一、電動客車的總體維護分為哪三個方面
電(dian)動客車(che)相比傳統的燃油客車(che),沒有那么多的維(wei)護保養要求,不過為了避免故障(zhang)頻(pin)發,延長(chang)使(shi)用(yong)壽(shou)命,還是(shi)有必(bi)要對其進(jin)行維(wei)護的,電(dian)動客車(che)的維(wei)護保養主要分為三個方(fang)面:
1、常規性維護(hu):包括日常的檢查維護(hu)、一級(ji)(ji)維護(hu)和二(er)級(ji)(ji)維護(hu)。
2、季(ji)節性(xing)維(wei)護:每(mei)個季(ji)度換季(ji)時應進(jin)行的(de)清潔、維(wei)護。
3、磨合期維護:新車或(huo)大修(xiu)后的(de)初駛(shi)路段需要進(jin)行磨合期維護,包(bao)括清(qing)潔、檢查、緊固(gu)、調(diao)整、潤滑(hua)和補給等。
二、如何維護保養新能源電動客車
1、電動客車蓄電池的檢查及維護
(1)電動客車蓄電池的檢查
檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)外殼有(you)(you)無(wu)(wu)裂紋(wen)或破(po)損(sun)(sun);檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)客車蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)安裝狀態,是(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)被腐蝕(shi)以(yi)及連(lian)換導線有(you)(you)無(wu)(wu)破(po)損(sun)(sun);檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)接線柱是(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)生銹、腐蝕(shi),連(lian)接導線有(you)(you)無(wu)(wu)破(po)損(sun)(sun);檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)表面是(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)臟污,通氣孔是(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)暢通等;檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液液面高度(du)是(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)在LEVEL線附近,或是(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)為15mm,當(dang)液面高度(du)過低時(shi),應添加蒸(zheng)餾(liu)水,不允許加自(zi)來水或電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液;檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,單格電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓應在2v以(yi)上;檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液的(de)密度(du),在20℃時(shi)應為1.280;清(qing)洗蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi),保(bao)持蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)清(qing)潔可以(yi)防止(zhi)蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)過多的(de)自(zi)行(xing)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
(2)電動客車蓄電池的維護
在(zai)拆下(xia)(或安裝(zhuang))蓄(xu)(xu)電池(chi)(chi)連(lian)線(xian)(xian)時(shi),為(wei)防止蓄(xu)(xu)電池(chi)(chi)短路,必須先(xian)拆下(xia)(或裝(zhuang)上)地(di)線(xian)(xian);蓄(xu)(xu)電池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)上部(bu)和有關連(lian)接(jie)導線(xian)(xian)應保持清潔和干燥;在(zai)搬運蓄(xu)(xu)電池(chi)(chi)時(shi)千萬注(zhu)意不(bu)要摔壞蓄(xu)(xu)電池(chi)(chi);檢修車輛(liang)時(shi)不(bu)允許把金屬工具放在(zai)蓄(xu)(xu)電池(chi)(chi)上;安裝(zhuang)蓄(xu)(xu)電池(chi)(chi)時(shi),千萬注(zhu)意不(bu)要接(jie)錯極性,否則會燒壞有關連(lian)接(jie)導線(xian)(xian)和電氣設備(bei);蓄(xu)(xu)電池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)連(lian)接(jie)線(xian)(xian)與蓄(xu)(xu)電池(chi)(chi)接(jie)線(xian)(xian)柱應接(jie)觸可靠;如果電動客(ke)車較長時(shi)間不(bu)用,應把蓄(xu)(xu)電池(chi)(chi)從車上拆下(xia)并(bing)放在(zai)陰涼通風的(de)(de)地(di)方。
2、電動客車的電機定期保養
(1)從車上卸下電機待(dai)查。
(2)用250MΩ兆歐表測量電(dian)(dian)機冷態(tai)絕緣電(dian)(dian)阻,其阻值(zhi)應大(da)于0. 5MΩ。
(3)用手轉動軸頭查電(dian)樞(shu)是否轉動靈活,應無卡(ka)擦現(xian)象(xiang)。
(4)打開(kai)防(fang)護罩觀(guan)察(cha)每個電刷(shua)的(de)磨損(sun)程(cheng)度(du)。4個電刷(shua)中只(zhi)要有一(yi)個電刷(shua)的(de)高(gao)度(du)小(xiao)于12mm時(shi),即需更(geng)換(huan)全(quan)部電刷(shua)。
(5)觀察(cha)換(huan)向(xiang)器的表(biao)(biao)面,正常的表(biao)(biao)面應(ying)該是光(guang)滑的且呈紫黑色(se),如表(biao)(biao)面粗糙,高低不平,即認為(wei)該換(huan)向(xiang)器表(biao)(biao)面需重新(xin)車光(guang)。
(6)電(dian)機線圈(quan)(quan)(quan)正常情況(kuang)下,用萬用表的通斷檔測量(liang)電(dian)機電(dian)樞線圈(quan)(quan)(quan)(A1、 A2)或勵磁線圈(quan)(quan)(quan)(S1、S2或F1、F2)時,萬用表應顯(xian)示是導通的,且阻值顯(xian)示接近0(常溫下,一(yi)般只有(you)零(ling)點幾歐)。若測量(liang)到(dao)的阻值大(da)于1Ω,或根本不(bu)導通則可以判斷電(dian)機有(you)故障。故障原因可能是:電(dian)機線圈(quan)(quan)(quan)故障;電(dian)機碳刷磨損嚴重或接觸不(bu)良;換向器(qi)污(wu)染(ran)嚴重或電(dian)機線圈(quan)(quan)(quan)不(bu)開路
