源于姬(ji)姓,出自(zi)周王朝(chao)時期官(guan)(guan)吏爨(cuan)(cuan)官(guan)(guan),屬于以官(guan)(guan)職稱謂為(wei)氏。爨(cuan)(cuan)官(guan)(guan),為(wei)西周時期在宮廷(ting)內為(wei)王室成員制膳之士中(zhong)的灶(zao)(zao)官(guan)(guan),就(jiu)是(shi)俗稱的火頭(tou)倌,專職掌管(guan)炊火。“爨(cuan)(cuan)”,就(jiu)是(shi)今天(tian)稱作的“灶(zao)(zao)”,用于安置(zhi)無(wu)足器皿(min)進行煑食物,“大羹湆在爨(cuan)(cuan)”,就(jiu)是(shi)烹(peng)煮肉(rou)食、肉(rou)湯。而無(wu)足之器皿(min)就(jiu)稱作“鍋(guo)”。
在典籍《周禮·天(tian)官·亨(heng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)》中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)記載:“爨(cuan)(cuan)官,職外內饔之(zhi)爨(cuan)(cuan)亨(heng)煑(zhu)。”在爨(cuan)(cuan)官的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)后(hou)裔子(zi)孫(sun)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),有以(yi)先祖的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)官職稱(cheng)謂為姓氏(shi)者(zhe),稱(cheng)爨(cuan)(cuan)氏(shi)。在古(gu)文(wen)(wen)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),“爨(cuan)(cuan)”即“炊(chui)”,二字同(tong)義通假,義同(tong)當(dang)今的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“廚”,因此亦稱(cheng)炊(chui)氏(shi),世(shi)代(dai)相(xiang)(xiang)傳(chuan)(chuan),后(hou)逐(zhu)漸(jian)從(cong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)原迂徙到南中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)地區(qu)(qu),正(zheng)確讀音作chuàn(ㄔㄨㄢˋ)。爨(cuan)(cuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)在南中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)地區(qu)(qu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不斷(duan)發展(zhan)過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),逐(zhu)漸(jian)融有古(gu)滇人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)血統(tong),并(bing)繼承了(le)以(yi)昆明為中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)滇文(wen)(wen)化(hua),創造(zao)了(le)聞名于(yu)世(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)爨(cuan)(cuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua),成為后(hou)世(shi)大理文(wen)(wen)化(hua)、南詔文(wen)(wen)化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)淵源,后(hou)來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)古(gu)大理國,就(jiu)自稱(cheng)繼承爨(cuan)(cuan)氏(shi)遺風,終(zhong)為南詔所(suo)滅。爨(cuan)(cuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)所(suo)用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“蝌蚪文(wen)(wen)”即爨(cuan)(cuan)文(wen)(wen)已經失(shi)傳(chuan)(chuan),如(ru)今無(wu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)識得(de)其模樣(yang)。