少林武功(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)最精(jing)湛的(de)絕技。本(ben)不外傳,但少林寺燒(shao)火小工、俗家弟子南(nan)宮遠卻在禪師暗中(zhong)(zhong)指點下掌握了其中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)奧秘,在三年一(yi)度的(de)中(zhong)(zhong)秋比(bi)武時,用此功(gong)(gong)失手擊斃四名師兄,從而引來殺身之禍。(見柳殘陽《南(nan)宮少俠(xia)傳》)諸多(duo)武俠(xia)小說作品中(zhong)(zhong)均將之稱為少林絕技,其實此功(gong)(gong)來自于(yu)少林七十二(er)藝中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)第五十一(yi)藝螳(tang)螂(lang)爪。
大力金剛掌(zhang)屬南(nan)少(shao)林六(liu)大功(gong)(gong)夫絕(jue)技(ji)之一(yi)的(de)手(shou)上硬氣功(gong)(gong)此功(gong)(gong)內(nei)外兼修(xiu)。功(gong)(gong)成后可開磚碎石,用于徒手(shou)技(ji)去威(wei)力無(wu)窮(qiong)。大力金剛掌(zhang)與鐵砂掌(zhang)有幾分相(xiang)似之處(chu),鐵砂掌(zhang)同樣具有開磚裂(lie)石之功(gong)(gong)。
大力(li)金剛掌分三部修習。
一、丹田內功法
自然(ran)站立,雙(shuang)(shuang)腳分開(kai)與肩同(tong)寬,雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)自然(ran)垂故(gu)于雙(shuang)(shuang)腿外(wai)側,站時(shi)(shi)含胸拔背,雙(shuang)(shuang)目平視,全(quan)身(shen)放松,用(yong)口將體內濁(zhuo)氣從O中呼(hu)出(chu)三次(ci)后,雙(shuang)(shuang)腳微(wei)屈(qu),似馬(ma)步狀(zhuang)雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)呈抱球狀(zhuang)置于胸前,掌心(xin)相對,距(ju)離約50厘米,十指(zhi)張開(kai)向內收.雙(shuang)(shuang)肘處距(ju)身(shen)約15厘米左右做好上述要(yao)求后,將雙(shuang)(shuang)目微(wei)合,開(kai)始調(diao)息,吸(xi)氣時(shi)(shi)存想天地方物之(zhi)精氣經雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)勞宮(gong)穴(xue)、頭頂百會(hui)穴(xue)、雙(shuang)(shuang)腳涌(yong)泉穴(xue)涌(yong)涌(yong)不斷(duan)地吸(xi)入丹田呼(hu)氣時(shi)(shi)意想氣在(zai)丹田聚集、采用(yong)順式呼(hu)吸(xi)法(fa)、一(yi)呼(hu)一(yi)吸(xi),練(lian)(lian)(lian)習30分鐘初(chu)時(shi)(shi)樁可(ke)站高些,隨著功(gong)(gong)力的增加可(ke)逐(zhu)漸站成低樁(注:此(ci)功(gong)(gong)是(shi)強化(hua)式功(gong)(gong)法(fa)。練(lian)(lian)(lian)者于練(lian)(lian)(lian)功(gong)(gong)三天后即(ji)可(ke)體會(hui)氣感,一(yi)般勞宮(gong)穴(xue)首先(xian)發熱。而(er)后丹田穴(xue),部(bu)分鯨(jing)功(gong)(gong)者會(hui)出(chu)現氣機在(zai)全(quan)身(shen)各(ge)部(bu)出(chu)現氣流感,此(ci)時(shi)(shi)繼續鯨(jing)下(xia)去(qu)。氣埂(geng)可(ke)沿經緒歸行至丹田,練(lian)(lian)(lian)此(ci)功(gong)(gong)時(shi)(shi)不講究氣的運(yun)行。一(yi)般應(ying)順其自然(ran)為好)
二、金剛推山掌
通過上(shang)述內(nei)動(dong)法(fa)的修(xiu)煉后,學者可(ke)感(gan)覺氣機通暢。內(nei)氣充盈(ying),此時(shi)可(ke)將雙(shuang)(shuang)腳分開比肩(jian)略(lve)寬。雙(shuang)(shuang)膝蹲(dun)成(cheng)弓步,雙(shuang)(shuang)目前視(shi)。舌抵上(shang)腭,腰背挺直,雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)握(wo)拳置(zhi)于(yu)雙(shuang)(shuang)側,意守丹田(tian)(tian),將真氣調聚(ju)成(cheng)氣團后,用(yong)口(kou)呼(hu)氣(發(fa)嗨(hai)聲),意想丹田(tian)(tian)之氣向(xiang)(xiang)右掌(zhang)奔涌而(er)出。