少(shao)林(lin)武(wu)功中(zhong)(zhong)最精湛的絕技。本(ben)不外傳,但少(shao)林(lin)寺(si)燒火小(xiao)工、俗家弟(di)子南宮遠卻在(zai)禪師(shi)暗中(zhong)(zhong)指點下(xia)掌握了其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)的奧秘,在(zai)三年(nian)一度的中(zhong)(zhong)秋比武(wu)時,用此(ci)(ci)功失(shi)手擊斃(bi)四(si)名師(shi)兄,從而引來(lai)殺身(shen)之禍。(見(jian)柳殘陽《南宮少(shao)俠(xia)傳》)諸(zhu)多武(wu)俠(xia)小(xiao)說作品中(zhong)(zhong)均將之稱為少(shao)林(lin)絕技,其(qi)(qi)實此(ci)(ci)功來(lai)自于(yu)少(shao)林(lin)七十二藝(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)的第五(wu)十一藝(yi)螳螂爪。
大力金剛掌屬南(nan)少林(lin)六(liu)大功夫絕技(ji)(ji)之一(yi)的手上(shang)硬(ying)氣功此功內外兼修。功成(cheng)后可開(kai)(kai)磚(zhuan)碎石,用(yong)于徒手技(ji)(ji)去威力無(wu)窮(qiong)。大力金剛掌與(yu)鐵砂掌有幾分相似之處,鐵砂掌同樣(yang)具有開(kai)(kai)磚(zhuan)裂石之功。
大(da)力金剛掌分三部修習。
一、丹田內功法
自(zi)然站立(li),雙(shuang)腳分(fen)開與肩(jian)同寬,雙(shuang)手自(zi)然垂故于(yu)雙(shuang)腿外側,站時(shi)含(han)胸拔(ba)背,雙(shuang)目平視,全身(shen)放(fang)松,用口將(jiang)(jiang)體(ti)內濁氣(qi)(qi)從O中呼出(chu)三次后,雙(shuang)腳微(wei)屈,似馬步狀雙(shuang)手呈抱球狀置于(yu)胸前,掌心相對,距離約50厘(li)米,十(shi)指(zhi)張開向內收.雙(shuang)肘(zhou)處距身(shen)約15厘(li)米左(zuo)右做(zuo)好(hao)上述(shu)要(yao)求后,將(jiang)(jiang)雙(shuang)目微(wei)合,開始調息,吸(xi)(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi)時(shi)存想天(tian)地(di)方物之精氣(qi)(qi)經(jing)雙(shuang)手勞(lao)宮穴(xue)、頭頂百(bai)會(hui)穴(xue)、雙(shuang)腳涌泉(quan)穴(xue)涌涌不斷地(di)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)入丹(dan)(dan)田(tian)(tian)呼氣(qi)(qi)時(shi)意想氣(qi)(qi)在丹(dan)(dan)田(tian)(tian)聚集、采(cai)用順式呼吸(xi)(xi)(xi)法、一(yi)呼一(yi)吸(xi)(xi)(xi),練習30分(fen)鐘初時(shi)樁(zhuang)可(ke)(ke)站高些,隨著功(gong)(gong)力的增加可(ke)(ke)逐漸(jian)站成低(di)樁(zhuang)(注(zhu):此(ci)功(gong)(gong)是強化式功(gong)(gong)法。練者(zhe)于(yu)練功(gong)(gong)三天(tian)后即可(ke)(ke)體(ti)會(hui)氣(qi)(qi)感,一(yi)般勞(lao)宮穴(xue)首先發熱。而后丹(dan)(dan)田(tian)(tian)穴(xue),部分(fen)鯨功(gong)(gong)者(zhe)會(hui)出(chu)現氣(qi)(qi)機在全身(shen)各部出(chu)現氣(qi)(qi)流感,此(ci)時(shi)繼續鯨下去(qu)。氣(qi)(qi)埂可(ke)(ke)沿經(jing)緒歸行至丹(dan)(dan)田(tian)(tian),練此(ci)功(gong)(gong)時(shi)不講(jiang)究(jiu)氣(qi)(qi)的運行。一(yi)般應順其自(zi)然為好(hao))
二、金剛推山掌
通過上述內動(dong)法的(de)(de)修煉(lian)后,學者可(ke)(ke)(ke)感覺(jue)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)機通暢。內氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)充盈,此(ci)時可(ke)(ke)(ke)將(jiang)雙腳(jiao)分開(kai)比(bi)肩略寬(kuan)。雙膝蹲成(cheng)弓(gong)步,雙目前(qian)視(shi)。舌抵上腭,腰(yao)背挺(ting)直,雙手握拳置于雙側,意(yi)守丹田,將(jiang)真氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)調聚成(cheng)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)團后,用(yong)口呼氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(發嗨(hai)聲),意(yi)想(xiang)丹田之(zhi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)右掌(zhang)(zhang)奔(ben)涌(yong)而出。