1、單向閥
單向閥是一個常用的工業機械設備,可分為普通單(dan)(dan)向(xiang)閥(fa)和液控單(dan)(dan)向(xiang)閥(fa),普通單(dan)(dan)向(xiang)閥(fa)只允(yun)許(xu)液流單(dan)(dan)向(xiang)通過,液控單(dan)(dan)向(xiang)閥(fa)在先導壓力(li)的作用(yong)也可反(fan)向(xiang)流動。
2、梭閥
梭(suo)閥(fa)可從兩個(ge)不同的(de)源接(jie)受液流,并將最(zui)高的(de)壓力傳遞到一個(ge)單獨的(de)出口(kou)。梭(suo)閥(fa)常用于(yu)負(fu)載感應回路和制動油路。包(bao)括球型、座閥(fa)型和滑閥(fa)型。
3、溢流閥
溢(yi)流(liu)閥(fa)在不(bu)同(tong)(tong)的場合有(you)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)的用(yong)途。如在定量泵(beng)節流(liu)調速系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong),溢(yi)流(liu)閥(fa)用(yong)來保(bao)持(chi)液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)系(xi)統(tong)的壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(即液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)泵(beng)出口壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li))恒定,并將液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)泵(beng)多余的流(liu)量溢(yi)流(liu)回油箱,這(zhe)時溢(yi)流(liu)閥(fa)作(zuo)(zuo)定壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)用(yong)。在容積(ji)節流(liu)調速系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong),溢(yi)流(liu)閥(fa)在液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)系(xi)統(tong)正常工作(zuo)(zuo)時處于關閉狀態,只是系(xi)統(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)大(da)于或等于溢(yi)流(liu)閥(fa)調定壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時才(cai)開啟溢(yi)流(liu),對系(xi)統(tong)起過載保(bao)護(hu)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),這(zhe)時溢(yi)流(liu)閥(fa)作(zuo)(zuo)安全閥(fa)用(yong)。
4、減壓閥
減(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)是(shi)一(yi)種利用(yong)液(ye)流(liu)流(liu)過縫隙產生(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)損失(shi),使(shi)其出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)低于進口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)控(kong)制(zhi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)。按調節要(yao)(yao)求不同,減(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)可(ke)(ke)分為(wei)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)減(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)、定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)比(bi)(bi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)和定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)差減(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)。定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)減(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)用(yong)于控(kong)制(zhi)出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)為(wei)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)值,使(shi)液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)系統中某一(yi)部分得(de)到較供油(you)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)低的(de)(de)穩定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li),如機床液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)系統的(de)(de)夾緊或定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)位裝置(zhi)中要(yao)(yao)求得(de)到比(bi)(bi)主油(you)路低的(de)(de)恒定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時,可(ke)(ke)采用(yong)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)減(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)實現。定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)比(bi)(bi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)用(yong)來(lai)控(kong)制(zhi)它的(de)(de)進、出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)保(bao)持(chi)調定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)不變(bian)的(de)(de)比(bi)(bi)例(li)(li)。定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)差減(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)則用(yong)來(lai)控(kong)制(zhi)進、出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)差為(wei)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)值,可(ke)(ke)與(yu)其他閥(fa)(fa)(fa)組(zu)成(cheng)調速閥(fa)(fa)(fa)、定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)差減(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)型電液(ye)比(bi)(bi)例(li)(li)方向流(liu)量閥(fa)(fa)(fa)等復合閥(fa)(fa)(fa),實現節流(liu)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)口(kou)兩(liang)端(duan)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)差補償以輸出恒定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)流(liu)量。
5、順序閥
順序(xu)(xu)(xu)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)作(zuo)用是利用油(you)液壓(ya)(ya)力(li)作(zuo)為控(kong)制(zhi)信號來(lai)控(kong)制(zhi)油(you)路的(de)通斷,因用于(yu)控(kong)制(zhi)多個執行元件(jian)的(de)動作(zuo)順序(xu)(xu)(xu)而得(de)名。順序(xu)(xu)(xu)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)有直動式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和先導(dao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)之分(fen)。根(gen)據(ju)控(kong)制(zhi)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)來(lai)源(yuan)的(de)不(bu)同,有內控(kong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和外控(kong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)之分(fen);根(gen)據(ju)泄(xie)油(you)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)不(bu)同,有內泄(xie)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和外泄(xie)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)兩種(zhong)。通過改(gai)變(bian)控(kong)制(zhi)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)的(de)來(lai)源(yuan)、泄(xie)油(you)方式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以及二(er)次油(you)路的(de)連接形式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)順序(xu)(xu)(xu)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)可(ke)作(zuo)多種(zhong)用途,如內控(kong)內泄(xie)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)順序(xu)(xu)(xu)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)在系統中可(ke)用作(zuo)背壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa),外控(kong)內泄(xie)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)順序(xu)(xu)(xu)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)可(ke)用作(zuo)卸荷閥(fa)(fa)(fa)等(deng)。
6、平衡閥
平衡閥是液壓行業(ye)最不(bu)被(bei)看好的(de)(de)產品之(zhi)一(yi)。很多人喜歡把(ba)平衡閥的(de)(de)選擇復雜化,因而拒絕進(jin)行選擇。
7、換向閥
換向閥是利用閥芯和閥體間相對位置的不同,來變換閥體上各主油口的通斷關系,實現各油路連通切斷或改變液流方向的閥類。換向閥是液壓系統中用量最大、品種和名稱最復雜的一類閥。根據換向閥的作用,對換向閥性能的基本要求有:液流通過換向閥時壓力損失要小;液流在各關閉油口之間的縫隙泄漏量小;換向可靠,動作靈敏;換向平穩無沖擊,常用作各個工業機械設備的元件之一。
