汽車穩壓器的作用?
汽車電源穩壓器,也稱(cheng)電(dian)子整流器、電(dian)子穩壓器。多數產(chan)品(pin)表(biao)述(shu)成(cheng)可以穩定汽(qi)(qi)車(che)12V主供電(dian)回路(lu)的(de)電(dian)壓,提升汽(qi)(qi)車(che)動力性(xing)能(neng)、節省燃油,甚至有些產(chan)品(pin)就直接命名為電(dian)子節油器。
汽(qi)車(che)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源有蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池和發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機。汽(qi)車(che)發(fa)動(dong)前,由(you)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓在12.0~12.6V之間(jian);汽(qi)車(che)發(fa)動(dong)后(hou),由(you)發(fa)動(dong)機帶動(dong)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓在13.3~14.8V之間(jian)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓依車(che)型、車(che)輛所(suo)處工作(zuo)狀態不(bu)同(tong)而有所(suo)差別(bie)。
蓄電池供電主要保(bao)(bao)證汽(qi)車沒發動時的基本電路供電功能,如:ECU和儀表盤(pan)供電、燈光(guang)照明等,還要為起動發動機提供保(bao)(bao)障。
發(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)后,發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)投(tou)入工作,因其輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓高于(yu)蓄電(dian)(dian)池的(de)最(zui)高電(dian)(dian)壓,因此,原本處于(yu)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)狀(zhuang)態(tai)的(de)蓄電(dian)(dian)池轉為被(bei)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)狀(zhuang)態(tai),汽(qi)車(che)(che)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)回路由發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)保證供(gong)電(dian)(dian)。而發(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)的(de)工作狀(zhuang)態(tai)有(you)(you):怠速(su)、變檔、加(jia)速(su)、減速(su)和巡航,還有(you)(you)不定時(shi)(shi)的(de)汽(qi)車(che)(che)空調短時(shi)(shi)負荷,這些都會影響發(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji),導致轉速(su)發(fa)(fa)(fa)生(sheng)變化,相應的(de)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)轉速(su)也隨之波(bo)動(dong)(dong)。
發電機與蓄電池不同,沒有電量儲備,其電量都是由發動機的動能瞬時轉化過來;因此,電路中的任何負荷變化,不論變化大小、時間長短,都要發電機來響應和承擔。發電機的供電響應滯后就會導致電壓波動,使汽車動力及操控性能變差。
汽車穩壓器有用嗎
發(fa)電機(ji)供(gong)電時(shi)因為(wei)沒有電量儲備,電壓始終在波動(dong)(dong)(dong)中,在發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)工(gong)作狀態變(bian)化范(fan)圍越(yue)大時(shi),電壓波動(dong)(dong)(dong)也會(hui)越(yue)劇烈。這會(hui)對汽車(che)工(gong)作穩(wen)定性、可(ke)靠性造(zao)成影響,也會(hui)降低發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)的點火可(ke)靠性、噴(pen)油量的準確性,從(cong)而影響汽車(che)駕駛性能(neng)和(he)綜(zong)合性能(neng)。尤其是一些小排量大車(che)身的款式會(hui)更為(wei)明顯,通(tong)常(chang)表(biao)現為(wei)起步緩慢(man)、加速(su)滯(zhi)后,油門踩到底車(che)速(su)上不去。
汽車(che)(che)原廠是由多家配(pei)套廠提供(gong)部件裝配(pei),因此(ci),各(ge)電路(lu)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),如(ru):點火系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、ECU系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、儀表系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、ABS系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)等(deng),都是在本(ben)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)上加(jia)寬適應電壓(ya)范圍,沒有總體(ti)的(de)(de)穩壓(ya)考慮。汽車(che)(che)由發電機(ji)供(gong)電后,各(ge)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)只(zhi)管(guan)自己系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)可以適應,不管(guan)別的(de)(de)電子(zi)控(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong);故此(ci),由于發動機(ji)轉速變(bian)化造(zao)成了(le)電源電壓(ya)穩定性不良,有必要裝備一定儲電能(neng)力的(de)(de)總回(hui)路(lu)的(de)(de)穩壓(ya)器,才能(neng)保證整(zheng)車(che)(che)穩定供(gong)電,提高(gao)整(zheng)車(che)(che)各(ge)個電子(zi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)全面穩定性和可靠性。
