藥王孫(sun)思邈在“千金要(yao)方,食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)療”中指出“藥(yao)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)同(tong)源,醫食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)互(hu)補(bu)”,“安(an)身(shen)在體(ti),必資(zi)于食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)”,提倡“食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)能(neng)排(pai)邪(xie)而安(an)臟腑(fu),悅神爽氣,以資(zi)血(xue)氣。若能(neng)用食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)平(ping)疴(ke),可謂良工”。推崇“補(bu)之(zhi)(zhi)以味者,莫若以飲食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)補(bu)之(zhi)(zhi)”,“藥(yao)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)兩攻,則病(bing)無逃矣”藥(yao)王孫(sun)思邈這些防(fang)病(bing)養身(shen)、藥(yao)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)互(hu)補(bu)、追求健康的(de)養生觀念,開發養生膳食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)是以實物和藥(yao)性材料恰(qia)當(dang)結合,藥(yao)借食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)力(li)、食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)助藥(yao)威,是食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)補(bu)滋養的(de)首選,尤其適合氣血(xue)虛虧、體(ti)弱的(de)人食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用,相傳有體(ti)質欠佳的(de)人連續食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用后,面部(bu)紅潤(run),走路(lu)生風。
