一、接近開關型號怎么看
接(jie)近開關的(de)型號由以下幾個(ge)部分組成:

二、接近開關pnp和npn的區別是什么
接近開關有(you)NPN輸出(chu)型(電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)流(liu)(liu)入)和PNP輸出(chu)型(電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)流(liu)(liu)出(chu))兩種,當(dang)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)流(liu)(liu)出(chu)的傳感器(PNP輸出(chu)型)在接(jie)通時,電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)是從電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)經傳感器的輸出(chu)端(duan)(output)流(liu)(liu)到(dao)負載(zai)(load)上,進入負載(zai),然后流(liu)(liu)到(dao)接(jie)地端(duan)。
而電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)流(liu)入(ru)(NPN輸(shu)(shu)出型(xing))的(de)(de)傳感器接通時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)是從電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源經負載流(liu)到傳感器的(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)出端(output),然后(hou)流(liu)到接地(di)端(GND),最后(hou)進(jin)入(ru)系統的(de)(de)(GND)。PNP與(yu)NPN型(xing)傳感器一般有三條引(yin)出線,即電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源線VCC、GND,OUT信號輸(shu)(shu)出線。
1、信號輸出線連接不同
(1)NPN類,NPN是指當(dang)有信(xin)號觸發時,信(xin)號輸出線OUT和GND連接。
(2)PNP類,PNP是指當(dang)有信號(hao)觸(chu)發時,信號(hao)輸出線OUT和VCC連(lian)接。
2、輸出信號不同
(1)NPN類接近開關。NPN是指當有(you)信號觸發時(shi),信號輸(shu)出線out和電(dian)源線VCC連(lian)接,相當于輸(shu)出高電(dian)平的電(dian)源線。
對于NPN-NO型(xing),在沒有信號觸(chu)發(fa)時,輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)是(shi)懸(xuan)空的,就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)VCC電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)和(he)out線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)斷(duan)開。有信號觸(chu)發(fa)時,發(fa)出(chu)與VCC電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)相同的電(dian)(dian)壓,也就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)out線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)和(he)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)VCC連(lian)(lian)接,輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)平(ping)VCC。對于NPN-NC型(xing),在沒有信號觸(chu)發(fa)時,發(fa)出(chu)與VCC電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)相同的電(dian)(dian)壓,也就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)out線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)和(he)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)VCC連(lian)(lian)接,輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)平(ping)VCC。當有信號觸(chu)發(fa)后,輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)是(shi)懸(xuan)空的,就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)VCC電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)和(he)out線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)斷(duan)開。對于NPN-NC+NO型(xing),其實(shi)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)多(duo)出(chu)一個(ge)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)OUT,根(gen)據需要(yao)取舍。
(2)PNP類接近(jin)開關。PNP是(shi)指當有(you)信號觸發時,信號輸(shu)出(chu)線out和0v線連接,相當于輸(shu)出(chu)低電平。
對于PNP-NO型(xing),在沒(mei)有(you)信號(hao)觸(chu)發(fa)(fa)時(shi),輸出(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)是(shi)(shi)懸空(kong)的(de)(de),就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)0v線(xian)(xian)和(he)(he)out線(xian)(xian)斷(duan)開。有(you)信號(hao)觸(chu)發(fa)(fa)時(shi),發(fa)(fa)出(chu)(chu)與(yu)OV相(xiang)同的(de)(de)電(dian)壓,也就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)out線(xian)(xian)和(he)(he)0V線(xian)(xian)連接,輸出(chu)(chu)輸出(chu)(chu)低電(dian)平(ping)OV。對于PNP-NC型(xing),在沒(mei)有(you)信號(hao)觸(chu)發(fa)(fa)時(shi),發(fa)(fa)出(chu)(chu)與(yu)0V線(xian)(xian)相(xiang)同的(de)(de)電(dian)壓,也就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)out線(xian)(xian)和(he)(he)0V線(xian)(xian)連接,輸出(chu)(chu)低電(dian)平(ping)0V。當有(you)信號(hao)觸(chu)發(fa)(fa)后,輸出(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)是(shi)(shi)懸空(kong)的(de)(de),就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)0V線(xian)(xian)和(he)(he)out線(xian)(xian)斷(duan)開。對于PNP-NC+NO型(xing),和(he)(he)NPN-NC+NO型(xing)類似,多出(chu)(chu)一個(ge)輸出(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian)OUT,及(ji)兩(liang)條(tiao)信號(hao)反(fan)相(xiang)的(de)(de)輸出(chu)(chu)線(xian)(xian),根據(ju)需要取舍。