同時(shi)右掌(zhang)向(xiang)(xiang)前沖出,并掌(zhang)指向(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)、掌(zhang)心向(xiang)(xiang)前,這(zhe)期(qi)間應用(yong)足氣力,接(jie)著閉(bi)氣3至(zhi)5秒后,掌(zhang)向(xiang)(xiang)外(wai)轉(zhuan)變成(cheng)拳狀(zhuang)收回置(zhi)于(yu)腰間,后換左(zuo)掌(zhang)。練至(zhi)純熟(shu)后可(ke)雙(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)齊(qi)出、雙(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)按(an)地(di)等,此功(gong)貴在練習爆發(fa)力及丹田(tian)(tian)內(nei)氣的運行,有(you)條件者亦可(ke)以掌(zhang)擊打砂(sha)袋(dai),砂(sha)袋(dai)重量從25公斤起逐漸增(zeng)至(zhi)乃公斤為度。
三、金剛臍碑手
此功(gong)(gong)(gong)即外家鐵(tie)砂(sha)掌練(lian)(lian)法(fa)(fa),練(lian)(lian)者(zhe)置砂(sha)袋于凳上(砂(sha)袋內(nei)裝(zhuang)鐵(tie)砂(sha)),作馬步站立,以雙(shuang)手(shou)黨(dang)的(de)流擊打(da)砂(sha)袋,每次(ci)力盡而止,,運氣法(fa)(fa)見金剛(gang)推山掌一(yi)式,每次(ci)練(lian)(lian)功(gong)(gong)(gong)完畢(bi)之后應輔以用(yong)醋方(fang)(fang)(fang)洗(xi)手(shou),方(fang)(fang)(fang)可使之事半功(gong)(gong)(gong)倍具體洗(xi)手(shou)方(fang)(fang)(fang)是:取生(sheng)銹的(de)鐵(tie)釘或鐵(tie)塊(kuai)5公斤將(jiang)(jiang)其浸(jin)在(zai)醋中(zhong)(zhong)一(yi)星期后,將(jiang)(jiang)鐵(tie)釘等(deng)取出(chu),例入少量烈(lie)性酒即成醋方(fang)(fang)(fang)。鯨(jing)功(gong)(gong)(gong)畢(bi)后,將(jiang)(jiang)雙(shuang)手(shou)放在(zai)盆(pen)中(zhong)(zhong)浸(jin)洗(xi),藥水以溫熱為佳(此法(fa)(fa)是一(yi)種比(bi)較經濟的(de)簡便洗(xi)水方(fang)(fang)(fang)),學者(zhe)切莫花費財力去購買貴重的(de)藥方(fang)(fang)(fang)因(yin)功(gong)(gong)(gong)夫貴在(zai)勤學苦練(lian)(lian),高深的(de)功(gong)(gong)(gong)夫還取決(jue)于人的(de)悟性
后(hou)由八寶門推出(chu)新大力金剛掌(zhang),共十二式(shi),練成(cheng)伸(shen)手后(hou)可劈磚斷(duan)石(shi)。
1、蹲星伏虎
①面(mian)南背北(bei)直身(shen)站立,兩(liang)(liang)腿(tui)橫開(kai)與(yu)肩同(tong)寬,兩(liang)(liang)腳(jiao)(jiao)平直,腳(jiao)(jiao)尖稍里扣,雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)下(xia)垂(chui)于(yu)(yu)(yu)兩(liang)(liang)大(da)腿(tui)外側(ce),掌(zhang)心相(xiang)對,掌(zhang)指(zhi)朝下(xia),下(xia)頦微收,百會上頂(ding),揚眉怒(nu)目,眼視正前方。氣沉丹田,精神飽滿。按順呼吸(xi)法,鼻(bi)吸(xi)鼻(bi)呼。意(yi)念(nian)集中于(yu)(yu)(yu)臍(qi)下(xia)丹田處;②按上式站立1分鐘(zhong)之后(hou)(hou),雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)由兩(liang)(liang)大(da)腿(tui)外側(ce)向前緩(huan)慢(man)(man)(man)提起與(yu)肩同(tong)高(gao),掌(zhang)心相(xiang)對,掌(zhang)指(zhi)朝前。隨后(hou)(hou)兩(liang)(liang)膝慢(man)(man)(man)慢(man)(man)(man)屈(qu)曲下(xia)蹲(dun),樁的高(gao)矮可根據各人的具體情(qing)況而定,膝蓋不要(yao)超過(guo)腳(jiao)(jiao)尖。與(yu)此同(tong)時,兩(liang)(liang)手(shou)平行(xing)下(xia)落至于(yu)(yu)(yu)雙(shuang)(shuang)乳平齊,兩(liang)(liang)小臂相(xiang)平行(xing),間距2尺(chi)許,肘(zhou)尖向后(hou)(hou),肘(zhou)尖與(yu)肋下(xia)相(xiang)距約兩(liang)(liang)拳左右,手(shou)指(zhi)自然伸(shen)直張開(kai),掌(zhang)心相(xiang)照,掌(zhang)指(zhi)朝前,身(shen)軀正直,臀部內斂,重心落于(yu)(yu)(yu)兩(liang)(liang)腳(jiao)(jiao)足(zu)心涌泉(quan)穴(xue)連線之中點上。全身(shen)肌肉,關節放松,呼吸(xi)柔和自然,不須要(yao)意(yi)守;③按上述方法練功15~~60分鐘(zhong)后(hou)(hou),兩(liang)(liang)膝慢(man)(man)(man)慢(man)(man)(man)站直,雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)回收垂(chui)直貼放于(yu)(yu)(yu)兩(liang)(liang)腿(tui)內側(ce),約1分鐘(zhong)后(hou)(hou),兩(liang)(liang)手(shou)掌(zhang)互相(xiang)搓(cuo)擦至熱,以掌(zhang)輕輕揩擦顏面(mian)部20余次。
