電(dian)(dian)接點(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)表(biao)是壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)表(biao)的(de)一種,它通過與(yu)繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)及變頻器(qi)等相應的(de)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)器(qi)件配套使用(yong),可對被測(控(kong))壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)的(de)各種氣(qi)體與(yu)液體介質經儀表(biao)實現自動(dong)控(kong)制和(he)發信(xin)(報警)的(de)目的(de),多用(yong)于石油、化工、冶金、電(dian)(dian)站、機械等領域,測量各種流(liu)體介質壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li),比如增壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)水罐的(de)水壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)控(kong)制、真空泵的(de)工作壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)控(kong)制、變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)溫度保護控(kong)制等,都會用(yong)到電(dian)(dian)接點(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)表(biao)。
二、電接點壓力表的工作原理介紹
電接(jie)點(dian)壓力表由測量(liang)系統(tong)、指示系統(tong)、磁(ci)助電接(jie)點(dian)裝(zhuang)置、外殼、調(diao)整裝(zhuang)置和接(jie)線盒(插頭(tou)座)等部分組(zu)成(cheng),其工作原理是:
測(ce)量系統中的(de)(de)(de)彈簧管在被(bei)測(ce)介質的(de)(de)(de)壓力作(zuo)用下,迫使彈簧管之末端產生相(xiang)(xiang)應的(de)(de)(de)彈性變形位(wei)移,借助(zhu)拉桿經齒輪傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)機構的(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)并(bing)予放大,由固定(ding)齒輪上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)指示(連(lian)同(tong)觸頭(tou))逐將被(bei)測(ce)值在度盤(pan)上(shang)指示出來(lai)。與此同(tong)時,當其與設(she)定(ding)指針上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)觸頭(tou)(上(shang)限或(huo)下限)相(xiang)(xiang)接觸(動(dong)(dong)斷或(huo)動(dong)(dong)合(he)),使控制(zhi)(zhi)系統中的(de)(de)(de)電路得以斷開(kai)或(huo)接通,從(cong)而達到(dao)自動(dong)(dong)控制(zhi)(zhi)和發信(xin)報警的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)。
三、電接點壓力表如何接線
電接(jie)(jie)點壓力表有4根接(jie)(jie)線,顏色一(yi)般是紅、黃(huang)、綠、黑,要注意(yi)接(jie)(jie)到(dao)正確的線上才能(neng)正常工(gong)作。電接(jie)(jie)點壓力表的接(jie)(jie)線方(fang)法有多種(zhong):
1、標準方法
一(yi)般情況(kuang)下(xia),一(yi)個符合規范的電接(jie)點壓力表,黃(huang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)是(shi)(shi)公共(gong)線(xian)(xian)(xian),即(ji)電源線(xian)(xian)(xian);綠線(xian)(xian)(xian)是(shi)(shi)下(xia)限線(xian)(xian)(xian),即(ji)啟動線(xian)(xian)(xian);紅線(xian)(xian)(xian)是(shi)(shi)上限線(xian)(xian)(xian),即(ji)停止(zhi)線(xian)(xian)(xian);黑線(xian)(xian)(xian)是(shi)(shi)接(jie)地線(xian)(xian)(xian);找到對應的線(xian)(xian)(xian),將其連接(jie)好即(ji)可。
2、萬用表測量法
如(ru)果這個電接點壓力(li)表不符合規范(fan),那(nei)么就無法(fa)通過顏色區分了,這時我們要用(yong)到萬(wan)用(yong)表通斷檔測量。一般與金屬外(wai)殼相(xiang)(xiang)連的(de)那(nei)根是地線(xian)(xian),這根線(xian)(xian)容易(yi)找(zhao)到;其他三根線(xian)(xian)用(yong)萬(wan)用(yong)表,把相(xiang)(xiang)通的(de)那(nei)2根找(zhao)出來,不相(xiang)(xiang)通的(de)則是停(ting)止線(xian)(xian)。
把(ba)地線(xian)(xian)和(he)停止線(xian)(xian)接好后,把(ba)電源線(xian)(xian)(即公共線(xian)(xian))和(he)啟動線(xian)(xian)接到(dao)相(xiang)通的(de)兩(liang)根線(xian)(xian)上(shang),先不(bu)管(guan)這兩(liang)根線(xian)(xian)是不(bu)是接顛倒(dao)了,把(ba)轉換(huan)開關打至(zhi)自動,通電試機,同(tong)時觀察表壓(ya),如果到(dao)了上(shang)限壓(ya)力就(jiu)停機,說(shuo)明(ming)接線(xian)(xian)正(zheng)確;反之(zhi)則說(shuo)明(ming)接反了,兩(liang)根線(xian)(xian)互換(huan)位置即可。
3、看表針結構接線法
正對著電接點壓力表正面(mian),從外(wai)到里,依次是:地線(xian)、電源線(xian)、啟(qi)動線(xian)、停(ting)止線(xian)。
電接點(dian)壓力表一(yi)定要確(que)保接線正(zheng)確(que)才(cai)能投入(ru)使用,不然可能造成(cheng)嚴重的后果。
