2、工作流程說明
當物體放在秤盤(pan)上時(shi),壓力施給傳感(gan)器(qi),該傳感(gan)器(qi)發(fa)(fa)生形變,從而(er)使阻抗發(fa)(fa)生變化,同時(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)電壓發(fa)(fa)生變化,輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)一個變化的模擬信(xin)號(hao)。該信(xin)號(hao)經(jing)放大電路放大輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)到(dao)模數轉換器(qi)。轉換成便于處理的數字(zi)信(xin)號(hao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)到(dao)CPU運(yun)算控制。CPU根據鍵(jian)盤(pan)命令以及(ji)程序將這種結果輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)到(dao)顯(xian)(xian)示器(qi)。直至顯(xian)(xian)示這種結果。
二、電子衡器的產品種類
1、汽車衡

2、電子吊秤
電(dian)子吊(diao)(diao)秤(cheng)是使物體處于懸掛狀態進行(xing)其質量(重量)計量的電(dian)子衡器,稱(cheng)之(zhi)為(wei)電(dian)子吊(diao)(diao)秤(cheng)。要求使用(yong)場合必須有電(dian)葫(hu)蘆,一(yi)般用(yong)于鋼鐵廠(chang)、卷板廠(chang)、煉鋼廠(chang)、碼頭等。執行(xing)最(zui)新行(xing)業標準。
3、電子叉車秤
搬運和稱重同時作業的電子秤,特別適用(yong)鐵路、公路、商貿、工礦等物(wu)流作業中的(de)貨物(wu)的(de)稱量。秤臺(tai)由液壓(ya)手動搬運機(ji)構和稱重元件(jian)組(zu)成液壓(ya)驅動秤臺(tai)升(sheng)降(jiang),人工推行車(che)輛(liang)運行。
