探空(kong)火(huo)箭(jian)是用于將(jiang)科學儀器(qi)以拋物(wu)線軌(gui)跡送(song)入地球大(da)氣層的上部(bu)區域(yu),使其進入近地空(kong)間的一種火(huo)箭(jian)。
探(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)(kong)基本(ben)結構(gou)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)包括箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)體結構(gou)、動(dong)(dong)力(li)裝(zhuang)置、穩定(ding)(ding)尾(wei)翼等(deng)(deng)。大(da)多(duo)數探(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)(kong)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)為(wei)單級(ji)或(huo)(huo)兩(liang)級(ji)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),也(ye)有為(wei)3級(ji)、4級(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。動(dong)(dong)力(li)裝(zhuang)置通(tong)常用固體火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)發(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機,可(ke)(ke)以(yi)簡化和(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)縮(suo)短(duan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)操作時間。探(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)(kong)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)對火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)姿態和(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)飛(fei)行彈道的(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求不像(xiang)導彈和(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)運載(zai)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)那樣嚴格,一(yi)(yi)般(ban)不設(she)(she)控(kong)制系(xi)統,僅(jin)靠(kao)穩定(ding)(ding)尾(wei)翼或(huo)(huo)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)繞(rao)縱(zong)軸(zhou)旋(xuan)轉來(lai)保證飛(fei)行穩定(ding)(ding)。需要(yao)精確(que)(que)定(ding)(ding)位和(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)定(ding)(ding)向時才設(she)(she)置控(kong)制系(xi)統。 除(chu)探(tan)(tan)測(ce)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)基本(ben)結構(gou)外(wai),探(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)(kong)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)系(xi)統還(huan)包括有效載(zai)荷、發(fa)(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)裝(zhuang)置和(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)地(di)面(mian)(mian)(mian)臺(tai)(tai)站等(deng)(deng): (1) 有效載(zai)荷大(da)多(duo)裝(zhuang)在箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)頭的(de)(de)(de)(de)儀器(qi)艙內(nei)。儀器(qi)艙的(de)(de)(de)(de)直徑(jing)有時可(ke)(ke)大(da)于(yu)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)體直徑(jing)。有效載(zai)荷采集到(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)信(xin)息(xi)通(tong)過遙(yao)(yao)測(ce)裝(zhuang)置發(fa)(fa)(fa)送到(dao)地(di)面(mian)(mian)(mian)臺(tai)(tai)站接(jie)(jie)收(shou)處(chu)理,或(huo)(huo)者在火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)下(xia)降(jiang)過程中將有效載(zai)荷從火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)內(nei)彈射(she)(she)出(chu)來(lai),利用降(jiang)落傘(san)等(deng)(deng)氣(qi)動(dong)(dong)減(jian)速裝(zhuang)置安全(quan)降(jiang)落到(dao)地(di)面(mian)(mian)(mian)回(hui)收(shou)。有效載(zai)荷的(de)(de)(de)(de)重量和(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)尺寸取決于(yu)探(tan)(tan)測(ce)要(yao)求,一(yi)(yi)般(ban)為(wei)幾(ji)公(gong)斤到(dao)幾(ji)百公(gong)斤,最(zui)大(da)可(ke)(ke)達幾(ji)噸。 (2) 發(fa)(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)裝(zhuang)置通(tong)常用導軌和(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)塔式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)發(fa)(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)架,使(shi)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)獲得足夠大(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)出(chu)架速度(du)(du)。無控(kong)制火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)飛(fei)行彈道受風的(de)(de)(de)(de)影響較大(da),為(wei)了保證達到(dao)預定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)高度(du)(du)和(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)減(jian)小彈道散布(bu),探(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)(kong)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)發(fa)(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)時尚需根據發(fa)(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)場(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)高空(kong)(kong)(kong)風資料采用風補償技術來(lai)調整和(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)確(que)(que)定(ding)(ding)發(fa)(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)角度(du)(du)。大(da)多(duo)數探(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)(kong)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)從地(di)面(mian)(mian)(mian)以(yi)接(jie)(jie)近垂(chui)直狀(zhuang)態發(fa)(fa)(fa)射(she)(she),也(ye)有從移(yi)動(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)發(fa)(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)車發(fa)(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de),根據需要(yao)還(huan)可(ke)(ke)從艦船(chuan)或(huo)(huo)升在空(kong)(kong)(kong)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)球上發(fa)(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)。 (3) 地(di)面(mian)(mian)(mian)臺(tai)(tai)站主要(yao)包括接(jie)(jie)收(shou)測(ce)量信(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)地(di)面(mian)(mian)(mian)接(jie)(jie)收(shou)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)、跟蹤(zong)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)定(ding)(ding)位測(ce)速設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)(如(ru)雷(lei)達)和(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)子計(ji)算機等(deng)(deng)。雷(lei)達跟蹤(zong)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)有反(fan)射(she)(she)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)應答式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)兩(liang)種,應答式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)比反(fan)射(she)(she)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)跟蹤(zong)距(ju)離更大(da)。地(di)面(mian)(mian)(mian)接(jie)(jie)收(shou)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)接(jie)(jie)收(shou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)遙(yao)(yao)測(ce)數據直接(jie)(jie)輸入電(dian)子計(ji)算機處(chu)理,實時給出(chu)探(tan)(tan)測(ce)結果。
無論(lun)(lun)固體(ti)運載火(huo)(huo)箭還(huan)是液體(ti)運載火(huo)(huo)箭,無論(lun)(lun)單級運載火(huo)(huo)箭還(huan)是多級運載火(huo)(huo)箭,其(qi)主(zhu)(zhu)要的組成部分均包括結構系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(又(you)(you)稱(cheng)箭體(ti)結構)、動力裝置系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(又(you)(you)稱(cheng)推進(jin)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong))和(he)控制系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)。這(zhe)三大系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)稱(cheng)為運載火(huo)(huo)箭的主(zhu)(zhu)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),主(zhu)(zhu)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的可靠與(yu)否,將直接(jie)(jie)影(ying)響運載火(huo)(huo)箭飛行的成敗(bai)。此外,運載火(huo)(huo)箭上(shang)還(huan)有一些不直接(jie)(jie)影(ying)響飛行成敗(bai)并由箭上(shang)設(she)(she)備(bei)與(yu)地面設(she)(she)備(bei)共同組成的系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),例如遙測系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、外彈(dan)道測量系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、安全(quan)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)和(he)瞄準系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)等。其(qi)中:
