防爆主令電器類

在復雜的(de)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)過程中往往會遇到許多的(de)特(te)殊(shu)(shu)要(yao)(yao)求,對此需(xu)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)出特(te)殊(shu)(shu)的(de)防(fang)爆(bao)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)。由于此類(lei)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)量少,要(yao)(yao)求特(te)殊(shu)(shu),屬非標準類(lei)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin),因此將(jiang)其(qi)歸納為防(fang)爆(bao)其(qi)它類(lei)。主要(yao)(yao)有電(dian)工(gong)儀表(biao)、溫度(du)變送器(qi)(qi)、壓力(li)變送器(qi)(qi)、速度(du)變送器(qi)(qi)、液位計、定量控制(zhi)儀、點火裝(zhuang)置、攝像機等產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)。這(zhe)些(xie)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)基本上是以生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)而制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)的(de),盡管其(qi)性能要(yao)(yao)求各不相(xiang)同,但大部(bu)分產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)為金屬制(zhi)作(zuo)的(de)外殼,其(qi)型(xing)式為隔爆(bao)型(xing)或增安(an)型(xing)結構(gou),也有很少一部(bu)分產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin)為本質(zhi)安(an)全型(xing)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)(pin),其(qi)工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)壓和(he)工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)流一般都比較低,防(fang)爆(bao)等級為ⅡCT6級。

以(yi)上將工廠用防爆電器產(chan)品(pin)大(da)致(zhi)分(fen)為十二大(da)類(lei),以(yi)求(qiu)得對這些(xie)產(chan)品(pin)有一個比較(jiao)清晰的理性認識。上述(shu)分(fen)類(lei)可能有遺漏或(huo)不全面的地方。

應當指出的(de)是:還有(you)一(yi)些(xie)產(chan)品(pin)(pin),如變(bian)徑接頭(tou)(tou)、密封接頭(tou)(tou)、管(guan)接頭(tou)(tou)、活接頭(tou)(tou)、撓(nao)性連(lian)接管(guan)等產(chan)品(pin)(pin),很多制(zhi)造廠將它們也(ye)列為防爆(bao)產(chan)品(pin)(pin),這是一(yi)個錯誤認識(shi)。這些(xie)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)只(zhi)能稱之為防爆(bao)電器產(chan)品(pin)(pin)的(de)輔助件(jian)。因此,這里的(de)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)分類(lei)沒有(you)包括這些(xie)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)。

民用防爆產品

根據(ju)在實際(ji)生活中的(de)需要,在民用上也(ye)需要一些(xie)防(fang)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)產品,這類產品比較(jiao)雜,所以歸一為民用防(fang)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)產品,主(zhu)要有(you)防(fang)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)三輪車,防(fang)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)電鉆等。這類產品要求技術比較(jiao)高。也(ye)是防(fang)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)行業的(de)一個新(xin)起點,和新(xin)方向!

3設計特點外殼的設計

便(bian)攜(xie)式、本質安全型儀(yi)器儀(yi)表的外(wai)殼(ke)有(you)時采用塑料(liao)外(wai)殼(ke),有(you)時采用金屬外(wai)殼(ke)。當選(xuan)用塑料(liao)外(wai)殼(ke)時,為保證塑料(liao)外(wai)殼(ke)正常工作時不積聚危險靜電,其(qi)表面電阻不得(de)超(chao)過 1×109Ω。 塑料(liao)外(wai)殼(ke)應經過抗(kang)沖(chong)擊試驗和(he)熱穩定(ding)試驗。

正常運行(xing)產生火花、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧或(huo)(huo)危險(xian)溫度的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣設(she)備(bei)、功率(lv)大于(yu)250W或(huo)(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)大于(yu)5 A的Ⅰ類(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣設(she)備(bei),均須采用接(jie)(jie)線(xian)盒(he)(he)與設(she)備(bei)主(zhu)體(ti)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣連(lian)接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)線(xian)盒(he)(he)就是專供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜或(huo)(huo)導(dao)線(xian)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣設(she)備(bei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)的部件。Ⅰ類(lei)隔(ge)爆型電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣設(she)備(bei)廣(guang)泛使用的是隔(ge)爆型接(jie)(jie)線(xian)。盒(he)(he)接(jie)(jie)線(xian)盒(he)(he)內壁(bi)應涂耐(nai)弧漆,接(jie)(jie)線(xian)盒(he)(he)及主(zhu)體(ti)腔上(shang)的隔(ge)爆接(jie)(jie)合(he)面應做防銹處理,如(ru)涂防銹油等。

