中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)市(shi)濠(hao)頭中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)創建(jian)于1944年,是中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)較早(zao)的四所中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)之一。建(jian)校(xiao)伊(yi)始名(ming)為“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)縣五峰(feng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)”;解放初更名(ming)為“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)縣第四初級中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)”;1957年增(zeng)設高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),改名(ming)為“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)縣濠(hao)頭中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)”;1983年中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)建(jian)市(shi),定名(ming)為“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)市(shi)濠(hao)頭中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)”。1996年,復(fu)辦普高(gao)。1997年,擇現(xian)址遷建(jian)。
2004年(nian)(nian)4月,學(xue)校(xiao)通過市一級(ji)學(xue)校(xiao)評估驗收(shou)。2006年(nian)(nian)12月,躋(ji)身廣(guang)東(dong)省(sheng)一級(ji)學(xue)校(xiao)行列(lie)。2010年(nian)(nian)12月,廣(guang)東(dong)省(sheng)普(pu)通高(gao)中(zhong)教(jiao)學(xue)水平評估獲優秀等級(ji)。2012年(nian)(nian)4月通過廣(guang)東(dong)省(sheng)國家級(ji)示(shi)(shi)范(fan)性普(pu)通高(gao)中(zhong)初期(qi)(qi)督導驗收(shou)。2013年(nian)(nian)1月通過廣(guang)東(dong)省(sheng)國家級(ji)示(shi)(shi)范(fan)性普(pu)通高(gao)中(zhong)終期(qi)(qi)督導驗收(shou),躋(ji)身廣(guang)東(dong)省(sheng)國家級(ji)示(shi)(shi)范(fan)性普(pu)通高(gao)中(zhong)行列(lie)。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校現有教(jiao)(jiao)師281名,79人(ren)(ren)(ren)取得碩士研究生以上(shang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)歷,專任(ren)教(jiao)(jiao)師學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)歷達標率為100%;中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)高(gao)級(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)師75人(ren)(ren)(ren),中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)一(yi)級(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)師128人(ren)(ren)(ren)。整個(ge)教(jiao)(jiao)師隊伍,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科齊全(quan),結構(gou)合理,師德純正,名師引領,業(ye)務優良,充滿活力(li)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校共(gong)開(kai)設74個(ge)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)班,在校學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生3869人(ren)(ren)(ren),其中,高(gao)中班60個(ge),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生3188人(ren)(ren)(ren);初中班14個(ge),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生681人(ren)(ren)(ren)。

濠(hao)頭(tou)(tou)中學是一所(suo)歷史(shi)悠久(jiu)的學校,她從1944年創(chuang)校以來,走過了(le)近(jin)七十(shi)年的崢嶸歲月,其(qi)間歷經滄桑,風雨兼(jian)程(cheng),從小到大(da),由弱轉強(qiang),始(shi)終與(yu)(yu)祖(zu)國同行,與(yu)(yu)時代同步(bu),與(yu)(yu)改革共(gong)進,與(yu)(yu)光(guang)榮相伴。春華秋(qiu)實,薪(xin)火(huo)相傳,濠(hao)頭(tou)(tou)中學培養出大(da)批(pi)國家棟梁,描繪了(le)現代教育的藍(lan)圖。
一九(jiu)四(si)四(si)年八月,“中(zhong)山縣私立五(wu)峰中(zhong)學”正式成(cheng)(cheng)立,選址濠頭(tou)鄭氏大(da)宗祠,學校(xiao)招(zhao)收兩個(ge)班(ban)九(jiu)十余人(ren),生(sheng)源主(zhu)要來(lai)自(zi)附近的濠頭(tou)、沙邊(bian)、陵(ling)崗、朗尾等(deng)村(cun),首屆校(xiao)長(chang)由鄭彼岸(濠頭(tou)村(cun)人(ren))先(xian)生(sheng)擔任。創辦初期,正處于抗(kang)日(ri)戰爭年代,學校(xiao)的思想教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)主(zhu)要是(shi)對學生(sheng)進行(xing)抗(kang)日(ri)救國、愛國主(zhu)義(yi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),學校(xiao)按照中(zhong)華民國教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部頒發的國民教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學計(ji)劃(hua),開設國文、算術(珠算)、代數、幾何、歷史、地理、美術等(deng)科目,學生(sheng)考核成(cheng)(cheng)績實施百分制。
