一、屏蔽線是什么
屏(ping)蔽(bi)線(xian)(xian)(xian)是使用網狀編織導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)把信號(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)包裹起(qi)來的傳輸線(xian)(xian)(xian)。導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)外部有導(dao)(dao)體(ti)(ti)包裹的導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)叫屏(ping)蔽(bi)線(xian)(xian)(xian),包裹的導(dao)(dao)體(ti)(ti)叫屏(ping)蔽(bi)層(ceng)(ceng),一般為(wei)編織銅(tong)網或(鋁),屏(ping)蔽(bi)層(ceng)(ceng)需要接(jie)地(di),外來的干擾信號(hao)可被(bei)該層(ceng)(ceng)導(dao)(dao)入(ru)大地(di),避(bi)免干擾信號(hao)進入(ru)內層(ceng)(ceng)導(dao)(dao)體(ti)(ti)干攏(long)同時(shi)降低傳輸信號(hao)的損耗(hao)。
屏(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)電(dian)纜的(de)(de)(de)屏(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)層主(zhu)(zhu)要由(you)銅、鋁等非磁性材料(liao)制成,并且厚度很薄,遠小(xiao)(xiao)于(yu)(yu)使用頻(pin)率上金屬材料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)集膚深度(所謂趨膚效(xiao)應是指電(dian)流(liu)在(zai)導(dao)體截面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)分布(bu)隨頻(pin)率的(de)(de)(de)升高(gao)而趨于(yu)(yu)導(dao)體表面(mian)分布(bu),頻(pin)率越(yue)高(gao),趨膚深度越(yue)小(xiao)(xiao),即(ji)頻(pin)率越(yue)高(gao),電(dian)磁波的(de)(de)(de)穿透能力(li)越(yue)弱),屏(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)層的(de)(de)(de)效(xiao)果主(zhu)(zhu)要不(bu)是由(you)于(yu)(yu)金屬體本身對電(dian)場、磁場的(de)(de)(de)反射、吸收而產生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de),而是由(you)于(yu)(yu)屏(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)層的(de)(de)(de)接(jie)(jie)地產生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de),接(jie)(jie)地的(de)(de)(de)形式不(bu)同將(jiang)直接(jie)(jie)影響屏(ping)(ping)蔽(bi)效(xiao)果。
二、屏蔽線分類

普(pu)通:絕緣層+屏(ping)蔽層+導線。高級:絕緣層+屏蔽層(ceng)+信號導線+屏蔽層接(jie)地導線。
三、屏蔽線型號
AVSSBS是(shi)日系的(de)單(dan)芯、AVSSBS2*是(shi)雙芯、N901 906。02是德(de)系的三芯。
四、屏蔽線的作用
屏(ping)蔽(bi)層一般需要接(jie)地。屏(ping)蔽(bi)線(xian)的作用是將(jiang)電磁場噪聲源與(yu)敏感設備隔離(li),切斷噪聲源的傳播路徑。
屏(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)分為主動(dong)屏(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)和(he)被動(dong)屏(ping)蔽(bi)(bi),主動(dong)屏(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)目(mu)的(de)是(shi)為了(le)防止(zhi)噪聲源向外輻(fu)射,是(shi)對(dui)噪聲源的(de)屏(ping)蔽(bi)(bi);被動(dong)屏(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)目(mu)的(de)是(shi)為了(le)防止(zhi)敏(min)感(gan)設備(bei)遭到噪聲源的(de)干擾,是(shi)對(dui)敏(min)感(gan)設備(bei)的(de)屏(ping)蔽(bi)(bi)。
屏(ping)蔽線(xian)的(de)屏(ping)蔽層不允許多點接地,因為不同的(de)接地點總是不一樣的(de),各(ge)點存在電(dian)位差。如多點接地,在屏(ping)蔽層形成電(dian)流,感(gan)應(ying)到導線(xian)上(shang)(shang)形成電(dian)流,感(gan)應(ying)到信號線(xian)上(shang)(shang)形成干擾,不但起不到屏(ping)蔽作用(yong),反而引(yin)進干擾,尤其在變頻器(qi)用(yong)的(de)多的(de)場(chang)合(he)里,干擾中含有各(ge)種高次(ci)諧波分量,造成影(ying)響更大,應(ying)特別注意。