另外,對于防爆電器,要在其外殼的明顯處有永久性的 Ex 防爆總標志及 MA 安全標志。
針對(dui)某些地方煤礦井下(xia)存(cun)在的電(dian)機(ji)違章操作現象,我們研(yan)制了(le)QF40 型(xing)小型(xing)防爆(bao)(bao)起(qi)動器,其額定電(dian)壓(ya)380V,額定電(dian)流(liu)(liu)40A。外(wai)殼(ke)(ke)設(she)計(ji)分(fen)為主(zhu)體腔與接線腔。外(wai)殼(ke)(ke)為 3 mm 厚鋼(gang)板。隔爆(bao)(bao)接合面的尺寸(cun)及加工精度符合GB3836.2 規(gui)定。外(wai)殼(ke)(ke)外(wai)形尺寸(cun)為 437 mm×308 mm,外(wai)殼(ke)(ke)防護(hu)等級為 IP54。在外(wai)殼(ke)(ke)的正前方設(she)有銘牌,銘牌右上角設(she)有 Ex 標(biao)(biao)志(zhi)(zhi),防爆(bao)(bao)標(biao)(biao)志(zhi)(zhi) dⅠ(150℃), 此外(wai),銘牌上還標(biao)(biao)有名(ming)稱、型(xing)號、額定電(dian)壓(ya)、額定電(dian)流(liu)(liu)、防爆(bao)(bao)合格證編號、安(an)全標(biao)(biao)志(zhi)(zhi)、出(chu)廠編號、制造日期等。

電路的設計

首先,電(dian)(dian)(dian)路的設計要完(wan)成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)功(gong)能,保證電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)原理的正確性(xing)。其次,防爆電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)間(jian)(jian)隙、爬電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離、絕(jue)緣參數必須符合GB3836的規定要求。例如,研制(zhi) QF40 型防爆起動器(qi)時,將接線柱的爬電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離設計為不小(xiao)于(yu)16 mm,電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)間(jian)(jian)隙不小(xiao)于(yu)10 mm。隔爆腔內電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)元件及裝配(pei)布置爬電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離不小(xiao)于(yu)16 mm,電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)間(jian)(jian)隙不小(xiao)于(yu)10 mm。隔爆接線腔內設有(you)(you)內接地螺栓(shuan)。外殼(ke)設有(you)(you)外接地螺栓(shuan)。

研制的(de)(de)(de)本質安全型鋼弦(xian)頻率計(ji)在正常(chang)工作和故障(zhang)狀態下的(de)(de)(de)最大工作電(dian)(dian)流和電(dian)(dian)壓均不(bu)大于(yu)所設(she)計(ji)的(de)(de)(de)最大允許電(dian)(dian)流:它的(de)(de)(de)爬電(dian)(dian)距(ju)離為(wei)3 mm,絕緣(yuan)涂層下的(de)(de)(de)爬電(dian)(dian)距(ju)離為(wei)1mm,電(dian)(dian)氣間隙為(wei)3 mm。

電源的設計

本(ben)質安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)型(xing)便(bian)攜式電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣設(she)(she)備(bei)最常(chang)用的獨立電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)是(shi)干電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)和蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)。干電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)和蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)都屬于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻性(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路,可按(an)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻性(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路最小(xiao)點(dian)燃電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)曲線確定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)參數。按(an)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)最高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓查(cha)出相應(ying)(ying)最小(xiao)點(dian)燃電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),再除(chu)以安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)系數值(為2), 即為該電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的設(she)(she)計(ji)允許最大安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)最嚴重的放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)狀態(tai)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)直接短路。因(yin)此,應(ying)(ying)以電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的最大短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)作為衡(heng)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)本(ben)質安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)性(xing)(xing)能的基準。若電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)最大短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)大于設(she)(she)計(ji)允許值,必(bi)須串加限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻。并且,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)或蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)與限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻膠封(feng)為一體,構成(cheng)本(ben)質安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)型(xing)組件。膠封(feng)材料有(you)環(huan)氧樹(shu)脂、硅橡膠、工業石(shi)蠟等。

例如,我(wo)們在設計鋼弦(xian)頻率(lv)計時特制(zhi)的本安電(dian)池組,由4節5#充電(dian)電(dian)池串(chuan)接而(er)成,并串(chuan)入一個用康(kang)銅(tong)絲自制(zhi)的限流電(dian)阻,其(qi)功率(lv)為5.2 W 。并用環氧樹(shu)脂膠液充滿電(dian)池盒(he)整個空間(jian),灌封牢固。

