qie)榛荒棘毀(hui),已不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)可居(ju),請舍(she)他(ta)所(suo)。”杰曰:“刺(ci)史不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)舍(she)本宅(zhai)(zhai),何別舍(she)乎?”命去封(feng)鎖葺治,居(ju)之(zhi)(zhi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)疑(yi)。數(shu)夕,詭怪奇(qi)異,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)可勝紀。杰怒,謂曰:“吾是(shi)刺(ci)史,此(ci)(ci)即吾宅(zhai)(zhai),汝(ru)曲吾直,何為(wei)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)識分理(li),反(fan)乃以(yi)邪(xie)忤正汝(ru)若是(shi)神(shen),速聽明(ming)(ming)教,若是(shi)鬼魅,何敢(gan)(gan)相(xiang)干!吾無懼汝(ru)之(zhi)(zhi)心,徒(tu)為(wei)千變萬化耳。必(bi)理(li)要相(xiang)見,何不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)以(yi)禮出(chu)耶!”斯須,有一(yi)人具衣(yi)冠而前,曰:“某是(shi)某朝(chao)官,葬(zang)堂階西樹下。體魄為(wei)樹根(gen)所(suo)穿,楚痛不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)堪(kan)忍。頃前數(shu)公(gong),多(duo)欲自陳(chen),其人輒死,幽途不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)達,以(yi)至于(yu)今。使君(jun)誠能改葬(zang),何敢(gan)(gan)遷延于(yu)此(ci)(ci)!”言(yan)訖不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)見。明(ming)(ming)日,杰令發之(zhi)(zhi),果如其言(yan)。乃為(wei)改葬(zang),自此(ci)(ci)絕也。
唐兵部尚書李暠(gao)(gao),時(shi)之(zhi)正人也-元(yuan)初(chu),有婦(fu)(fu)人詣暠(gao)(gao),容(rong)貌風(feng)流(liu),言(yan)語學(xue)識,為(wei)時(shi)第一。暠(gao)(gao)不敢(gan)受。會(hui)太常卿(qing)姜皎至,暠(gao)(gao)以(yi)婦(fu)(fu)人與之(zhi)。皎大會(hui)公卿(qing),婦(fu)(fu)人自云善(shan)相,見張(zhang)說(shuo),曰(yue):“宰臣之(zhi)相。”遂相諸公卿(qing),言(yan)無不中。謂皎曰(yue):“君雖(sui)有相,然不得壽終。”酒闌(lan),皎狎之(zhi)于別室。媚言(yan)遍至,將(jiang)及其私。公卿(qing)迭往窺睹。時(shi)暠(gao)(gao)在(zai)座,最后往視,婦(fu)(fu)人于是呦(you)然有聲。皎驚墮地(di),取火(huo)照(zhao)之(zhi),見牀下(xia)有白骨。當(dang)時(shi)議者以(yi)暠(gao)(gao)貞正,故鬼神(shen)懼(ju)焉。
幽州節度張守(shou)(shou)(shou)珪(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui),少時(shi)為(wei)河西(xi)主將(jiang),守(shou)(shou)(shou)玉門關。其軍校皆勤勇(yong)善斗(dou),每(mei)探(tan)(tan)候深入,頗(po)以(yi)劫掠(lve)為(wei)事。西(xi)城胡僧(seng)者,自(zi)西(xi)京造袈裟二十余馱(tuo),還大(da)(da)竺國(guo)。其徒二十余人(ren)。探(tan)(tan)騎(qi)意是羅錦(jin)等物,乃劫掠(lve)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。殺其眾盡,至(zhi)胡僧(seng),刀棒亂(luan)下而(er)不能傷,探(tan)(tan)者異(yi)焉。既而(er)索馱(tuo),唯得袈裟,意甚悔恨,因于僧(seng)前(qian)追悔,擗踴悲(bei)涕。久(jiu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),僧(seng)乃曰:“此輩前(qian)身,皆負守(shou)(shou)(shou)將(jiang)命,唯趁(chen)僧(seng)鬼是枉死耳。然(ran)汝守(shou)(shou)(shou)將(jiang)祿位(wei)重,后當(dang)為(wei)節度、大(da)(da)夫等官,此輩亦如君何!可白守(shou)(shou)(shou)將(jiang),為(wei)修福耳。