一、牛黃安宮丸是什么藥丸
牛(niu)(niu)黃安(an)(an)宮(gong)(gong)丸(wan)(wan),醫學名稱(cheng)應為安(an)(an)宮(gong)(gong)牛(niu)(niu)黃丸(wan)(wan),所謂(wei)安(an)(an)宮(gong)(gong),是(shi)指“使心(xin)(xin)安(an)(an)居(ju)其宮(gong)(gong)”,宮(gong)(gong)是(shi)宮(gong)(gong)殿、宮(gong)(gong)城(cheng)的意思,指代君(jun)王居(ju)住的場所,在人體(ti)內,心(xin)(xin)為君(jun)主(zhu)之(zhi)宮(gong)(gong),心(xin)(xin)包(bao)(bao)(bao)為心(xin)(xin)臟外面的包(bao)(bao)(bao)膜,如果熱邪侵犯心(xin)(xin)包(bao)(bao)(bao),會導(dao)致心(xin)(xin)之(zhi)功能失常,出(chu)現高熱、神(shen)昏、譫(zhan)語、驚厥等(deng)危險(xian)癥狀。安(an)(an)宮(gong)(gong)牛(niu)(niu)黃丸(wan)(wan)以牛(niu)(niu)黃、麝香(xiang)、冰片等(deng)清心(xin)(xin)豁痰,醒神(shen)開竅(qiao),重鎮安(an)(an)神(shen),使心(xin)(xin)得以安(an)(an)居(ju)心(xin)(xin)包(bao)(bao)(bao),故稱(cheng)為安(an)(an)宮(gong)(gong)牛(niu)(niu)黃丸(wan)(wan)。成品牛(niu)(niu)黃安(an)(an)宮(gong)(gong)丸(wan)(wan)為黃橙(cheng)色(se)至(zhi)紅褐色(se)的大蜜丸(wan)(wan)或者為包(bao)(bao)(bao)金(jin)衣的大蜜丸(wan)(wan),除去金(jin)衣顯黃橙(cheng)色(se)至(zhi)紅褐色(se),氣芳(fang)香(xiang)濃(nong)郁(yu),味(wei)微(wei)苦。
牛(niu)黃(huang)安宮丸(wan)處(chu)方(fang)源于(yu)清(qing)代吳鞠通(tong)的《溫病條辯》卷(juan)一,是清(qing)代著名醫學家吳塘根據明代醫學家萬全(quan)的牛(niu)黃(huang)清(qing)心丸(wan)改造而(er)成(cheng)的藥方(fang),1793年,京城流行(xing)溫疫,死在(zai)庸(yong)醫手中(zhong)的人(ren)不計其數,吳鞠通(tong)診治病人(ren),在(zai)危重(zhong)病人(ren)中(zhong)救活了幾十人(ren),從此聲名大振。

1、君藥

朱砂、珍(zhen)珠鎮(zhen)靜安神(shen)通心竅(qiao),郁金(jin)理(li)氣舒肝,雄(xiong)黃解毒辟穢,冰片(pian)芳香開竅(qiao),合金(jin)箔能豁痰墮痰而輔(fu)佐君藥加強鎮(zhen)心、定驚(jing)、安神(shen)的作(zuo)用。
4、使藥
蜂蜜為使(shi),制成大蜜丸,除了是賦形劑外,又有和(he)胃調中的作(zuo)用,以防過于苦寒傷胃。