1)箭(jian)(jian)體結構(gou)是(shi)運載火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)的(de)基體,它用來維持火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)的(de)外形,承受火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)在(zai)地面運輸、發射操作(zuo)和在(zai)飛(fei)行中作(zuo)用載火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)上(shang)的(de)各(ge)種載荷,安裝連接(jie)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)各(ge)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)所(suo)有儀器、設(she)備,把箭(jian)(jian)上(shang)所(suo)有系(xi)統(tong)、組件(jian)連接(jie)組合成一個整(zheng)體。
2)動(dong)力裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)是推動(dong)運載(zai)火(huo)箭(jian)飛行并獲(huo)得一定速(su)度的(de)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)。對液體(ti)火(huo)箭(jian)來說,動(dong)力裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)由推進劑(ji)輸送、增壓(ya)系(xi)統(tong)和液體(ti)火(huo)箭(jian)發動(dong)機(ji)兩大部分組成(cheng)。固(gu)體(ti)火(huo)箭(jian)的(de)動(dong)力裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)較為簡單,它(ta)的(de)主要(yao)部分就是固(gu)體(ti)火(huo)箭(jian)發動(dong)機(ji),推進劑(ji)直接(jie)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)在發動(dong)機(ji)的(de)燃(ran)燒(shao)室(shi)殼體(ti)內。
3)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)是用來控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)運載火箭沿預(yu)(yu)定(ding)軌(gui)道正(zheng)常、可靠飛(fei)行(xing)的(de)(de)部分。控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)由(you)制(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)(dao)和導(dao)(dao)航系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、姿(zi)態控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、電源(yuan)(yuan)供(gong)配(pei)(pei)(pei)電和時序控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)三大部分組成(cheng)。制(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)(dao)和導(dao)(dao)航系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)功用是控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)運載火箭按(an)預(yu)(yu)定(ding)的(de)(de)軌(gui)道運動(dong)(dong),把有效載荷送到(dao)預(yu)(yu)定(ding)的(de)(de)空間位置并使(shi)之準確進(jin)入軌(gui)道。姿(zi)態控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(又(you)稱姿(zi)態穩定(ding)系(xi)(xi)統(tong))的(de)(de)功用是糾正(zheng)運載火箭飛(fei)行(xing)中的(de)(de)俯(fu)仰、偏航、滾動(dong)(dong)誤差(cha),使(shi)之保持正(zheng)確的(de)(de)飛(fei)行(xing)姿(zi)態。電源(yuan)(yuan)供(gong)配(pei)(pei)(pei)電和時序控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)則(ze)按(an)預(yu)(yu)定(ding)飛(fei)行(xing)時序實(shi)施供(gong)配(pei)(pei)(pei)電控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)。
4)遙測(ce)系統的(de)(de)(de)(de)功用(yong)是(shi)把運(yun)載(zai)(zai)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)飛(fei)行中各(ge)系統的(de)(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)參(can)(can)(can)數及環境參(can)(can)(can)數測(ce)量下來,通過(guo)運(yun)載(zai)(zai)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)無線(xian)電發(fa)射機(ji)將這些(xie)參(can)(can)(can)數送回地面,由地面接收(shou)(shou)機(ji)接收(shou)(shou);亦可(ke)將測(ce)量所得的(de)(de)(de)(de)參(can)(can)(can)數記(ji)(ji)(ji)錄(lu)在運(yun)載(zai)(zai)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)記(ji)(ji)(ji)錄(lu)器上(shang)(shang),在地面回收(shou)(shou)磁(ci)記(ji)(ji)(ji)錄(lu)器。這些(xie)測(ce)量參(can)(can)(can)數既可(ke)用(yong)來預報航天器入軌時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)軌道參(can)(can)(can)數,又(you)可(ke)用(yong)來鑒(jian)定(ding)和(he)改進運(yun)載(zai)(zai)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)性(xing)能。一旦運(yun)載(zai)(zai)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)在飛(fei)行中出現故(gu)(gu)障,這些(xie)參(can)(can)(can)數就是(shi)故(gu)(gu)障分析的(de)(de)(de)(de)依據(ju)。
5)外彈道(dao)(dao)測量系統(tong)的(de)功用(yong)是利用(yong)地面的(de)光學和(he)無線電設備與(yu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)在運載火箭上的(de)對(dui)應裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置一起對(dui)飛行中的(de)運載火箭進行跟蹤(zong),并(bing)測量其飛行參數,用(yong)來預報航天器入軌時的(de)軌道(dao)(dao)參數,也可用(yong)來作為鑒定制導系統(tong)的(de)精度(du)和(he)故障(zhang)分析的(de)依據。
6)安全(quan)系(xi)(xi)統的(de)功用(yong)是當(dang)運(yun)載火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)在(zai)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)行中(zhong)(zhong)一旦出現故障不(bu)能繼續(xu)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)行時,將(jiang)其在(zai)空(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)炸(zha)毀(hui),避(bi)免運(yun)載火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)墜落(luo)時給地(di)面(mian)造成(cheng)災難性的(de)危害。安全(quan)系(xi)(xi)統包(bao)括運(yun)載火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)上(shang)(shang)的(de)自(zi)毀(hui)系(xi)(xi)統和地(di)面(mian)的(de)無線電安全(quan)系(xi)(xi)統兩部(bu)分。箭(jian)(jian)上(shang)(shang)的(de)自(zi)毀(hui)系(xi)(xi)統由(you)測量裝置(zhi)(zhi)、計算(suan)機(ji)和爆(bao)炸(zha)裝置(zhi)(zhi)(炸(zha)藥筒)組成(cheng)。當(dang)運(yun)載火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)的(de)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)行姿態、飛(fei)(fei)(fei)行速度超出允許的(de)范圍時,計算(suan)機(ji)發(fa)出引爆(bao)爆(bao)炸(zha)裝置(zhi)(zhi)的(de)指令,使運(yun)載火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)在(zai)空(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)自(zi)毀(hui)。無線電安全(quan)系(xi)(xi)統則是由(you)地(di)面(mian)雷達測量運(yun)載火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)的(de)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)行軌道,當(dang)運(yun)載火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)的(de)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)行超出預先規定的(de)安全(quan)范圍時,從地(di)面(mian)發(fa)出引爆(bao)箭(jian)(jian)上(shang)(shang)爆(bao)炸(zha)裝置(zhi)(zhi)的(de)指令,由(you)箭(jian)(jian)上(shang)(shang)的(de)接收機(ji)接收后將(jiang)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)在(zai)空(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)炸(zha)毀(hui)。
7)瞄(miao)準(zhun)系統(tong)的功用(yong)是給運(yun)載火(huo)箭在發射前進行(xing)初始方位定向。瞄(miao)準(zhun)系統(tong)由地面瞄(miao)準(zhun)設備(bei)和運(yun)載火(huo)箭上(shang)的瞄(miao)準(zhun)設備(bei)共同組成。
火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)是中(zhong)(zhong)國古代的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重大發(fa)明(ming)之(zhi)一(yi)。公元969年,中(zhong)(zhong)國已經(jing)發(fa)明(ming)了(le)(le)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)藥(yao)(火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)藥(yao)是在唐(tang)朝發(fa)明(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de))。北宋(song)軍官岳義(yi)方(fang)、馮繼升造出了(le)(le)世(shi)界(jie)上第(di)一(yi)個以火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)藥(yao)為動力的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)飛行兵(bing)(bing)器(qi)(qi)——-火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)。這種火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)由箭(jian)身和藥(yao)筒(tong)組成(cheng),其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)藥(yao)筒(tong)用(yong)竹、厚(hou)紙(zhi)制(zhi)成(cheng),內充(chong)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)藥(yao),前(qian)端(duan)封死,后(hou)端(duan)引出導火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)繩,點燃(ran)后(hou),火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)藥(yao)燃(ran)燒產生的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)氣體(ti)向后(hou)噴出,以氣體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)反作(zuo)用(yong)力把火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)推向前(qian),飛行中(zhong)(zhong)殺傷敵兵(bing)(bing)。這種最早的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)原始火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)在工作(zuo)原理上與現(xian)代火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)沒有什么不同(tong)。