練(lian)習本式時,可以(yi)(yi)隨(sui)意言談,也可以(yi)(yi)看電(dian)影、電(dian)視或聽(ting)音樂。呼吸柔和自然,不順任何意守。練(lian)功(gong)從每(mei)次5分鐘開始,以(yi)(yi)后每(mei)周增加(jia)5分鐘的(de)練(lian)功(gong)時間。初時感(gan)覺雙(shuang)(shuang)腿(tui)(tui)(tui)及(ji)雙(shuang)(shuang)臂酸(suan)脹(zhang)、困(kun)乏,繼之兩(liang)腿(tui)(tui)(tui)還(huan)會出(chu)現(xian)顫抖現(xian)象(xiang),此時可以(yi)(yi)調(diao)高樁(zhuang)(zhuang)式休息片刻再(zai)進行練(lian)習。如能堅持(chi)練(lian)至(zhi)(zhi)每(mei)次站(zhan)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)15分鐘以(yi)(yi)上(shang)者,于每(mei)次練(lian)功(gong)時,即可感(gan)到腹部首(shou)先(xian)發熱(re),須臾(yu)延至(zhi)(zhi)腰背、胸、頭面(mian)、雙(shuang)(shuang)手,最后雙(shuang)(shuang)腿(tui)(tui)(tui)及(ji)雙(shuang)(shuang)足(zu)赤漸次發熱(re),雙(shuang)(shuang)手與(yu)雙(shuang)(shuang)足(zu)有明(ming)顯的(de)麻(ma)、酸(suan)、脹(zhang)、熱(re)的(de)感(gan)覺。堅持(chi)站(zhan)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)至(zhi)(zhi)60天(tian)以(yi)(yi)上(shang)時,于每(mei)次站(zhan)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)時即感(gan)覺體內(nei)(nei)的(de)內(nei)(nei)氣下(xia)(xia)注(zhu)兩(liang)腿(tui)(tui)(tui)達(da)雙(shuang)(shuang)足(zu)涌泉穴,又由腳心(xin)返(fan)行至(zhi)(zhi)丹田(tian)(tian),再(zai)向下(xia)(xia)行經會陰穴,過尾閭,沿督脈經頭頂百會穴,再(zai)下(xia)(xia)行過承漿至(zhi)(zhi)腹中穴,又分為兩(liang)股(gu)熱(re)流過液下(xia)(xia)沿手臂內(nei)(nei)側注(zhu)入雙(shuang)(shuang)掌心(xin)勞(lao)宮穴,并直透十指尖過手背返(fan)回降至(zhi)(zhi)丹田(tian)(tian)處(chu)。
如(ru)此反復練習,直至每(mei)次站樁(zhuang)內氣注入雙掌即出現掌心發(fa)熱,十指(zhi)有強熱的觸(chu)電(dian)感覺(jue)時(shi),便(bian)可開始練習下式。
2、力按千斤
①兩(liang)腳橫開比肩(jian)略寬,兩(liang)腳平直,雙足尖(jian)稍里扣,頸項(xiang)豎直,百會上頂,沉肩(jian)松(song)胯,下(xia)頦微(wei)收,口(kou)微(wei)閉,舌尖(jian)緊舐上腭,雙目凝視(shi)正前(qian)方。兩(liang)手(shou)(shou)下(xia)垂分(fen)別置(zhi)于兩(liang)大腿外側(ce),肘(zhou)關節(jie)微(wei)曲,雙掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)稍微(wei)外撐(cheng),掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)心向(xiang)下(xia),十(shi)(shi)指朝前(qian)。采(cai)用逆式(shi)呼(hu)吸,意(yi)念輕守丹(dan)田。②以(yi)鼻(bi)吸氣(qi),并(bing)收提肛(gang)門及(ji)睪(gao)丸;然(ran)后,以(yi)鼻(bi)呼(hu)氣(qi),意(yi)領丹(dan)田內氣(qi)上升(sheng)至分(fen)膻(shan)中穴,并(bing)分(fen)作兩(liang)股經兩(liang)腋(ye)下(xia)沿手(shou)(shou)臂內側(ce)向(xiang)雙手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)心貫(guan)氣(qi),同時放松(song)肛(gang)門和睪(gao)丸。十(shi)(shi)趾抓地,雙手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)用暗勁下(xia)按,十(shi)(shi)指上翹,全身(shen)之氣(qi)力集中于雙手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)。吸氣(qi)時,全身(shen)肌肉放松(song)(除收縮睪(gao)丸及(ji)肛(gang)門外)意(yi)念內氣(qi)從手(shou)(shou)臂外側(ce)上升(sheng)至頭(tou)部返歸丹(dan)田。此(ci)式(shi)共做49次。