然(ran)后數(shu)(shu)年(nian)(nian),守(shou)(shou)(shou)將(jiang)合(he)有小厄,亦有所以(yi)免之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。”騎(qi)還白守(shou)(shou)(shou)珪(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui),珪(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)留僧(seng)供(gong)養,累年(nian)(nian)去。后守(shou)(shou)(shou)珪(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)與其徒二十五(wu)人(ren),至(zhi)伊蘭(lan)山探(tan)(tan)賊,胡騎(qi)數(shu)(shu)千猝至(zhi)。守(shou)(shou)(shou)珪(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)力不能抗,下馬脫鞍,示(shi)以(yi)閑暇。騎(qi)來漸逼,守(shou)(shou)(shou)珪(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)謂(wei)左右:“為(wei)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)奈(nai)何,若(ruo)不獲(huo)已,事理(li)須戰。”忽見山下紅(hong)旗數(shu)(shu)百騎(qi)突(tu)前(qian)出戰,守(shou)(shou)(shou)珪(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)隨之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),穿其一角,尋俱得出,虜(lu)不敢逐。紅(hong)旗下將(jiang)謂(wei)守(shou)(shou)(shou)珪(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)曰:“吾是漢(han)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)李廣(guang),知君有難,故此相(xiang)救。后富貴,毋相(xiang)忘(wang)也。”言訖不見。守(shou)(shou)(shou)珪(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)竟至(zhi)幽州節度、御史(shi)大(da)(da)夫。
開元(yuan)中(zhong),洛(luo)陽令楊(yang)玚(yang)(yang)(yang)常因(yin)出(chu)行(xing),見(jian)槐(huai)陰下有(you)卜(bu)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),令過(guo),端坐自若(ruo)。伍伯訶使起避,不(bu)(bu)動,玚(yang)(yang)(yang)令散手拘(ju)至(zhi)(zhi)廳事(shi),將捶之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。躬自責問(wen),術者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)舉首曰:“君(jun)(jun)是(shi)兩(liang)日(ri)縣令,何(he)(he)(he)以(yi)(yi)(yi)責人(ren)?”玚(yang)(yang)(yang)問(wen)其(qi)事(shi),曰:“兩(liang)日(ri)后(hou),君(jun)(jun)當(dang)命終。”玚(yang)(yang)(yang)甚愕,問(wen)何(he)(he)(he)以(yi)(yi)(yi)知(zhi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),術者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)具告(gao)所(suo)見(jian)。舉家驚懼,謂(wei)(wei)術者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)曰:“子(zi)能知(zhi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),必(bi)能禳(rang)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),若(ruo)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)何(he)(he)(he)而免也?”玚(yang)(yang)(yang)再拜(bai)(bai)求(qiu)解。術者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)曰:“當(dang)以(yi)(yi)(yi)君(jun)(jun)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)聞(wen)(wen)見(jian),以(yi)(yi)(yi)衛(wei)執事(shi),免之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)與(yu)(yu)否,未(wei)可(ke)知(zhi)也。”