公元12世(shi)紀(ji)(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)葉(xie),原始的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)經(jing)過改進后(hou),廣泛地(di)用(yong)于戰(zhan)爭(zheng)(zheng)。如公元1161年宋(song)軍與金(jin)兵(bing)(bing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“采石之(zhi)戰(zhan)”中(zhong)(zhong)所使(shi)用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“霹(pi)靂炮”,其(qi)實就是一(yi)種火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)兵(bing)(bing)器(qi)(qi)。當時在中(zhong)(zhong)國民間廣為流(liu)(liu)行的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)能高飛的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)流(liu)(liu)星”(亦稱“起火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)”),實際(ji)就是世(shi)界(jie)上第(di)一(yi)種觀(guan)賞性火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)。元、明(ming)之(zhi)后(hou),即公元13世(shi)紀(ji)(ji)以后(hou),中(zhong)(zhong)國的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)兵(bing)(bing)器(qi)(qi)在戰(zhan)爭(zheng)(zheng)中(zhong)(zhong)有了(le)(le)很大發(fa)展,涌現(xian)了(le)(le)許(xu)多與現(xian)代火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)類(lei)型相近的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)形(xing)式。13世(shi)紀(ji)(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)葉(xie),蒙古人入(ru)侵(qin)(qin)中(zhong)(zhong)亞(ya)、西亞(ya)和歐(ou)洲(zhou),阿拉伯人侵(qin)(qin)略西班牙,他們把中(zhong)(zhong)國的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)技術(shu)傳入(ru)了(le)(le)歐(ou)洲(zhou)及世(shi)界(jie)其(qi)它地(di)區(qu)。到(dao)了(le)(le)這時,德意志的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)艾(ai)伯特斯·麥格諾(nuo)才在歐(ou)洲(zhou)首次(ci)記(ji)述了(le)(le)關于制(zhi)作(zuo)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)技術(shu)。歐(ou)洲(zhou)人最早使(shi)用(yong)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)兵(bing)(bing)器(qi)(qi),是在1379年意大利的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)帕多亞(ya)戰(zhan)爭(zheng)(zheng)和1380年的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)威(wei)尼斯之(zhi)戰(zhan)中(zhong)(zhong)。
至20世紀(ji)初,俄國著(zhu)名科學(xue)家康(kang)斯(si)(si)坦丁·齊奧爾(er)科夫斯(si)(si)基從(cong)理論(lun)上證明(ming)了(le)(le)多級火(huo)(huo)箭可以(yi)克服地(di)(di)球引(yin)力而進入(ru)太空,并建立了(le)(le)火(huo)(huo)箭運(yun)動(dong)的基本數學(xue)方程,奠定了(le)(le)航(hang)天(tian)飛行動(dong)力學(xue)的基礎。此外,他肯(ken)定了(le)(le)液(ye)體火(huo)(huo)箭發動(dong)機是(shi)航(hang)天(tian)器(qi)最適宜的動(dong)力裝置,為(wei)運(yun)載器(qi)的發展指出了(le)(le)方向,并提出為(wei)實(shi)現飛向其他行星(xing)必須(xu)設置中間(jian)站,以(yi)及(ji)火(huo)(huo)箭在星(xing)際(ji)空間(jian)飛行的條件(jian)和火(huo)(huo)箭地(di)(di)面起飛條件(jian)。
美國著名(ming)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)專家(jia)羅伯特·哈金斯·戈(ge)達(da)德把航天理論與火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)技(ji)術相結(jie)合,提出(chu)了(le)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)飛(fei)(fei)行(xing)(xing)(xing)的數學原理,指出(chu)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)必須具有(you)每秒7.9公里(li)(li)的速度才能克服地(di)球引力(li),同時他(ta)研究了(le)利用火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)把載荷送至月(yue)球的幾(ji)種(zhong)可能方案(an)。戈(ge)達(da)德從1921年開始研制液體火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian),于1926年3月(yue)16日進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)了(le)人類首次(ci)液體火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)飛(fei)(fei)行(xing)(xing)(xing)試驗并(bing)獲得(de)成(cheng)功(火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)長(chang)3.04米(mi),飛(fei)(fei)行(xing)(xing)(xing)2.5秒,達(da)到 12米(mi)高(gao),56米(mi)遠(yuan)),這使得(de)他(ta)成(cheng)為液體火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)的實際發(fa)明人。1932年他(ta)首次(ci)用陀螺控制的燃氣(qi)舵操縱火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)的飛(fei)(fei)行(xing)(xing)(xing),1935年他(ta)試驗的火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)以(yi)超聲速飛(fei)(fei)行(xing)(xing)(xing),最(zui)大射程約(yue)20公里(li)(li)。
1942年(nian)10月(yue)3日,德國(guo)首(shou)次(ci)成功地(di)發(fa)(fa)射(she)了(le)(le)(le)人類(lei)(lei)歷史(shi)上第一(yi)枚彈道導(dao)(dao)(dao)彈——V-2,并于1944年(nian)9月(yue)6日首(shou)次(ci)投(tou)入作戰(zhan)(zhan)使用。第二(er)次(ci)世(shi)界(jie)(jie)大(da)(da)(da)戰(zhan)(zhan)期間,先后(hou)有(you)(you)(you)約(yue)4300多(duo)枚V-2導(dao)(dao)(dao)彈襲擊了(le)(le)(le)英(ying)國(guo)、荷蘭(lan)安特衛普(pu)港(gang)和(he)其他(ta)目標,造(zao)成了(le)(le)(le)極大(da)(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)破壞。V-2是單級液體火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian),全(quan)長(chang)14米,質量為(wei)(wei)(wei)13噸,箭(jian)(jian)體直徑1.65米,最大(da)(da)(da)射(she)程(cheng)320公里(li)(li),發(fa)(fa)動機(ji)熄火(huo)(huo)(huo)高度(du)96公里(li)(li),飛行時(shi)間約(yue)320秒(miao),命中精(jing)度(du)圓公算偏差5公里(li)(li),有(you)(you)(you)效(xiao)載荷約(yue)1噸。其動力(li)系(xi)統選用液氧/酒精(jing)液體火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)發(fa)(fa)動機(ji),推力(li)為(wei)(wei)(wei)260千(qian)牛(合26.5噸力(li)),最長(chang)工(gong)作時(shi)間68秒(miao)。其控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統使用帶程(cheng)序裝置和(he)陀螺(luo)積分(fen)儀的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)自主式(shi)陀螺(luo)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統。V-2的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)成功在工(gong)程(cheng)上實現了(le)(le)(le)19世(shi)紀末(mo)、20世(shi)紀初航天技(ji)術(shu)(shu)先驅者的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)設(she)想,并培養和(he)造(zao)就了(le)(le)(le)一(yi)大(da)(da)(da)批(pi)有(you)(you)(you)實踐經驗的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)專(zhuan)家(jia),對現代(dai)大(da)(da)(da)型火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展起到了(le)(le)(le)繼(ji)往(wang)開來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)作用。V-2的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)設(she)計雖不盡完美(mei),但它卻是人類(lei)(lei)擁有(you)(you)(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)第一(yi)件向地(di)球引力(li)挑戰(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)具,成為(wei)(wei)(wei)航天技(ji)術(shu)(shu)發(fa)(fa)展史(shi)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)個重要里(li)(li)程(cheng)碑。第二(er)次(ci)世(shi)界(jie)(jie)大(da)(da)(da)戰(zhan)(zhan)后(hou),美(mei)、蘇(su)兩國(guo)分(fen)別接收了(le)(le)(le)參與V-2研制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)部分(fen)專(zhuan)家(jia)、設(she)備及(ji)資(zi)料,為(wei)(wei)(wei)這兩個國(guo)家(jia)在第二(er)次(ci)世(shi)界(jie)(jie)大(da)(da)(da)戰(zhan)(zhan)后(hou)迅(xun)速發(fa)(fa)展火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)和(he)導(dao)(dao)(dao)彈的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)創造(zao)了(le)(le)(le)有(you)(you)(you)利的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)條件。40年(nian)代(dai)末(mo)至50年(nian)代(dai)末(mo),在V-2的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)基礎上,以美(mei)、蘇(su)為(wei)(wei)(wei)主研制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)武器得到了(le)(le)(le)迅(xun)速發(fa)(fa)展,各種(zhong)類(lei)(lei)型的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)導(dao)(dao)(dao)彈武器相繼(ji)問(wen)世(shi),并形成了(le)(le)(le)一(yi)個完整的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)導(dao)(dao)(dao)彈武器系(xi)統。