同時右掌(zhang)(zhang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)前(qian)沖出,并(bing)掌(zhang)(zhang)指向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)上、掌(zhang)(zhang)心向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)前(qian),這期間應(ying)用(yong)足(zu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)力,接著閉氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)3至5秒后,掌(zhang)(zhang)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)外轉變成(cheng)拳狀(zhuang)收回置于腰(yao)間,后換(huan)左掌(zhang)(zhang)。練至純熟后可(ke)(ke)(ke)雙掌(zhang)(zhang)齊出、雙掌(zhang)(zhang)按地等(deng),此(ci)功(gong)貴在練習爆(bao)發力及(ji)丹田內氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)運行,有條件者亦可(ke)(ke)(ke)以掌(zhang)(zhang)擊打砂袋,砂袋重量從25公(gong)斤(jin)起逐漸增至乃公(gong)斤(jin)為度。
三、金剛臍碑手
此(ci)功(gong)(gong)即外(wai)家鐵砂(sha)掌(zhang)練(lian)法,練(lian)者置砂(sha)袋(dai)于凳上(砂(sha)袋(dai)內裝鐵砂(sha)),作馬步站立(li),以雙手黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)流擊打(da)砂(sha)袋(dai),每次力盡而止,,運氣(qi)法見金剛(gang)推山(shan)掌(zhang)一式,每次練(lian)功(gong)(gong)完畢之后(hou)應輔以用醋方洗(xi)手,方可使之事半(ban)功(gong)(gong)倍具(ju)體洗(xi)手方是(shi):取生(sheng)銹的(de)(de)(de)(de)鐵釘或(huo)鐵塊(kuai)5公斤將(jiang)其浸在(zai)(zai)(zai)醋中一星期后(hou),將(jiang)鐵釘等取出,例入少量烈性酒即成醋方。鯨功(gong)(gong)畢后(hou),將(jiang)雙手放在(zai)(zai)(zai)盆中浸洗(xi),藥水(shui)以溫熱(re)為佳(此(ci)法是(shi)一種(zhong)比較(jiao)經濟的(de)(de)(de)(de)簡便洗(xi)水(shui)方),學者切莫花費財(cai)力去購買貴重(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)藥方因功(gong)(gong)夫(fu)貴在(zai)(zai)(zai)勤學苦練(lian),高(gao)深的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)夫(fu)還取決于人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)悟(wu)性
后由(you)八寶門推(tui)出新大(da)力金(jin)剛掌,共(gong)十(shi)二式,練成伸手后可劈磚斷石。
1、蹲星伏虎
①面南背北(bei)直身站立,兩腿橫開與肩同(tong)寬,兩腳(jiao)平直,腳(jiao)尖稍里扣,雙(shuang)手(shou)(shou)下(xia)垂(chui)于(yu)(yu)(yu)兩大(da)腿外側,掌(zhang)(zhang)心相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)對,掌(zhang)(zhang)指(zhi)朝下(xia),下(xia)頦微收,百(bai)會上頂(ding),揚(yang)眉(mei)怒目,眼視正(zheng)前方。氣沉丹田,精神飽滿。按順呼(hu)吸(xi)法,鼻(bi)吸(xi)鼻(bi)呼(hu)。意念集中(zhong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)臍下(xia)丹田處;②按上式站立1分鐘(zhong)之后,雙(shuang)手(shou)(shou)由兩大(da)腿外側向前緩慢(man)提起與肩同(tong)高,掌(zhang)(zhang)心相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)對,掌(zhang)(zhang)指(zhi)朝前。隨后兩膝(xi)(xi)慢(man)慢(man)屈曲下(xia)蹲(dun),樁(zhuang)的高矮(ai)可根據(ju)各人的具體(ti)情況而定,膝(xi)(xi)蓋不要超過腳(jiao)尖。