乃引(yin)玚(yang)(yang)(yang)入東院亭中(zhong),令玚(yang)(yang)(yang)被發(fa)跣(xian)足,墻面而立,己則(ze)(ze)據案而書(shu)符。中(zhong)夕之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)后(hou),喜謂(wei)(wei)玚(yang)(yang)(yang)曰:“今(jin)夕且幸免其(qi)即來,明(ming)日(ri),可(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)三十張紙作錢(qian),及多造餅(bing)餤(tan)與(yu)(yu)壺酒,出(chu)定罪(zui)門外(wai),桑林之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)間(jian),俟人(ren)過(guo)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)則(ze)(ze)飲之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。皂裘右袒(tan),即召君(jun)(jun)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)使也。若(ruo)留(liu)而飲餤(tan),,君(jun)(jun)其(qi)無憂,不(bu)(bu)然,寔難以(yi)(yi)(yi)濟(ji)。君(jun)(jun)亦宜易(yi)衣服(fu),處(chu)小室以(yi)(yi)(yi)伺(si)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),善為(wei)辭謝,問(wen)以(yi)(yi)(yi)所(suo)欲(yu)。予之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)策盡(jin)于(yu)是(shi)矣。”玚(yang)(yang)(yang)如其(qi)言(yan)。洎日(ri)西(xi)景(jing),酒餤(tan)將罄,而皂裘不(bu)(bu)至(zhi)(zhi),玚(yang)(yang)(yang)深以(yi)(yi)(yi)憂。須臾遂(sui)至(zhi)(zhi),使人(ren)邀屈(qu),皂裘欣然,累有(you)所(suo)進。玚(yang)(yang)(yang)乃拜(bai)(bai)謁(ye),人(ren)云:“君(jun)(jun)昨何(he)(he)(he)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)數至(zhi)(zhi)所(suo)居,遂(sui)不(bu)(bu)復見(jian)。疑于(yu)東院安處(chu),善神(shen)監護,故不(bu)(bu)敢犯。今(jin)地府相招未(wei)已,奈何(he)(he)(he)?”玚(yang)(yang)(yang)再拜(bai)(bai)求(qiu)救者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)千數,兼燒紙錢(qian),資其(qi)行(xing)用(yong)。鬼(gui)云:“感施大(da)惠,明(ming)日(ri),當(dang)與(yu)(yu)府中(zhong)諸(zhu)吏(li)同來謀之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),宜盛饌相待(dai)。”言(yan)訖不(bu)(bu)見(jian)。明(ming)日(ri),玚(yang)(yang)(yang)設供帳(zhang),極諸(zhu)海陸。候之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)日(ri)晚,使者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)與(yu)(yu)其(qi)徒數十人(ren)同至(zhi)(zhi),宴(yan)樂殊常浩(hao)暢(chang)。相語(yu)曰:“楊(yang)長官事(shi),焉得不(bu)(bu)盡(jin)心(xin)耶!”久之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),謂(wei)(wei)玚(yang)(yang)(yang):“君(jun)(jun)對坊楊(yang)錫,亦有(you)才干,今(jin)揩(kai)王(wang)作金以(yi)(yi)(yi)取彼。君(jun)(jun)至(zhi)(zhi)五更鼓聲(sheng)(sheng)動,宜于(yu)錫門相候。若(ruo)聞(wen)(wen)哭聲(sheng)(sheng),君(jun)(jun)則(ze)(ze)免矣。玚(yang)(yang)(yang)如其(qi)言(yan)往(wang)。見(jian)鬼(gui)便在樹頭,欲(yu)往(wang)錫舍,為(wei)狗(gou)所(suo)咋,未(wei)能得前。俄從缺(que)墻中(zhong)入,遲回聞(wen)(wen)哭聲(sheng)(sheng),玚(yang)(yang)(yang)遂(sui)獲免。