3、猛虎推山
接(jie)上式(shi),按(an)逆式(shi)呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)靜立調息1分鐘后(hou),吸(xi)氣(qi),雙(shuang)手(shou)(shou)同(tong)時向后(hou)、向上劃弧(hu)至兩(liang)肩(jian)前(qian)(qian)(qian),十指向上,掌心向前(qian)(qian)(qian),同(tong)時,收提肛門和睪丸,然后(hou)呼(hu)(hu)氣(qi),十趾猛抓地,全(quan)身之氣(qi)力集中在雙(shuang)手(shou)(shou)上,雙(shuang)掌如推(tui)千斤重物向前(qian)(qian)(qian)緩慢推(tui)出(chu),意(yi)念內氣(qi)從雙(shuang)掌心及十指尖奔(ben)瀉而出(chu),呼(hu)(hu)氣(qi)時全(quan)身緊(jin)張,松(song)肛,松(song)睪丸。吸(xi)氣(qi)時雙(shuang)手(shou)(shou)回收并向右(you)、向上劃弧(hu)轉圈于肩(jian)前(qian)(qian)(qian),呼(hu)(hu)氣(qi)時雙(shuang)掌推(tui)出(chu)。如此反(fan)復共做49次。
4、鳳凰展翅
接(jie)上(shang)(shang)式,采用逆式呼(hu)吸,鼻呼(hu)鼻吸。吸氣時雙手小臂(bei)分別向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)左右(you)兩側抬起.肘(zhou)尖向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)下(xia),沉肩(jian)(jian)挺胸,雙掌(zhang)(zhang)高與肩(jian)(jian)平齊,掌(zhang)(zhang)心(xin)分向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)左右(you),手掌(zhang)(zhang)稍下(xia)墜,腕關節向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)背側凸(tu)起,同時收(shou)提肛門及睪(gao)(gao)丸(wan),然后十趾抓地,雙手如(ru)推千斤重物(wu)用力向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)外推去,意念內氣從丹田(tian)上(shang)(shang)升至膻中穴(xue),再(zai)分向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)兩肩(jian)(jian)腋(ye)下(xia)沿(yan)手臂(bei)內側向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)十指及掌(zhang)(zhang)心(xin)奔瀉。呼(hu)氣時全身放松,松肛、松睪(gao)(gao)丸(wan),雙手收(shou)回如(ru)原(yuan)來(lai)姿勢,意領內氣從手臂(bei)外側上(shang)(shang)升過頭(tou)部返回丹田(tian)。共(gong)做49次。
5、海底撈沙
接上(shang)式(shi),采用(yong)順式(shi)呼吸,鼻(bi)呼鼻(bi)吸。吸氣時(shi)雙(shuang)臂下(xia)垂置于腹前,肘關節(jie)略外撐,雙(shuang)手(shou)握拳(quan),拳(quan)面相對(dui),拳(quan)心向下(xia),意守丹田.呼氣時(shi),慢(man)慢(man)彎腰,雙(shuang)拳(quan)變(bian)掌(zhang),掌(zhang)心向下(xia),掌(zhang)指相對(dui),隨身(shen)體(ti)向下(xia)按壓,同時(shi)放松肛門(men),睪(gao)丸,至(zhi)雙(shuang)掌(zhang)心觸地時(shi),氣剛好(hao)呼盡,意念內氣全部貫注入(ru)雙(shuang)掌(zhang),然(ran)后雙(shuang)掌(zhang)變(bian)拳(quan),如(ru)持千斤重(zhong)物緩慢(man)上(shang)提(ti),上(shang)身(shen)徐(xu)徐(xu)直腰,同時(shi)吸氣,提(ti)肛,手(shou)睪(gao)丸,意念內氣從雙(shuang)掌(zhang)返回丹田。共做49次。
6、攀星拿月
