一、機油泵常用的形式有哪兩種
汽車機油泵按照結構形式不同,分(fen)為兩大類型,分(fen)別是(shi):
1、嚙合齒輪式機油泵
齒輪(lun)(lun)式機油(you)泵由主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)軸、主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)齒輪(lun)(lun)、從(cong)(cong)(cong)動(dong)(dong)軸、從(cong)(cong)(cong)動(dong)(dong)齒輪(lun)(lun)、殼(ke)(ke)體等(deng)組(zu)成。兩個齒數相同的(de)齒輪(lun)(lun)相互嚙合,裝在殼(ke)(ke)體內,齒輪(lun)(lun)與殼(ke)(ke)體的(de)徑向和端(duan)面間隙(xi)很小。主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)軸與主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)(dong)齒輪(lun)(lun)鍵連(lian)接,從(cong)(cong)(cong)動(dong)(dong)齒輪(lun)(lun)空套在從(cong)(cong)(cong)動(dong)(dong)軸上。
工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)(shi),主動(dong)齒(chi)(chi)輪帶動(dong)從動(dong)齒(chi)(chi)輪反向旋(xuan)轉。兩齒(chi)(chi)輪旋(xuan)轉時(shi)(shi),充(chong)滿在(zai)齒(chi)(chi)輪齒(chi)(chi)槽間的機(ji)(ji)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)沿油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)泵殼壁(bi)由(you)(you)(you)進(jin)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)腔帶到(dao)出(chu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)腔,在(zai)進(jin)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)腔一(yi)側由(you)(you)(you)于齒(chi)(chi)輪脫開嚙(nie)合(he)以(yi)及機(ji)(ji)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)被不斷帶出(chu)而產生真空,使油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)底(di)殼內的機(ji)(ji)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)在(zai)大氣壓(ya)力(li)作(zuo)用下經集濾(lv)器進(jin)入進(jin)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)腔,而在(zai)出(chu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)腔一(yi)側由(you)(you)(you)于齒(chi)(chi)輪進(jin)入嚙(nie)合(he)和機(ji)(ji)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)被不斷帶入而產生擠壓(ya)作(zuo)用,機(ji)(ji)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)以(yi)一(yi)定壓(ya)力(li)被泵出(chu)。
一(yi)般嚙合(he)齒(chi)輪(lun)式機(ji)(ji)油(you)泵又分為內嚙合(he)齒(chi)輪(lun)式機(ji)(ji)油(you)泵與(yu)外嚙合(he)齒(chi)輪(lun)式機(ji)(ji)油(you)泵兩種類型。
2、轉子式機油泵
轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)式機油泵是利用內(nei)外(wai)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)壓(ya)送(song)潤滑油,又叫次(ci)擺線齒(chi)輪(lun)泵。轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)式機油泵主(zhu)要由內(nei)、外(wai)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi),機油泵體(ti)及(ji)機油泵蓋等零件(jian)組成。主(zhu)動(dong)的(de)內(nei)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)和從動(dong)的(de)外(wai)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)都裝(zhuang)在(zai)機油泵殼體(ti)內(nei)。內(nei)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)有四個(ge)凸齒(chi),外(wai)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)有五個(ge)凹齒(chi)。內(nei)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)固定(ding)在(zai)主(zhu)動(dong)軸(zhou)上,外(wai)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)在(zai)油泵殼體(ti)內(nei)可(ke)以自由轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong),兩(liang)者(zhe)之(zhi)間有一定(ding)的(de)偏心距。
當油(you)泵工作時(shi),內轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子帶動外轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子向(xiang)(xiang)同一個方向(xiang)(xiang)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動。由(you)于(yu)兩個轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子的(de)偏心距和齒形(xing)輪廓確保了(le)內外轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子無論轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)到(dao)任何角(jiao)度,各(ge)齒面之間總是(shi)線(xian)接觸,這(zhe)樣內外轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子輪齒間便形(xing)成(cheng)了(le)四個工作腔(qiang)。由(you)于(yu)內轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子的(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)速大于(yu)外轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子的(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)速(傳動比5:4),當某一工作腔(qiang)從(cong)進油(you)道(dao)(dao)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)過時(shi),轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子脫開嚙合,容積(ji)逐漸(jian)增大,產生真空度,潤滑油(you)便從(cong)進油(you)道(dao)(dao)被(bei)吸入。轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子繼續旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan),潤滑油(you)被(bei)帶到(dao)出(chu)油(you)道(dao)(dao)另(ling)一側,這(zhe)時(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子進入嚙合,油(you)腔(qiang)容積(ji)逐漸(jian)減小,油(you)壓升高,使(shi)油(you)從(cong)齒間擠出(chu),經出(chu)油(you)道(dao)(dao)送出(chu)。
二、齒輪式機油泵和轉子式機油泵哪個好
齒輪式機(ji)油(you)泵和轉(zhuan)子式機(ji)油(you)泵對(dui)比起來,各(ge)有各(ge)的(de)特點:
齒輪式機(ji)油(you)(you)泵(beng)(beng)由于結構簡單(dan),制(zhi)造較容易,并且(qie)工作可靠,是應用最為廣泛的一(yi)種機(ji)油(you)(you)泵(beng)(beng)。轉子式機(ji)油(you)(you)泵(beng)(beng)結構緊湊,吸油(you)(you)真空度較高,泵(beng)(beng)油(you)(you)量較大(da),且(qie)供油(you)(you)均勻,當機(ji)油(you)(you)泵(beng)(beng)安裝在曲軸(zhou)箱外(wai)且(qie)位置(zhi)較高時,用此種機(ji)油(you)(you)泵(beng)(beng)較為合適(shi)。