爨(cuan)(cuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)在政(zheng)教合(he)一的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)所(suo)創造(zao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)、含有豐富自然知識的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)巫術也早已經沒落湮遷的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)歷(li)史(shi)長河中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),而(er)且爨(cuan)(cuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)所(suo)衍傳(chuan)(chuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)農業典籍、兵法兵書等等在唐朝(chao)末(mo)期就(jiu)已不復存在了(le),這是一個(ge)消亡得(de)相(xiang)(xiang)當(dang)徹底的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)歷(li)程(cheng)。如(ru)今,人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)們只(zhi)知道(dao),在古(gu)爨(cuan)(cuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)后(hou)代(dai)撒(sa)尼部(bu)落人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),世(shi)代(dai)相(xiang)(xiang)傳(chuan)(chuan)著一個(ge)凄(qi)美感(gan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)故(gu)事,即流傳(chuan)(chuan)于(yu)云(yun)南石林地區(qu)(qu)彝族支(zhi)系撒(sa)尼人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)當(dang)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)口頭神話傳(chuan)(chuan)說(shuo),用(yong)詩(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)語言敘述(shu)了(le)勤勞、美麗、堅強、勇敢的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)男青(qing)年(nian)阿黑和女青(qing)年(nian)阿詩(shi)瑪之(zhi)間愛(ai)情的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不幸(xing)和悲慘的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)命運。
“阿(a)詩瑪(ma)”,漢義就是“蛇女(nv)”,而蛇女(nv)則是古爨人深切崇拜的圖騰(teng)。

qu)治(zhi)(zhi)理(li)(li)云(yun)(yun)(yun)南(nan)(nan)而“遙授(shou)刺史(shi)(shi)”,僅(jin)僅(jin)實(shi)行(xing)名義(yi)上的(de)(de)(de)統(tong)(tong)治(zhi)(zhi)。從此(ci),“刺史(shi)(shi)”便成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)爨(cuan)(cuan)氏(shi)(shi)(shi)家(jia)(jia)族(zu)(zu)(zu)自我(wo)封(feng)(feng)授(shou)的(de)(de)(de)官職并祖孫世(shi)襲(xi),是(shi)(shi)名副其(qi)實(shi)的(de)(de)(de)“土(tu)官”。從三國時期(qi)(qi)(qi)蜀漢(han)(han)(han)(han)王朝軍師諸葛亮扶植南(nan)(nan)中(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)(da)姓(xing)收其(qi)俊杰為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)官屬,發展到爨(cuan)(cuan)氏(shi)(shi)(shi)土(tu)官祖孫世(shi)襲(xi),可(ke)視為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)來元朝在(zai)(zai)(zai)云(yun)(yun)(yun)南(nan)(nan)實(shi)施土(tu)司(si)制度(du)之(zhi)濫觴。研究(jiu)云(yun)(yun)(yun)南(nan)(nan)土(tu)司(si)制度(du),爨(cuan)(cuan)氏(shi)(shi)(shi)土(tu)宮祖孫世(shi)襲(xi)的(de)(de)(de)這一歷(li)史(shi)(shi)現象,顯然是(shi)(shi)不(bu)能忽視的(de)(de)(de)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)云(yun)(yun)(yun)南(nan)(nan)歷(li)史(shi)(shi)近入(ru)南(nan)(nan)詔大(da)(da)(da)理(li)(li)以(yi)(yi)(yi)后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou),爨(cuan)(cuan)氏(shi)(shi)(shi)族(zu)(zu)(zu)人(ren)(ren)仍然保(bao)(bao)