開(kai)元中,易州(zhou)司馬(ma)(ma)張果女(nv),年十五,病死,不(bu)(bu)忍遠棄(qi),權瘞(yi)于(yu)東院閣(ge)下(xia)。后(hou)轉(zhuan)鄭州(zhou)長史,以(yi)路遠須復送(song)喪,遂留。俄有(you)劉(liu)乙代(dai)之。其子(zi)常止閣(ge)中,日(ri)暮仍行(xing)門(men)外,見(jian)(jian)一(yi)女(nv)子(zi),容色(se)豐麗,自(zi)外而來。劉(liu)疑有(you)相奔者(zhe),即前詣之,欣然款(kuan)浹,同留共宿。情態纏綿,舉止閑婉,劉(liu)愛(ai)惜(xi)甚至。后(hou)暮輒來,達(da)曙方去。經(jing)數月,忽謂(wei)(wei)劉(liu)曰:“我前張司馬(ma)(ma)女(nv),不(bu)(bu)幸(xing)夭沒,近殯此(ci)閣(ge)。命當(dang)重(zhong)活,與(yu)君好(hao)合。后(hou)三日(ri),君可(ke)見(jian)(jian)發,徐候氣(qi)(qi)息,慎無(wu)橫見(jian)(jian)驚傷也。”指其所(suo)瘞(yi)處而去。劉(liu)至期甚喜(xi),獨與(yu)左右一(yi)奴(nu)夜(ye)發,深(shen)四五尺,得(de)一(yi)漆棺(guan)。徐開(kai)視之,女(nv)顏(yan)色(se)鮮發,肢體溫軟(ruan),衣服妝(zhuang)梳,無(wu)污(wu)壞者(zhe)。舉置牀上,細細有(you)鼻(bi)氣(qi)(qi)。少(shao)頃(qing),口中有(you)氣(qi)(qi)。灌(guan)以(yi)薄(bo)糜,少(shao)少(shao)能咽(yan)。至明復活,漸(jian)能言語(yu)坐(zuo)起。數日(ri),始恐(kong)父母之知也,因(yin)(yin)辭以(yi)習書,不(bu)(bu)便出(chu)閣(ge),常使赍飲食詣閣(ge)中。乙疑子(zi)有(you)異,因(yin)(yin)其在外送(song)客,竊視其房(fang),見(jian)(jian)女(nv)存焉。問其所(suo)由,悉具白(bai),棺(guan)木尚在牀下(xia)。乙與(yu)妻覷欷曰:“此(ci)既(ji)冥(ming)期至感(gan),何不(bu)(bu)早(zao)相聞。”遂匿(ni)于(yu)堂中。兒不(bu)(bu)見(jian)(jian)女(nv),甚驚,父乃謂(wei)(wei)曰:“此(ci)既(ji)申契殊(shu)會,千(qian)載所(suo)無(wu),白(bai)我何傷乎而過為隱蔽(bi)。”因(yin)(yin)遣使詣鄭州(zhou),具以(yi)報果。因(yin)(yin)請結婚,父母哀感(gan)驚喜(xi),則(ze)克日(ri)赴婚,遂成(cheng)嘉偶。后(hou)產數子(zi)。
開(kai)元初(chu),華妃(fei)(fei)有(you)寵,生慶王琮(cong),薨葬(zang)長安(an)。至二十八年(nian)(nian),有(you)盜(dao)欲發妃(fei)(fei)冢,遂于(yu)塋(ying)處百余步(bu)偽筑大墳,若(ruo)將葬(zang)者。乃于(yu)其(qi)內潛通(tong)地道,直(zhi)達冢中(zhong)。剖棺,妃(fei)(fei)面如生,四肢皆可屈伸(shen)。盜(dao)等恣行凌辱(ru),仍截(jie)腕取金釧,兼去(qu)其(qi)舌,恐通(tong)夢(meng)也(ye)。側立其(qi)尸(shi),而(er)于(yu)陰中(zhong)置(zhi)燭(zhu),悉取藏內珍寶,不可勝(sheng)數(shu),皆徙置(zhi)偽冢。乃于(yu)城中(zhong),以(yi)(yi)軟(ruan)車(che)(che)載(zai)空棺會,日暮,便(bian)宿(su)墓中(zhong),取諸物置(zhi)魂車(che)(che)及(ji)(ji)送葬(zang)車(che)(che)中(zhong),方掩而(er)歸(gui)。其(qi)未(wei)葬(zang)之前,慶王夢(meng)妃(fei)(fei)被發裸形,悲泣(qi)而(er)來,曰:“盜(dao)發吾冢,又加截(jie)辱(ru),孤魂幽枉,如何可言。然吾必伺其(qi)敗于(yu)春明(ming)門(men)也(ye)。”因備說其(qi)狀而(er)去(qu)。王素至孝,忽驚起(qi)涕泣(qi)。明(ming)旦(dan)入(ru)奏,帝(di)(di)乃召京(jing)兆尹、萬年(nian)(nian)令,以(yi)(yi)物色備盜(dao)甚急。及(ji)(ji)盜(dao)載(zai)物歸(gui)也(ye),欲入(ru)春明(ming)門(men),門(men)吏訶止之。乃搜車(che)(che)中(zhong),皆諸寶物。盡收群盜(dao),拷掠即(ji)服(fu),逮捕數(shu)十人(ren),皆貴(gui)戚子弟無行檢者。王乃請其(qi)魁帥五(wu)人(ren),得親報仇,帝(di)(di)許(xu)之。皆探取五(wu)臟,烹而(er)祭之。其(qi)余盡榜殺于(yu)京(jing)兆門(men)外。改(gai)葬(zang)貴(gui)妃(fei)(fei),王心喪三年(nian)(nian)。