世(shi)界第一枚專門用(yong)于(yu)高空(kong)(kong)大(da)(da)氣探(tan)(tan)(tan)測(ce)的火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)是(shi)美國(guo)于(yu) 1945年秋(qiu)研(yan)(yan)制(zhi)成功的“女兵下士”火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)。它能將11公斤的有(you)(you)效載荷送到(dao)(dao) 70公里的高空(kong)(kong)。此(ci)后,美國(guo)和蘇聯利用(yong)繳獲的V-2火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)發(fa)(fa)射(she)了(le)一批(pi)探(tan)(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)。50年代的國(guo)際地(di)球物理年活動(dong)大(da)(da)大(da)(da)推(tui)動(dong)了(le)探(tan)(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)的發(fa)(fa)展(zhan),許多國(guo)家開始了(le)探(tan)(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)的研(yan)(yan)制(zhi)。到(dao)(dao)80年代,世(shi)界上已有(you)(you)20多個國(guo)家發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)或使(shi)用(yong)了(le)探(tan)(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian),年發(fa)(fa)射(she)量高達數千枚。中國(guo)在1958年以前(qian)曾發(fa)(fa)射(she)過試驗(yan)性(xing)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian),1958年正式(shi)研(yan)(yan)制(zhi)探(tan)(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian),先后研(yan)(yan)制(zhi)成T-7液體(ti)探(tan)(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)和改進(jin)型 T-7A探(tan)(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)。 1965年起開始研(yan)(yan)制(zhi)固體(ti)探(tan)(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)“和平”2號(hao)和6號(hao)。
看(kan)似復雜的火箭(jian)(jian)(jian),原理其實非常簡(jian)單(dan),早在17世紀,牛頓就很(hen)清晰地進行(xing)了(le)描(miao)述:如果以一(yi)定(ding)速度(du)向后拋出一(yi)定(ding)質量,就會受(shou)到一(yi)個反作用力(li)的推(tui)動,向前加(jia)速。簡(jian)單(dan)的火箭(jian)(jian)(jian)甚至早在牛頓提出這一(yi)原理前幾百年就在中(zhong)國被發明出來(lai),并得(de)到了(le)應用,包括軍用的火藥箭(jian)(jian)(jian)和節日慶典的煙花(hua)。
火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)向(xiang)后(hou)拋出(chu)(chu)(chu)一(yi)定(ding)質(zhi)量是靠火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)來完成的(de)。火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)點火(huo)以(yi)后(hou),推進(jin)劑(ji)(ji)(液(ye)體(ti)(ti)的(de)或固體(ti)(ti)的(de)燃(ran)料(liao)和氧(yang)化劑(ji)(ji))在發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)燃(ran)燒(shao)室里(li)燃(ran)燒(shao),產生大量高壓(ya)氣體(ti)(ti);高壓(ya)氣體(ti)(ti)從發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)噴管高速(su)噴出(chu)(chu)(chu),對(dui)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)產生的(de)反作用力,使火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)沿氣體(ti)(ti)噴射的(de)反方向(xiang)前(qian)進(jin)。固體(ti)(ti)推進(jin)劑(ji)(ji)是從底層(ceng)向(xiang)頂層(ceng)或從內層(ceng)向(xiang)外層(ceng)快(kuai)速(su)燃(ran)燒(shao)的(de),而液(ye)體(ti)(ti)推進(jin)劑(ji)(ji)是用高壓(ya)氣體(ti)(ti)對(dui)燃(ran)料(liao)與氧(yang)化劑(ji)(ji)貯箱(xiang)增壓(ya),然(ran)后(hou)用渦輪泵將燃(ran)料(liao)與氧(yang)化劑(ji)(ji)進(jin)一(yi)步增壓(ya)并(bing)輸送進(jin)燃(ran)燒(shao)室。推進(jin)劑(ji)(ji)的(de)化學能在發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)內轉化為燃(ran)氣的(de)動(dong)(dong)能,形成高速(su)氣流噴出(chu)(chu)(chu),產生推力。
火(huo)(huo)藥曾經是(shi)原始的(de)(de)火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)推(tui)(tui)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)劑(ji)(ji)(ji),目(mu)前戰術(shu)型火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)或較小導彈大多采用(yong)火(huo)(huo)藥推(tui)(tui)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)。人們習慣(guan)性把這樣的(de)(de)固(gu)體(ti)燃(ran)料叫做“單元(yuan)推(tui)(tui)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)”。需要燃(ran)燒劑(ji)(ji)(ji)加(jia)氧(yang)化劑(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)燃(ran)料被稱為(wei):“二(er)元(yuan)推(tui)(tui)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)”。組合使(shi)用(yong)液(ye)體(ti)和固(gu)體(ti)燃(ran)料推(tui)(tui)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)稱為(wei)混合推(tui)(tui)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)。使(shi)用(yong)混合推(tui)(tui)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)比沖和體(ti)積比沖介于液(ye)體(ti)和固(gu)體(ti)火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)推(tui)(tui)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)之間。1950年(nian)代美國研制成功(gong)(gong)氧(yang)化氫和聚(ju)乙(yi)烯(xi)作為(wei)火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)的(de)(de)混合推(tui)(tui)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)。1964年(nian)法國首先(xian)發(fa)射成功(gong)(gong)采用(yong)混合推(tui)(tui)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)為(wei)動(dong)力(li)的(de)(de)氣象火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)。我(wo)國“長(chang)征一(yi)號D”運載火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)第(di)一(yi)級、第(di)二(er)級用(yong)液(ye)體(ti)燃(ran)料火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji),第(di)三級用(yong)固(gu)體(ti)燃(ran)料火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)。也(ye)是(shi)采用(yong)混合推(tui)(tui)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)。
選擇推(tui)進(jin)劑(ji)(ji)所需要(yao)考慮的(de)(de)(de)因素很多,如(ru)要(yao)求高的(de)(de)(de)化(hua)學(xue)能焓、低分子量的(de)(de)(de)燃燒(shao)產物。比熱大、導熱率(lv)高。飽和蒸(zheng)汽氣壓低,化(hua)學(xue)穩定性好,比重大、無毒、無腐蝕(shi)性等。一(yi)種推(tui)進(jin)劑(ji)(ji)不可(ke)能完全具(ju)備以上的(de)(de)(de)這些(xie)性能,因此不斷研究新(xin)燃料是(shi)開發空間航行(xing)的(de)(de)(de)首要(yao)任務。
使用(yong)(yong)核(he)(he)能(neng)燃(ran)料(liao)的(de)火(huo)箭(jian)發動機的(de)比沖量高、壽命長(chang)。但技術復雜(za),只適(shi)用(yong)(yong)長(chang)期工作的(de)航天器及運載火(huo)箭(jian)的(de)高能(neng)末級。1986年前(qian)蘇聯已(yi)在和平號空(kong)間站(zhan)應用(yong)(yong)核(he)(he)動力發動機。核(he)(he)燃(ran)料(liao)的(de)危(wei)害性(xing)是放射性(xing)污染環境。
目前火箭發射有三(san)種方(fang)式:一是(shi)地面發射,二(er)是(shi)空(kong)中發射,三(san)是(shi)海上發射。
早期,運送有效(xiao)載荷(he)的(de)(de)火(huo)箭都是(shi)從地(di)面(mian)發射(she)(she)(she)場發射(she)(she)(she)的(de)(de)。地(di)面(mian)發射(she)(she)(she)場受地(di)理位置(zhi)的(de)(de)制約(yue),限制了有效(xiao)載荷(he)的(de)(de)發射(she)(she)(she)范圍,難以滿足(zu)各種有效(xiao)載荷(he)的(de)(de)需求,于是(shi)出現(xian)了從空中發射(she)(she)(she)和從海上平臺(tai)發射(she)(she)(she)火(huo)箭的(de)(de)方式。
從空(kong)中發(fa)(fa)射(she)火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭是用飛機將火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭運(yun)(yun)送到高(gao)空(kong)后(hou),再釋放火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭,火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭在空(kong)中點(dian)火(huo)(huo)(huo)飛向預定軌道(dao)。采用這種發(fa)(fa)射(she)方式,飛機可以在不(bu)同地(di)點(dian)的機場起(qi)飛,從空(kong)中任何(he)地(di)點(dian)發(fa)(fa)射(she),它不(bu)受(shou)地(di)理(li)位(wei)置的限制(zhi)。這樣,不(bu)僅增加了發(fa)(fa)射(she)窗口,而(er)且還會擴大軌道(dao)傾角的范圍(wei),因而(er)具有很大的機動性。載機相當于(yu)火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭的基礎(chu)級,能(neng)(neng)提高(gao)火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭本身的運(yun)(yun)載能(neng)(neng)力,同樣火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭從空(kong)中發(fa)(fa)射(she)比從地(di)面發(fa)(fa)射(she),其運(yun)(yun)載能(neng)(neng)力幾(ji)乎可以提高(gao)一倍。
與地面發射場相比,從(cong)海上平臺發射火箭(jian)同樣(yang)具有多種優勢(shi)。首先,可以靈活選擇(ze)發射地點,當選擇(ze)在赤道(dao)附近(jin)海域發射時,能(neng)充(chong)分借助地球的(de)自轉(zhuan)速度,提高火箭(jian)的(de)運載能(neng)力;其次,周圍沒有居民點,火箭(jian)落(luo)區的(de)選擇(ze)范圍較大,從(cong)而可使多級(ji)火箭(jian)的(de)設計更加優化,進一步提高火箭(jian)的(de)運載能(neng)力。
運載火箭發射前準(zhun)備
與運(yun)載(zai)火(huo)箭的(de)(de)研制一樣(yang),運(yun)載(zai)火(huo)箭的(de)(de)發射(she)同樣(yang)是一項綜合性的(de)(de)系統工程。它涉及(ji)的(de)(de)面(mian)很廣,包(bao)括運(yun)載(zai)火(huo)箭的(de)(de)檢查、測(ce)試、轉運(yun)、加注推(tui)進劑(ji)、發射(she)程序與數據的(de)(de)計算和裝訂(ding)、點火(huo)發射(she)、跟蹤測(ce)量、安(an)全控制、指揮通(tong)信、地面(mian)勤務保障(zhang)等多方(fang)面(mian)的(de)(de)工作。