與此同(tong)時,兩手(shou)(shou)平行下(xia)落(luo)至于(yu)(yu)(yu)雙(shuang)乳平齊,兩小(xiao)臂相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)平行,間距(ju)2尺(chi)許(xu),肘尖向后,肘尖與肋下(xia)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)距(ju)約兩拳(quan)左右,手(shou)(shou)指(zhi)自(zi)然伸直張開,掌(zhang)(zhang)心相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)照(zhao),掌(zhang)(zhang)指(zhi)朝前,身軀正(zheng)直,臀部內斂,重心落(luo)于(yu)(yu)(yu)兩腳(jiao)足心涌泉穴連線(xian)之中(zhong)點上。全身肌肉,關節放(fang)松(song),呼(hu)吸(xi)柔(rou)和自(zi)然,不須(xu)要意守;③按上述方法練功15~~60分鐘(zhong)后,兩膝(xi)(xi)慢(man)慢(man)站直,雙(shuang)手(shou)(shou)回收垂(chui)直貼(tie)放(fang)于(yu)(yu)(yu)兩腿內側,約1分鐘(zhong)后,兩手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)互相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)搓擦(ca)至熱,以掌(zhang)(zhang)輕輕揩擦(ca)顏面部20余(yu)次。
練(lian)(lian)習本式時(shi),可以隨意(yi)言談,也可以看電(dian)影、電(dian)視或聽音樂。呼(hu)吸柔和自然,不順任何意(yi)守。練(lian)(lian)功從每次(ci)5分鐘開始,以后每周(zhou)增加5分鐘的(de)練(lian)(lian)功時(shi)間。初時(shi)感(gan)(gan)覺雙(shuang)(shuang)腿(tui)及雙(shuang)(shuang)臂(bei)酸脹(zhang)、困乏,繼之兩腿(tui)還會出現顫抖現象,此時(shi)可以調高樁式休息片刻再(zai)(zai)進行(xing)(xing)練(lian)(lian)習。如能堅持練(lian)(lian)至(zhi)每次(ci)站(zhan)樁15分鐘以上(shang)(shang)者,于(yu)每次(ci)練(lian)(lian)功時(shi),即可感(gan)(gan)到腹部(bu)首先(xian)發(fa)熱(re),須臾延至(zhi)腰(yao)背、胸、頭面、雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou),最(zui)后雙(shuang)(shuang)腿(tui)及雙(shuang)(shuang)足(zu)赤漸次(ci)發(fa)熱(re),雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)與雙(shuang)(shuang)足(zu)有明顯的(de)麻、酸、脹(zhang)、熱(re)的(de)感(gan)(gan)覺。堅持站(zhan)樁至(zhi)60天以上(shang)(shang)時(shi),于(yu)每次(ci)站(zhan)樁時(shi)即感(gan)(gan)覺體內(nei)的(de)內(nei)氣下(xia)注兩腿(tui)達雙(shuang)(shuang)足(zu)涌(yong)泉穴(xue),又(you)由(you)腳心返(fan)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)丹(dan)田,再(zai)(zai)向下(xia)行(xing)(xing)經(jing)會陰穴(xue),過尾閭,沿督(du)脈經(jing)頭頂百會穴(xue),再(zai)(zai)下(xia)行(xing)(xing)過承漿至(zhi)腹中穴(xue),又(you)分為兩股熱(re)流過液下(xia)沿手(shou)臂(bei)內(nei)側(ce)注入雙(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)心勞(lao)宮穴(xue),并直透十指尖過手(shou)背返(fan)回(hui)降(jiang)至(zhi)丹(dan)田處。
如此反復練習(xi),直至(zhi)每(mei)次站(zhan)樁內氣注入雙掌即(ji)出現掌心(xin)發熱(re),十指有強熱(re)的(de)觸電(dian)感覺時(shi),便可開始練習(xi)下式。
2、力按千斤
①兩(liang)腳橫開比肩略(lve)寬,兩(liang)腳平直(zhi),雙(shuang)(shuang)足尖稍里扣(kou),頸項(xiang)豎直(zhi),百會上(shang)頂(ding),沉肩松(song)(song)胯,下(xia)頦微收(shou),口(kou)微閉,舌尖緊舐上(shang)腭,雙(shuang)(shuang)目凝(ning)視正前方。兩(liang)手(shou)下(xia)垂分(fen)別置于兩(liang)大腿外側(ce)(ce),肘關節(jie)微曲,雙(shuang)(shuang)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)稍微外撐,掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)心向(xiang)下(xia),十(shi)指朝前。采(cai)用逆式(shi)呼(hu)吸,意(yi)念(nian)輕守丹田。