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)貴族(zu)(zu)(zu)身(shen)份(fen),一部分(fen)人(ren)(ren)改為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)寸(cun)氏(shi)(shi)(shi),曾有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)寸(cun)氏(shi)(shi)(shi)族(zu)(zu)(zu)人(ren)(ren)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)大(da)(da)(da)理(li)(li)國布(bu)燮(xie)(丞(cheng)相),元朝時為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)土(tu)官,明軍入(ru)滇(dian)后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)又率先歸(gui)附,并留有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)《寸(cun)升碑》予以(yi)(yi)(yi)記載(zai)(zai)(zai)。沒有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)改姓(xing)的(de)(de)(de)爨(cuan)(cuan)氏(shi)(shi)(shi)族(zu)(zu)(zu)人(ren)(ren),如今(jin)主(zhu)要分(fen)布(bu)在(zai)(zai)(zai)云(yun)(yun)(yun)南(nan)(nan)省曲靖市(shi)麒(qi)麟(lin)區,陜西(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)省華陰(yin)市(shi)孟源(yuan)鎮溝(gou)李村爨(cuan)(cuan)家(jia)(jia)自然村,河南(nan)(nan)省宜陽(yang)縣(xian)城關鄉(xiang)后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)莊村、樊(fan)村鄉(xiang)、董王莊鄉(xiang)、嵩縣(xian)田湖鎮、欒川縣(xian)潭頭鄉(xiang)、汝陽(yang)縣(xian)靳村鄉(xiang)、鄧州(zhou)市(shi)大(da)(da)(da)橋鄉(xiang)、鄢陵縣(xian)、三門峽市(shi)湖濱區西(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)賀家(jia)(jia)莊,河北(bei)省廊坊市(shi)等(deng)地,仍然保(bao)(bao)留爨(cuan)(cuan)人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)文化,定(ding)期(qi)(qi)(qi)舉(ju)行(xing)爨(cuan)(cuan)鄉(xiang)文化節(jie)、爨(cuan)(cuan)族(zu)(zu)(zu)火把節(jie)等(deng)活動。
爨(cuan)氏(shi)做為一(yi)個有著(zhu)古老悠久歷史和燦(can)爛文化的(de)(de)一(yi)個氏(shi)族(zu),曾在以(yi)云南(nan)(nan)為中心的(de)(de)南(nan)(nan)中地(di)區,形成相對獨立的(de)(de)統(tong)(tong)治(zhi)區域,興盛五百余年(nian),為古代中央(yang)政(zheng)權統(tong)(tong)治(zhi)邊疆少數民(min)族(zu)地(di)區和中華民(min)族(zu)的(de)(de)團結,以(yi)及國家的(de)(de)統(tong)(tong)一(yi)做出了(le)重大的(de)(de)貢獻。后來隨(sui)著(zhu)南(nan)(nan)詔國的(de)(de)建立,爨(cuan)氏(shi)逐漸(jian)衰(shuai)落(luo),其居民(min)大部(bu)分失(shi)去了(le)“爨(cuan)”姓,同(tong)化于少數民(min)族(zu)中的(de)(de)“彝”族(zu)、“白”族(zu),也有一(yi)部(bu)分遠去海外,其中有及少部(bu)分,流落(luo)內地(di),還保留“爨(cuan)”的(de)(de)姓氏(shi)。
爨(cuan)(cuan)榮(rong)(rong):先祖(zu)(zu)由陜西東遷(qian)宜(yi)(yi)陽(yang),名(ming)無(wu)所考,二(er)(er)世(shi)(shi)(shi)祖(zu)(zu)教、榮(rong)(rong)二(er)(er)公(gong)(gong),教公(gong)(gong)二(er)(er)子(zi),長忠,次炎忠,炎厥后(hou)(hou)(hou)無(wu)所考,“惟榮(rong)(rong)公(gong)(gong)捐(juan)粟活(huo)饑(ji)民(min),旌(jing)為(wei)義(yi)(yi)士(shi),載(zai)在縣志(zhi),學(xue)宮設(she)主春秋祭(ji)焉,宗廟立(li)為(wei)始(shi)祖(zu)(zu)至(zhi)今。”立(li)二(er)(er)世(shi)(shi)(shi)祖(zu)(zu)爨(cuan)(cuan)榮(rong)(rong)為(wei)始(shi)祖(zu)(zu)。