運載火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)首先進(jin)(jin)(jin)入技(ji)術準(zhun)(zhun)備(bei)(bei)區的(de)專用廠房。在這里先對(dui)(dui)箭(jian)上的(de)儀(yi)(yi)器(qi)(qi)設備(bei)(bei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)單元測(ce)試,即對(dui)(dui)儀(yi)(yi)器(qi)(qi)設備(bei)(bei)單獨進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)測(ce)試,檢(jian)查其性(xing)(xing)(xing)能和精確測(ce)量其參(can)數。單元測(ce)試合格后(hou)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)分(fen)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)測(ce)試,它(ta)是(shi)在系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)處(chu)于工(gong)作(zuo)狀(zhuang)態下,對(dui)(dui)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)內各(ge)儀(yi)(yi)器(qi)(qi)設備(bei)(bei)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)協調性(xing)(xing)(xing)和功能進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)檢(jian)查,并測(ce)量其工(gong)作(zuo)參(can)數。接下來各(ge)分(fen)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)之間進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)匹(pi)配(pei)測(ce)試,檢(jian)查系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)之間工(gong)作(zuo)是(shi)否協調匹(pi)配(pei)。最后(hou)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)箭(jian)上所有系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)都參(can)加的(de)總檢(jian)查,總檢(jian)查一般要(yao)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)多次(ci),以模擬各(ge)種飛行(xing)(xing)狀(zhuang)態來驗(yan)證運載火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)全系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)技(ji)術性(xing)(xing)(xing)能和可靠性(xing)(xing)(xing),并使火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)達到符合發(fa)射狀(zhuang)態的(de)要(yao)求。總檢(jian)查之后(hou),開始在運載火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)上安裝各(ge)種火(huo)(huo)工(gong)品和火(huo)(huo)工(gong)裝置,并準(zhun)(zhun)備(bei)(bei)轉場。
在(zai)運載(zai)火箭進行(xing)(xing)技術測試(shi)(shi)的(de)同時,發(fa)射(she)場內的(de)測控(kong)系(xi)統要(yao)進行(xing)(xing)設(she)備(bei)聯試(shi)(shi)。先是進行(xing)(xing)場內設(she)備(bei)聯試(shi)(shi),然(ran)后再與分(fen)布在(zai)各地的(de)測控(kong)站設(she)備(bei)聯試(shi)(shi)。與此同時,地面(mian)勤務保(bao)障部門(men)對(dui)發(fa)射(she)設(she)備(bei)、加注設(she)備(bei)進行(xing)(xing)調(diao)試(shi)(shi);氣象保(bao)障部門(men)開(kai)通(tong)氣象情報(bao)網(wang)和天氣會商(shang)網(wang),啟動氣象測量雷達,開(kai)始進行(xing)(xing)天氣的(de)長、中、短期(qi)預報(bao)。
當運(yun)(yun)(yun)載(zai)火(huo)箭(jian)在(zai)(zai)(zai)技(ji)術準備(bei)區(qu)經檢(jian)查測(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)達到可(ke)(ke)以進行發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)(she)的狀態后,即可(ke)(ke)轉運(yun)(yun)(yun)到發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)(she)區(qu)。發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)(she)區(qu)內(nei)有發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)(she)臺、勤務塔(ta)和(he)(he)臍帶塔(ta)等(deng)(deng)主要(yao)(yao)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)(she)設(she)施。運(yun)(yun)(yun)載(zai)火(huo)箭(jian)分(fen)級運(yun)(yun)(yun)至發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)(she)區(qu)后,由勤務塔(ta)上的吊(diao)(diao)裝(zhuang)設(she)備(bei)對運(yun)(yun)(yun)載(zai)火(huo)箭(jian)分(fen)級吊(diao)(diao)裝(zhuang)、對接和(he)(he)總裝(zhuang),并將其豎立在(zai)(zai)(zai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)(she)臺上。隨后在(zai)(zai)(zai)豎立狀態下對運(yun)(yun)(yun)載(zai)火(huo)箭(jian)再(zai)一次進行分(fen)系統測(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)、系統間性(xing)能匹配測(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)、總檢(jian)查和(he)(he)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)(she)演練等(deng)(deng)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)(she)區(qu)測(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)的內(nei)容要(yao)(yao)比在(zai)(zai)(zai)技(ji)術區(qu)的測(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)簡化。在(zai)(zai)(zai)檢(jian)查測(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)工作結束后,就(jiu)可(ke)(ke)向運(yun)(yun)(yun)載(zai)火(huo)箭(jian)加(jia)注推進劑(ji),并進行瞄準定位。與此同時(shi),地面(mian)勤務保障部門(men)要(yao)(yao)進行推進劑(ji)化驗,確定推進劑(ji)的加(jia)注參(can)數;氣象部門(men)要(yao)(yao)提供臨(lin)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)(she)前發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)(she)場(chang)(chang)區(qu)的天氣情況及(ji)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)(she)場(chang)(chang)區(qu)上空(kong)的高空(kong)風(feng)場(chang)(chang)等(deng)(deng)情況,以及(ji)火(huo)箭(jian)飛(fei)行經過地區(qu)的氣象情況。
運(yun)載火箭發射程序(xu)
當一(yi)(yi)(yi)切(qie)準(zhun)(zhun)備(bei)工作(zuo)基本結(jie)束之后(hou),發(fa)射(she)工作(zuo)便可(ke)進(jin)入(ru)倒(dao)計(ji)時(shi)(shi)階(jie)段(duan)。倒(dao)計(ji)時(shi)(shi)階(jie)段(duan)開(kai)(kai)始(shi)時(shi)(shi),由指揮中心向發(fa)射(she)場(chang)、火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)飛行過程(cheng)中箭(jian)(jian)體分(fen)離(li)后(hou)的(de)(de)落(luo)區、分(fen)布在(zai)各(ge)地(di)的(de)(de)測(ce)控(kong)站、遠洋測(ce)量艦隊(dui)和有關部門(men)統(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)發(fa)布口(kou)令。各(ge)部門(men)、各(ge)單位接到口(kou)令后(hou),根據時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)統(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)勤務系統(tong)提供的(de)(de)統(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)時(shi)(shi)鐘(zhong)各(ge)自進(jin)入(ru)臨射(she)前(qian)的(de)(de)工作(zuo)程(cheng)序。一(yi)(yi)(yi)般運(yun)(yun)載火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)倒(dao)計(ji)時(shi)(shi)從由發(fa)射(she)窗(chuang)口(kou)確定的(de)(de)發(fa)射(she)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)前(qian)1個小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)開(kai)(kai)始(shi),叫做1小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)準(zhun)(zhun)備(bei)。然后(hou)是30分(fen)鐘(zhong)準(zhun)(zhun)備(bei)、15分(fen)鐘(zhong)準(zhun)(zhun)備(bei)、5分(fen)鐘(zhong)準(zhun)(zhun)備(bei)、1分(fen)鐘(zhong)準(zhun)(zhun)備(bei),最后(hou)是從10開(kai)(kai)始(shi)倒(dao)數至1,運(yun)(yun)載火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)點火(huo)起飛。采用低溫推(tui)進(jin)劑的(de)(de)運(yun)(yun)載火(huo)箭(jian)(jian),由于低溫推(tui)進(jin)劑極易蒸發(fa),必須嚴格控(kong)制推(tui)進(jin)劑加注后(hou)的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian),因此(ci)常提前(qian)到離(li)發(fa)射(she)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)4-7小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)就開(kai)(kai)始(shi)進(jin)入(ru)倒(dao)計(ji)時(shi)(shi)階(jie)段(duan)。
發(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)(she)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)進(jin)入1小時(shi)(shi)準備(bei)(bei)后,發(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)(she)場的(de)(de)(de)各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)均按(an)時(shi)(shi)間程序(xu)由地(di)(di)(di)面(mian)測(ce)試(shi)發(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)(she)控(kong)制(zhi)設備(bei)(bei)來操作(zuo),它可以(yi)是(shi)半自(zi)(zi)動的(de)(de)(de),也可以(yi)是(shi)全自(zi)(zi)動的(de)(de)(de)。在這(zhe)段時(shi)(shi)間的(de)(de)(de)準備(bei)(bei)過程中,主要的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)有(you)(you):對(dui)(dui)(dui)箭(jian)上系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)通電(dian)以(yi)進(jin)行射(she)(she)(she)前功能檢(jian)查,對(dui)(dui)(dui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)裝訂飛行程序(xu)和數據,進(jin)行精確瞄準,對(dui)(dui)(dui)推進(jin)劑(ji)貯箱(xiang)進(jin)行增(zeng)壓,對(dui)(dui)(dui)采用(yong)低(di)溫推進(jin)劑(ji)的(de)(de)(de)火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)補加推進(jin)劑(ji),氣路連接(jie)(jie)器、加注連接(jie)(jie)器自(zi)(zi)動脫(tuo)(tuo)開(kai),遙測(ce)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、外測(ce)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)連接(jie)(jie)插頭(tou)自(zi)(zi)動脫(tuo)(tuo)落(luo)。到1分鐘(zhong)(zhong)準備(bei)(bei)時(shi)(shi),箭(jian)上系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)由地(di)(di)(di)面(mian)供電(dian)轉為由箭(jian)上電(dian)池供電(dian),經10秒鐘(zhong)(zhong)自(zi)(zi)檢(jian)正常(chang)后,電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)連接(jie)(jie)器自(zi)(zi)動脫(tuo)(tuo)落(luo),電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)擺(bai)(bai)桿離開(kai)運載(zai)火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)擺(bai)(bai)到預定位置。