解(jie)放(fang)后(hou),五(wu)峰(feng)(feng)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)收歸國(guo)有顧為公辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)。一九五(wu)三年六月,中(zhong)山(shan)縣(xian)政府(fu)委(wei)派鄭健擔(dan)任校(xiao)長。八月,五(wu)峰(feng)(feng)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)與(yu)南(nan)朗欖(lan)邊中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)合并,命名為“中(zhong)山(shan)縣(xian)四(si)區中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”。一九五(wu)四(si)年七(qi)月,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)又更(geng)名為“中(zhong)山(shan)縣(xian)第四(si)初級中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”。這期間(jian),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)招生規模有所(suo)擴大,師資力(li)量有所(suo)增(zeng)強,校(xiao)舍也得以擴建。盡管當時條件艱苦,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)環境惡劣,廣大師生仍然努(nu)力(li)工作、勤奮學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)在(zai)(zai)連續幾年的(de)升高中(zhong)和(he)中(zhong)專考(kao)試中(zhong)取得優異成績,在(zai)(zai)全縣(xian)名列前茅(mao)。
一(yi)(yi)(yi)九五八年(nian)(nian)八月(yue),學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)校(xiao)名更改(gai)為(wei)“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)縣濠頭(tou)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)”,由(you)單一(yi)(yi)(yi)的(de)初(chu)級(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)成為(wei)完全中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue),首屆(jie)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)年(nian)(nian)級(ji)招(zhao)收新生(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)班60人(ren)左右。初(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)招(zhao)生(sheng)范圍進(jin)一(yi)(yi)(yi)步擴大:東(dong)至南(nan)朗、西至石岐區(qu)柏山(shan)、南(nan)至東(dong)區(qu)環(huan)城(cheng)、五桂山(shan)鎮幾十(shi)個(ge)村。盡(jin)管當時張家邊(bian)公社(she)轄區(qu)面(mian)積龐大,作(zuo)為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山(shan)縣四所(suo)老校(xiao)之一(yi)(yi)(yi)的(de)濠頭(tou)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)卻是社(she)內僅有的(de)一(yi)(yi)(yi)所(suo)全日制中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue),可(ke)見其地位舉足輕(qing)重。一(yi)(yi)(yi)九六一(yi)(yi)(yi)年(nian)(nian),首屆(jie)高(gao)三(san)(san)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)畢業,有20多(duo)(duo)人(ren)考(kao)上(shang)大中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專院(yuan)校(xiao),初(chu)三(san)(san)年(nian)(nian)級(ji)五個(ge)班60多(duo)(duo)人(ren)考(kao)上(shang)重點高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。由(you)于連(lian)續(xu)三(san)(san)年(nian)(nian)自然災害,經濟(ji)陷入(ru)困境(jing),濠頭(tou)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)不(bu)得不(bu)停辦(ban)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)將在(zai)校(xiao)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)分(fen)流到紀中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、一(yi)(yi)(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、龍(long)山(shan)等幾間縣辦(ban)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)就讀,直到一(yi)(yi)(yi)九六八年(nian)(nian)八月(yue)底復(fu)辦(ban)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。
在(zai)十年(nian)文革動亂期(qi)間,學(xue)校正常的教學(xue)秩序被打亂,教師受到(dao)嚴重沖擊,教學(xue)質量(liang)一(yi)落千丈,思想教育工作和教學(xue)管理一(yi)度出(chu)現停(ting)滯(zhi)或癱瘓(huan)狀態。