開元中(zhong),涼州(zhou)節度(du)郭(guo)知(zhi)運出巡(xun),去州(zhou)百里(li),于驛(yi)中(zhong)暴卒。其魂(hun)遂出,令驛(yi)長(chang)鎖房勿開,因而卻回府,徒(tu)從(cong)不知(zhi)也(ye)。至舍(she)四(si)十余日,處(chu)置(zhi)公私事畢,遂使人往驛(yi)迎己喪。既至,自(zi)看其殮(lian)。殮(lian)訖,因與家人辭訣(jue),投身入棺,遂不復見。
王光(guang)本(ben)(ben)(ben),開(kai)元(yuan)時(shi)為洛州別駕。春月,刺史(shi)使光(guang)本(ben)(ben)(ben)行縣。去數日,其妻李(li)氏暴卒。及還(huan),追(zhui)以不親醫藥(yao),意是枉死(si)(si)。居(ju)恒慟(tong)哭,哀感傍(bang)鄰。后十余日,屬諸子盡哭,光(guang)本(ben)(ben)(ben)因(yin)復慟(tong)哭百(bai)余聲。忽見李(li)氏自(zi)幃(wei)而(er)出,靚(jing)妝炫(xuan)服,有逾平素。光(guang)本(ben)(ben)(ben)輟哭,問其死(si)(si)事(shi)(shi)。李(li)氏云:“妾尚未得去,猶(you)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)堂。聞(wen)君(jun)哀哭慟(tong)之(zhi)甚,某(mou)在(zai)(zai)泉途,倍益凄感。語云:『生人過悲,使幽(you)壤不安。』信(xin)斯言也。自(zi)茲以往,不欲主君(jun)如是,以累幽(you)冥耳。”因(yin)付(fu)囑家人,度女為尼,放婢為平人,事(shi)(shi)事(shi)(shi)有理。留一(yi)食許,謂(wei)光(guang)本(ben)(ben)(ben)曰(yue):“人鬼道殊,不宜久住,此(ci)益深恨。”言訖,入堂中遂滅(mie)。男女及他人,但(dan)聞(wen)李(li)氏言,唯光(guang)本(ben)(ben)(ben)見耳。
楊元(yuan)英(ying),則(ze)天時為(wei)太(tai)常卿,開(kai)元(yuan)中(zhong),亡(wang)已(yi)二十載。其(qi)子(zi)因至(zhi)冶成坊削(xue)家(jia)(jia),識其(qi)父(fu)壙中(zhong)劍(jian),心(xin)異之。問削(xue)師:“何得(de)(de)此(ci)劍(jian)”云(yun)(yun):“有貴人(ren)(ren)形(xing)狀衣服,將令(ling)修理,期(qi)明日(ri)(ri)午時來取(qu)(qu)。”子(zi)意是(shi)父(fu)授,復疑父(fu)冢為(wei)人(ren)(ren)所開(kai)。至(zhi)日(ri)(ri),與弟(di)同往削(xue)師家(jia)(jia)室中(zhong)伺之。至(zhi)時取(qu)(qu)劍(jian),乃其(qi)父(fu)也,騎白馬(ma),衣服如(ru)生時,從者五(wu)六人(ren)(ren)。兄弟(di)出拜道左,悲(bei)涕久(jiu)之。元(yuan)英(ying)取(qu)(qu)劍(jian)下馬(ma),引諸子(zi)于僻處,分處家(jia)(jia)事(shi)(shi)。末問:“汝母在家(jia)(jia)否?”云(yun)(yun):“合葬已(yi)十五(wu)年。”元(yuan)英(ying)言:“我初(chu)不知。”再(zai)三嘆息(xi)。謂子(zi)曰:“我有公事(shi)(shi),不獲久(jiu)往。明日(ri)(ri),汝等可(ke)再(zai)至(zhi)此(ci),當取(qu)(qu)?少資,助汝辛苦。”子(zi)如(ru)期(qi)至(zhi),元(yuan)英(ying)亦至(zhi),得(de)(de)三百千。誡之云(yun)(yun):“數日(ri)(ri)須用盡。”言訖訣去(qu)。子(zi)等隨(sui)行涕泣,元(yuan)英(ying)又謂子(zi)曰:“汝等不了此(ci)事(shi)(shi),人(ren)(ren)鬼(gui)路殊,寧有百年父(fu)子(zi)耶(ye)?”言訖訣去(qu)。子(zi)隨(sui)騁出上東(dong)門,遙望(wang)入邙山中(zhong),數十步忽隱不見。數日(ri)(ri),市具都盡。三日(ri)(ri)后,市人(ren)(ren)皆得(de)(de)紙錢。
薛矜(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)者(zhe),開元中為長(chang)安尉。主知(zhi)宮(gong)市(shi),迭(die)日于(yu)東西二市(shi)。一(yi)日于(yu)東市(shi)市(shi)前見(jian)一(yi)坐(zuo)車(che)(che),車(che)(che)中婦(fu)人(ren)手如白(bai)雪,矜(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)慕之。使左右持(chi)銀鏤(lou)小合(he),立(li)于(yu)車(che)(che)側。婦(fu)人(ren)使侍婢(bi)問價,云:“此是長(chang)安薛少(shao)府物,處(chu)分令(ling)車(che)(che)中若(ruo)問,便宜(yi)餉之。”婦(fu)人(ren)甚(shen)喜謝。