珠海市香洲區拱北小(xiao)學位于美麗(li)的將軍山下,背(bei)山面海,與(yu)澳(ao)門咫尺相(xiang)望。學校(xiao)創(chuang)辦(ban)于20世紀40年代,1997年晉升為廣東(dong)省一級學校(xiao),現有教學班35個,在校(xiao)生1658名。學校(xiao)占地面積(ji)22000平方米,建筑(zhu)面積(ji)12897平方米。體育(yu)運(yun)動場館6443平方米。學校(xiao)硬(ying)件設(she)施齊(qi)備,有校(xiao)園網、多(duo)媒體電(dian)子閱覽室(shi)(shi)、電(dian)腦室(shi)(shi)、美術室(shi)(shi)、舞蹈室(shi)(shi)、師生閱覽室(shi)(shi)和學校(xiao)電(dian)視臺等。
拱北(bei)小學(xue)工作以德育(yu)為(wei)首,堅持“以德治校,全面育(yu)人”的(de)(de)方針,在(zai)全校教師中樹(shu)立教書育(yu)人,管理育(yu)人,服務育(yu)人的(de)(de)思想,構建學(xue)校德育(yu)目標,即:使學(xue)生具(ju)有良好的(de)(de)道德品質(zhi)(zhi)和習慣(guan),扎實(shi)的(de)(de)基本知(zhi)識和技能,健康的(de)(de)身體素(su)質(zhi)(zhi)和心理,培養有創(chuang)新(xin)精神(shen),個性特長和審(shen)美(mei)情操的(de)(de)合格人才。

學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)根(gen)(gen)據(ju)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)齡(ling)及身心發(fa)展特(te)(te)點,我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)以年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)組為(wei)(wei)單位,開展符(fu)合(he)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)齡(ling)特(te)(te)點,學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)人(ren)人(ren)參(can)與(yu)的(de)探究(jiu)(jiu)式德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)習活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong),把養(yang)成(cheng)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)與(yu)探究(jiu)(jiu)性(xing)學(xue)(xue)習結合(he)起來,為(wei)(wei)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)開辟了新渠(qu)道。各年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)根(gen)(gen)據(ju)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)實(shi)際(ji)(ji)設計(ji)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)專題(ti)(ti),制(zhi)訂(ding)目(mu)標(biao)序列,使(shi)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)作目(mu)標(biao)更(geng)明確,要(yao)求(qiu)更(geng)具體,內(nei)容更(geng)系(xi)統,增強意(yi)識性(xing)和整體性(xing)。如一(yi)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)(ti)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de) “從(cong)小(xiao)養(yang)成(cheng)良好的(de)學(xue)(xue)習習慣”,二(er)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)(ti)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)“快來參(can)加健身運(yun)動(dong)(dong)”,三年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)(ti)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)“文明行為(wei)(wei)早養(yang)成(cheng)”,四年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)(ti)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)“美麗校(xiao)(xiao)園靠(kao)大家”,五年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)(ti)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)“助(zhu)人(ren)使(shi)人(ren)快樂”,六(liu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)(ti)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)“勤儉節約(yue)習慣好”。這和以往(wang)由大隊部制(zhi)定出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)每月(yue)專題(ti)(ti)訓練相比,更(geng)貼(tie)近學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo),形式更(geng)新穎。德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)專題(ti)(ti)設計(ji)好之后,年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)組的(de)老師共同(tong)實(shi)施(shi),每一(yi)位老師有(you)合(he)理分工(gong),積極配合(he),共同(tong)使(shi)本年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)組提(ti)(ti)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)專題(ti)(ti)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)在(zai)全(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)推廣(guang)。承擔活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)的(de)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)還(huan)主動(dong)(dong)參(can)加檢(jian)查、督促、調查問題(ti)(ti)、統計(ji)、分析等工(gong)作,在(zai)要(yao)求(qiu)全(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)做好的(de)同(tong)時,這個(ge)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)首先受到教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu),并成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)全(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)的(de)典范。各年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)根(gen)(gen)據(ju)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)目(mu)標(biao)和學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)實(shi)際(ji)(ji)設計(ji)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)專題(ti)(ti),制(zhi)訂(ding)目(mu)標(biao)序列。德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)專題(ti)(ti)全(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)參(can)與(yu)。實(shi)施(shi)過程中突(tu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)探究(jiu)(jiu)性(xing)學(xue)(xue)習,按照(zhao)計(ji)劃——實(shi)施(shi)——檢(jian)查——反饋——總結五個(ge)環節,使(shi)專題(ti)(ti)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)落到實(shi)處,確保德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)效能發(fa)揮。從(cong)而(er)使(shi)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)作目(mu)標(biao)更(geng)明確,要(yao)求(qiu)更(geng)具體,內(nei)容更(geng)系(xi)統。為(wei)(wei)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)開辟了一(yi)條新渠(qu)道。
