熱熔器焊接水管使用方法
一般來說(shuo),pe管熱熔連接適用于管徑>=dn63的pe管(guan)(guan)材,方(fang)(fang)法是用(yong)熱熔機對管(guan)(guan)材進(jin)行(xing)焊(han)(han)接(jie),速度快成(cheng)本低(di),適用(yong)于pe給(gei)水管(guan)(guan)及pe燃(ran)氣(qi)管(guan)(guan)。相關熱熔焊(han)(han)接(jie)的方(fang)(fang)法及注意方(fang)(fang)法如(ru)下(xia):
pe管(guan)(guan)熱(re)(re)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)即聚乙烯管(guan)(guan)道系統的熱(re)(re)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)方式有熱(re)(re)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)對接(jie)(jie)(jie)(包括鞍形連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie))和熱(re)(re)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)承(cheng)插連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)。熱(re)(re)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)承(cheng)插連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)適合(he)于直徑比(bi)較(jiao)(jiao)小的管(guan)(guan)材(cai)管(guan)(guan)件(一般直徑在DN63毫米(mi)以下),因為直徑小的管(guan)(guan)材(cai)管(guan)(guan)件管(guan)(guan)壁較(jiao)(jiao)薄(bo),截面較(jiao)(jiao)小,采(cai)用(yong)對接(jie)(jie)(jie)不(bu)易(yi)保證質量。熱(re)(re)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)對接(jie)(jie)(jie)適合(he)于直徑比(bi)較(jiao)(jiao)大的管(guan)(guan)材(cai)管(guan)(guan)件,比(bi)承(cheng)插連(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)用(yong)料省,易(yi)制(zhi)造,并且因為在熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)接(jie)(jie)(jie)前切去(qu)氧化(hua)表面層(ceng),熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)接(jie)(jie)(jie)壓力(li)可以控制(zhi),質量較(jiao)(jiao)易(yi)保證。從發(fa)展動向看(kan),采(cai)用(yong)熱(re)(re)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)對接(jie)(jie)(jie)是主(zhu)流。
試驗證明(ming)采用(yong)不(bu)同(tong)牌(pai)號的聚乙烯(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)材(cai)專用(yong)料(liao)(liao)(符合(he)標(biao)(biao)準的,熔(rong)體流(liu)動速率MFR相差不(bu)大的)制造的管(guan)(guan)材(cai)管(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)之間(jian)是可以熱熔(rong)連接的。但因為國(guo)內生產的聚乙烯(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)材(cai)管(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)常常采用(yong)的材(cai)料(liao)(liao)并不(bu)是完全符合(he)標(biao)(biao)準的管(guan)(guan)材(cai)專用(yong)料(liao)(liao),所以在需(xu)要用(yong)不(bu)同(tong)品牌(pai)和批號的聚乙烯(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)材(cai)管(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)熱熔(rong)連接時,建議要先經過試驗和檢測(ce)。
熱熔設備-熱熔機。聚(ju)乙(yi)烯管道系統的熱(re)熔連(lian)接的工藝和(he)設備(工具)都比較(jiao)簡(jian)單。近年各地鋪設聚(ju)乙(yi)烯管道工程(cheng)中在(zai)連(lian)接處出毛病(bing)的不(bu)少。難點(dian)在(zai)現(xian)場對(dui)于熱(re)熔連(lian)接的質量(liang)(liang)難以檢測(ce)(ce)(在(zai)不(bu)破壞連(lian)接的條件下)。國外在(zai)探(tan)索對(dui)于熱(re)熔連(lian)接的質量(liang)(liang)采用(yong)超聲(sheng)波檢測(ce)(ce),但是現(xian)場使用(yong)還沒有普(pu)及,目前一般在(zai)現(xian)場還是靠‘視覺檢測(ce)(ce)’。
熱熔連接(jie)(jie)質量穩(wen)定的保證主要是依靠嚴格遵守(shou)規(gui)定的操作(zuo)規(gui)程(cheng)(特別(bie)是要嚴格控制好溫(wen)度、壓(ya)力和時間三個(ge)參數)。建議聚乙烯管材管件生產企業(ye)根據有關規(gui)范(比(bi)較(jiao)原則的規(gui)定)通(tong)過試驗和檢測(結合采(cai)用的熱熔連接(jie)(jie)設備特性)制定出(chu)適合本(ben)企業(ye)管材管件的比(bi)較(jiao)詳細的操作(zuo)規(gui)程(cheng)。并通(tong)過培訓和咨詢(xun)幫助施(shi)工者掌握操作(zuo)規(gui)程(cheng)。
