裝防雷排插是有必要的。

二、防雷排插原理是什么
市(shi)面(mian)上防雷(lei)的方式(shi)主(zhu)要(yao)有三種:
1、將(jiang)壓敏(min)(min)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)器(qi)(qi)并接于被保護的IC或(huo)設備(bei)電(dian)(dian)路上,當電(dian)(dian)壓瞬間(jian)高于某一數值時(shi),壓敏(min)(min)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)器(qi)(qi)阻(zu)值迅速下降,導通大(da)電(dian)(dian)流,從(cong)而保護IC或(huo)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)設備(bei);當電(dian)(dian)壓低(di)于壓敏(min)(min)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)器(qi)(qi)工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)壓值時(shi),壓敏(min)(min)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)器(qi)(qi)阻(zu)值極高,近(jin)乎開(kai)路,因而不會(hui)影響(xiang)器(qi)(qi)件或(huo)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)設備(bei)的正常工(gong)作。
2、將壓敏(min)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)并聯在電(dian)路(lu)中使(shi)用(yong),當(dang)L-N時,電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)兩端(duan)的電(dian)壓發(fa)生(sheng)急劇(ju)變(bian)化,在額定的范(fan)(fan)圍內,會吸收高壓,并通過(guo)陶瓷(ci)放電(dian)管釋放;當(dang)超出額定范(fan)(fan)圍時,電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)短路(lu),形成短路(lu)信號,導致(zhi)使(shi)用(yong)場(chang)所的空(kong)氣保護(hu)開(kai)關分斷,起到保護(hu)電(dian)器和設備的作用(yong)。
3、通(tong)(tong)過陶瓷放(fang)電(dian)(dian)管將雷(lei)(lei)電(dian)(dian)與雷(lei)(lei)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)磁脈沖的能(neng)(neng)量(liang)通(tong)(tong)過大地泄放(fang),并且應符合層(ceng)(ceng)次性原則,即盡可能(neng)(neng)多(duo)、盡可能(neng)(neng)遠(yuan)地將多(duo)余(yu)能(neng)(neng)量(liang)在引入電(dian)(dian)路系(xi)統(tong)或(huo)者通(tong)(tong)信系(xi)統(tong)之(zhi)前泄放(fang)入地;層(ceng)(ceng)次性就是按照所設立的防雷(lei)(lei)保護區分層(ceng)(ceng)次對(dui)雷(lei)(lei)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)量(liang)進(jin)行削弱。