這(zhe)時(shi)(shi)運載(zai)火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)除底部(bu)只有(you)(you)一(yi)個經脫(tuo)(tuo)拔插頭(tou)連接(jie)(jie)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)尚(shang)與(yu)地(di)(di)(di)面(mian)連接(jie)(jie)外,其他(ta)一(yi)切與(yu)地(di)(di)(di)面(mian)連接(jie)(jie)的(de)(de)(de)插頭(tou)均已(yi)完(wan)(wan)全脫(tuo)(tuo)開(kai)。射(she)(she)(she)前30秒鐘(zhong)(zhong),發(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)(she)場的(de)(de)(de)測(ce)控(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)與(yu)各地(di)(di)(di)測(ce)控(kong)跟蹤站開(kai)始啟動;射(she)(she)(she)前7秒鐘(zhong)(zhong),發(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)(she)臺(tai)周圍的(de)(de)(de)高速攝影機開(kai)拍,開(kai)始記錄火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)點火(huo)(huo)(huo)起(qi)飛的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)況;到0秒時(shi)(shi)火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)點火(huo)(huo)(huo)。當火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)離開(kai)發(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)(she)臺(tai)時(shi)(shi),底部(bu)唯(wei)一(yi)尚(shang)連接(jie)(jie)著的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)脫(tuo)(tuo)拔插頭(tou)被拉脫(tuo)(tuo),火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)與(yu)地(di)(di)(di)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)線控(kong)制(zhi)完(wan)(wan)全中斷。但如果在火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)點火(huo)(huo)(huo)尚(shang)未離開(kai)發(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)(she)臺(tai)前,發(fa)(fa)現火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)發(fa)(fa)動機工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)不正常(chang),地(di)(di)(di)面(mian)可通過這(zhe)根電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)對(dui)(dui)(dui)火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)實(shi)施緊急關機。
火(huo)箭起飛后(hou),在控制系統(tong)的控制下(xia),分別完成程序(xu)轉(zhuan)彎(wan)、助推器脫(tuo)落、上面級(ji)火(huo)箭的點火(huo)與關機、級(ji)間(jian)分離(li)和整流罩分離(li)等;當火(huo)箭到達入軌點時,有效載荷與火(huo)箭分離(li)、進(jin)入預定軌道運(yun)行(xing),這時,運(yun)載火(huo)箭的發射(she)工作完滿結束。
按級(ji)數來(lai)分(fen),可分(fen)為單級(ji)火箭(jian)(jian)(jian)、多(duo)級(ji)火箭(jian)(jian)(jian)兩種類型(xing)。由于單級(ji)火箭(jian)(jian)(jian)在實際應用上很難實現宇(yu)宙飛行所必需的宇(yu)宙速度,因此需要采(cai)用多(duo)級(ji)火箭(jian)(jian)(jian)來(lai)解決這一問(wen)題。多(duo)級(ji)火箭(jian)(jian)(jian)的一子級(ji)在發射點(dian)火后(hou)就開始工作,工作結束(shu)后(hou)與整個火箭(jian)(jian)(jian)分(fen)離,再由二子級(ji)繼續(xu)將有(you)效載荷推向太空,以(yi)此類推,直至把有(you)效載荷送入預定軌道。多(duo)級(ji)火箭(jian)(jian)(jian)一般由2-4級(ji)組成(cheng),有(you)串聯、并聯和串-并聯三種聯接方式。

歐(ou)空(kong)局研(yan)(yan)制(zhi)的(de)(de)運(yun)載火箭(jian)系列。由歐(ou)洲11個國家組成(cheng)的(de)(de)歐(ou)空(kong)局于1973年(nian)開(kai)始研(yan)(yan)制(zhi),迄今已發(fa)(fa)(fa)展了(le)阿(a)(a)里安(an)1~5五(wu)種型別。目前使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)最多的(de)(de)是(shi)阿(a)(a)里安(an)5火箭(jian)。阿(a)(a)里安(an)5火箭(jian)于1988年(nian)1月開(kai)始研(yan)(yan)制(zhi),1996年(nian)6月首次飛行(xing),迄今為(wei)止,研(yan)(yan)制(zhi)并投入(ru)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)有阿(a)(a)里安(an)5G、5GS、5ECA、5ES等(deng)(deng)型號,起(qi)飛質量為(wei)746~480噸,起(qi)飛推(tui)(tui)力(li)(li)(li)為(wei)11400~13000kN,可(ke)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于向(xiang)地球同(tong)(tong)步(bu)轉(zhuan)移軌道(dao)(dao)(dao)、太陽同(tong)(tong)步(bu)軌道(dao)(dao)(dao)、中低(di)軌道(dao)(dao)(dao)以及(ji)飛離地球軌道(dao)(dao)(dao)發(fa)(fa)(fa)射各類衛星(xing)和航天器(qi),同(tong)(tong)時也可(ke)執行(xing)一箭(jian)多星(xing)發(fa)(fa)(fa)射任務,曾發(fa)(fa)(fa)射過天網、SYRACUSE等(deng)(deng)軍(jun)用(yong)(yong)(yong)通信(xin)衛星(xing)。阿(a)(a)里安(an)5為(wei)兩級(ji)(ji)液(ye)體火箭(jian),一子級(ji)(ji)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)液(ye)氫(qing)、液(ye)氧推(tui)(tui)進(jin)劑(ji)(ji)(ji),二(er)子級(ji)(ji)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)四(si)氧化二(er)氮、一甲基肼或(huo)液(ye)氧/液(ye)氫(qing)推(tui)(tui)進(jin)劑(ji)(ji)(ji),在一子級(ji)(ji)周圍(wei)捆綁了(le)2枚大型固體助推(tui)(tui)器(qi)。目前在用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)火箭(jian)型號主要有阿(a)(a)里安(an)5GS、5ECA、5ES。阿(a)(a)里安(an)5GS低(di)溫(wen)(wen)主級(ji)(ji)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)火神(shen)發(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)機,上(shang)面級(ji)(ji)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)可(ke)重(zhong)復點(dian)火常溫(wen)(wen)推(tui)(tui)進(jin)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)發(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)機,地球同(tong)(tong)步(bu)轉(zhuan)移軌道(dao)(dao)(dao)運(yun)載能(neng)力(li)(li)(li)達到6.5噸。阿(a)(a)里安(an)5ECA采用(yong)(yong)(yong)改進(jin)的(de)(de)火神(shen)2低(di)溫(wen)(wen)推(tui)(tui)進(jin)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)發(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)機,二(er)子級(ji)(ji)改用(yong)(yong)(yong)低(di)溫(wen)(wen)上(shang)面級(ji)(ji),使(shi)地球同(tong)(tong)步(bu)轉(zhuan)移軌道(dao)(dao)(dao)運(yun)載能(neng)力(li)(li)(li)提高到10.5噸。阿(a)(a)里安(an)5ES火箭(jian)主要用(yong)(yong)(yong)于發(fa)(fa)(fa)射歐(ou)洲自動(dong)轉(zhuan)移飛行(xing)器(qi)(ATV),近地軌道(dao)(dao)(dao)運(yun)載能(neng)力(li)(li)(li)為(wei)21噸。
日(ri)本研制的(de)運(yun)載(zai)(zai)火箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)系列。研制始(shi)于(yu)(yu)1981年,迄(qi)今已發(fa)(fa)展了H-1、H-2、H-2A等多種型(xing)(xing)(xing)號(hao)(hao),目前正在(zai)(zai)研制H-2B火箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)發(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)H-2轉(zhuan)移飛(fei)行器(HTV)。H-1火箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)地(di)球同步(bu)轉(zhuan)移軌(gui)道(dao)運(yun)載(zai)(zai)能力為(wei)(wei)1.1噸(dun),由于(yu)(yu)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)了美國(guo)技(ji)術,只允(yun)許用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)來發(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)日(ri)本國(guo)內衛星(xing),1988年投入使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong),1992年退役。H-2火箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)是日(ri)本獨立研制的(de)首枚大(da)型(xing)(xing)(xing)兩(liang)級捆綁式(shi)液(ye)體運(yun)載(zai)(zai)火箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),主要用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)發(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)1~2噸(dun)級的(de)地(di)球同步(bu)軌(gui)道(dao)衛星(xing),于(yu)(yu)1994年開始(shi)首飛(fei),由于(yu)(yu)成本高、可靠性差以(yi)及操作復雜(za)等問題,1999被(bei)停止(zhi)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)。目前在(zai)(zai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)是以(yi)H-2為(wei)(wei)基礎(chu)進行了較大(da)的(de)改進的(de)H-2A火箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)系列,有標準型(xing)(xing)(xing)(H2A202、H2A2022、H2A2024)和增強型(xing)(xing)(xing)(H2A204),均為(wei)(wei)二(er)級火箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),一、二(er)子(zi)(zi)級使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)液(ye)氧/液(ye)氫推進劑(ji),通(tong)過模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)設計,采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)相同火箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)結構模(mo)塊(kuai)的(de)不同配置來組(zu)成不同火箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)型(xing)(xing)(xing)號(hao)(hao),最大(da)近地(di)軌(gui)道(dao)運(yun)載(zai)(zai)能力為(wei)(wei)10噸(dun),最大(da)地(di)球同步(bu)轉(zhuan)移軌(gui)道(dao)的(de)運(yun)載(zai)(zai)能力為(wei)(wei)6噸(dun),用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)日(ri)本政府軍(jun)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)和民用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)有效載(zai)(zai)荷的(de)發(fa)(fa)射(she)(she),包(bao)括地(di)球同步(bu)軌(gui)道(dao)通(tong)信衛星(xing)、偵(zhen)察衛星(xing)、月球探測器和星(xing)際(ji)探測器等,同時承(cheng)攬國(guo)際(ji)商業(ye)發(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)服務。日(ri)本正在(zai)(zai)H-2A火箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)基礎(chu)上(shang)發(fa)(fa)展更大(da)的(de)H-2B火箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),其一子(zi)(zi)級直徑(jing)從4米增加到5米,主發(fa)(fa)動機增加到2臺,可用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)發(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)有效載(zai)(zai)荷質量為(wei)(wei)16.5噸(dun)的(de)HTV,向國(guo)際(ji)空(kong)間站運(yun)送貨物,也可將質量8噸(dun)的(de)其他類(lei)型(xing)(xing)(xing)有效載(zai)(zai)荷送入地(di)球同步(bu)轉(zhuan)移軌(gui)道(dao)。
