工作原理(一)
水(shui)由(you)入(ru)口進入(ru),首(shou)先(xian)經(jing)過(guo)粗濾(lv)(lv)網(wang)濾(lv)(lv)掉較大顆粒(li)的(de)雜(za)(za)(za)質(zhi),然后到達(da)細濾(lv)(lv)網(wang)。在過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)過(guo)程(cheng)中,細濾(lv)(lv)網(wang)逐(zhu)漸累積水(shui)中的(de)臟物、雜(za)(za)(za)質(zhi),形成過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)雜(za)(za)(za)質(zhi)層(ceng),由(you)于雜(za)(za)(za)質(zhi)層(ceng)堆積在細濾(lv)(lv)網(wang)的(de)內側,因此在細濾(lv)(lv)網(wang)的(de)內、外兩側就形成了一個壓(ya)差(cha)。
當(dang)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器的壓(ya)差達(da)到預設值時,將開始自動(dong)(dong)清洗(xi)(xi)過(guo)程(cheng),此間凈(jing)(jing)水供應不斷流(liu),清洗(xi)(xi)閥(fa)打開,清洗(xi)(xi)室及吸(xi)(xi)(xi)污(wu)(wu)器內(nei)水壓(ya)大幅(fu)度(du)下(xia)降,通(tong)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)筒(tong)與吸(xi)(xi)(xi)污(wu)(wu)管的壓(ya)力(li)差,吸(xi)(xi)(xi)污(wu)(wu)管與清洗(xi)(xi)室之間通(tong)過(guo)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)嘴產生一個(ge)(ge)(ge)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)力(li),形成一個(ge)(ge)(ge)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)污(wu)(wu)過(guo)程(cheng)。同時,電(dian)力(li)馬達(da)帶動(dong)(dong)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)污(wu)(wu)管沿軸向做螺旋(xuan)運動(dong)(dong)。吸(xi)(xi)(xi)污(wu)(wu)器軸向運動(dong)(dong)與旋(xuan)轉運動(dong)(dong)的結合將整個(ge)(ge)(ge)濾(lv)(lv)網內(nei)表(biao)面完(wan)全清洗(xi)(xi)干凈(jing)(jing)。整個(ge)(ge)(ge)沖洗(xi)(xi)過(guo)程(cheng)只需數十秒鐘。排污(wu)(wu)閥(fa)在清洗(xi)(xi)結束時關閉(bi)。過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器開始準備下(xia)一個(ge)(ge)(ge)沖洗(xi)(xi)周(zhou)期。
工作原理(二)
待處理(li)的水由(you)入(ru)(ru)水口進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)機體(ti),水中的雜質沉積(ji)在不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)濾(lv)網上,由(you)此(ci)產生(sheng)壓(ya)差(cha)。通過壓(ya)差(cha)開關監測進(jin)(jin)出水口壓(ya)差(cha)變(bian)化,當(dang)(dang)壓(ya)差(cha)達到(dao)設定(ding)值時,電控(kong)器給水力控(kong)制閥(fa)、驅動(dong)(dong)電機信號(hao),引發下(xia)列動(dong)(dong)作:電動(dong)(dong)機帶動(dong)(dong)刷子(zi)旋(xuan)轉,對濾(lv)芯進(jin)(jin)行清(qing)洗(xi),同(tong)時控(kong)制閥(fa)打開進(jin)(jin)行排污,整個清(qing)洗(xi)過程只(zhi)需持續數十秒鐘(zhong),當(dang)(dang)清(qing)洗(xi)結束時,關閉控(kong)制閥(fa),電機停止轉動(dong)(dong),系(xi)統(tong)恢復(fu)至其初始狀態,開始進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)下(xia)一個過濾(lv)工序(xu)。
工作原理(三)