接(jie)上(shang)(shang)式(shi),采用逆呼(hu)吸(xi)法,鼻呼(hu)鼻吸(xi),吸(xi)氣(qi)(qi)時(shi)雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)如托千斤重物(wu)緩(huan)緩(huan)上(shang)(shang)舉過頭,掌(zhang)指朝后,掌(zhang)心向(xiang)上(shang)(shang),目視(shi)雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang),意念(nian)內氣(qi)(qi)全部(bu)上(shang)(shang)注雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手,同時(shi),十(shi)趾抓地(di),收提肛門及睪丸。于吸(xi)氣(qi)(qi)末時(shi),喉頭配合吸(xi)氣(qi)(qi)動作吞入一口氣(qi)(qi),然后閉氣(qi)(qi),雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)變拳,雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)拳攢緊如拉扯千斤重物(wu)徐徐下拉至(zhi)雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)側肩前。呼(hu)氣(qi)(qi)時(shi)全身放松(song)(song),松(song)(song)肛,松(song)(song)睪丸雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)拳,意領內氣(qi)(qi)回歸丹田。如此反復做49次。
7、鐵牛耕地
①雙手(shou)(shou)平行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)撐地,掌(zhang)心向下(xia)觸(chu)(chu)及(ji)地面,雙手(shou)(shou)間(jian)與肩同寬,兩手(shou)(shou)臂伸直(zhi),雙腳拼攏伸直(zhi),以(yi)(yi)腳趾尖著地,腰(yao)(yao)胯(kua)盡量向方弓挫(cuo),臀部(bu)(bu)凸(tu)起(qi)(qi),腹部(bu)(bu)內(nei)(nei)(nei)收。采用(yong)順呼(hu)吸(xi)(xi)法,鼻呼(hu)鼻吸(xi)(xi),精(jing)神內(nei)(nei)(nei)斂,注意(yi)(yi)力(li)集中于雙手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)心勞宮穴上(shang)(shang)。②均勻深(shen)長的(de)吸(xi)(xi)入(ru)(ru)一(yi)口氣(qi)(qi),于吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi)末(mo)時(shi),以(yi)(yi)喉頭(tou)配合(he)吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)吞入(ru)(ru)一(yi)口氣(qi)(qi),并以(yi)(yi)意(yi)(yi)導氣(qi)(qi)慢(man)(man)慢(man)(man)下(xia)沉至(zhi)丹(dan)田(tian),然后(hou)(hou)閉氣(qi)(qi),雙手(shou)(shou)肘關(guan)節(jie)屈曲,全身(shen)(shen)向前,向下(xia)探(tan),以(yi)(yi)頭(tou)部(bu)(bu)接近地面而(er)又未觸(chu)(chu)及(ji)地面為宜,隨之雙足后(hou)(hou)蹬助力(li),同時(shi)身(shen)(shen)體塌腰(yao)(yao)并繼續(xu)向前,向下(xia)依次(ci)(ci)(ci)以(yi)(yi)胸、腹、胯(kua)等部(bu)(bu)位略近地面一(yi)滑而(er)過。在身(shen)(shen)體下(xia)探(tan)運動(dong)(dong)的(de)同時(shi),以(yi)(yi)鼻腔均勻地噴氣(qi)(qi),收提肛(gang)門及(ji)睪丸,平以(yi)(yi)意(yi)(yi)導引內(nei)(nei)(nei)氣(qi)(qi)從下(xia)丹(dan)田(tian)上(shang)(shang)升至(zhi)中丹(dan)田(tian)經雙腋下(xia),沿雙手(shou)(shou)臂內(nei)(nei)(nei)側(ce)向下(xia)貫(guan)注輸入(ru)(ru)雙手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)心勞宮穴。③吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi),同時(shi)頭(tou)部(bu)(bu)向上(shang)(shang)抬起(qi)(qi),直(zhi)臂挺胸,腰(yao)(yao)胯(kua)部(bu)(bu)向后(hou)(hou)弓挫(cuo),臀部(bu)(bu)凸(tu)起(qi)(qi),全身(shen)(shen)赤隨之后(hou)(hou)挫(cuo),恢復(fu)原來姿(zi)勢,松肛(gang),松睪丸,并意(yi)(yi)念(nian)內(nei)(nei)(nei)氣(qi)(qi)從手(shou)(shou)臂外側(ce)返回丹(dan)田(tian)。如此前探(tan)后(hou)(hou)挫(cuo),循環往復(fu),力(li)盡為止(zhi)。