蘇聯(lian)(lian)/俄羅斯(si)(si)研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)的第一種非(fei)導彈衍生的運載(zai)(zai)火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)。是專為航天(tian)任務設(she)計的大型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)運載(zai)(zai)器(qi)(qi),包括(kuo)二(er)級(ji)(ji)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、三(san)級(ji)(ji)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)四級(ji)(ji)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),于(yu)1965年(nian)進(jin)行(xing)首飛,曾發(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)了“熒光屏(ping)”、“彩(cai)虹”、“地(di)(di)(di)(di)平線(xian)”系(xi)列通信衛(wei)星、格洛(luo)納斯(si)(si)(GLONSS)軍民兩用(yong)導航衛(wei)星及“月(yue)球”、“金(jin)星”、“火(huo)(huo)(huo)星”等探(tan)測器(qi)(qi),執(zhi)行(xing)過月(yue)面(mian)采樣返回和(he)金(jin)星表面(mian)軟著陸任務。二(er)級(ji)(ji)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)質(zhi)(zhi)子(zi)號1961年(nian)開(kai)始研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi),采用(yong)四氧化二(er)氮及偏二(er)甲肼推進(jin)劑,用(yong)于(yu)發(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)大型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)月(yue)球探(tan)測器(qi)(qi)、星際探(tan)測器(qi)(qi)、空(kong)間站(zhan)(zhan)艙(cang)件和(he)地(di)(di)(di)(di)球同步(bu)軌(gui)道衛(wei)星,能(neng)把(ba)12.5噸(dun)有(you)效載(zai)(zai)荷送入(ru)近(jin)地(di)(di)(di)(di)軌(gui)道。三(san)級(ji)(ji)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)由二(er)級(ji)(ji)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)加上(shang)一個液體三(san)子(zi)級(ji)(ji)構成,主(zhu)要用(yong)于(yu)發(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)蘇聯(lian)(lian)空(kong)間站(zhan)(zhan)與量子(zi)號、晶體號及宇宙號空(kong)間站(zhan)(zhan)艙(cang),能(neng)把(ba)21噸(dun)的有(you)效載(zai)(zai)荷送入(ru)近(jin)地(di)(di)(di)(di)軌(gui)道。目(mu)前(qian)使(shi)用(yong)的主(zhu)要是四級(ji)(ji)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)質(zhi)(zhi)子(zi)號K/DM和(he)質(zhi)(zhi)子(zi)號M/微風M兩種型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)號火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian),是在三(san)級(ji)(ji)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)的基礎上(shang)增加上(shang)面(mian)級(ji)(ji)Block DM 和(he)微風M構成,Block DM采用(yong)液氧和(he)煤(mei)油推進(jin)劑,微風M采用(yong)四氧化二(er)氮和(he)偏二(er)甲肼推進(jin)劑。質(zhi)(zhi)子(zi)號K/DM主(zhu)要用(yong)于(yu)發(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)政府(fu)的有(you)效載(zai)(zai)荷,地(di)(di)(di)(di)球同步(bu)轉移軌(gui)道運載(zai)(zai)能(neng)力(li)覆蓋2.75-4.35噸(dun),月(yue)球軌(gui)道的運載(zai)(zai)能(neng)力(li)達(da)到(dao)(dao)6.2噸(dun)。質(zhi)(zhi)子(zi)號M/微風M火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)主(zhu)要用(yong)于(yu)國際商業發(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)服務,同時(shi)也可執(zhi)行(xing)政府(fu)的發(fa)(fa)射(she)(she)任務,是目(mu)前(qian)質(zhi)(zhi)子(zi)號火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)中(zhong)運載(zai)(zai)能(neng)力(li)最大的型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)號,地(di)(di)(di)(di)球同步(bu)轉移軌(gui)道運載(zai)(zai)能(neng)力(li)達(da)到(dao)(dao)6.2噸(dun),地(di)(di)(di)(di)球同步(bu)軌(gui)道運載(zai)(zai)能(neng)力(li)達(da)到(dao)(dao)2.92噸(dun)。

應國際(ji)商(shang)業發(fa)(fa)射市場的(de)(de)需(xu)求,最(zui)終將取代現用(yong)的(de)(de)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)盟(meng)(meng)(meng)(meng)(meng)號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)U/FG和(he)(he)閃(shan)電號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)M,進行載(zai)(zai)(zai)人飛船(chuan)、軍事和(he)(he)商(shang)業衛(wei)星的(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)射。
印(yin)度(du)為發(fa)射衛(wei)(wei)星(xing)(xing)(xing)在探空火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)基礎上發(fa)展而來的運(yun)(yun)(yun)載(zai)火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)。先后成功(gong)研制了(le)衛(wei)(wei)星(xing)(xing)(xing)運(yun)(yun)(yun)載(zai)火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)3(SLV-3)、加大(da)推(tui)力(li)衛(wei)(wei)星(xing)(xing)(xing)運(yun)(yun)(yun)載(zai)火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(ASLV)、極地軌(gui)道衛(wei)(wei)星(xing)(xing)(xing)運(yun)(yun)(yun)載(zai)火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(PSLV)和地球(qiu)同(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)軌(gui)道衛(wei)(wei)星(xing)(xing)(xing)運(yun)(yun)(yun)載(zai)火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(GSLV)。PSLV、GSLV是印(yin)度(du)在用(yong)(yong)的主(zhu)力(li)運(yun)(yun)(yun)載(zai)火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)。PSLV采用(yong)(yong)四(si)級(ji)(ji)結構(gou),一、三子(zi)級(ji)(ji)使用(yong)(yong)固體推(tui)進劑,二、四(si)子(zi)級(ji)(ji)使用(yong)(yong)一甲基肼和四(si)氧化(hua)二氮,主(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)(yong)于向極軌(gui)道發(fa)射遙(yao)感衛(wei)(wei)星(xing)(xing)(xing),近地軌(gui)道運(yun)(yun)(yun)載(zai)能力(li)達到3.2噸,太(tai)陽同(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)軌(gui)道運(yun)(yun)(yun)載(zai)能力(li)為2噸。GSLV火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)是在PSLV火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)基礎上改進而來,主(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)(yong)于向地球(qiu)同(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)軌(gui)道發(fa)射衛(wei)(wei)星(xing)(xing)(xing),同(tong)(tong)時也可執(zhi)行近地軌(gui)道發(fa)射任務。GSLV由固體一子(zi)級(ji)(ji)、液體二子(zi)級(ji)(ji)、低溫上面級(ji)(ji)等三級(ji)(ji)構(gou)成,并在一子(zi)級(ji)(ji)周圍(wei)捆綁(bang)了(le)4枚液體助推(tui)器,地球(qiu)同(tong)(tong)步(bu)(bu)轉(zhuan)移軌(gui)道運(yun)(yun)(yun)載(zai)能力(li)約為2噸。
美(mei)國軌(gui)道(dao)科學公(gong)司研制的(de)(de)一種(zhong)空(kong)射(she)型(xing)(xing)運載(zai)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)。它是(shi)世界上(shang)唯一投(tou)入使用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)空(kong)射(she)運載(zai)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian),主(zhu)要用(yong)(yong)于將小(xiao)型(xing)(xing)衛(wei)(wei)星(xing)送入近(jin)地(di)軌(gui)道(dao),進行(xing)微(wei)重(zhong)力實驗(yan)、材(cai)料(liao)試驗(yan)、通(tong)信、定(ding)位(wei)、地(di)球(qiu)資源探測或(huo)完成其他特殊任(ren)務。它具有較大(da)的(de)(de)軍用(yong)(yong)潛力,適合于戰時發(fa)射(she)小(xiao)衛(wei)(wei)星(xing),也可(ke)用(yong)(yong)來(lai)運送武器彈藥(yao),使軍事指揮員擁有攻(gong)擊地(di)球(qiu)上(shang)任(ren)何(he)目標(biao)的(de)(de)能力。飛馬(ma)(ma)座(zuo)(zuo)運載(zai)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)包括標(biao)準型(xing)(xing)和加長型(xing)(xing)(飛馬(ma)(ma)座(zuo)(zuo)XL)兩個型(xing)(xing)號,均為三級固體運載(zai)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian),采用(yong)(yong)端羥基(ji)聚丁二烯推(tui)進劑。標(biao)準型(xing)(xing)飛馬(ma)(ma)座(zuo)(zuo)全長15.5米(mi),直(zhi)徑1.27米(mi),翼展6.7米(mi),起飛質量18.886噸(dun),起飛推(tui)力498.2千(qian)牛,近(jin)地(di)軌(gui)道(dao)運載(zai)能力375千(qian)克,1998年停(ting)止使用(yong)(yong)。加長型(xing)(xing)飛馬(ma)(ma)座(zuo)(zuo)XL是(shi)在基(ji)本型(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang)通(tong)過加長一、二級和提高(gao)性能發(fa)展而來(lai)的(de)(de),全長16.9米(mi),起飛質量23.13噸(dun),近(jin)地(di)軌(gui)道(dao)運載(zai)能力443千(qian)克。發(fa)射(she)標(biao)準型(xing)(xing)飛馬(ma)(ma)座(zuo)(zuo)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)載(zai)機(ji)為改裝的(de)(de)B-52轟炸機(ji),運載(zai)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)吊掛在機(ji)翼下(xia)。加長型(xing)(xing)飛馬(ma)(ma)座(zuo)(zuo)XL使用(yong)(yong)改裝的(de)(de)L-1011飛機(ji)作載(zai)機(ji),火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)吊掛在載(zai)機(ji)腹部。發(fa)射(she)時,火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)由載(zai)機(ji)攜帶至預定(ding)地(di)點上(shang)空(kong)投(tou)放(fang),自由下(xia)落5秒(miao)后(hou)點火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo),投(tou)放(fang)時,飛機(ji)高(gao)度約11900米(mi),飛行(xing)速度0.8馬(ma)(ma)赫。

