一、接近開關型號怎么看
接近(jin)開(kai)關的型號由(you)以(yi)下(xia)幾個部分組成:
1、首(shou)先第一部分的(de)字母是(shi)(shi)(shi)接近開關(guan)(guan)的(de)代(dai)號(hao),這個(ge)代(dai)號(hao)是(shi)(shi)(shi)表(biao)示接近開關(guan)(guan)的(de)類(lei)型,比如LJ代(dai)表(biao)的(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)電(dian)感式接近開關(guan)(guan),CJ代(dai)表(biao)的(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)電(dian)容式接近開關(guan)(guan),SJ代(dai)表(biao)的(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)霍爾式接近開關(guan)(guan)等。
2、第二部(bu)分代表了(le)接近開關的結構形式,比如M代表了(le)圓柱形,B代表了(le)小(xiao)方形,D代表了(le)普通型(xing)等(deng)。

二、接近開關pnp和npn的區別是什么
接近開關有(you)NPN輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(電流(liu)流(liu)入)和PNP輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(電流(liu)流(liu)出(chu))兩種,當電流(liu)流(liu)出(chu)的傳(chuan)感器(qi)(PNP輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)型(xing)(xing)(xing))在接通時,電流(liu)是從(cong)電源(yuan)經傳(chuan)感器(qi)的輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)端(output)流(liu)到(dao)負載(load)上,進入負載,然后流(liu)到(dao)接地端。
而(er)電流流入(NPN輸(shu)(shu)出型)的(de)傳感器(qi)(qi)接通時,電流是從電源經負載流到(dao)傳感器(qi)(qi)的(de)輸(shu)(shu)出端(output),然后(hou)流到(dao)接地端(GND),最后(hou)進(jin)入系統的(de)(GND)。PNP與NPN型傳感器(qi)(qi)一般(ban)有三條(tiao)引(yin)出線(xian),即電源線(xian)VCC、GND,OUT信號(hao)輸(shu)(shu)出線(xian)。
1、信號輸出線連接不同
(1)NPN類,NPN是(shi)指(zhi)當有信號(hao)觸發時,信號(hao)輸出線OUT和GND連接。
(2)PNP類,PNP是指當有信號觸發時,信號輸(shu)出線OUT和VCC連(lian)接。
2、輸出信號不同
(1)NPN類接近開關。NPN是指(zhi)當有(you)信號(hao)觸發時,信號(hao)輸出(chu)線(xian)out和電(dian)源線(xian)VCC連接,相當于輸出(chu)高電(dian)平的電(dian)源線(xian)。
對于(yu)NPN-NO型(xing),在沒有(you)信(xin)號(hao)觸(chu)發時,輸出(chu)線(xian)(xian)是(shi)懸空的,就是(shi)VCC電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)和out線(xian)(xian)斷開。有(you)信(xin)號(hao)觸(chu)發時,發出(chu)與VCC電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)相同(tong)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,也就是(shi)out線(xian)(xian)和電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)VCC連接(jie),輸出(chu)高電(dian)(dian)(dian)平VCC。對于(yu)NPN-NC型(xing),在沒有(you)信(xin)號(hao)觸(chu)發時,發出(chu)與VCC電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)相同(tong)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,也就是(shi)out線(xian)(xian)和電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)VCC連接(jie),輸出(chu)高電(dian)(dian)(dian)平VCC。當有(you)信(xin)號(hao)觸(chu)發后(hou),輸出(chu)線(xian)(xian)是(shi)懸空的,就是(shi)VCC電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)和out線(xian)(xian)斷開。對于(yu)NPN-NC+NO型(xing),其實(shi)就是(shi)多出(chu)一個輸出(chu)線(xian)(xian)OUT,根據需要取舍。
(2)PNP類(lei)接(jie)近開關。PNP是指(zhi)當有信號觸發時,信號輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)線out和(he)0v線連接(jie),相當于輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)低電平。
對(dui)于PNP-NO型,在沒(mei)有(you)信(xin)號觸(chu)發(fa)(fa)時(shi),輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)線(xian)(xian)是(shi)懸空(kong)的,就(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)0v線(xian)(xian)和(he)out線(xian)(xian)斷(duan)開(kai)。有(you)信(xin)號觸(chu)發(fa)(fa)時(shi),發(fa)(fa)出(chu)與OV相同的電(dian)壓,也就(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)out線(xian)(xian)和(he)0V線(xian)(xian)連接(jie),輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)低電(dian)平OV。對(dui)于PNP-NC型,在沒(mei)有(you)信(xin)號觸(chu)發(fa)(fa)時(shi),發(fa)(fa)出(chu)與0V線(xian)(xian)相同的電(dian)壓,也就(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)out線(xian)(xian)和(he)0V線(xian)(xian)連接(jie),輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)低電(dian)平0V。當有(you)信(xin)號觸(chu)發(fa)(fa)后,輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)線(xian)(xian)是(shi)懸空(kong)的,就(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)0V線(xian)(xian)和(he)out線(xian)(xian)斷(duan)開(kai)。對(dui)于PNP-NC+NO型,和(he)NPN-NC+NO型類(lei)似,多出(chu)一個(ge)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)線(xian)(xian)OUT,及兩條信(xin)號反相的輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)線(xian)(xian),根據需要取舍。
