變頻器是怎么工作的

變頻器維修
1、參數設置類故障原因分析及處理
檢查變頻器(qi)的設定(ding)(ding)(ding)參數,經檢查頻率(lv)(lv)(lv)增(zeng)益f17,設定(ding)(ding)(ding)范(fan)圍為(wei)(wei)0.0~200%出(chu)廠設定(ding)(ding)(ding)值(zhi)為(wei)(wei)100%,而用戶實際設定(ding)(ding)(ding)值(zhi)為(wei)(wei)200%。由于頻率(lv)(lv)(lv)設定(ding)(ding)(ding)信(xin)(xin)號增(zeng)益為(wei)(wei)設定(ding)(ding)(ding)模擬頻率(lv)(lv)(lv)信(xin)(xin)號對(dui)輸出(chu)頻率(lv)(lv)(lv)的比率(lv)(lv)(lv),即如設定(ding)(ding)(ding)頻率(lv)(lv)(lv)為(wei)(wei)40hz,實際輸出(chu)頻率(lv)(lv)(lv)僅為(wei)(wei)20hz。將設定(ding)(ding)(ding)頻率(lv)(lv)(lv)增(zeng)益設定(ding)(ding)(ding)值(zhi)改為(wei)(wei)出(chu)廠設定(ding)(ding)(ding)值(zhi)100%后,問題得到解決(jue)。
2、過電壓(ou)類故障原因分析及處理
應該著重檢(jian)查制(zhi)動(dong)回路,測量放電電阻沒(mei)有(you)問(wen)(wen)題,在測量制(zhi)動(dong)管(guan)(et191)時發現已擊穿(chuan),更(geng)換后上電運行,且(qie)快(kuai)速停車都沒(mei)有(you)問(wen)(wen)題。
3、欠壓(lu)類故障原因分析及處理
變頻(pin)器(qi)不能工作,按p鍵及重(zhong)新停送電(dian)(dian)均無效,查操作手(shou)冊又無相關的介(jie)紹,在檢查外接dc24v電(dian)(dian)源時,發(fa)現電(dian)(dian)壓較(jiao)低,解決后,變頻(pin)器(qi)工作正常。
