北(bei)京市大(da)興(xing)區(qu)(qu)第(di)一(yi)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)是北(bei)京市大(da)興(xing)地區(qu)(qu)建校(xiao)最(zui)早的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)府,其前身為(wei)(wei)“黃村(cun)(cun)書院”,始建于1739年(nian)(nian)(清乾隆四(si)年(nian)(nian)),1907年(nian)(nian)(清光(guang)緒三十三年(nian)(nian))更(geng)名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)為(wei)(wei)“黃村(cun)(cun)初(chu)級(ji)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)堂”,1918年(nian)(nian)(民(min)(min)國(guo)七年(nian)(nian))更(geng)名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)為(wei)(wei)黃村(cun)(cun)初(chu)級(ji)國(guo)民(min)(min)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao),1921年(nian)(nian)(民(min)(min)國(guo)十年(nian)(nian))更(geng)名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)為(wei)(wei)大(da)興(xing)縣(xian)第(di)四(si)區(qu)(qu)黃村(cun)(cun)區(qu)(qu)立小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),1945年(nian)(nian)更(geng)名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)為(wei)(wei)黃村(cun)(cun)中心小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),1948年(nian)(nian)更(geng)名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)為(wei)(wei)黃村(cun)(cun)完全小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),1963年(nian)(nian)更(geng)名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)為(wei)(wei)“黃村(cun)(cun)第(di)一(yi)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”,2004年(nian)(nian)更(geng)名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)為(wei)(wei)“大(da)興(xing)區(qu)(qu)第(di)一(yi)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”。
2007年(nian)(nian),歷(li)經了近一(yi)(yi)個世(shi)紀風雨滄桑、人世(shi)沉浮的大(da)興一(yi)(yi)小,迎(ying)來小學建(jian)制的100周年(nian)(nian)。前(qian)人寫(xie)下的這部百(bai)年(nian)(nian)史,是(shi)一(yi)(yi)筆巨(ju)大(da)無形的文化遺(yi)產(chan),是(shi)源遠流(liu)(liu)長的文化傳承(cheng),這一(yi)(yi)個世(shi)紀的時光流(liu)(liu)轉是(shi)大(da)興區教育發展的歷(li)史軌跡,更(geng)是(shi)大(da)興區社會發展的歷(li)史見證。
百年老校積淀(dian)了(le)(le)豐厚(hou)的文化底蘊,即“民(min)主(zhu)的教(jiao)(jiao)風(feng)(feng)、自(zi)主(zhu)的學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)風(feng)(feng)”,培育了(le)(le)一代又一代開(kai)拓創(chuang)新(xin)人才。2000年9月(yue),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校先后掛上“大(da)興(xing)縣教(jiao)(jiao)育科(ke)研(yan)(yan)實(shi)驗小學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”、“北京教(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)院實(shi)驗學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校”銅牌。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校聘(pin)請北京市基(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)中心主(zhu)任粱(liang)威研(yan)(yan)究員為(wei)“名(ming)譽校長(chang)”,聘(pin)請王寶祥、鐘祖榮、趙復垣等12名(ming)專家學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)者組成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)(le)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校“教(jiao)(jiao)育科(ke)研(yan)(yan)顧(gu)問(wen)(wen)團(tuan)”。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校以(yi)“揚(yang)起自(zi)信(xin)的風(feng)(feng)帆”為(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)育宗旨。以(yi)“認識自(zi)我、改變自(zi)我、超越自(zi)我”為(wei)校訓,努力建設(she)“求真、求異、自(zi)信(xin)、自(zi)立(li)”的良好校風(feng)(feng)。近年來,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校提出(chu)了(le)(le)建設(she)“研(yan)(yan)究型(xing)(xing)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校”的宏偉目標,建立(li)“專家工作室”,成(cheng)(cheng)立(li)“學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校發展(zhan)顧(gu)問(wen)(wen)團(tuan)”、“名(ming)師(shi)(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)長(chang)打造(zao)團(tuan)”和“學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)藝術指導團(tuan)”,啟(qi)動(dong)了(le)(le)“研(yan)(yan)究型(xing)(xing)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)隊伍建設(she)工程(cheng)”、“雙(shuang)師(shi)(shi)(名(ming)師(shi)(shi)和良師(shi)(shi))工程(cheng)”和“雙(shuang)成(cheng)(cheng)(成(cheng)(cheng)人和成(cheng)(cheng)才)奠基(ji)工程(cheng)”,實(shi)施(shi)“走(zou)班制”試驗,創(chuang)辦了(le)(le)“讀書(shu)節”、《揚(yang)帆報(bao)》、“蓓蕾文學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)社”、“啟(qi)明(ming)星天(tian)文觀(guan)測站”,開(kai)展(zhan)了(le)(le)“以(yi)課會友”、“教(jiao)(jiao)育科(ke)研(yan)(yan)沙龍”、“春(chun)華秋實(shi)杯(bei)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)基(ji)本功大(da)賽(sai)”等一系列活動(dong)。