中(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)民(min)國(guo)七年(nian)(公(gong)(gong)元(yuan)1918年(nian))編修的(de)《宜(yi)(yi)陽(yang)縣志(zhi)》五(wu)卷《人(ren)物、義(yi)(yi)烈》中(zhong)(zhong)記(ji)載(zai):“爨(cuan)(cuan)榮(rong)(rong):坊郭(guo)保后(hou)(hou)(hou)莊(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)人(ren),明正統六年(nian),大(da)饑(ji),人(ren)相食(shi),輸(shu)粟二(er)(er)千(qian)一(yi)百(bai)石(shi)以(yi)賑(zhen)饑(ji)民(min),當據情邀請,勞以(yi)羊酒,旌(jing)為(wei)義(yi)(yi)士(shi),萬歷年(nian)間(jian)知縣紀汝清題請建(jian)坊,又經知府袁錠,同(tong)知王瓚,通判薛慎,推官(guan)(guan)鄧蜎知縣呂鏞,縣丞(cheng)黃(huang)宗,主薄羅有(you)聞,典史(shi)曹震,教育宋旗(qi)仝(tong)有(you)贊語,同(tong)王襄毅、陳文獻入祠忠義(yi)(yi)。”贊辭曰:榮(rong)(rong)歸故(gu)鄉,華(hua)陰南(nan)園(yuan),適因兵變,孤(gu)身(shen)東遷(qian),旅棲(qi)于趙族,結姻授產,甫及二(er)(er)世(shi)(shi)(shi),田連(lian)千(qian)陌,富(fu)戶諱榮(rong)(rong),明敏不凡,時值饑(ji)荒,百(bai)姓食(shi)艱(jian),嗷(ao)嗷(ao)待(dai)哺,榮(rong)(rong)心側憐,一(yi)承朕命,輸(shu)粟二(er)(er)千(qian),薟活(huo)眾人(ren),宜(yi)(yi)民(min)安(an)然(ran),有(you)司以(yi)聞,敷賜(si)瑤天,旌(jing)為(wei)義(yi)(yi)士(shi),仍(reng)賜(si)優(you)免,當時仁厚,眾口交談,援及至(zhi)今,薟斯(si)源(yuan)源(yuan),多士(shi)克癢,后(hou)(hou)(hou)生翩(pian)翩(pian),仁者有(you)后(hou)(hou)(hou),天遵(zun)好還,隱德休(xiu)征(zheng),于此顯然(ran),銘刻(ke)在石(shi),億兆永傳。為(wei)了紀念其功績,萬歷年(nian)間(jian),知縣紀汝青,在后(hou)(hou)(hou)莊(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)村爨(cuan)(cuan)氏(shi)家廟門(men)口,古官(guan)(guan)道(dao)路邊(bian)建(jian)有(you)“綸音褒(bao)羲”石(shi)坊,上(shang)銘刻(ke)圣旨(zhi):圣旨(zhi)云,國(guo)家施(shi)仁善民(min)為(wei)首爾(er),能(neng)出(chu)雜(za)糧二(er)(er)千(qian)一(yi)百(bai)石(shi),用(yong)助賑(zhen)濟,有(you)司以(yi)聞,朕用(yong)嘉之(zhi),今特(te)賜(si)勒獎論榮(rong)(rong)以(yi)羊酒,旌(jing)為(wei)義(yi)(yi)士(shi),仍(reng)免本戶雜(za)迅差役(yi),數世(shi)(shi)(shi)尚(shang)允蹈忠厚,表(biao)勵(li)鄉俗,用(yong)副朝廷褒(bao)嘉之(zhi)意。該坊青石(shi)建(jian)筑,古樸莊(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)嚴,高五(wu)米,四(si)柱三門(men),雕(diao)刻(ke)精(jing)美,名(ming)人(ren)書丹(dan),可(ke)惜已毀于文化大(da)革命的(de)災(zai)難中(zhong)(zhong)。現在祖(zu)(zu)陵爨(cuan)(cuan)榮(rong)(rong)前留有(you)兩通石(shi)柱,上(shang)刻(ke)知縣紀汝青贈對聯一(yi)副:捐(juan)粟活(huo)饑(ji)民(min)光沐天恩(en)褒(bao)義(yi)(yi)德;植槐昌(chang)世(shi)(shi)(shi)澤衍(yan)看甲(jia)科振喬(qiao)門(men)。是為(wei)宜(yi)(yi)陽(yang)爨(cuan)(cuan)氏(shi)始(shi)祖(zu)(zu)。
云南(nan)省曲靖市麒麟(lin)區,仍然保留爨(cuan)人的文化(hua),定期舉(ju)行爨(cuan)鄉文化(hua)節、爨(cuan)族火把節等(deng)活動。
陜西省華陰市孟源鎮(zhen)溝李村(cun)爨家(jia)自然村(cun)。
陜(shan)(shan)(shan)西(xi)省寶雞市(shi)鳳(feng)翔(xiang)縣田(tian)(tian)(tian)家莊鎮新增務(wu)(wu)村(cun)(cun),今改作“寸”,讀(du)(du)cuàn。此支爨氏(shi),包括扶風、岐山(shan)(shan)(shan)的(de)爨氏(shi),大約是在(zai)元(yuan)朝(chao)初期從山(shan)(shan)(shan)西(xi)平陽遷入今地(di)(di)進(jin)行屯(tun)(tun)墾(ken),后(hou)來(lai)(lai)留(liu)在(zai)當地(di)(di)。其中一支后(hou)來(lai)(lai)去了(le)六盤山(shan)(shan)(shan)地(di)(di)區,即今甘(gan)肅(su)慶(qing)陽地(di)(di)區。