珠海(hai)市香洲(zhou)區拱北小學(xue)位于美麗的將軍山(shan)下,背山(shan)面(mian)海(hai),與澳(ao)門咫尺相望。學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)創(chuang)辦(ban)于20世紀40年代,1997年晉升為廣東省一級學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),現有教(jiao)學(xue)班(ban)35個(ge),在校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)生1658名。學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)占地(di)面(mian)積22000平方米,建筑面(mian)積12897平方米。體育(yu)運動場館(guan)6443平方米。學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)硬件設施齊備(bei),有校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園網、多媒體電子閱覽室、電腦室、美術室、舞蹈(dao)室、師生閱覽室和學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)電視臺(tai)等。
拱北小(xiao)學工作以德(de)育為首,堅持“以德(de)治校(xiao),全(quan)面育人(ren)(ren)”的(de)方針,在全(quan)校(xiao)教師(shi)中樹立(li)教書育人(ren)(ren),管理育人(ren)(ren),服務育人(ren)(ren)的(de)思想,構(gou)建學校(xiao)德(de)育目標,即:使學生具有(you)良好的(de)道德(de)品(pin)質和(he)(he)(he)(he)習慣,扎實(shi)的(de)基本知(zhi)識和(he)(he)(he)(he)技(ji)能,健康的(de)身體素質和(he)(he)(he)(he)心理,培養有(you)創(chuang)新精神,個性(xing)特長和(he)(he)(he)(he)審美情操的(de)合格人(ren)(ren)才(cai)。

學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)根(gen)據學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)年(nian)(nian)(nian)齡(ling)及身(shen)心發展特點(dian),我校(xiao)(xiao)以年(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)組(zu)為(wei)單(dan)位,開展符合(he)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)年(nian)(nian)(nian)齡(ling)特點(dian),學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)人(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)參(can)與的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)探(tan)(tan)(tan)究(jiu)式德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)活動(dong)(dong),把養成教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)與探(tan)(tan)(tan)究(jiu)性(xing)(xing)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)結合(he)起(qi)來,為(wei)德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)開辟了(le)新渠道。各年(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)根(gen)據學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)實(shi)(shi)際(ji)設計(ji)德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti),制(zhi)訂(ding)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao)序(xu)列,使(shi)(shi)德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)工作目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao)更(geng)(geng)(geng)明確(que)(que),要求(qiu)更(geng)(geng)(geng)具體(ti),內(nei)容更(geng)(geng)(geng)系(xi)統(tong),增強意(yi)識性(xing)(xing)和(he)整體(ti)性(xing)(xing)。如一(yi)年(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)提(ti)出(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de) “從(cong)小養成良好(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)習(xi)(xi)慣”,二年(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)提(ti)出(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“快(kuai)來參(can)加健(jian)身(shen)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)”,三年(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)提(ti)出(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“文明行為(wei)早養成”,四年(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)提(ti)出(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“美麗(li)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)靠大家(jia)”,五(wu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)提(ti)出(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“助人(ren)(ren)使(shi)(shi)人(ren)(ren)快(kuai)樂(le)”,六年(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)提(ti)出(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“勤儉節約習(xi)(xi)慣好(hao)(hao)”。這和(he)以往(wang)由大隊部(bu)制(zhi)定出(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)每月專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)訓練相比,更(geng)(geng)(geng)貼(tie)近學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)生(sheng)活,形式更(geng)(geng)(geng)新穎。德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)設計(ji)好(hao)(hao)之(zhi)后,年(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)老師(shi)共同(tong)實(shi)(shi)施,每一(yi)位老師(shi)有(you)合(he)理分(fen)工,積極配合(he),共同(tong)使(shi)(shi)本年(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)組(zu)提(ti)出(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)活動(dong)(dong)在全(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)推廣。承擔(dan)活動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)年(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)還主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)參(can)加檢查、督促、調查問題(ti)(ti)、統(tong)計(ji)、分(fen)析等工作,在要求(qiu)全(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)做(zuo)好(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時,這個年(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)首先(xian)受(shou)到(dao)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu),并(bing)成為(wei)全(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)活動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)典范。各年(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)根(gen)據學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao)和(he)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)實(shi)(shi)際(ji)設計(ji)德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti),制(zhi)訂(ding)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao)序(xu)列。德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)全(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)參(can)與。實(shi)(shi)施過程中突出(chu)(chu)(chu)探(tan)(tan)(tan)究(jiu)性(xing)(xing)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi),按照計(ji)劃——實(shi)(shi)施——檢查——反(fan)饋——總結五(wu)個環節,使(shi)(shi)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)活動(dong)(dong)落到(dao)實(shi)(shi)處,確(que)(que)保德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)效能發揮。從(cong)而使(shi)(shi)德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)工作目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao)更(geng)(geng)(geng)明確(que)(que),要求(qiu)更(geng)(geng)(geng)具體(ti),內(nei)容更(geng)(geng)(geng)系(xi)統(tong)。為(wei)德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)開辟了(le)一(yi)條新渠道。