煤礦井(jing)下(xia)實際應用的本質安(an)全型(xing)電氣設備,還有(you)許多采用從動力電網引入經整(zheng)流供電電源。由于(yu)輸(shu)入電路與動力電網關(guan)聯(lian),所以(yi),要設計(ji)成隔爆兼本質安(an)全型(xing)。

對于隔(ge)爆(bao)型(xing)電器的電源,是在上(shang)級斷電時,在隔(ge)爆(bao)接線盒內接線,完成電器電源的連通(tong)工作。

4類別級別1、爆炸性氣體環境危險區域的劃(hua)分(fen)

0區(qu):連續出現或長(chang)期出現爆(bao)炸性氣體混和物的環境。防爆(bao)電器(qi) 防爆(bao)電器(qi)

1區:在正常運行(xing)時可能出現爆炸性氣(qi)體(ti)混(hun)和物的環境(jing)。

2區:在(zai)正常運行(xing)時不(bu)可(ke)能(neng)出現爆炸(zha)性氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)混和(he)物的(de)環(huan)境或即使出現也僅是短時存在(zai)的(de)爆炸(zha)性氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)混和(he)物的(de)環(huan)境。

0區一(yi)般(ban)只存在于密(mi)閉的容(rong)器,貯(zhu)罐等內部氣體空(kong)間,在實際(ji)設計過(guo)程中1區也很少存在,大多數情(qing)況(kuang)屬于2區。

2、防爆電氣設備分為二類:

Ⅰ類煤礦(kuang)井下用電氣設(she)備

Ⅱ類除礦井以外的場所(suo)使用的電(dian)氣設備(bei)

3、Ⅱ類電氣設備,按其適用于(yu)爆炸性氣體混合物最大試驗安(an)全間隙(xi)或最小點(dian)燃電流比,分為ⅡA、ⅡB、ⅡC三類;并按其最高表面溫度分為T1~T6六(liu)組。

4、爆(bao)炸性氣體(ti)混合(he)物按引燃溫度分組(zu)

2.1、隔爆型電氣設備

具(ju)有能承受內部(bu)爆(bao)炸(zha)(zha)性(xing)(xing)氣(qi)體混合物的爆(bao)炸(zha)(zha)壓力,并阻止內部(bu)的爆(bao)炸(zha)(zha)向外(wai)殼(ke)周圍爆(bao)炸(zha)(zha)性(xing)(xing)混合物傳播(bo)的電氣(qi)設(she)備外(wai)殼(ke)的電氣(qi)設(she)備,其(qi)標志為“d”。

2.2、增(zeng)安(an)型電氣(qi)設備

在正常運行(xing)條件下不(bu)會(hui)產生電(dian)弧(hu)、火花(hua)或(huo)可能點(dian)燃爆炸性混合物的高溫(wen),結(jie)構上采取措施(shi)提高安全裕度,以避免(mian)在正常和認(ren)可的過載條件下出現電(dian)弧(hu)、火花(hua)或(huo)高濕電(dian)氣設(she)備,其標志為(wei)“e”。

3、防爆(bao)原理電(dian)氣(qi)設(she)(she)(she)備引(yin)燃(ran)可(ke)(ke)(ke)燃(ran)性氣(qi)體(ti)混合(he)物有兩方面(mian)原因(yin):一(yi)個(ge)是(shi)電(dian)氣(qi)設(she)(she)(she)備產(chan)生的(de)(de)(de)火花、電(dian)弧、另(ling)一(yi)個(ge)是(shi)電(dian)氣(qi)設(she)(she)(she)備表面(mian)(即與可(ke)(ke)(ke)燃(ran)性氣(qi)體(ti)混合(he)物相接觸(chu)的(de)(de)(de)表面(mian))發(fa)熱。對(dui)于設(she)(she)(she)備在(zai)正(zheng)常(chang)運行時能(neng)產(chan)生電(dian)弧、火花的(de)(de)(de)部件放在(zai)隔爆(bao)外殼(ke)內,或采(cai)取澆封型(xing)(xing)(xing)、充砂型(xing)(xing)(xing)、充油(you)型(xing)(xing)(xing)或正(zheng)壓型(xing)(xing)(xing)等其(qi)他防爆(bao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)式就可(ke)(ke)(ke)達(da)到防爆(bao)目的(de)(de)(de)。而對(dui)于增安型(xing)(xing)(xing)電(dian)氣(qi)設(she)(she)(she)備是(shi)對(dui)在(zai)正(zheng)常(chang)運行時不(bu)會產(chan)生電(dian)弧、火花和危(wei)險高溫的(de)(de)(de)設(she)(she)(she)備,如果(guo)在(zai)其(qi)結構上再采(cai)取一(yi)些保(bao)護(hu)措(cuo)施,盡力使設(she)(she)(she)備在(zai)正(zheng)常(chang)運行或認可(ke)(ke)(ke)的(de)(de)(de)過(guo)載條件下不(bu)會發(fa)生電(dian)弧、火花和過(guo)熱現象,就可(ke)(ke)(ke)進一(yi)步提高設(she)(she)(she)備的(de)(de)(de)安全性和可(ke)(ke)(ke)靠性。因(yin)此這種設(she)(she)(she)備在(zai)正(zheng)常(chang)運行時就沒(mei)有引(yin)燃(ran)源,而可(ke)(ke)(ke)用于爆(bao)炸危(wei)險環境(jing)。