在練習當(dang)中,注意(yi)(yi)動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)要與呼(hu)吸(xi)(xi)緊(jin)密配合(he),不要太慢(man)(man)或太快,動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)須連(lian)貫(guan)協調,中間(jian)不可停頓。初習此式十余(yu)次(ci)(ci)(ci)時(shi),即(ji)覺力(li)疲氣(qi)(qi)涌,頭(tou)脹(zhang)腰(yao)(yao)酸。但行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)之即(ji)久(jiu),次(ci)(ci)(ci)數可逐日增加,至(zhi)每次(ci)(ci)(ci)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)功(gong)百余(yu)次(ci)(ci)(ci)而(er)力(li)不乏氣(qi)(qi)不涌時(shi),再將雙腳位置逐漸墊高,又逾(yu)百余(yu)次(ci)(ci)(ci)后(hou)(hou),方以(yi)(yi)10公斤的(de)石塊置于背上(shang)(shang)縛固,如法行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)動(dong)(dong),俟背上(shang)(shang)石塊增至(zhi)50公斤仍可行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)功(gong)逾(yu)越(yue)50次(ci)(ci)(ci)以(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang)方止(zhi)。
8、神氣掌
將(jiang)(jiang)蠟(la)燭(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)一(yi)支點燃(ran),置于(yu)桌上立(li)穩,練功者馬步站(zhan)立(li)與蠟(la)燭(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)相距(ju)1米(mi)(mi)遠,頭頸正(zheng)直(zhi),雙手(shou)(shou)(shou)抱(bao)拳(quan)于(yu)兩腰際上。雙目(mu)平視蠟(la)燭(zhu)(zhu)(zhu),接逆式呼(hu)吸,以(yi)鼻(bi)吸氣,收提肛(gang)門及睪丸,然后將(jiang)(jiang)右(you)拳(quan)變掌(zhang),向前直(zhi)立(li)掌(zhang)推(tui)出(圖134),同時(shi)以(yi)鼻(bi)噴氣,以(yi)意(yi)導引丹(dan)田內(nei)(nei)氣上升(sheng)(sheng)膻中穴經腋下,沿手(shou)(shou)(shou)臂內(nei)(nei)側(ce)下注右(you)掌(zhang)心(xin),并從右(you)掌(zhang)心(xin)勞(lao)宮(gong)穴穿透而出,同時(shi)放松肛(gang)門及睪丸。吸氣時(shi),手(shou)(shou)(shou)臂回收,以(yi)意(yi)領氣從手(shou)(shou)(shou)臂外(wai)側(ce)上升(sheng)(sheng)頭部返歸(gui)丹(dan)田。練至右(you)手(shou)(shou)(shou)發酸,發脹時(shi),則換以(yi)左掌(zhang)如法(fa)習之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。待到(dao)一(yi)舉手(shou)(shou)(shou)發掌(zhang)即可(ke)將(jiang)(jiang)桌上點燃(ran)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)蠟(la)燭(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)擊(ji)滅(mie)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)后,在距(ju)蠟(la)燭(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)2米(mi)(mi)擊(ji)掌(zhang),又俟能將(jiang)(jiang)蠟(la)燭(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)燈(deng)擊(ji)滅(mie)后,再(zai)距(ju)蠟(la)燭(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)燈(deng)3米(mi)(mi)、4米(mi)(mi)、5米(mi)(mi)處發掌(zhang)幾擊(ji)燈(deng),如在距(ju)燈(deng)5米(mi)(mi)外(wai)仍可(ke)將(jiang)(jiang)蠟(la)燭(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)燈(deng)擊(ji)滅(mie),則大力金剛(gang)掌(zhang)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)內(nei)(nei)氣神力初(chu)其,即可(ke)操練下式。
