二、防雷排插原理是什么
市(shi)面上防雷的方式(shi)主要有三種(zhong):
1、將壓(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)器(qi)(qi)并接于(yu)被保護(hu)的(de)IC或設備(bei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路上(shang),當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)瞬間(jian)高于(yu)某(mou)一數值(zhi)時,壓(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)器(qi)(qi)阻(zu)值(zhi)迅速(su)下降(jiang),導通大電(dian)(dian)(dian)流,從(cong)而保護(hu)IC或電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)設備(bei);當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)低于(yu)壓(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)器(qi)(qi)工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)值(zhi)時,壓(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)器(qi)(qi)阻(zu)值(zhi)極(ji)高,近乎開路,因而不會影響器(qi)(qi)件或電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)設備(bei)的(de)正常工(gong)作。
2、將(jiang)壓(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻并聯在電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)中使(shi)用(yong),當L-N時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻兩端的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)發生(sheng)急劇變化,在額定(ding)的范圍內,會吸收高壓(ya),并通過(guo)陶瓷放電(dian)(dian)(dian)管釋放;當超出(chu)額定(ding)范圍時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻短(duan)路(lu),形成(cheng)短(duan)路(lu)信號,導致(zhi)使(shi)用(yong)場(chang)所的空氣(qi)保護(hu)開(kai)關分斷,起到保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器和設(she)備的作(zuo)用(yong)。
3、通過陶(tao)瓷放電管(guan)將雷電與雷電電磁脈沖的(de)能(neng)(neng)量通過大地泄放,并且(qie)應符合層次性(xing)原則,即(ji)盡可(ke)能(neng)(neng)多、盡可(ke)能(neng)(neng)遠地將多余(yu)能(neng)(neng)量在引(yin)入(ru)電路系(xi)(xi)統或(huo)者通信(xin)系(xi)(xi)統之前泄放入(ru)地;層次性(xing)就是按照所設(she)立的(de)防雷保(bao)護(hu)區分層次對(dui)雷電能(neng)(neng)量進(jin)行削弱。
