珠海市香洲區拱北(bei)小學(xue)(xue)位于美(mei)麗的將軍(jun)山(shan)下,背山(shan)面海,與澳門咫(zhi)尺(chi)相望。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)創辦于20世紀40年代,1997年晉升為(wei)廣東省一級(ji)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao),現有教學(xue)(xue)班35個,在校(xiao)生1658名(ming)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)占地面積22000平方(fang)米,建筑面積12897平方(fang)米。體育(yu)運動場館6443平方(fang)米。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)硬件(jian)設施(shi)齊備,有校(xiao)園(yuan)網、多媒(mei)體電(dian)子(zi)閱(yue)覽(lan)室(shi)(shi)、電(dian)腦室(shi)(shi)、美(mei)術室(shi)(shi)、舞蹈室(shi)(shi)、師生閱(yue)覽(lan)室(shi)(shi)和(he)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)電(dian)視(shi)臺等。
拱北小學(xue)(xue)工作以(yi)德育(yu)(yu)為首,堅(jian)持(chi)“以(yi)德治校,全面育(yu)(yu)人(ren)”的方針,在全校教師中樹立教書育(yu)(yu)人(ren),管理育(yu)(yu)人(ren),服務(wu)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)的思想,構建學(xue)(xue)校德育(yu)(yu)目(mu)標,即:使學(xue)(xue)生具(ju)有(you)良(liang)好的道德品質和(he)習慣,扎實的基(ji)本(ben)知(zhi)識(shi)和(he)技能,健康的身體素質和(he)心(xin)理,培養有(you)創(chuang)新精神,個性特長(chang)和(he)審美情操的合(he)格人(ren)才(cai)。

學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)根據(ju)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)齡(ling)及身(shen)心發展特點,我校(xiao)(xiao)以年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)組為單位,開(kai)展符合(he)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)齡(ling)特點,學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)人(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)參(can)與(yu)的(de)(de)(de)探究式德(de)(de)育學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),把(ba)養成(cheng)(cheng)教(jiao)育與(yu)探究性(xing)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)結合(he)起來,為德(de)(de)育教(jiao)育開(kai)辟了(le)新(xin)渠道。各年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)根據(ju)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)實(shi)(shi)際(ji)設計德(de)(de)育專題(ti)(ti),制訂目標(biao)序(xu)列,使德(de)(de)育工作(zuo)目標(biao)更(geng)(geng)(geng)明(ming)確(que),要(yao)求更(geng)(geng)(geng)具(ju)(ju)體(ti),內容更(geng)(geng)(geng)系統,增強(qiang)意識性(xing)和整體(ti)性(xing)。如一年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)(ti)出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de) “從(cong)小養成(cheng)(cheng)良好的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)習(xi)(xi)慣”,二年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)(ti)出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)“快來參(can)加健身(shen)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)”,三年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)(ti)出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)“文明(ming)行(xing)為早養成(cheng)(cheng)”,四年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)(ti)出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)“美(mei)麗校(xiao)(xiao)園靠大(da)家(jia)”,五(wu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)(ti)出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)“助(zhu)人(ren)(ren)使人(ren)(ren)快樂(le)”,六年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)(ti)出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)“勤儉節約習(xi)(xi)慣好”。這和以往由大(da)隊部(bu)制定(ding)出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)每(mei)(mei)月專題(ti)(ti)訓(xun)練相比,更(geng)(geng)(geng)貼(tie)近學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)(huo),形式更(geng)(geng)(geng)新(xin)穎。德(de)(de)育專題(ti)(ti)設計好之(zhi)后,年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)組的(de)(de)(de)老(lao)師共同實(shi)(shi)施,每(mei)(mei)一位老(lao)師有合(he)理分工,積極配合(he),共同使本年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)組提(ti)(ti)出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)德(de)(de)育專題(ti)(ti)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)在全校(xiao)(xiao)推廣。承擔活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)還主動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)參(can)加檢查、督促、調查問(wen)題(ti)(ti)、統計、分析等工作(zuo),在要(yao)求全校(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)做好的(de)(de)(de)同時(shi),這個年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)首先受到(dao)教(jiao)育,并成(cheng)(cheng)為全校(xiao)(xiao)德(de)(de)育活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)典范(fan)。各年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)根據(ju)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)德(de)(de)育目標(biao)和學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)實(shi)(shi)際(ji)設計德(de)(de)育專題(ti)(ti),制訂目標(biao)序(xu)列。德(de)(de)育專題(ti)(ti)全校(xiao)(xiao)參(can)與(yu)。實(shi)(shi)施過(guo)程中突出(chu)(chu)探究性(xing)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi),按照計劃——實(shi)(shi)施——檢查——反饋——總結五(wu)個環節,使專題(ti)(ti)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)落到(dao)實(shi)(shi)處,確(que)保德(de)(de)育效能發揮。從(cong)而使德(de)(de)育工作(zuo)目標(biao)更(geng)(geng)(geng)明(ming)確(que),要(yao)求更(geng)(geng)(geng)具(ju)(ju)體(ti),內容更(geng)(geng)(geng)系統。為德(de)(de)育教(jiao)育開(kai)辟了(le)一條新(xin)渠道。
