一、電子陶瓷是絕緣體還是導體
一(yi)般(ban)認為,陶瓷是良好的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)絕(jue)緣體(ti)(ti),它一(yi)般(ban)不導(dao)電,因為原子(zi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)外層電子(zi)通常(chang)受(shou)到原子(zi)核的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)吸(xi)引力,被(bei)束縛在(zai)各自原子(zi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)周圍,不能自由運動(dong),不過電子(zi)陶瓷具(ju)有(you)極為寬(kuan)廣的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電氣(qi)特性(xing),從一(yi)般(ban)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)絕(jue)緣體(ti)(ti),到半導(dao)體(ti)(ti),導(dao)體(ti)(ti)、甚(shen)至(zhi)超導(dao)體(ti)(ti),都有(you)不同的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電子(zi)陶瓷產品(pin)。
電子陶瓷(ci)的種(zhong)類眾多(duo),其中(zhong)絕緣陶瓷(ci)裝置瓷(ci)和介(jie)電陶瓷(ci)是絕緣體(ti)(ti),半(ban)導(dao)體(ti)(ti)陶瓷(ci)是半(ban)導(dao)體(ti)(ti),離子陶瓷(ci)是導(dao)體(ti)(ti),還(huan)有一種(zhong)超導(dao)陶瓷(ci)屬于超導(dao)體(ti)(ti)。
二、電子陶瓷導電原理是什么
電子陶瓷有的導電,有的不導電,導電的電子陶瓷一般是通過一定的工(gong)藝處理,使(shi)其(qi)具有導電功能的。
某些氧(yang)化物陶瓷(ci)加熱時,處于原子(zi)外層的電(dian)(dian)子(zi)可以獲(huo)得足(zu)夠的能量(liang),以便克(ke)服原子(zi)核對它的吸引力(li),而成(cheng)為可以自(zi)由(you)運動的自(zi)由(you)電(dian)(dian)子(zi),這種陶瓷(ci)就變成(cheng)導電(dian)(dian)陶瓷(ci)。
一(yi)般(ban)當電(dian)(dian)(dian)流通過(guo)材料時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)可以(yi)有兩種方(fang)式(shi)通過(guo)晶格運動來完成電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)輸(shu)運過(guo)程:①電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)脫離(li)(li)原子(zi)(zi)成為自由電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi),在晶格中運動,形(xing)成所(suo)謂(wei)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian);②電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)與原子(zi)(zi)核(he)一(yi)起移動產生(sheng)所(suo)謂(wei)的(de)離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。對(dui)(dui)金(jin)屬來說(shuo),電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)是其(qi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)主要(yao)方(fang)式(shi),相比(bi)之下,離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)幾乎可忽(hu)略(lve)不(bu)計;但對(dui)(dui)于導(dao)(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)陶瓷(ci)來說(shuo),由于離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)(dao)(dao)活化能比(bi)較低(一(yi)般(ban)在0.5eV以(yi)下),離(li)(li)子(zi)(zi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)已不(bu)容忽(hu)視,是電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)陶瓷(ci)的(de)主要(yao)導(dao)(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)方(fang)式(shi)。