十(shi)一屆三(san)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)全會召開(kai)后(hou),學(xue)校被“批斗”過的(de)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)獲得(de)平反,恢復了他們(men)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)資格,壓在教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)身上的(de)沉重包袱終于放下來了。教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)們(men)在思(si)想上得(de)到真正解放,以從來沒有(you)過的(de)輕松愉快心(xin)情投入工(gong)作中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)去。學(xue)校開(kai)始抓教(jiao)學(xue)質量(liang),上課轉入正規化,校舍得(de)到全面維修(xiu)。一九(jiu)(jiu)七八年(nian)九(jiu)(jiu)月學(xue)校取消初中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)兩年(nian)制(zhi)(zhi),實施三(san)年(nian)制(zhi)(zhi);一九(jiu)(jiu)八一年(nian)學(xue)校高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部(bu)改(gai)為職業(ye)技術高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部(bu)。一九(jiu)(jiu)八四年(nian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山縣(xian)撤縣(xian)建市,“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山縣(xian)濠頭(tou)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)” 隨之更名為“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山市濠頭(tou)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)”。
一(yi)九九六年(nian),隨著普及高(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)教育步伐的(de)(de)(de)加快,在開(kai)發區黨委、管(guan)委的(de)(de)(de)積極爭取(qu)之下,濠(hao)頭中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)復辦普高(gao)(gao),恢復了(le)(le)(le)完全中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)建制。次年(nian),開(kai)發區黨委、管(guan)委又審時(shi)度勢,高(gao)(gao)瞻(zhan)遠矚,一(yi)次性(xing)投資5000余萬元,一(yi)舉(ju)搬遷了(le)(le)(le)濠(hao)頭中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)。遷建后的(de)(de)(de)濠(hao)頭中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue),充滿了(le)(le)(le)濃郁(yu)的(de)(de)(de)現代化氣息。體育館(guan)(guan)、圖書(shu)館(guan)(guan)、食堂建筑格調高(gao)(gao)雅(ya)、設備齊全,提供了(le)(le)(le)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)強身健體的(de)(de)(de)場所,滿足了(le)(le)(le)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)對知識的(de)(de)(de)渴求,改善了(le)(le)(le)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)活質量;學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)悉心營(ying)造(zao)的(de)(de)(de)和諧的(de)(de)(de)人文環境,讓每個同(tong)學(xue)(xue)漫步校(xiao)園(yuan)神清氣爽,身心舒暢;教工(gong)宿舍樓的(de)(de)(de)落成(cheng)在很大(da)程度上緩解了(le)(le)(le)部分教師的(de)(de)(de)購(gou)房壓力,消(xiao)除了(le)(le)(le)他們的(de)(de)(de)后顧之憂。高(gao)(gao)考(kao)成(cheng)績芝麻(ma)開(kai)花——節節高(gao)(gao),不斷有新的(de)(de)(de)突(tu)破。在二(er)00二(er)的(de)(de)(de)“3+x”高(gao)(gao)考(kao)中(zhong)(zhong)鄭雪雅(ya)同(tong)學(xue)(xue)摘取(qu)了(le)(le)(le)中(zhong)(zhong)山市(shi)歷史單(dan)科狀元的(de)(de)(de)桂冠,一(yi)時(shi)傳為佳(jia)話,令兄弟學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)刮目(mu)相看(kan)。

學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)現(xian)有教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)281名(ming),79人(ren)(ren)取得碩士(shi)研究(jiu)生(sheng)以上學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)歷,專任(ren)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)歷達(da)標率為100%;中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)高級(ji)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)75人(ren)(ren),中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)一(yi)級(ji)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)128人(ren)(ren)。整個(ge)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)隊伍(wu),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)齊全(quan),結構合理,師(shi)(shi)德純正,名(ming)師(shi)(shi)引領(ling),業務優良,充滿活(huo)力。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)共(gong)開設(she)74個(ge)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)班,在(zai)校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)3869人(ren)(ren),其中(zhong),高中(zhong)班60個(ge),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)3188人(ren)(ren);初(chu)中(zhong)班14個(ge),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)681人(ren)(ren)。
