3、首付
在這(zhe)兩種(zhong)房(fang)子的購買上,如果(guo)是(shi)想貸款(kuan)買的話(hua),那么(me)銀行對于這(zhe)兩種(zhong)形(xing)式(shi)的房(fang)子,首付(fu)的要(yao)求也是(shi)不同的,銀行要(yao)求酒店(dian)式(shi)公寓的首付(fu)不能(neng)低(di)于30%,但是(shi)公寓式(shi)酒店(dian)銀行要(yao)求首付(fu)不能(neng)低(di)于50%.
4、水電

4、使用及風險差異