②以(yi)鼻(bi)吸氣,并(bing)收(shou)提肛門(men)及睪丸;然后,以(yi)鼻(bi)呼(hu)氣,意(yi)領丹田內氣上(shang)升(sheng)至分(fen)膻中穴,并(bing)分(fen)作兩(liang)股經(jing)兩(liang)腋下(xia)沿手(shou)臂內側(ce)(ce)向(xiang)雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)心貫氣,同時(shi)(shi)放松(song)(song)肛門(men)和睪丸。十(shi)趾抓地,雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)用暗勁(jing)下(xia)按,十(shi)指上(shang)翹,全身(shen)之(zhi)氣力集(ji)中于雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)。吸氣時(shi)(shi),全身(shen)肌肉(rou)放松(song)(song)(除收(shou)縮睪丸及肛門(men)外)意(yi)念(nian)內氣從手(shou)臂外側(ce)(ce)上(shang)升(sheng)至頭(tou)部返歸丹田。此式(shi)共做(zuo)49次(ci)。
3、猛虎推山
接上式(shi),按逆式(shi)呼(hu)吸(xi)(xi)靜立調息1分鐘后,吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi),雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手同時向(xiang)后、向(xiang)上劃弧(hu)至兩肩前(qian),十(shi)指向(xiang)上,掌心(xin)向(xiang)前(qian),同時,收提肛門和睪丸,然后呼(hu)氣(qi)(qi),十(shi)趾猛抓地,全(quan)身(shen)之氣(qi)(qi)力集中在雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手上,雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)掌如推千(qian)斤重物向(xiang)前(qian)緩慢(man)推出(chu),意念內(nei)氣(qi)(qi)從雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)掌心(xin)及十(shi)指尖奔瀉(xie)而出(chu),呼(hu)氣(qi)(qi)時全(quan)身(shen)緊張,松肛,松睪丸。吸(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi)時雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手回收并(bing)向(xiang)右、向(xiang)上劃弧(hu)轉圈于(yu)肩前(qian),呼(hu)氣(qi)(qi)時雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)掌推出(chu)。如此反復共做49次(ci)。
4、鳳凰展翅
接上式(shi),采用(yong)逆式(shi)呼吸(xi),鼻呼鼻吸(xi)。吸(xi)氣(qi)(qi)時(shi)雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)小臂(bei)分(fen)別(bie)向(xiang)(xiang)左右兩側(ce)(ce)(ce)抬起(qi).肘尖向(xiang)(xiang)下,沉肩(jian)挺(ting)胸(xiong),雙(shuang)(shuang)掌高與(yu)肩(jian)平齊,掌心分(fen)向(xiang)(xiang)左右,手(shou)掌稍下墜,腕(wan)關節向(xiang)(xiang)背側(ce)(ce)(ce)凸起(qi),同時(shi)收提肛門及睪丸,然后(hou)十(shi)趾(zhi)抓(zhua)地(di),雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)如推千斤重物用(yong)力(li)向(xiang)(xiang)外(wai)推去,意念(nian)內氣(qi)(qi)從(cong)丹田上升至膻中(zhong)穴,再(zai)分(fen)向(xiang)(xiang)兩肩(jian)腋(ye)下沿手(shou)臂(bei)內側(ce)(ce)(ce)向(xiang)(xiang)十(shi)指(zhi)及掌心奔(ben)瀉。呼氣(qi)(qi)時(shi)全身放(fang)松(song),松(song)肛、松(song)睪丸,雙(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)收回(hui)(hui)如原來姿勢(shi),意領(ling)內氣(qi)(qi)從(cong)手(shou)臂(bei)外(wai)側(ce)(ce)(ce)上升過頭部返(fan)回(hui)(hui)丹田。共做49次。
5、海底撈沙
