珠海市香洲區拱北小學(xue)(xue)(xue)位于美麗的(de)將軍山下,背山面海,與澳門(men)咫尺相(xiang)望。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)創辦于20世(shi)紀40年(nian)代,1997年(nian)晉升為廣東(dong)省一級學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao),現有教學(xue)(xue)(xue)班(ban)35個,在(zai)校(xiao)生1658名。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)占地面積(ji)22000平方米,建筑面積(ji)12897平方米。體育運動場館6443平方米。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)硬件設施齊備,有校(xiao)園網、多媒(mei)體電子閱(yue)覽(lan)室(shi)、電腦(nao)室(shi)、美術室(shi)、舞蹈室(shi)、師生閱(yue)覽(lan)室(shi)和學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)電視臺等。
拱北小學(xue)工(gong)作以(yi)德育(yu)(yu)為首,堅持“以(yi)德治校,全面育(yu)(yu)人(ren)”的方針,在全校教師(shi)中樹立教書(shu)育(yu)(yu)人(ren),管理(li)育(yu)(yu)人(ren),服務(wu)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)的思想,構建學(xue)校德育(yu)(yu)目(mu)標,即:使(shi)學(xue)生具有良好的道德品(pin)質和(he)習慣,扎實的基本知識和(he)技能,健康的身體(ti)素質和(he)心理(li),培養有創新精神,個性(xing)特長(chang)和(he)審美情操的合格人(ren)才。

學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)根(gen)據(ju)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)齡及身心發(fa)(fa)展特點,我校(xiao)(xiao)以(yi)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)組(zu)為(wei)單(dan)位(wei),開(kai)(kai)展符合(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)齡特點,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)人人參(can)與(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)探究(jiu)式(shi)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)活(huo)動,把(ba)養成教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)與(yu)(yu)(yu)探究(jiu)性(xing)(xing)(xing)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)結合(he)起來(lai),為(wei)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)開(kai)(kai)辟了新渠道。各年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)根(gen)據(ju)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)實(shi)際(ji)設計(ji)(ji)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti),制訂(ding)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao)序(xu)列(lie)(lie),使(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)作目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao)更(geng)(geng)(geng)(geng)明確(que)(que),要求更(geng)(geng)(geng)(geng)具體,內(nei)容更(geng)(geng)(geng)(geng)系(xi)統,增強意識(shi)性(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)整(zheng)體性(xing)(xing)(xing)。如一年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)提(ti)出(chu)(chu)的(de) “從小養成良好的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)習(xi)(xi)慣”,二年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)提(ti)出(chu)(chu)的(de)“快(kuai)來(lai)參(can)加(jia)健身運動”,三年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)提(ti)出(chu)(chu)的(de)“文明行為(wei)早養成”,四(si)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)提(ti)出(chu)(chu)的(de)“美麗校(xiao)(xiao)園靠大家”,五(wu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)提(ti)出(chu)(chu)的(de)“助(zhu)人使(shi)(shi)(shi)人快(kuai)樂(le)”,六(liu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)提(ti)出(chu)(chu)的(de)“勤儉節(jie)約(yue)習(xi)(xi)慣好”。這和(he)以(yi)往(wang)由(you)大隊部(bu)制定出(chu)(chu)的(de)每(mei)月(yue)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)訓練(lian)相(xiang)比,更(geng)(geng)(geng)(geng)貼近(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)生(sheng)活(huo),形式(shi)更(geng)(geng)(geng)(geng)新穎(ying)。德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)設計(ji)(ji)好之(zhi)后,年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)組(zu)的(de)老(lao)師(shi)共同實(shi)施(shi),每(mei)一位(wei)老(lao)師(shi)有(you)合(he)理(li)分工(gong),積極配合(he),共同使(shi)(shi)(shi)本年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)組(zu)提(ti)出(chu)(chu)的(de)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)活(huo)動在(zai)全校(xiao)(xiao)推廣。承擔活(huo)動的(de)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)還主(zhu)動參(can)加(jia)檢查(cha)(cha)、督促(cu)、調查(cha)(cha)問(wen)題(ti)、統計(ji)(ji)、分析等工(gong)作,在(zai)要求全校(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)做好的(de)同時,這個年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)首先受到教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu),并成為(wei)全校(xiao)(xiao)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)活(huo)動的(de)典(dian)范(fan)。各年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)根(gen)據(ju)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao)和(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)實(shi)際(ji)設計(ji)(ji)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti),制訂(ding)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao)序(xu)列(lie)(lie)。德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)全校(xiao)(xiao)參(can)與(yu)(yu)(yu)。實(shi)施(shi)過程中突(tu)出(chu)(chu)探究(jiu)性(xing)(xing)(xing)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi),按照計(ji)(ji)劃——實(shi)施(shi)——檢查(cha)(cha)——反(fan)饋——總結五(wu)個環節(jie),使(shi)(shi)(shi)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)活(huo)動落到實(shi)處,確(que)(que)保德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)效能(neng)發(fa)(fa)揮。從而使(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)作目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao)更(geng)(geng)(geng)(geng)明確(que)(que),要求更(geng)(geng)(geng)(geng)具體,內(nei)容更(geng)(geng)(geng)(geng)系(xi)統。為(wei)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)開(kai)(kai)辟了一條(tiao)新渠道。