歐(ou)洲(zhou)(zhou)空(kong)間(jian)局(ju)(ESA)將(jiang)微(wei)重力(li)科學實驗研(yan)究作為主要任務之(zhi)一(yi),制定了(le)全面的(de)(de)發(fa)展研(yan)究計劃(hua),包括用(yong)探(tan)(tan)(tan)空(kong)火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)進行微(wei)重力(li)實驗研(yan)究,1990-1996年(nian)間(jian),每年(nian)發(fa)射1枚長時(shi)間(jian)探(tan)(tan)(tan)空(kong)火(huo)(huo)箭(jian),4枚短時(shi)間(jian)探(tan)(tan)(tan)空(kong)火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)。在(zai)德國政府2001年(nian)5月(yue)批準的(de)(de)新(xin)航(hang)天計劃(hua)中(zhong)(zhong),用(yong)于微(wei)重力(li)實驗的(de)(de)探(tan)(tan)(tan)空(kong)火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)為其重要的(de)(de)組成部分(fen)。德國的(de)(de)兩種朗繆爾(er)探(tan)(tan)(tan)針設(she)備(bei)分(fen)別于 2002年(nian)和 2003年(nian)搭載 NASA 的(de)(de)探(tan)(tan)(tan)空(kong)火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)上(shang)天。探(tan)(tan)(tan)空(kong)火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)是德國空(kong)間(jian)項目中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)重要工具,主要涉(she)及空(kong)間(jian)科學、對(dui)地觀測(ce)、微(wei)重力(li)研(yan)究和返回(hui)技術(shu)。2004年(nian)10月(yue)23日,德國宇(yu)航(hang)中(zhong)(zhong)心(DLR)研(yan)制的(de)(de)VSB-30 型火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)試飛成功,它標志(zhi)著歐(ou)洲(zhou)(zhou)微(wei)重力(li)探(tan)(tan)(tan)空(kong)火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)計劃(hua)的(de)(de)復興。
火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)探(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)是(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)國發展(zhan)航(hang)天事(shi)業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)起步項(xiang)目之(zhi)一。 中(zhong)(zhong)國于(yu)1958 年開始(shi)發展(zhan)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)探(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)事(shi)業(ye)(ye),在(zai)著名科學家錢學森、趙九章、楊南生、王希季(ji)等(deng)倡導(dao)和領導(dao)下(xia)創建了(le)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)探(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)事(shi)業(ye)(ye)。在(zai)研(yan)制發射(she)了(le)多種型號(hao)的(de)(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)研(yan)究、試(shi)驗(yan)性探(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)基礎上,中(zhong)(zhong)國的(de)(de)(de)第一枚探(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)于(yu)1960 年9月首次發射(she)。中(zhong)(zhong)國最早開展(zhan)研(yan)究和利用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)探(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)是(shi)用(yong)于(yu)氣(qi)象探(tan)(tan)測的(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)象火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),研(yan)制并(bing)發射(she)了(le)多種氣(qi)象火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),在(zai)20世紀發射(she)的(de)(de)(de)約260枚探(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)中(zhong)(zhong)有(you)半數以上為氣(qi)象火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),用(yong)于(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)層大(da)(da)氣(qi)(海拔20~80公里)的(de)(de)(de)大(da)(da)氣(qi)溫度(du)(du)、壓(ya)力(li)、密度(du)(du)、風速和風向(xiang)等(deng)氣(qi)象要素的(de)(de)(de)探(tan)(tan)測,在(zai)氣(qi)象火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)研(yan)究和應用(yong)中(zhong)(zhong)取得(de)了(le)豐碩的(de)(de)(de)成果。另有(you)一些取樣火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)、生物火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)和試(shi)驗(yan)火(huo)箭(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)。
2008年開始的(de)(de)(de)(de)國家大(da)科學工程(cheng)“子午工程(cheng)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)設(she)由中(zhong)國科學院(yuan)牽頭,其中(zhong)由空(kong)(kong)間中(zhong)心負(fu)責建(jian)(jian)設(she)實施的(de)(de)(de)(de)探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)設(she)目標是進(jin)行海南火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)發(fa)(fa)射場的(de)(de)(de)(de)改(gai)造建(jian)(jian)設(she),以(yi)適應新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)體制和(he)(he)新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)技術要求,將為火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)事業的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展提供(gong)有(you)利支撐,是重振中(zhong)國火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)事業的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要一(yi)步(bu)。“子午工程(cheng)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)主要由探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)運(yun)載火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)、有(you)效載荷艙、地(di)面(mian)遙測(ce)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、地(di)面(mian)數據處理系(xi)統(tong)(tong)和(he)(he)地(di)面(mian)發(fa)(fa)射支持保障系(xi)統(tong)(tong)組成。其目標是在海南建(jian)(jian)成探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)測(ce)和(he)(he)地(di)面(mian)聯(lian)合監測(ce)大(da)氣和(he)(he)電離層參數的(de)(de)(de)(de)綜合探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)測(ce)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)。 聯(lian)合觀(guan)(guan)測(ce)時,探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)空(kong)(kong)火(huo)(huo)(huo)箭(jian)(jian)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)測(ce)設(she)備(bei)(bei)、電離層觀(guan)(guan)測(ce)設(she)備(bei)(bei)和(he)(he)大(da)氣觀(guan)(guan)測(ce)設(she)備(bei)(bei)等(deng)同步(bu)工作, 其目的(de)(de)(de)(de)是獲取全面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)200公里以(yi)下的(de)(de)(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)間環(huan)境資料,同時進(jin)行各個(ge)空(kong)(kong)間層次的(de)(de)(de)(de)耦合效應及應用研究,以(yi)期發(fa)(fa)現新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)物理機(ji)制和(he)(he)規律。
2019年8月,我(wo)國完成(cheng)了火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)殘骸的(de)(de)精(jing)準控(kong)(kong)制,落(luo)在了設(she)定的(de)(de)落(luo)區范圍內。這(zhe)次(ci)(ci)技(ji)術(shu)驗(yan)(yan)證的(de)(de)成(cheng)功,標志著我(wo)國成(cheng)為繼美國之后的(de)(de)第二個掌握(wo)這(zhe)項(xiang)技(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)國家。這(zhe)次(ci)(ci)驗(yan)(yan)證技(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)成(cheng)功,柵格舵發(fa)揮了重要(yao)作用(yong),通過(guo)它們可(ke)以控(kong)(kong)制回(hui)收時的(de)(de)姿態(tai),確保(bao)火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)殘骸能(neng)夠落(luo)在設(she)定的(de)(de)區域。此次(ci)(ci)技(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)驗(yan)(yan)證成(cheng)功,則可(ke)以免去落(luo)區居民疏散問題,也為我(wo)國運(yun)載(zai)火(huo)(huo)箭(jian)后續助推(tui)器及子級的(de)(de)可(ke)控(kong)(kong)回(hui)收、軟著陸、重復使用(yong)等技(ji)術(shu)奠(dian)定堅實基(ji)礎(chu)。