接(jie)上式,采用(yong)順式呼(hu)吸(xi),鼻呼(hu)鼻吸(xi)。吸(xi)氣(qi)時(shi)(shi)(shi)雙(shuang)臂(bei)下(xia)垂置于腹前,肘(zhou)關節略外(wai)撐,雙(shuang)手握拳(quan),拳(quan)面相對(dui),拳(quan)心向下(xia),意守丹田(tian).呼(hu)氣(qi)時(shi)(shi)(shi),慢慢彎腰,雙(shuang)拳(quan)變掌(zhang)(zhang),掌(zhang)(zhang)心向下(xia),掌(zhang)(zhang)指相對(dui),隨身體向下(xia)按壓,同時(shi)(shi)(shi)放(fang)松肛門(men),睪(gao)丸,至雙(shuang)掌(zhang)(zhang)心觸地(di)時(shi)(shi)(shi),氣(qi)剛好呼(hu)盡,意念內(nei)氣(qi)全部貫注入雙(shuang)掌(zhang)(zhang),然后雙(shuang)掌(zhang)(zhang)變拳(quan),如持千斤重物緩慢上提,上身徐徐直腰,同時(shi)(shi)(shi)吸(xi)氣(qi),提肛,手睪(gao)丸,意念內(nei)氣(qi)從雙(shuang)掌(zhang)(zhang)返回丹田(tian)。共做(zuo)49次。
6、攀星拿月
接上式,采(cai)用逆呼吸(xi)法(fa),鼻(bi)呼鼻(bi)吸(xi),吸(xi)氣(qi)時雙(shuang)掌如(ru)托千(qian)斤重物緩緩上舉過(guo)頭,掌指朝后,掌心向上,目視雙(shuang)掌,意念(nian)內(nei)(nei)氣(qi)全(quan)部上注雙(shuang)手(shou),同時,十趾抓(zhua)地,收提肛(gang)門及(ji)睪丸(wan)。于吸(xi)氣(qi)末(mo)時,喉(hou)頭配(pei)合吸(xi)氣(qi)動(dong)作吞入一口氣(qi),然(ran)后閉氣(qi),雙(shuang)掌變拳,雙(shuang)拳攢緊如(ru)拉扯(che)千(qian)斤重物徐徐下拉至(zhi)雙(shuang)側(ce)肩前。呼氣(qi)時全(quan)身放(fang)松,松肛(gang),松睪丸(wan)雙(shuang)拳,意領內(nei)(nei)氣(qi)回歸丹田。如(ru)此反復(fu)做49次。
7、鐵牛耕地
①雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)平行(xing)(xing)撐地(di)(di),掌心(xin)向下觸及地(di)(di)面(mian),雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)間與肩同(tong)寬,兩手(shou)(shou)(shou)臂(bei)伸(shen)直(zhi),雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)腳拼攏伸(shen)直(zhi),以(yi)腳趾尖著地(di)(di),腰(yao)(yao)胯盡量向方弓挫(cuo),臀部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)凸起,腹(fu)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)內(nei)收。采用順呼吸(xi)(xi)(xi)法(fa),鼻呼鼻吸(xi)(xi)(xi),精神內(nei)斂,注(zhu)(zhu)意力(li)集中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)于(yu)雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)掌心(xin)勞宮穴(xue)上(shang)(shang)(shang)。②均勻深(shen)長的吸(xi)(xi)(xi)入(ru)(ru)一(yi)(yi)口氣(qi)(qi)(qi),于(yu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)末時,以(yi)喉頭配合吸(xi)(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)吞(tun)入(ru)(ru)一(yi)(yi)口氣(qi)(qi)(qi),并以(yi)意導(dao)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)慢(man)(man)慢(man)(man)下沉至丹(dan)田,然(ran)后(hou)(hou)閉氣(qi)(qi)(qi),雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)肘關節(jie)屈(qu)曲,全身(shen)(shen)向前,向下探,以(yi)頭部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)接近(jin)地(di)(di)面(mian)而又未觸及地(di)(di)面(mian)為宜,隨之雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)足后(hou)(hou)蹬助力(li),同(tong)時身(shen)(shen)體塌腰(yao)(yao)并繼續(xu)向前,向下依次(ci)(ci)(ci)以(yi)胸、腹(fu)、胯等部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)位略近(jin)地(di)(di)面(mian)一(yi)(yi)滑而過。