珠海(hai)市香洲區拱北小學位(wei)于(yu)美(mei)(mei)麗的將軍山下(xia),背山面海(hai),與澳門咫(zhi)尺相望。學校(xiao)創辦于(yu)20世紀40年代,1997年晉升為(wei)廣東省一級學校(xiao),現(xian)有(you)教學班35個(ge),在校(xiao)生1658名。學校(xiao)占地面積(ji)22000平(ping)方米,建筑面積(ji)12897平(ping)方米。體育運動場(chang)館6443平(ping)方米。學校(xiao)硬件設(she)施(shi)齊(qi)備,有(you)校(xiao)園網、多媒體電(dian)子閱覽(lan)室(shi)、電(dian)腦室(shi)、美(mei)(mei)術室(shi)、舞蹈室(shi)、師生閱覽(lan)室(shi)和(he)學校(xiao)電(dian)視臺等。
拱北小學工作以德育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)為首,堅持“以德治(zhi)校(xiao),全面育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)”的方針(zhen),在全校(xiao)教師中樹立教書育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren),管理育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren),服務育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)的思想,構建學校(xiao)德育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)目標,即:使(shi)學生具有良好的道(dao)德品(pin)質和習(xi)慣,扎實的基(ji)本知識(shi)和技能,健康(kang)的身(shen)體素(su)質和心理,培(pei)養有創新精神,個(ge)性特長和審美情操的合格(ge)人(ren)才(cai)。

學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)根(gen)(gen)據(ju)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)年(nian)(nian)齡及身心(xin)發展特點(dian),我校(xiao)以年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)為單位(wei),開(kai)展符合學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)年(nian)(nian)齡特點(dian),學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)人(ren)人(ren)參與的(de)(de)(de)探究式(shi)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),把(ba)養成(cheng)教育(yu)(yu)與探究性(xing)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)結合起來(lai),為德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)教育(yu)(yu)開(kai)辟(pi)了(le)新渠道(dao)。各年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)根(gen)(gen)據(ju)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)實(shi)際設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti),制(zhi)訂(ding)目標(biao)(biao)序列,使(shi)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)工(gong)作目標(biao)(biao)更明確,要(yao)求(qiu)更具體(ti),內(nei)容更系統(tong),增強(qiang)意識性(xing)和(he)整(zheng)體(ti)性(xing)。如一年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)出(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de) “從小養成(cheng)良好(hao)(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)習(xi)(xi)慣”,二年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)出(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)“快(kuai)來(lai)參加(jia)健身運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)”,三年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)出(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)“文明行為早養成(cheng)”,四年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)出(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)“美麗校(xiao)園靠大家”,五年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)出(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)“助人(ren)使(shi)人(ren)快(kuai)樂”,六年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)出(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)“勤儉(jian)節約習(xi)(xi)慣好(hao)(hao)(hao)”。這和(he)以往由大隊部制(zhi)定出(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)每月專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)訓(xun)練相比,更貼近學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo),形式(shi)更新穎。德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)好(hao)(hao)(hao)之后,年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)老師共同(tong)實(shi)施(shi),每一位(wei)老師有合理分(fen)(fen)工(gong),積極配合,共同(tong)使(shi)本年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)提(ti)出(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)在全校(xiao)推(tui)廣。承擔(dan)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)還主動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)參加(jia)檢查、督促、調查問題(ti)(ti)(ti)、統(tong)計(ji)(ji)(ji)、分(fen)(fen)析等工(gong)作,在要(yao)求(qiu)全校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)做(zuo)好(hao)(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時,這個(ge)(ge)年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)首先受到(dao)教育(yu)(yu),并成(cheng)為全校(xiao)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)典范(fan)。各年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)根(gen)(gen)據(ju)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)目標(biao)(biao)和(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)實(shi)際設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti),制(zhi)訂(ding)目標(biao)(biao)序列。德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)全校(xiao)參與。實(shi)施(shi)過程中突(tu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)探究性(xing)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi),按照計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃——實(shi)施(shi)——檢查——反饋——總結五個(ge)(ge)環節,使(shi)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)落到(dao)實(shi)處,確保德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)效能發揮。從而(er)使(shi)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)工(gong)作目標(biao)(biao)更明確,要(yao)求(qiu)更具體(ti),內(nei)容更系統(tong)。為德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)教育(yu)(yu)開(kai)辟(pi)了(le)一條新渠道(dao)。
