中國(guo)(guo)長城鋁業(ye)公(gong)司職業(ye)技(ji)術(shu)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan),由原中國(guo)(guo)長城鋁業(ye)公(gong)司職工(gong)工(gong)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)、黨校(xiao)和技(ji)工(gong)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)組(zu)建而成,系有(you)色系統及學(xue)(xue)歷(li)教育、職業(ye)培訓、技(ji)能鑒定于一體的(de)綜合性(xing)院(yuan)校(xiao)。學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)位(wei)于鄭州市上街區,北臨黃河,南望嵩山,連(lian)霍高速、隴(long)海鐵路橫貫東西,地理(li)位(wei)置優越,交通便利,是求學(xue)(xue)深造(zao)的(de)理(li)想(xiang)場所(suo)。
學院常設專業(ye)有冶(ye)金技術(氧化鋁及鋁電(dian)解方向)、工(gong)業(ye)分(fen)析與檢驗、機電(dian)一體(ti)化、計算機應(ying)用與維修、電(dian)廠熱能(neng)工(gong)程、會計電(dian)算化、工(gong)商管理及電(dian)工(gong)、鉗工(gong)、車(che)工(gong)、焊工(gong)、餐(can)旅服(fu)務等。除承擔全(quan)日制學歷教育外,還面向社會積極開展職(zhi)工(gong)技能(neng)培訓(xun)鑒定、安全(quan)教育培訓(xun)、特有工(gong)種培訓(xun),復轉(zhuan)軍人、大中(zhong)專畢業(ye)生(sheng)崗前培訓(xun)及下崗失業(ye)人員再就業(ye)、創業(ye)培訓(xun)等。

學院(yuan)現有教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)108人(ren),其(qi)中(zhong)專任教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)69人(ren),高級職(zhi)稱(cheng)占70%以上,生產實習指導教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)和(he)一體化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)44人(ren),雙師(shi)型教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)占教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)總數的(de)(de)(de)48%;同(tong)時,根據工(gong)作需要常年聘用(yong)具有豐(feng)富(fu)教(jiao)(jiao)學經(jing)驗的(de)(de)(de)兼(jian)職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)50余(yu)人(ren),主要從事輕金屬冶煉、鋁(lv)電解、電工(gong)、鉗工(gong)、焊工(gong)、起重(zhong)裝(zhuang)卸機(ji)械操作工(gong)、化(hua)學分析(xi)工(gong)、機(ji)電一體化(hua)、計算機(ji)應用(yong)等幾十個專業的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)學,

學(xue)(xue)院依托中鋁鄭州企(qi)業(ye)強大的(de)(de)生產(chan)、研發(fa)實(shi)力和先進的(de)(de)技術裝備(bei)水平,和省內外多(duo)家知名企(qi)業(ye)建(jian)立了穩定的(de)(de)合(he)作伙伴關系,學(xue)(xue)校為企(qi)業(ye)的(de)(de)培訓基地,企(qi)業(ye)為學(xue)(xue)校的(de)(de)實(shi)習基地,學(xue)(xue)校與企(qi)業(ye)聯(lian)合(he)制定各(ge)專業(ye)的(de)(de)培訓方案,聘請企(qi)業(ye)高級(ji)技術人才(cai)和工(gong)程技術人員(yuan)擔任兼職實(shi)習指導(dao)教師(shi),定期派遣教師(shi)到企(qi)業(ye)進修學(xue)(xue)習,分(fen)配學(xue)(xue)生到企(qi)業(ye)頂(ding)崗實(shi)習,收(shou)到了較好效果。
在(zai)培(pei)訓工(gong)(gong)(gong)作中,針對(dui)參(can)加培(pei)訓的(de)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)年(nian)齡較大,實(shi)(shi)踐經(jing)驗(yan)豐(feng)富(fu)(fu),但欠(qian)缺系統(tong)的(de)理論(lun)知識(shi)這一(yi)特點,長(chang)鋁技校(xiao)在(zai)多(duo)年(nian)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育培(pei)訓工(gong)(gong)(gong)作中,逐步(bu)探索出一(yi)些適合(he)成人的(de)行之有(you)效的(de)培(pei)訓方(fang)法:首先每年(nian)撥(bo)出專(zhuan)(zhuan)款用于教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師多(duo)種(zhong)形式(shi)的(de)培(pei)訓進(jin)修,組織氧化鋁、鋁電(dian)解、電(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、鉗工(gong)(gong)(gong)等專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)課教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師下廠帶隊實(shi)(shi)習或參(can)加企業(ye)的(de)生產實(shi)(shi)踐,完(wan)善專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師的(de)文化層次(ci)結(jie)構和(he)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)知識(shi)結(jie)構;其次(ci),在(zai)課堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)中采取(qu)研討式(shi)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)方(fang)法,使學(xue)(xue)員帶著問題(ti)(ti)來學(xue)(xue),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師針對(dui)問題(ti)(ti)來講,理論(lun)聯系實(shi)(shi)際,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)相長(chang),既解決了(le)困惑學(xue)(xue)員多(duo)年(nian)的(de)理論(lun)認識(shi)問題(ti)(ti),又(you)豐(feng)富(fu)(fu)了(le)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師的(de)實(shi)(shi)踐經(jing)驗(yan),使學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)的(de)培(pei)訓工(gong)(gong)(gong)作進(jin)入了(le)良性循環的(de)軌道。
