廣(guang)(guang)州市越秀區(qu)東(dong)山實驗小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)于2003年(nian)8月掛(gua)牌,由(you)原五羊(yang)第二小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)和五羊(yang)第三(san)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)合并而成,地處五羊(yang)新城商貿發(fa)展小(xiao)區(qu)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)現有(you)36個教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)班(ban),在校(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生1110人,在職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工60人,其中(zhong)特(te)級(ji)(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi),中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)高級(ji)(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)1人,小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)高級(ji)(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)30人,獲(huo)國家、省、市、區(qu)各類榮譽稱號的教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)有(you)30余人,“東(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)之星”及優(you)秀青年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)有(you)8人。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)占地面積7611平方(fang)米,是“廣(guang)(guang)州市綠色學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)”、“廣(guang)(guang)東(dong)省一級(ji)(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)”和“廣(guang)(guang)東(dong)省現代(dai)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育技術 實驗學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)”。
主動發展教育”是(shi)學校研究的(de)主題,是(shi)形成(cheng)特色(se)發展的(de)整體目(mu)標,包括教師的(de)成(cheng)長與學生的(de)發展兩個方面。
在實踐工(gong)作中,學校樹立了“為(wei)學生(sheng)的發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)而教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),為(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)的發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)而教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),為(wei)學校的發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)而教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)”的理念,并采取了“校本教(jiao)(jiao)研錘煉師(shi)資(zi)隊伍,德育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)鑄就做人(ren)之魂,知識教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)開發(fa)(fa)學生(sheng)潛能(neng),人(ren)文教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)塑造(zao)完美人(ren)格(ge),健康教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)賦(fu)予生(sheng)存智慧,創(chuang)新教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)奠(dian)定發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)基礎。”的工(gong)作方略,學校辦學得(de)以(yi)快速發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),社會信譽明顯(xian)提高。
“十五(wu)”期間學(xue)(xue)校是北京師范大學(xue)(xue)現代教(jiao)育(yu)技(ji)術研究(jiu)(jiu)所《基于網絡(luo)環境(jing)的基礎教(jiao)育(yu)跨(kua)越式創新發(fa)展研究(jiu)(jiu)》、中國青少年研究(jiu)(jiu)中心《少年兒童行為習慣與(yu)人格的關(guan)系研究(jiu)(jiu)》和教(jiao)育(yu)部重點研究(jiu)(jiu)課(ke)題(ti)《實驗學(xue)(xue)校教(jiao)育(yu)資源的開發(fa)與(yu)利用(yong)》等(deng)課(ke)題(ti)試驗基地學(xue)(xue)校。
學(xue)校申報的(de)(de)國家級(ji)課(ke)題(ti)有(you)三項(xiang)(xiang)已結題(ti),實(shi)驗(yan)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)過程中(zhong)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)科研(yan)(yan)成果(guo)獲(huo)國家、省(sheng)、市級(ji)獎(jiang)勵的(de)(de)共有(you)207項(xiang)(xiang)。其中(zhong)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)報告(gao)獲(huo)獎(jiang)五項(xiang)(xiang),學(xue)校由教(jiao)育部中(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)幼(you)兒(er)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)獎(jiang)勵基(ji)金會評為(wei)“全國教(jiao)育發展“十五”計(ji)劃重(zhong)點課(ke)題(ti)先進實(shi)驗(yan)學(xue)校”,參加實(shi)驗(yan)的(de)(de)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)分別由教(jiao)育部中(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)幼(you)兒(er)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)獎(jiang)勵基(ji)金會、中(zhong)央電教(jiao)館基(ji)礎教(jiao)育跨(kua)越式發展創新實(shi)驗(yan)總課(ke)題(ti)組和廣東省(sheng)青少年研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)中(zhong)心評為(wei)課(ke)題(ti)實(shi)驗(yan)先進工(gong)作(zuo)者(zhe)的(de)(de)有(you)13人(ren)次。更重(zhong)要的(de)(de)是通(tong)過課(ke)題(ti)實(shi)驗(yan),充實(shi)了校本培(pei)訓的(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu),培(pei)養了一批有(you)思想、有(you)文化、有(you)情感(gan)、有(you)藝術的(de)(de)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)群體。
東(dong)山實驗小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)目前在職教(jiao)(jiao)職工57人(ren)(ren)(ren),特(te)級教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi),中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)高級教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)1人(ren)(ren)(ren),小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)高級教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)25人(ren)(ren)(ren),獲(huo)國(guo)家、省、市、區各類(lei)榮譽稱(cheng)號的教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)有(you)30余人(ren)(ren)(ren),“東(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)之星”及(ji)優秀青年教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)有(you)8人(ren)(ren)(ren)。教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)中(zhong)(zhong),大專(zhuan)及(ji)以(yi)上學(xue)(xue)歷(li)的教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)有(you)52人(ren)(ren)(ren),占(zhan)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)總數(shu)的91.2﹪。實施小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)義務教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu);促(cu)進(jin)基礎(chu)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)發展(zhan)。小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)學(xue)(xue)齡教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)。
