簡介
汪子(zi)島(dao)又(you)名“望子(zi)島(dao)”、“汪子(zi)堡”,這個(ge)名字(zi)的得來(lai)據(ju)說與秦(qin)始皇(huang)有(you)關。汪子(zi)島(dao)鰨(ta)(ta)麻(ma)魚(yu)學(xue)名半滑舌鰨(ta)(ta),無(wu)棣縣(xian)(xian)漁(yu)民俗稱鰨(ta)(ta)麻(ma)、鰨(ta)(ta)米。因其(qi)口味鮮美、營養(yang)豐富,一(yi)直以來(lai)都(dou)受到消費者的喜愛。據(ju)老漁(yu)民介紹,我縣(xian)(xian)汪子(zi)島(dao)鰨(ta)(ta)麻(ma)魚(yu)名聲由(you)來(lai)已久,最早(zao)可追溯到明朝時期,距今(jin)已有(you)400多年歷史。“伏(fu)吃(chi)鰨(ta)(ta)麻(ma)冬吃(chi)鯉(li)”“開(kai)河(he)鯉(li)魚(yu)凍(dong)河(he)梭,伏(fu)天吃(chi)鰨(ta)(ta)麻(ma)”“寧扔大閨女腿,不扔鰨(ta)(ta)麻(ma)嘴”等(deng)漁(yu)諺也是從那時流傳至今(jin),當地(di)人人皆知。關于汪子(zi)島(dao)鰨(ta)(ta)麻(ma)魚(yu)的傳說有(you)很多,在(zai)無(wu)棣縣(xian)(xian)海洋與漁(yu)業(ye)志(zhi)對其(qi)也有(you)相關記載(zai)。由(you)于汪子(zi)島(dao)鰨(ta)(ta)目魚(yu)適應性強(qiang)(qiang),生長速(su)度(du)快,抗病力(li)強(qiang)(qiang),養(yang)殖中(zhong)病害(hai)少等(deng)特點,工廠化養(yang)殖生產鰨(ta)(ta)目魚(yu)產業(ye)近幾年發展迅速(su),成為我縣(xian)(xian)漁(yu)業(ye)養(yang)殖的“黃金產業(ye)”。
鰨麻魚的蛋白質(zhi)含量(liang)豐富,低(di)脂肪低(di)膽固醇,含有(you)人體需(xu)要的多種(zhong)氨基酸和微量(liang)元素,營養(yang)價值很高,對防(fang)治心腦血管(guan)疾病、增強記憶力(li)(li)和保護視力(li)(li)頗有(you)益(yi)處。味(wei)道(dao)鮮(xian)美,肉質(zhi)細(xi)嫩(nen)。
生長環境
黃驊市(shi)、海興縣為(wei)(wei)鄰。最(zui)(zui)東(dong)點(dian)(dian)(dian)為(wei)(wei)老沾化溝入海口,東(dong)經118°12′,最(zui)(zui)西(xi)點(dian)(dian)(dian)為(wei)(wei)無棣鎮郎家村,東(dong)經117°31′,最(zui)(zui)大橫距(ju)60公(gong)里。最(zui)(zui)南(nan)(nan)點(dian)(dian)(dian)為(wei)(wei)無棣鎮郭家村,北(bei)緯37°41′,最(zui)(zui)北(bei)點(dian)(dian)(dian)為(wei)(wei)埕口鎮大口河(he)入海口,北(bei)緯38°187′,最(zui)(zui)大縱距(ju)70公(gong)里。面(mian)積1998.12平方公(gong)里。縣城(cheng)東(dong)南(nan)(nan)距(ju)濱州市(shi)54.5公(gong)里,西(xi)南(nan)(nan)距(ju)濟南(nan)(nan)130.5公(gong)里,西(xi)北(bei)距(ju)北(bei)京260公(gong)里。
無棣(di)(di)縣(xian)(xian)屬(shu)北溫(wen)(wen)帶(dai)東亞季(ji)風(feng)區域(yu)大陸性氣候。具有(you)夏熱多雨,冬(dong)寒季(ji)長,春季(ji)多風(feng)干燥(zao),秋季(ji)溫(wen)(wen)和涼爽的特點。無棣(di)(di)縣(xian)(xian)年(nian)平(ping)均氣溫(wen)(wen)12℃左(zuo)右。
產品品質特性特征
1、感(gan)官要求:汪子(zi)島鰨麻魚體呈長(chang)舌狀,背腹扁平,眼(yan)(yan)位于左側(ce);鱗片和頭眼(yan)(yan)較小;背面褐色,背鰭(qi)處(chu)略呈暗紅色,腹面白色;背鰭(qi)及臀鰭(qi)與尾(wei)鰭(qi)相連續,無胸鰭(qi),尾(wei)鰭(qi)末端尖(jian);肉質肥(fei)厚,蒸煮后口感(gan)細嫩味美,富有彈性,久煮而不老。
2、內在品質指標:汪子島(dao)鰨麻魚營養豐富(fu),含(han)有較(jiao)高的不飽和(he)脂肪酸,蛋白質容易消化吸收。以鮮品分析,可食部分含(han)有蛋白質19.5g/100g~20.8g/100g、脂肪7.5g/100g~9.2g/100g、鋅(xin)0.42mg/100g~0.51mg/100g、鈣 65mg/100g~71mg/100g。
