一、熔斷器的作用是什么
說起熔斷器可能大家不太了解,不過熔斷器的俗(su)稱(cheng)大家應該都(dou)知道,那就是保險(xian)絲,它(ta)是配電系統、控(kong)制系統和用電設備(bei)中常用的保護器(qi)(qi)件,那么熔斷器(qi)(qi)有什么用呢?
熔(rong)斷器的作(zuo)用主要(yao)是(shi):在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)發(fa)生故(gu)障(zhang)或異常(chang)時,由于線(xian)路(lu)內電(dian)(dian)流劇增,導線(xian)溫(wen)度升高,熔(rong)斷器會在(zai)(zai)高溫(wen)下自身熔(rong)斷,從而切(qie)斷電(dian)(dian)流,起(qi)到(dao)保護電(dian)(dian)路(lu)安(an)全運行(xing),避(bi)免發(fa)生燒(shao)毀電(dian)(dian)路(lu)、燒(shao)壞元器件(jian)、發(fa)生火災等事故(gu)的作(zuo)用。
二、熔斷器的作用是過載保護還是短路保護
電路(lu)的常見故障有(you)過載(zai)和(he)短路(lu)兩種,用于保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)電路(lu)的保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)件(jian)也(ye)有(you)過載(zai)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)件(jian)和(he)短路(lu)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)件(jian)兩種,那(nei)么熔斷器(qi)(qi)(qi)是什(shen)么保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)呢?
一般來說,熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)主要(yao)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)短(duan)路(lu)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)和嚴(yan)重過載(zai)保(bao)護(hu)(hu),因(yin)為(wei)熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)是需要(yao)電路(lu)內電流(liu)較(jiao)高,導致溫(wen)度升高到(dao)熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)熔(rong)(rong)體的熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan)溫(wen)度才會(hui)斷(duan)開的,一般的過載(zai)電流(liu)遠小(xiao)于(yu)熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan)電流(liu),即使出現過載(zai)現象,熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)也不(bu)會(hui)熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan),因(yin)此熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)一般比(bi)較(jiao)少用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)過載(zai)保(bao)護(hu)(hu),主要(yao)還是作為(wei)短(duan)路(lu)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi)件使用(yong)(yong)(yong)。
三、熔斷器可以過載保護嗎
一般不建議。
熔斷器的熔體熔斷才能起到分斷電流的作用,而熔體的熔斷時間隨著電流的增大而減小的,簡單來說,熔體通過的電流越大,其熔斷時間越短;而熔斷器熔(rong)體對于過載(zai)反應是很不靈敏的,當電器(qi)設備發生(sheng)輕度(du)過載(zai)時(shi),熔(rong)體將持續很長(chang)時(shi)間才熔(rong)斷,有時(shi)甚至不熔(rong)斷,因此,除在照(zhao)明(ming)電路(lu)中外(wai),熔(rong)斷器(qi)一般(ban)不宜作(zuo)為過載(zai)保護使用。