在身(shen)(shen)體下探運動(dong)(dong)(dong)的同(tong)時,以(yi)鼻腔均勻地(di)(di)噴(pen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),收提肛門及睪丸,平以(yi)意導(dao)引(yin)內(nei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)從下丹(dan)田上(shang)(shang)(shang)升至中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)丹(dan)田經(jing)雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)腋下,沿雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)臂(bei)內(nei)側(ce)(ce)向下貫注(zhu)(zhu)輸入(ru)(ru)雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)手(shou)(shou)(shou)掌心(xin)勞宮穴(xue)。③吸(xi)(xi)(xi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),同(tong)時頭部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)向上(shang)(shang)(shang)抬起,直(zhi)臂(bei)挺胸,腰(yao)(yao)胯部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)向后(hou)(hou)弓挫(cuo),臀部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)凸起,全身(shen)(shen)赤(chi)隨之后(hou)(hou)挫(cuo),恢(hui)復原來(lai)姿(zi)勢(shi),松(song)肛,松(song)睪丸,并意念內(nei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)從手(shou)(shou)(shou)臂(bei)外側(ce)(ce)返回丹(dan)田。如此(ci)前探后(hou)(hou)挫(cuo),循環往(wang)復,力(li)盡為止(zhi)。在練(lian)習當中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),注(zhu)(zhu)意動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)要(yao)與呼吸(xi)(xi)(xi)緊密配合,不要(yao)太慢(man)(man)或太快,動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)須連貫協調,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間不可停頓。初(chu)習此(ci)式十余(yu)次(ci)(ci)(ci)時,即覺力(li)疲氣(qi)(qi)(qi)涌,頭脹腰(yao)(yao)酸(suan)。但行(xing)(xing)之即久,次(ci)(ci)(ci)數可逐日增加,至每次(ci)(ci)(ci)行(xing)(xing)功(gong)百余(yu)次(ci)(ci)(ci)而力(li)不乏氣(qi)(qi)(qi)不涌時,再將雙(shuang)(shuang)(shuang)腳位置逐漸墊(dian)高(gao),又逾百余(yu)次(ci)(ci)(ci)后(hou)(hou),方以(yi)10公斤的石(shi)塊置于(yu)背(bei)上(shang)(shang)(shang)縛固,如法(fa)行(xing)(xing)動(dong)(dong)(dong),俟背(bei)上(shang)(shang)(shang)石(shi)塊增至50公斤仍(reng)可行(xing)(xing)功(gong)逾越50次(ci)(ci)(ci)以(yi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)方止(zhi)。
8、神氣掌
將蠟(la)(la)(la)燭(zhu)一支點(dian)燃,置于桌上(shang)立穩,練功者馬步站立與蠟(la)(la)(la)燭(zhu)相(xiang)距(ju)1米遠(yuan),頭頸正直,雙手抱拳于兩腰際上(shang)。雙目(mu)平視蠟(la)(la)(la)燭(zhu),接(jie)逆式(shi)呼(hu)吸,以鼻吸氣,收提肛(gang)門及睪(gao)(gao)丸(wan),然后將右拳變掌(zhang),向前(qian)直立掌(zhang)推出(圖134),同(tong)(tong)時以鼻噴氣,以意導(dao)引丹田內氣上(shang)升(sheng)膻中穴經(jing)腋下(xia),沿手臂內側下(xia)注右掌(zhang)心,并從右掌(zhang)心勞宮穴穿透而(er)出,同(tong)(tong)時放松肛(gang)門及睪(gao)(gao)丸(wan)。吸氣時,手臂回(hui)收,以意領氣從手臂外(wai)側上(shang)升(sheng)頭部返歸丹田。練至右手發(fa)(fa)酸,發(fa)(fa)脹時,則(ze)換以左掌(zhang)如(ru)法習之。待到一舉手發(fa)(fa)掌(zhang)即(ji)可(ke)將桌上(shang)點(dian)燃之蠟(la)(la)(la)燭(zhu)擊(ji)滅之后,在距(ju)蠟(la)(la)(la)燭(zhu)2米擊(ji)掌(zhang),又俟能將蠟(la)(la)(la)燭(zhu)燈(deng)(deng)擊(ji)滅后,再距(ju)蠟(la)(la)(la)燭(zhu)燈(deng)(deng)3米、4米、5米處發(fa)(fa)掌(zhang)幾(ji)擊(ji)燈(deng)(deng),如(ru)在距(ju)燈(deng)(deng)5米外(wai)仍可(ke)將蠟(la)(la)(la)燭(zhu)燈(deng)(deng)擊(ji)滅,則(ze)大力金(jin)剛掌(zhang)之內氣神(shen)力初其,即(ji)可(ke)操(cao)練下(xia)式(shi)。
