竹膠板
竹(zhu)膠板(ban)(ban),高強覆膜(mo)橋梁板(ban)(ban),建筑模板(ban)(ban),及磚機托板(ban)(ban)等,竹(zhu)膠板(ban)(ban)應用(yong)廣泛(fan),深受用(yong)戶青睞(lai)。
竹膠板(ban)(ban)是以毛竹材(cai)料作主要(yao)架(jia)構和填(tian)充材(cai)料,經(jing)高壓(ya)成坯的(de)建材(cai)。由于竹膠板(ban)(ban)硬(ying)度(du)高,抗折,抗壓(ya),在(zai)很多使(shi)用區域已(yi)經(jing)替(ti)代了鋼(gang)模(mo)板(ban)(ban)。又由于竹是易培養(yang),成林快的(de)林木,三到五年就可(ke)以砍(kan)伐,能替(ti)換木材(cai),因此,國家林業部政(zheng)策支持大力發展(zhan)以竹為主要(yao)加工材(cai)料的(de)人造板(ban)(ban),已(yi)經(jing)在(zai)很多地方(fang)替(ti)換了木材(cai)類板(ban)(ban)材(cai)的(de)使(shi)用。
膠合板
膠合板是由木段旋切(qie)成(cheng)單(dan)板(ban)(ban)或(huo)由木方刨切(qie)成(cheng)薄(bo)木,再用(yong)膠(jiao)粘(zhan)劑(ji)膠(jiao)合而成(cheng)的三層(ceng)(ceng)或(huo)多(duo)層(ceng)(ceng)的板(ban)(ban)狀材料,通(tong)常用(yong)奇數層(ceng)(ceng)單(dan)板(ban)(ban),并使相鄰層(ceng)(ceng)單(dan)板(ban)(ban)的纖維方向互相垂(chui)直膠(jiao)合而成(cheng)。
膠(jiao)合(he)(he)板(ban)(ban)(ban)是(shi)(shi)家具常用(yong)(yong)(yong)材(cai)料(liao)之一(yi),為人造板(ban)(ban)(ban)三大板(ban)(ban)(ban)之一(yi),亦可供飛機、船舶、火車、汽車、建筑和包裝(zhuang)箱等(deng)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)材(cai)。一(yi)組(zu)單板(ban)(ban)(ban)通常按相(xiang)鄰層(ceng)木紋(wen)方向互相(xiang)垂直組(zu)坯(pi)(pi)膠(jiao)合(he)(he)而(er)成,通常其表(biao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)和內層(ceng)板(ban)(ban)(ban)對稱地配置在中心層(ceng)或(huo)板(ban)(ban)(ban)芯的(de)兩側(ce)。用(yong)(yong)(yong)涂(tu)膠(jiao)后的(de)單板(ban)(ban)(ban)按木紋(wen)方向縱橫(heng)交錯配成的(de)板(ban)(ban)(ban)坯(pi)(pi),在加熱或(huo)不加熱的(de)條件下壓(ya)制而(er)成。層(ceng)數(shu)一(yi)般為奇數(shu),少數(shu)也有(you)偶(ou)數(shu)。縱橫(heng)方向的(de)物(wu)理、機械性質(zhi)差(cha)異較小(xiao)。常用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)膠(jiao)合(he)(he)板(ban)(ban)(ban)類型有(you)三合(he)(he)板(ban)(ban)(ban)、五合(he)(he)板(ban)(ban)(ban)等(deng)。膠(jiao)合(he)(he)板(ban)(ban)(ban)能提(ti)高木材(cai)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)率,是(shi)(shi)節約木材(cai)的(de)一(yi)個主要途(tu)徑(jing)。
竹膠板和膠合板的區別
膠(jiao)合板和(he)竹(zhu)(zhu)膠(jiao)板之間的區別(bie)主要是(shi)材質不同,竹(zhu)(zhu)膠(jiao)板最結實(shi)耐用(yong),周(zhou)(zhou)轉次(ci)數(shu)多,價格也最高,實(shi)際較(jiao)少采用(yong),一(yi)般施工采用(yong)較(jiao)多,價格居(ju)中,最后是(shi)膠(jiao)合板,也就是(shi)多層(ceng)板,價格低、周(zhou)(zhou)轉次(ci)數(shu)少,適用(yong)于層(ceng)數(shu)少、模板周(zhou)(zhou)轉率(lv)低的工程。