標志舉例

如電氣設備為ⅡB類(lei)隔(ge)爆型T3組,標志為ExdⅡBT3。

如電氣設備為Ⅱ類增(zeng)安型(xing),溫(wen)度組(zu)別為T2組(zu),標志為ExeⅡT2。

如(ru)電氣設備采用(yong)(yong)一種以上的復合型式(shi),則先標出主(zhu)體(ti)防爆型式(shi),后標出其(qi)它(ta)防爆型式(shi),如(ru)主(zhu)體(ti)采用(yong)(yong)增安型內裝ⅡC類隔爆部(bu)件,溫(wen)度(du)組別為T4,標志為ExedⅡCT4。

如電氣設備為粉塵防(fang)爆防(fang)塵型T11組。標志為:DIPDPT11。

防爆電器適用范圍:

1.適用于(yu)爆炸(zha)性氣體環(huan)境0區(qu)、1區(qu)、2區(qu)危險(xian)場所(suo);

2.適用于IIA、IIB、IIC級爆炸(zha)性(xing)氣體環(huan)境;

3.適用于可燃性粉塵(chen)環境(jing)20區、21區、22區;

爆炸性氣體環境危險區域的劃分

不同(tong)的國家和地區(qu)(qu)(qu),按(an)各自的標準(zhun)劃分爆炸危險(xian)區(qu)(qu)(qu)域。我國根據爆炸性(xing)氣(qi)體(ti)混合物出現的頻繁(fan)程度和持(chi)續時間(jian),將爆炸性(xing)氣(qi)體(ti)環境分為O區(qu)(qu)(qu)、1區(qu)(qu)(qu)和2區(qu)(qu)(qu)。(與IEC國際電工委(wei)員會一致(zhi))

0區(qu):連(lian)續出現(xian)或長期出現(xian)爆炸性氣體混合物(wu)的(de)環境。

1區:在正常運行時可能出現爆炸性氣(qi)體混合物的環(huan)境。

2區:在正常運行時不可(ke)能出現(xian)爆(bao)炸性氣體混合物的(de)(de)環境(jing)或即使出現(xian)也僅是短時存在的(de)(de)爆(bao)炸性氣體混合物的(de)(de)環境(jing)。

0區一般(ban)只(zhi)存(cun)在(zai)于密封的(de)容器,貯罐等內部氣體空間,在(zai)實際設(she)計過程中1區也很少(shao)存(cun)在(zai),大多數情況屬于2區。

5防(fang)爆電器(qi)設備(bei)分類Ⅰ類煤礦(kuang)井下用電氣設備(bei)

Ⅱ類(lei)除礦(kuang)井以外的(de)場合使用的(de)電氣(qi)設備

1.3Ⅱ類(lei)電(dian)(dian)氣設備(bei),按(an)其(qi)適(shi)用于爆炸性氣體混合物最(zui)大(da)試驗安全間隙或最(zui)小點燃電(dian)(dian)流比,分(fen)為ⅡA,ⅡB,ⅡC三(san)類(lei);并按(an)其(qi)最(zui)高表面溫度(du)分(fen)為T1-T6六(liu)組。

1.4爆炸性氣體混(hun)合物按引燃溫度分組,見表1。

1.5爆炸性氣體混合物(wu),按其最大試驗安全間隙(MESG)或最小(xiao)點(dian)燃電流比(bi)(MICR)分級(ji),見表2。