9、如來手式
以兩(liang)張長,寬各50厘米的砂紙置于桌(zhuo)上(shang),雙手(shou)掌(zhang)貼放于桌(zhuo)面(mian)(mian)砂紙上(shang)。采用(yong)順(shun)式呼(hu)吸,鼻呼(hu)鼻吸。用(yong)雙掌(zhang)面(mian)(mian)和(he)雙掌(zhang)小指側擊打(da)(da)(da)紗(sha)(sha)紙,擊打(da)(da)(da)時手(shou)臂不(bu)動,以手(shou)腕帶動手(shou)掌(zhang)擊打(da)(da)(da),同時呼(hu)氣,并以意(yi)領氣貫達(da)雙掌(zhang),收(shou)提肛門和(he)睪(gao)丸。收(shou)掌(zhang)時吸氣,并以意(yi)領回歸(gui)丹田,放松(song)肛門、睪(gao)丸。每日(ri)將(jiang)紗(sha)(sha)紙打(da)(da)(da)至破爛穿洞時,次日(ri)另(ling)更以新紗(sha)(sha)紙擊打(da)(da)(da)。
10、金剛排上
①直(zhi)身站立,面(mian)對墻壁,身體與(yu)墻壁的間(jian)距(ju)為自身肩關節至腕關節長,雙(shuang)足橫開(kai)與(yu)肩同寬,兩腳平直(zhi)腳尖稍里扣,百會上頂,口微閉,雙(shuang)手略曲臂前(qian)伸,以(yi)(yi)(yi)掌指(zhi)抵(di)住墻壁,腕關節與(yu)雙(shuang)乳平直(zhi),雙(shuang)掌十(shi)指(zhi)自然伸張,掌心向(xiang)下,掌指(zhi)朝(chao)前(qian),雙(shuang)目怒視雙(shuang)掌之間(jian)墻壁②行順式呼(hu)吸(xi),鼻呼(hu)鼻吸(xi)。意守丹田內氣發(fa)動(dong)之后,以(yi)(yi)(yi)鼻猛吸(xi)一口氣,然后以(yi)(yi)(yi)鼻腔(qiang)猛地噴氣,同時收提肛(gang)門以(yi)(yi)(yi)睪丸,十(shi)趾抓(zhua)地,并(bing)以(yi)(yi)(yi)肩關節帶動(dong)肘關節在(zai)催(cui)動(dong)雙(shuang)掌用掌
根向(xiang)墻(qiang)壁平行擊(ji)(ji)打。在擊(ji)(ji)打的同(tong)時,雙(shuang)掌(zhang)前仰,手指彎(wan)曲成鷹爪狀,意念內氣從丹田上升至膻中穴再分(fen)向(xiang)雙(shuang)腋下,沿(yan)手臂內側(ce)貫注入(ru)雙(shuang)掌(zhang)后溪穴和勞宮穴.③吸(xi)氣時,全身放(fang)松,松肛(gang),松睪丸,意領(ling)雙(shuang)掌(zhang)之(zhi)氣回歸丹田.此式練(lian)習(xi)時,務必遵循先輕(qing)后重,先慢后快(kuai)的原則(ze),每(mei)次(ci)練(lian)習(xi)時以(yi)雙(shuang)掌(zhang)根部發熱疼(teng)痛為止.尚有(you)一練(lian)法,是(shi)以(yi)黑狗皮兩(liang)張,均如碗口大小,懸掛(gua)于墻(qiang)上,有(you)毛面貼向(xiang)墻(qiang),以(yi)雙(shuang)掌(zhang)頻(pin)頻(pin)擊(ji)(ji)之(zhi).無(wu)狗皮亦可(ke)以(yi)紗(sha)紙(zhi)兩(liang)張掛(gua)于墻(qiang)上,如法習(xi)之(zhi),直至紗(sha)紙(zhi)破爛穿洞時,則(ze)另易以(yi)新紗(sha)紙(zhi)練(lian)習(xi).
11、達摩拂袖
先備好(hao)一(yi)個(ge)長、寬各60厘米大(da)的(de)(de)正方形砂袋(dai),砂袋(dai)內充填(tian)以(yi)3/5的(de)(de)細鐵砂,2/5的(de)(de)綠豆和(he)花椒(綠豆和(he)花椒各為1/5),置放于一(yi)張(zhang)堅固的(de)(de)木(mu)凳上(shang)。
①練功時(shi),馬步站立于距(ju)木凳1尺遠(yuan)的地方,兩手(shou)握拳抱于腰間(jian),采(cai)用(yong)順(shun)式呼(hu)吸,鼻吸口呼(hu)。先練右(you)(you)手(shou),后練左手(shou).以(yi)(yi)(yi)鼻吸氣(qi)(qi)(qi),于吸氣(qi)(qi)(qi)末時(shi),隨之閉氣(qi)(qi)(qi),上(shang)(shang)身右(you)(you)轉,右(you)(you)手(shou)臂向(xiang)(xiang)后平直甩臂,右(you)(you)拳變掌(zhang)(zhang)。②上(shang)(shang)動不停,上(shang)(shang)身向(xiang)(xiang)左擰腰旋轉,右(you)(you)手(shou)繼續向(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)(shang)。