黃(huang)圃鎮新地(di)中心小(xiao)學創(chuang)辦于(yu)1940年,1996年通過(guo)廣東省(sheng)一(yi)級(ji)學校(xiao)評估。經(jing)過(guo)70多年的(de)發展,現(xian)占(zhan)地(di)面(mian)積(ji)11016平方米(mi),生(sheng)(sheng)均占(zhan)地(di)面(mian)積(ji)12.36平方米(mi)(省(sheng)標準(zhun)化學校(xiao)要求不低于(yu)15.3平方米(mi));校(xiao)舍建筑(zhu)面(mian)積(ji)4336平方米(mi),生(sheng)(sheng)均校(xiao)舍建筑(zhu)面(mian)積(ji)4087平方米(mi)(省(sheng)標準(zhun)化學校(xiao)要求不低于(yu)5.1平方米(mi))。
在推進課程改(gai)革的實(shi)踐中,學校以(yi)“故(gu)事校園”建(jian)設深(shen)化(hua)(hua)書香校園特色(se),以(yi)“智慧課堂”建(jian)設深(shen)化(hua)(hua)課堂改(gai)革,讓師(shi)生在這片教育的樂(le)土(tu)成長為更好的自己。
故(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)園,讓故(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)陪伴孩子成長(chang)。學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)從聽(ting)、說、讀、寫四個方面,構建故(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)教育的(de)較(jiao)為完整的(de)體系(xi)。中(zhong)午集體聽(ting)故(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),每周(zhou)開(kai)(kai)設閱(yue)讀故(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、原(yuan)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)故(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)課,每周(zhou)給家人、朋友(you)、同學(xue)講故(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),開(kai)(kai)發原(yuan)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)故(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)本(ben)教材,開(kai)(kai)展原(yuan)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)故(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)比(bi)賽(sai)、中(zhong)英文繪本(ben)制作(zuo)、漫畫故(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)作(zuo),鼓勵孩子表現個性(xing),有的(de)孩子能寫出(chu)幾萬字的(de)長(chang)篇故(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)。各種形式的(de)故(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)作(zuo)在校(xiao)(xiao)園里如火(huo)如荼地開(kai)(kai)展起(qi)來(lai),他們對寫作(zuo)的(de)熱情、對讀書的(de)熱愛被“原(yuan)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)故(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)”這把(ba)火(huo)給點(dian)燃了。
在“智慧課堂(tang)(tang)”的(de)召喚下,老師們致力(li)于讓(rang)課堂(tang)(tang)煥發出生命的(de)光(guang)彩。讓(rang)孩子在課堂(tang)(tang)上“用心體驗,動(dong)(dong)腦思(si)(si)考,學(xue)(xue)(xue)會學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)”,參與課堂(tang)(tang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)的(de)全過程,從而獲得良好的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)習(xi)(xi)(xi)慣與學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)方(fang)法(fa)。每個(ge)學(xue)(xue)(xue)年(nian)一個(ge)教研主題,“關注(zhu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生課堂(tang)(tang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)方(fang)式”“建設有思(si)(si)維(wei)含量的(de)課堂(tang)(tang)”專題研究,聚焦學(xue)(xue)(xue)生的(de)主動(dong)(dong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi); 以“目標達成” “課堂(tang)(tang)提問(wen)”為(wei)關鍵點的(de)課堂(tang)(tang)觀察,聚焦課堂(tang)(tang)實效。在專業發展的(de)道(dao)路上,我們且行且思(si)(si)。