9、如來手式
以(yi)兩(liang)張長,寬(kuan)各50厘米的砂紙(zhi)置于(yu)桌上(shang),雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)掌貼放(fang)(fang)于(yu)桌面砂紙(zhi)上(shang)。采用(yong)順式呼吸,鼻呼鼻吸。用(yong)雙(shuang)(shuang)掌面和(he)雙(shuang)(shuang)掌小指側擊打(da)紗(sha)紙(zhi),擊打(da)時手(shou)(shou)臂(bei)不動(dong),以(yi)手(shou)(shou)腕帶動(dong)手(shou)(shou)掌擊打(da),同(tong)時呼氣,并(bing)(bing)以(yi)意領(ling)氣貫達雙(shuang)(shuang)掌,收提肛門(men)和(he)睪丸(wan)。收掌時吸氣,并(bing)(bing)以(yi)意領(ling)回(hui)歸丹田,放(fang)(fang)松肛門(men)、睪丸(wan)。每日將(jiang)紗(sha)紙(zhi)打(da)至破(po)爛(lan)穿(chuan)洞時,次日另(ling)更以(yi)新紗(sha)紙(zhi)擊打(da)。
10、金剛排上
①直身(shen)站(zhan)立,面對墻壁,身(shen)體與墻壁的(de)間距為自(zi)身(shen)肩(jian)(jian)關(guan)節(jie)至(zhi)腕關(guan)節(jie)長,雙足(zu)橫開(kai)與肩(jian)(jian)同(tong)寬,兩腳平(ping)直腳尖稍里扣(kou),百會上頂,口(kou)微(wei)閉(bi),雙手略曲臂前(qian)(qian)伸(shen),以(yi)(yi)掌(zhang)(zhang)指抵住墻壁,腕關(guan)節(jie)與雙乳平(ping)直,雙掌(zhang)(zhang)十指自(zi)然(ran)伸(shen)張,掌(zhang)(zhang)心向(xiang)下,掌(zhang)(zhang)指朝前(qian)(qian),雙目怒視雙掌(zhang)(zhang)之間墻壁②行(xing)順(shun)式呼吸,鼻(bi)(bi)呼鼻(bi)(bi)吸。意守丹田(tian)內氣發動(dong)之后(hou)(hou),以(yi)(yi)鼻(bi)(bi)猛(meng)吸一口(kou)氣,然(ran)后(hou)(hou)以(yi)(yi)鼻(bi)(bi)腔猛(meng)地噴氣,同(tong)時收(shou)提(ti)肛門(men)以(yi)(yi)睪丸,十趾抓地,并以(yi)(yi)肩(jian)(jian)關(guan)節(jie)帶動(dong)肘關(guan)節(jie)在催動(dong)雙掌(zhang)(zhang)用掌(zhang)(zhang)
根(gen)向墻壁平行擊(ji)打(da)。在擊(ji)打(da)的同時(shi),雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)掌前仰,手指彎曲成鷹爪狀,意念內氣從丹田(tian)上升至膻(shan)中穴(xue)再分(fen)向雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)腋(ye)下,沿手臂內側貫注(zhu)入雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)掌后溪穴(xue)和勞宮(gong)穴(xue).③吸氣時(shi),全身放松(song),松(song)肛,松(song)睪丸(wan),意領雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)掌之(zhi)氣回(hui)歸丹田(tian).此式練習時(shi),務必遵循(xun)先輕后重(zhong),先慢(man)后快的原則,每次(ci)練習時(shi)以(yi)雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)掌根(gen)部發(fa)熱疼痛為止.尚有一練法,是以(yi)黑狗皮兩(liang)張,均如碗口大(da)小,懸掛于(yu)墻上,有毛(mao)面貼向墻,以(yi)雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)掌頻頻擊(ji)之(zhi).無狗皮亦(yi)可以(yi)紗(sha)紙兩(liang)張掛于(yu)墻上,如法習之(zhi),直至紗(sha)紙破爛(lan)穿洞時(shi),則另易以(yi)新紗(sha)紙練習.
11、達摩拂袖
先備好一個長、寬各60厘(li)米大的正方形砂袋,砂袋內(nei)充填以3/5的細鐵砂,2/5的綠(lv)豆和(he)花(hua)椒(jiao)(綠(lv)豆和(he)花(hua)椒(jiao)各為1/5),置放(fang)于一張(zhang)堅固的木(mu)凳上。