據元(yuan)史記(ji)載,山(shan)(shan)(shan)西(xi)地(di)(di)區的(de)漢(han)軍(jun)(jun)諸部(bu)征戍陜(shan)(shan)(shan)西(xi)與四川等地(di)(di)之時(shi),曾(ceng)在(zai)一些(xie)地(di)(di)區屯(tun)(tun)田(tian)(tian)(tian)耕種(zhong),以(yi)給軍(jun)(jun)餉(xiang)。這些(xie)隨軍(jun)(jun)的(de)屯(tun)(tun)田(tian)(tian)(tian)戶有(you)較多是來(lai)(lai)自于河(he)東山(shan)(shan)(shan)西(xi)。如:“元(yuan)太宗七年(1235),蒙古(gu)汗廷‘發平陽、河(he)中、京兆(zhao)民二千屯(tun)(tun)田(tian)(tian)(tian)鳳(feng)翔(xiang)’。中統元(yuan)年(1260),山(shan)(shan)(shan)西(xi)地(di)(di)區有(you)隸于鳳(feng)翔(xiang)屯(tun)(tun)田(tian)(tian)(tian)八百余人(ren)在(zai)屯(tun)(tun)罷后(hou),兵(bing)(bing)不歸籍(ji)。中統二年(1261)冬十月(yue),忽必烈詔鳳(feng)翔(xiang)府種(zhong)田(tian)(tian)(tian)戶隸平陽兵(bing)(bing)籍(ji),毋令出征,務(wu)(wu)農(nong)耕屯(tun)(tun)以(yi)給軍(jun)(jun)餉(xiang)。”這些(xie)種(zhong)田(tian)(tian)(tian)戶中不少人(ren)原(yuan)本來(lai)(lai)自平陽路。陜(shan)(shan)(shan)西(xi)省延安市(shi)延長縣(原(yuan)安河(he)鄉合并于羅子山(shan)(shan)(shan)鎮)現(xian)為安河(he)村(cun)(cun),石(shi)丘村(cun)(cun)小部(bu)分遷到下(xia)塬村(cun)(cun),有(you)保(bao)(bao)留(liu)爨姓(xing)的(de),也有(you)部(bu)分改作“氽”讀(du)(du)cuàn。陜(shan)(shan)(shan)西(xi)省延安市(shi)富(fu)縣交道鎮立石(shi)村(cun)(cun)和茶坊鎮岔(cha)口村(cun)(cun)保(bao)(bao)留(liu)爨cuàn姓(xing)。

今華北平(ping)舒郡(jun)有爨氏者,系(xi)為(wei)(wei)原古姓氏族(zu)(zu)(zu)一(yi)脈之(zhi)后裔,為(wei)(wei)唐時避禍流落于(yu)此。原居(ju)本(ben)郡(jun)桑桑村,后遷居(ju)本(ben)郡(jun)菜(cai)園村。此一(yi)族(zu)(zu)(zu)人(ren)數代(dai)遵古訓(xun)家傳,德才品優,不為(wei)(wei)勢爭,勤勞(lao)善良,和睦周邊,樂業(ye)安居(ju)于(yu)市井鄉里,口碑頗(po)佳。萬不幸在1966年動(dong)亂(luan)中將祖(zu)訓(xun)及古家譜遺(yi)失(shi)殆(dai)盡,族(zu)(zu)(zu)人(ren)中痛(tong)呼(hu)者多(duo)矣。又幸于(yu)族(zu)(zu)(zu)人(ren)有志者多(duo),均為(wei)(wei)立(li)家譜之(zhi)之(zhi)史獻策。然(ran)雖(sui)歷經波折,史料終難搜集,只(zhi)為(wei)(wei)現(xian)存(cun)人(ren)追憶(yi)尚缺族(zu)(zu)(zu)墳(fen)上推七世(shi)之(zhi)多(duo),古譜古訓(xun)更(geng)難尋覓(mi)。現(xian)以(yi)族(zu)(zu)(zu)墳(fen)第八(ba)世(shi)始成此爨氏家史,以(yi)效祖(zu)制,慰先人(ren),警后志,亦快(kuai)族(zu)(zu)(zu)人(ren)之(zhi)心也。
山東(dong)省商(shang)河縣(xian)懷仁鎮西(xi)南4公里(li)處(chu)(chu)爨(cuan)家村(cun)(cun)。本村(cun)(cun)村(cun)(cun)民(min)皆(jie)姓(xing)(xing)爨(cuan),現改為'炊'同樣讀爨(cuan).起(qi)源(yuan)于(yu)本村(cun)(cun)西(xi)北8公里(li)處(chu)(chu)的臨邑縣(xian)理合(he)鄉(xiang)龍家村(cun)(cun)。本地(di)有爨(cuan)姓(xing)(xing)、龍姓(xing)(xing)一家人的說法。本村(cun)(cun)發源(yuan)的馬(ma)蹄燒餅(bing),是商(shang)河縣(xian)特產。

爨翫(公元?~742年待考),云(yun)(yun)南人(ren)。著(zhu)名隋末唐初云(yun)(yun)南番王。
爨(cuan)歸王(公元(yuan)?~746年待(dai)考),云南(nan)人。著(zhu)名唐朝(chao)初(chu)年云南(nan)番(fan)王。
爨崇(chong)道(公元?~748年(nian)待考(kao)),云南人(ren)。著名唐朝初(chu)年(nian)云南大鬼主。
爨積科(公元1956~今),陜西寶雞人。著名中醫(yi)主治醫(yi)師。

寸(cun)向(xiang)陽,本姓(xing)爨,生于1979年(nian),陜西鳳翔人。1997年(nian)開(kai)始文學創作(zuo),著(zhu)有《世如春夢(meng)了(le)無痕》、《透(tou)支(zhi)愛(ai)情(qing)》《72小(xiao)時》。其中《透(tou)支(zhi)愛(ai)情(qing)》于2004年(nian)由華夏出版社(she)出版,另(ling)有《罪愛(ai)》、《72小(xiao)時》等中篇小(xiao)說(shuo)。現在西安某報(bao)社(she)工作(zuo)。