矜(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)微(wei)挑之,遂(sui)欣然,便謂矜(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)曰(yue):“我在(zai)金光(guang)門外(wai),君宜(yi)相(xiang)訪也(ye)。”矜(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)使左右隨(sui)至(zhi)宅。翌日,往來(lai)過,見(jian)婦(fu)人(ren)門外(wai)騎甚(shen)眾,踟躕未(wei)通■各引去,矜(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)令(ling)白(bai)己在(zai)門,使左右送(song)刺,乃邀(yao)至(zhi)外(wai)廳。令(ling)矜(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)坐(zuo),云:“待妝束(shu)。”矜(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)覺火(huo)冷,心竊疑怪。須臾,引入堂中。其幔是青布,遙見(jian)一(yi)燈,火(huo)色微(wei)暗,將(jiang)近(jin)又遠。疑非人(ren)也(ye),然業已求見(jian),見(jian)畢當去。心中恒誦《千手觀音(yin)咒》。至(zhi)內,見(jian)坐(zuo)帳中,以啰巾蒙首,矜(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)苦牽曳,久之方落。見(jian)婦(fu)人(ren)面長(chang)尺(chi)余(yu),正青色,有(you)聲如狗(gou),矜(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)遂(sui)絕(jue)倒。從者(zhe)至(zhi)其室宇(yu),但見(jian)殯宮(gong),矜(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)在(zai)其內,絕(jue)無間隙。遽推壁倒,見(jian)矜(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)已死,微(wei)心上暖,移就店(dian)將(jiang)息。經月余(yu)方蘇矣。
東都思恭坊(fang)(fang)朱(zhu)七娘者,倡嫗也。有(you)王將(jiang)軍素與交(jiao)通(tong)-元(yuan)中,王遇疾卒,已半(ban)歲,朱(zhu)不(bu)(bu)知也。其年七月,王忽來朱(zhu)處。久之,日暮,曰(yue):“能隨至溫柔坊(fang)(fang)宅否(fou)?”朱(zhu)欲(yu)許焉(yan)。其女彈(dan)唱有(you)名,不(bu)(bu)欲(yu)母往,乃(nai)曰(yue):“將(jiang)軍止此故(gu)佳,將(jiang)還,有(you)所(suo)憚(dan)耶?”不(bu)(bu)獲已,王以后(hou)騎載去。入院(yuan),歡洽如(ru)故(gu)。明旦,王氏(shi)使婢收(shou)靈牀(chuan)被(bei),見一婦人(ren)在被(bei)中,遽走還白。王氏(shi)諸子,驚(jing)而來視。問(wen)其故(gu),知亡父所(suo)引,哀慟(tong)久之。遂送還家(jia)焉(yan)。
李光(guang)遠(yuan)(yuan),開元中。為館陶令。時(shi)大旱(han)(han),光(guang)遠(yuan)(yuan)大為旱(han)(han)書(shu),書(shu)就暴卒。卒后,縣(xian)申州(zhou),州(zhou)司(si)馬(ma)覆破其(qi)(qi)旱(han)(han)。百姓胥怨,有慟(tong)哭者,皆曰:“長(chang)官不(bu)死,寧有是(shi)耶?”其(qi)(qi)夜,光(guang)遠(yuan)(yuan)忽乘白馬(ma)來詣旱(han)(han)坊。謂百姓曰:“我雖死,旱(han)(han)不(bu)慮不(bu)成(cheng),司(si)馬(ma)何(he)人,敢沮斯議!”遂與百姓詣司(si)馬(ma)宅。通云:“李明府(fu)欲見。”司(si)馬(ma)大懼,使(shi)人致謝。光(guang)遠(yuan)(yuan)責云:“公非(fei)人,旱(han)(han)是(shi)百姓事,何(he)以生死為準,宜速(su)成(cheng)之。不(bu)然(ran),當(dang)為厲矣。”言訖,與百姓辭(ci)訣,方去。其(qi)(qi)年(nian)旱(han)(han)成(cheng),百姓賴(lai)焉。