①練(lian)功(gong)時,馬步站立(li)于距木凳1尺遠的地方,兩手(shou)(shou)握拳抱于腰(yao)間,采用順(shun)式呼吸(xi),鼻(bi)吸(xi)口呼。先(xian)練(lian)右(you)手(shou)(shou),后練(lian)左手(shou)(shou).以(yi)鼻(bi)吸(xi)氣(qi),于吸(xi)氣(qi)末時,隨之閉氣(qi),上身右(you)轉,右(you)手(shou)(shou)臂向(xiang)后平(ping)直甩臂,右(you)拳變掌(zhang)(zhang)。②上動不停,上身向(xiang)左擰腰(yao)旋(xuan)轉,右(you)手(shou)(shou)繼續向(xiang)上。向(xiang)前、向(xiang)下以(yi)掌(zhang)(zhang)面拍打砂袋,掌(zhang)(zhang)心朝(chao)(chao)下,掌(zhang)(zhang)指朝(chao)(chao)前,同時,以(yi)口“哈”地發聲助力,收(shou)提肛門、睪(gao)丸,十(shi)趾抓地,意領丹田內(nei)氣(qi)上升膻中穴并經有腋下,沿(yan)右(you)手(shou)(shou)臂內(nei)側下注(zhu)右(you)掌(zhang)(zhang),全(quan)身氣(qi)力集中在右(you)手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)面上。此為順(shun)甩式。
③接(jie)上式,以(yi)鼻吸(xi)氣(qi),全身放松(song),松(song)肛,松(song)睪丸(wan),以(yi)意(yi)(yi)將右手(shou)(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)上的氣(qi)導引回(hui)丹(dan)田。同時,上身向(xiang)(xiang)左旋轉,右手(shou)(shou)(shou)直臂(bei)(bei)(bei)向(xiang)(xiang)左,向(xiang)(xiang)后甩(shuai)(shuai)臂(bei)(bei)(bei)。④上動(dong)不停,上身向(xiang)(xiang)右擰腰旋轉,右手(shou)(shou)(shou)繼續向(xiang)(xiang)上、向(xiang)(xiang)下以(yi)右掌(zhang)(zhang)背擊打砂袋(dai),同時,以(yi)口“哈”地發(fa)聲(sheng)助力,并收提肛門(men)和睪丸(wan)。十趾抓地,意(yi)(yi)領(ling)內氣(qi)從丹(dan)田上升至(zhi)(zhi)膻中穴,再經(jing)右腋下沿手(shou)(shou)(shou)臂(bei)(bei)(bei)內側下注右掌(zhang)(zhang),全身集(ji)中在右手(shou)(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)背上。此(ci)為反(fan)甩(shuai)(shuai)式。如此(ci)由(you)輕(qing)至(zhi)(zhi)重,由(you)慢到(dao)快(kuai)地反(fan)復順、反(fan)甩(shuai)(shuai)打至(zhi)(zhi)右手(shou)(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)發(fa)熱(re)、發(fa)紅,并覺疼痛難忍時即可停止。然后可易以(yi)左掌(zhang)(zhang)如法習(xi)之。每日(ri)寅時練功,多(duo)練赤可。練功畢,必須用外(wai)洗(xi)藥水(shui)洗(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)。
12、金剛砍柴
接上式(shi),方法與(yu)上同(tong),唯擊(ji)打的部位是掌的小指(zhi)(zhi)側(ce)和拇指(zhi)(zhi)側(ce)。順甩時(shi)以(yi)小指(zhi)(zhi)側(ce)擊(ji)打砂(sha)袋(dai),反甩時(shi),以(yi)拇指(zhi)(zhi)側(ce)擊(ji)打砂(sha)袋(dai),循環往復,左右手(shou)(shou)輪換打擊(ji)。練(lian)畢(bi),仍以(yi)藥水洗(xi)手(shou)(shou)。如此(ci)勤(qin)練(lian)5年后,再將砂(sha)袋(dai)內藥物倒出,裝入(ru)尖細(xi)的鐵砂(sha),依法操練(lian)3年,則(ze)金剛掌功夫(fu)乃成。
1.如(ru)果練(lian)丹(dan)田(tian)功(gong)法(fa)出現內氣散亂。可盤膝打坐(zuo)。以第一(yi)式的調氣法(fa),將內氣歸引入丹(dan)田(tian)丁一(yi)般練(lian)功(gong)者可在3至(zhi)6個月后自然打通小周天。
2.有病者不(bu)可(ke)修(xiu)習(xi)(xi)第三式(shi)(shi),因此(ci)式(shi)(shi)損耗真氣較大,應待病愈(yu)之后方可(ke)習(xi)(xi)之老年人僅練(lian)習(xi)(xi)第一式(shi)(shi)就(jiu)可(ke)起(qi)到(dao)養生之目的。
此功夫來自于少(shao)林(lin)七(qi)十二藝中(zhong)的第五十一藝螳(tang)(tang)螂(lang)爪,螳(tang)(tang)螂(lang)爪又名叫做大力金剛手。是少(shao)林(lin)七(qi)十二藝中(zhong)的硬功外壯法,屬(shu)陽剛之勁(jing),兼陰柔之勁(jing)路(lu)。是專練人身(shen)掌部的功夫。
螳螂爪(大力(li)金剛手)功夫在少林武術技擊中,起著重要(yao)作用,此功練成后,如與敵搏斗(dou)。
劈敵則(ze)傷其筋骨和內部(bu)臟腑(fu)。此(ci)功(gong)夫少林(lin)寺(si)歷代(dai)(dai)武僧習者俱(ju)多,如(ru)隋代(dai)(dai)子升(sheng),唐代(dai)(dai)靈隱,宋(song)代(dai)(dai)洪溫,元代(dai)(dai)智(zhi)聚,明代(dai)(dai)玄敬,清代(dai)(dai)靜樂(le)等高僧,皆對此(ci)術有較深的造詣。