向(xiang)(xiang)前(qian)、向(xiang)(xiang)下以(yi)(yi)(yi)掌(zhang)(zhang)面拍打砂袋,掌(zhang)(zhang)心朝下,掌(zhang)(zhang)指朝前(qian),同時(shi),以(yi)(yi)(yi)口“哈(ha)”地發聲助(zhu)力,收提肛門、睪丸,十(shi)趾抓地,意領(ling)丹田內(nei)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)上(shang)(shang)升膻中(zhong)穴并經有(you)腋下,沿右(you)(you)手(shou)臂內(nei)側下注右(you)(you)掌(zhang)(zhang),全身氣(qi)(qi)(qi)力集(ji)中(zhong)在右(you)(you)手(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)面上(shang)(shang)。此(ci)為順(shun)甩式。
③接上(shang)式,以鼻吸氣(qi),全(quan)身(shen)放松,松肛,松睪丸,以意將右(you)(you)(you)(you)手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)上(shang)的氣(qi)導引回(hui)丹(dan)田。同時(shi),上(shang)身(shen)向(xiang)左旋轉,右(you)(you)(you)(you)手(shou)(shou)直臂(bei)向(xiang)左,向(xiang)后甩臂(bei)。④上(shang)動不停(ting),上(shang)身(shen)向(xiang)右(you)(you)(you)(you)擰腰(yao)旋轉,右(you)(you)(you)(you)手(shou)(shou)繼續(xu)向(xiang)上(shang)、向(xiang)下以右(you)(you)(you)(you)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)背擊打砂袋,同時(shi),以口“哈”地發聲助(zhu)力,并收提肛門和(he)睪丸。十(shi)趾抓(zhua)地,意領內氣(qi)從丹(dan)田上(shang)升至(zhi)膻中穴,再經右(you)(you)(you)(you)腋下沿手(shou)(shou)臂(bei)內側下注右(you)(you)(you)(you)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang),全(quan)身(shen)集(ji)中在右(you)(you)(you)(you)手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)背上(shang)。此為反(fan)甩式。如此由(you)輕至(zhi)重,由(you)慢到快地反(fan)復順、反(fan)甩打至(zhi)右(you)(you)(you)(you)手(shou)(shou)掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)發熱、發紅,并覺疼痛難忍時(shi)即可(ke)(ke)停(ting)止。然后可(ke)(ke)易以左掌(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)如法習之。每日寅時(shi)練(lian)功,多(duo)練(lian)赤可(ke)(ke)。練(lian)功畢(bi),必須(xu)用外洗藥(yao)水洗手(shou)(shou)。
12、金剛砍柴
接上(shang)式(shi),方法與上(shang)同,唯(wei)擊(ji)打(da)(da)的部(bu)位(wei)是掌的小指(zhi)側和(he)拇指(zhi)側。順(shun)甩(shuai)時以小指(zhi)側擊(ji)打(da)(da)砂袋,反甩(shuai)時,以拇指(zhi)側擊(ji)打(da)(da)砂袋,循環往復(fu),左右手輪換打(da)(da)擊(ji)。練畢,仍(reng)以藥水洗手。如此勤練5年(nian)后,再將砂袋內藥物倒(dao)出,裝(zhuang)入尖(jian)細的鐵砂,依法操練3年(nian),則金剛掌功夫乃(nai)成。
1.如果練丹田功(gong)法出現內氣散亂(luan)。可盤膝(xi)打坐。以第(di)一式的調(diao)氣法,將內氣歸引入丹田丁(ding)一般(ban)練功(gong)者可在(zai)3至6個(ge)月(yue)后自然打通小周天(tian)。
2.有(you)病者不可(ke)修習第三式(shi),因此式(shi)損耗真氣較大,應(ying)待(dai)病愈(yu)之后方(fang)可(ke)習之老(lao)年人僅(jin)練習第一(yi)式(shi)就(jiu)可(ke)起到養生之目(mu)的。
此功夫來自(zi)于(yu)少(shao)林(lin)七十(shi)二(er)藝中(zhong)的第五十(shi)一藝螳螂爪,螳螂爪又名叫做大力金剛手。是少(shao)林(lin)七十(shi)二(er)藝中(zhong)的硬(ying)功外壯(zhuang)法,屬陽剛之勁,兼陰柔之勁路(lu)。是專練人身掌(zhang)部的功夫。
螳螂爪(大力(li)金剛(gang)手(shou))功夫在(zai)少林武術技擊中(zhong),起著重(zhong)要作用,此功練(lian)成后,如與敵(di)搏斗。
劈敵則傷其筋(jin)骨和內部臟(zang)腑。此功夫少林寺歷代武僧習者俱多,如(ru)隋(sui)代子升,唐(tang)代靈隱,宋代洪溫,元代智聚,明代玄敬,清代靜樂等高僧,皆對(dui)此術有較深的造(zao)詣。