山(shan)人(ren)李(li)洽(qia)。自都入京(jing)。行至(zhi)灞上,逢吏(li)持帖,云:“追洽(qia)。”洽(qia)視(shi)帖,文字錯亂,不可(ke)復識。謂吏(li)曰:“帖書乃(nai)(nai)以狼籍。”吏(li)曰:“此(ci)是閻(yan)羅(luo)王帖。”洽(qia)聞之(zhi)(zhi)悲泣,請(qing)吏(li)暫還,與(yu)家(jia)(jia)人(ren)別。吏(li)與(yu)偕行過市,見諸肆中(zhong)饋饌,吏(li)視(shi)之(zhi)(zhi)久,洽(qia)問:“君(jun)欲食(shi)乎?”曰:“然。”乃(nai)(nai)將錢一千,隨其所欲即買。止得(de)一味。與(yu)吏(li)食(shi)畢,甚悅。謂洽(qia)曰:“今可(ke)速寫《金(jin)光(guang)明(ming)經(jing)》,或當得(de)免。”洽(qia)至(zhi)家(jia)(jia)寫經(jing)畢,別家(jia)(jia)人(ren),與(yu)吏(li)去(qu)。行數十里(li),至(zhi)城(cheng),壁宇峻嚴。因問此(ci)為(wei)何城(cheng),吏(li)云:“安(an)(an)祿山(shan)作亂,成司(si)恐賊越逸,故(gu)作此(ci)城(cheng)以遏之(zhi)(zhi)。”又問城(cheng)主為(wei)誰,曰:“是鄔元昌。”洽(qia)素與(yu)城(cheng)主有故(gu),請(qing)為(wei)通(tong)之(zhi)(zhi)。元昌召人(ren),相見悲喜。須臾,有兵馬數十萬至(zhi)城(cheng)而過,元昌留(liu)洽(qia)坐(zuo),出門迎(ying)候。久之(zhi)(zhi)乃(nai)(nai)回,洽(qia)問此(ci)兵云何,曰:“閻(yan)羅(luo)王往西京(jing)大(da)安(an)(an)國(guo)寺也(ye)。”既至(zhi)寺,登百(bai)尺高座。王將簿閱,云:“此(ci)人(ren)新造金(jin)光(guang)明(ming)經(jing),遂(sui)得(de)延算,故(gu)未合死。”元昌嘆羨良久,令人(ren)送回,因此(ci)得(de)活。
《廣(guang)異記》內容宏(hong)大,各類神(shen)仙鬼怪故(gu)事幾乎皆(jie)有,對(dui)后世(shi)的(de)文(wen)學(xue)創(chuang)作(zuo)有深遠影響,并給現代的(de)神(shen)鬼類文(wen)學(xue)帶來了(le)積極推(tui)動的(de)作(zuo)用。
開(kai)元初,有三(san)(san)(san)衛(wei)(wei)自京(jing)還(huan)(huan)(huan)青(qing)州。至(zhi)(zhi)華(hua)岳廟前(qian),見(jian)(jian)青(qing)衣(yi)婢,衣(yi)服故(gu)惡(e),來(lai)白云(yun):“娘子(zi)欲見(jian)(jian)。”因(yin)引(yin)前(qian)行(xing)(xing)。遇見(jian)(jian)一婦(fu)人(ren),年十六七,容色慘悴,曰(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue):“己非(fei)人(ren),華(hua)岳第三(san)(san)(san)新(xin)婦(fu),夫婿(xu)極惡(e)。家(jia)在(zai)北海(hai),三(san)(san)(san)年無書(shu)信(xin),以此尤為岳子(zi)所薄(bo)。聞君(jun)(jun)(jun)遠還(huan)(huan)(huan),欲以尺書(shu)仰累,若能(neng)為達(da),家(jia)君(jun)(jun)(jun)當有厚(hou)報(bao)。”遂以書(shu)付之(zhi)(zhi)。其(qi)人(ren)亦(yi)信(xin)士也(ye),問(wen):“北海(hai)于(yu)何所送之(zhi)(zhi)?”婦(fu)人(ren)云(yun):“海(hai)池上第二(er)(er)樹(shu)(shu),但(dan)扣之(zhi)(zhi),當有應者。”言(yan)訖(qi)(qi)訣去。及至(zhi)(zhi)北海(hai),如言(yan)送書(shu)扣樹(shu)(shu)畢(bi),忽(hu)見(jian)(jian)朱門在(zai)樹(shu)(shu)下(xia),有人(ren)從門中受(shou)事(shi)。人(ren)以書(shu)付之(zhi)(zhi),入(ru)。頃之(zhi)(zhi),出云(yun):“大王(wang)請客人(ren)。”隨(sui)行(xing)(xing)百余步,后(hou)入(ru)一門,有朱衣(yi)人(ren),長丈(zhang)(zhang)余,左右(you)侍女數(shu)(shu)千(qian)百人(ren)。坐(zuo)畢(bi),乃(nai)(nai)曰(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue):“三(san)(san)(san)年不得女書(shu)。”讀書(shu)大怒,曰(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue):“奴輩敢爾。”乃(nai)(nai)傳教(jiao)召左右(you)虞(yu)候。須臾而至(zhi)(zhi),悉長丈(zhang)(zhang)余,巨頭(tou)大鼻,狀(zhuang)貌可(ke)惡(e)。令(ling)(ling)調兵(bing)五(wu)(wu)萬(wan),至(zhi)(zhi)十五(wu)(wu)日乃(nai)(nai)西伐(fa)華(hua)山,無令(ling)(ling)不勝。二(er)(er)人(ren)受(shou)教(jiao)走出,乃(nai)(nai)謂三(san)(san)(san)衛(wei)(wei)曰(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue):“無以上報(bao)。”