1、單向閥
單向閥是一個常用的工業機械設備,可(ke)分為普(pu)通單(dan)向(xiang)閥(fa)和液(ye)控單(dan)向(xiang)閥(fa),普(pu)通單(dan)向(xiang)閥(fa)只允許液(ye)流單(dan)向(xiang)通過,液(ye)控單(dan)向(xiang)閥(fa)在(zai)先導壓力(li)的作(zuo)用也(ye)可(ke)反向(xiang)流動。
2、梭閥
梭閥可從兩(liang)個不同的源接(jie)受液流,并將最高的壓力(li)傳遞到一個單獨的出口(kou)。梭閥常(chang)用于負載感應回路和制動油路。包括球型、座閥型和滑(hua)閥型。
3、溢流閥
溢(yi)流(liu)閥(fa)(fa)在(zai)不同的場合有不同的用途(tu)。如在(zai)定量泵節流(liu)調(diao)速系統(tong)(tong)中,溢(yi)流(liu)閥(fa)(fa)用來保持液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)系統(tong)(tong)的壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(即(ji)液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)泵出口壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li))恒(heng)定,并(bing)將(jiang)液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)泵多(duo)余的流(liu)量溢(yi)流(liu)回(hui)油(you)箱,這時(shi)溢(yi)流(liu)閥(fa)(fa)作定壓(ya)閥(fa)(fa)用。在(zai)容積節流(liu)調(diao)速系統(tong)(tong)中,溢(yi)流(liu)閥(fa)(fa)在(zai)液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)系統(tong)(tong)正常(chang)工作時(shi)處(chu)于關閉狀態,只是系統(tong)(tong)壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)大于或(huo)等(deng)于溢(yi)流(liu)閥(fa)(fa)調(diao)定壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)時(shi)才開啟(qi)溢(yi)流(liu),對系統(tong)(tong)起過載保護作用,這時(shi)溢(yi)流(liu)閥(fa)(fa)作安全閥(fa)(fa)用。
4、減壓閥
減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)是一種利(li)用(yong)液(ye)流流過縫隙(xi)產生(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)損失,使(shi)其出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)低(di)于(yu)進(jin)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)控制閥(fa)(fa)(fa)。按調節要求不同,減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)可分為(wei)(wei)定(ding)(ding)(ding)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)、定(ding)(ding)(ding)比減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)和定(ding)(ding)(ding)差減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)。定(ding)(ding)(ding)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)用(yong)于(yu)控制出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)為(wei)(wei)定(ding)(ding)(ding)值,使(shi)液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)某(mou)一部分得到較供油壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)低(di)的(de)(de)穩定(ding)(ding)(ding)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li),如機床液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)夾緊或定(ding)(ding)(ding)位裝(zhuang)置中(zhong)要求得到比主(zhu)油路(lu)低(di)的(de)(de)恒定(ding)(ding)(ding)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)時,可采用(yong)定(ding)(ding)(ding)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)實(shi)現。定(ding)(ding)(ding)比減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)用(yong)來(lai)控制它的(de)(de)進(jin)、出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)保持調定(ding)(ding)(ding)不變的(de)(de)比例(li)(li)。定(ding)(ding)(ding)差減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)則用(yong)來(lai)控制進(jin)、出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)(li)差為(wei)(wei)定(ding)(ding)(ding)值,可與其他閥(fa)(fa)(fa)組成調速(su)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)、定(ding)(ding)(ding)差減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)型(xing)電(dian)液(ye)比例(li)(li)方向流量閥(fa)(fa)(fa)等復合閥(fa)(fa)(fa),實(shi)現節流閥(fa)(fa)(fa)口(kou)(kou)兩(liang)端壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)差補償(chang)以輸出恒定(ding)(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)流量。
5、順序閥
順序閥(fa)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)是(shi)利用(yong)油液(ye)壓(ya)力作(zuo)為控(kong)(kong)(kong)制信號來控(kong)(kong)(kong)制油路的(de)通(tong)斷,因用(yong)于控(kong)(kong)(kong)制多個執行元(yuan)件的(de)動作(zuo)順序而得名。順序閥(fa)有(you)直(zhi)動式(shi)(shi)和(he)(he)先導式(shi)(shi)之(zhi)(zhi)分(fen)。根據控(kong)(kong)(kong)制壓(ya)力來源的(de)不(bu)同,有(you)內控(kong)(kong)(kong)式(shi)(shi)和(he)(he)外控(kong)(kong)(kong)式(shi)(shi)之(zhi)(zhi)分(fen);根據泄(xie)(xie)(xie)油式(shi)(shi)的(de)不(bu)同,有(you)內泄(xie)(xie)(xie)式(shi)(shi)和(he)(he)外泄(xie)(xie)(xie)式(shi)(shi)兩種(zhong)。通(tong)過改(gai)變控(kong)(kong)(kong)制壓(ya)力的(de)來源、泄(xie)(xie)(xie)油方式(shi)(shi)以及二(er)次油路的(de)連(lian)接(jie)形(xing)式(shi)(shi)順序閥(fa)可作(zuo)多種(zhong)用(yong)途(tu),如(ru)內控(kong)(kong)(kong)內泄(xie)(xie)(xie)式(shi)(shi)順序閥(fa)在(zai)系(xi)統(tong)中可用(yong)作(zuo)背(bei)壓(ya)閥(fa),外控(kong)(kong)(kong)內泄(xie)(xie)(xie)式(shi)(shi)順序閥(fa)可用(yong)作(zuo)卸(xie)荷(he)閥(fa)等(deng)。
6、平衡閥
平衡閥(fa)是液壓行(xing)業最不被(bei)看好的(de)產品(pin)之(zhi)一。很多人喜(xi)歡把(ba)平衡閥(fa)的(de)選(xuan)擇復雜化,因(yin)而拒絕(jue)進行(xing)選(xuan)擇。
7、換向閥
換向閥是利用閥芯和閥體間相對位置的不同,來變換閥體上各主油口的通斷關系,實現各油路連通切斷或改變液流方向的閥類。換向閥是液壓系統中用量最大、品種和名稱最復雜的一類閥。根據換向閥的作用,對換向閥性能的基本要求有:液流通過換向閥時壓力損失要小;液流在各關閉油口之間的縫隙泄漏量小;換向可靠,動作靈敏;換向平穩無沖擊,常用作各個工業機械設備的元件之一。