命左右(you)取絹(juan)二(er)(er)疋(pi)贈(zeng)使者。三(san)(san)(san)衛(wei)(wei)不說,心怨二(er)(er)疋(pi)之(zhi)(zhi)少也(ye)。持別(bie),朱衣(yi)人(ren)曰(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue):“兩絹(juan)得二(er)(er)萬(wan)貫,方(fang)可(ke)賣,慎無賤與人(ren)也(ye)。”三(san)(san)(san)衛(wei)(wei)既出,欲驗其(qi)事(shi),復往(wang)華(hua)陰(yin)。至(zhi)(zhi)十五(wu)(wu)日,既暮(mu),遙見(jian)(jian)東(dong)方(fang)黑氣如蓋。稍稍西行(xing)(xing),雷震電掣,聲聞百里。須臾,華(hua)山大風折樹(shu)(shu),自西吹云(yun),云(yun)勢益壯。直至(zhi)(zhi)華(hua)山。雷火喧(xuan)薄(bo),遍山涸赤,久之(zhi)(zhi)方(fang)罷(ba)。及明,山色焦(jiao)黑,三(san)(san)(san)衛(wei)(wei)乃(nai)(nai)入(ru)京(jing)賣絹(juan),買者聞求二(er)(er)萬(wan),莫不嗤駭(hai),以為狂(kuang)人(ren)。后(hou)數(shu)(shu)日,有白馬丈(zhang)(zhang)夫來(lai)買,直還(huan)(huan)(huan)二(er)(er)萬(wan),不復躊躇,其(qi)錢(qian)先已鎖在(zai)西市。三(san)(san)(san)衛(wei)(wei)因(yin)問(wen)買所用(yong),丈(zhang)(zhang)夫曰(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue):“今以渭川神(shen)嫁(jia)女,用(yong)此贈(zeng)遺。天(tian)下(xia)唯北海(hai)絹(juan)最佳,方(fang)欲令(ling)(ling)人(ren)往(wang)市,聞君(jun)(jun)(jun)賣北海(hai)絹(juan),故(gu)來(lai)爾。”三(san)(san)(san)衛(wei)(wei)得錢(qian)。數(shu)(shu)月,貨易畢(bi),東(dong)還(huan)(huan)(huan)青(qing)土。行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)(zhi)華(hua)陰(yin),復見(jian)(jian)前(qian)時青(qing)衣(yi),云(yun):“娘子(zi)故(gu)來(lai)謝恩(en)。”便見(jian)(jian)看(kan)蓋犢車自山而下(xia),左右(you)從者十余輩。既至(zhi)(zhi)下(xia)車,亦(yi)是前(qian)時女郎(lang)。容服炳煥(huan),流目清眄,迨不可(ke)識。見(jian)(jian)三(san)(san)(san)衛(wei)(wei),拜乃(nai)(nai)言(yan)曰(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue):“蒙(meng)君(jun)(jun)(jun)厚(hou)恩(en),遠報(bao)父母,自鬧戰之(zhi)(zhi)后(hou),恩(en)情頗深,但(dan)愧無可(ke)仰報(bao)爾。然三(san)(san)(san)郎(lang)以君(jun)(jun)(jun)達(da)書(shu)故(gu),移(yi)怒于(yu)君(jun)(jun)(jun)。今將五(wu)(wu)百兵(bing),于(yu)潼(tong)關相候。君(jun)(jun)(jun)若往(wang),必為所害(hai),可(ke)且還(huan)(huan)(huan)京(jing)。不久大駕東(dong)幸,鬼神(shen)懼(ju)鼓(gu)車,君(jun)(jun)(jun)若坐(zuo)于(yu)鼓(gu)車,則無慮也(ye)。”言(yan)訖(qi)(qi)不見(jian)(jian)。三(san)(san)(san)衛(wei)(wei)大懼(ju),實時還(huan)(huan)(huan)京(jing)。后(hou)數(shu)(shu)十日,會玄宗(zong)幸洛,乃(nai)(nai)以錢(qian)與鼓(gu)者,隨(sui)鼓(gu)車出關,因(yin)得無憂。
唐(tang),戴(dai)孚,譙郡(今(jin)安徽亳州)人,生(sheng)平事略不見史(shi)傳。據顧(gu)(gu)況所作(zuo)(zuo)《戴(dai)氏廣異記序》(《文(wen)苑英華》卷(juan)七(qi)百三十(shi)(shi)七(qi)),知戴(dai)孚于唐(tang)肅宗至德二(757)年(nian)與顧(gu)(gu)況同登(deng)進士第,任校書(shu)(shu)郎,終(zhong)于饒(rao)州錄(lu)事參軍,卒(zu)年(nian)五十(shi)(shi)七(qi)歲。此(ci)書(shu)(shu)大抵(di)作(zuo)(zuo)于大歷(766~779)年(nian)間,作(zuo)(zuo)者(zhe)死(si)后(hou),由其子請顧(gu)(gu)況為(wei)書(shu)(shu)作(zuo)(zuo)序行世。
