一、中央空調工作原理介(jie)紹
中央空(kong)調(diao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)由一個(ge)或(huo)多個(ge)冷(leng)熱源系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)和多個(ge)空(kong)氣調(diao)節(jie)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)組成,該系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)不(bu)同于傳統(tong)(tong)冷(leng)劑式空(kong)調(diao),(如(ru)單體機,VRV) 集中處理空(kong)氣以(yi)達到舒(shu)適要(yao)求(qiu)。采用(yong)(yong)液(ye)體氣化制冷(leng)的(de)原理為空(kong)氣調(diao)節(jie)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)提供所需冷(leng)量,用(yong)(yong)以(yi)抵(di)消(xiao)室內環境的(de)冷(leng)負(fu)荷;制熱系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)為空(kong)氣調(diao)節(jie)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)提供所需熱量,用(yong)(yong)以(yi)抵(di)消(xiao)室內環境熱負(fu)荷。
制冷系(xi)統是中央空調(diao)系(xi)統至(zhi)關重要的(de)部(bu)分(fen),其采(cai)用(yong)種類、運行(xing)方(fang)式、結構形(xing)式等直接(jie)影響了(le)中央空調(diao)系(xi)統在運行(xing)中的(de)經(jing)濟性、高效性、合理性。
空調制冷原理
中央空(kong)調(diao)(diao)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)時(shi),空(kong)調(diao)(diao)系統內(nei)置一種吸(xi)熱(re)(re)介質--制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)媒(mei)),制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑通過(guo)(guo)(guo)膨脹閥(fa)節(jie)流后經室(shi)(shi)(shi)內(nei)機(ji)(蒸(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器)內(nei)部(bu)蒸(zheng)發(fa)(fa)氣(qi)(qi)化(hua),室(shi)(shi)(shi)內(nei)機(ji)風(feng)扇將冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)風(feng)吹(chui)向(xiang)室(shi)(shi)(shi)內(nei),吸(xi)收室(shi)(shi)(shi)內(nei)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)中的(de)熱(re)(re)能,制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑通過(guo)(guo)(guo)管(guan)道回(hui)到壓(ya)縮機(ji)吸(xi)氣(qi)(qi)端,通過(guo)(guo)(guo)壓(ya)縮機(ji)的(de)壓(ya)縮,提高了冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)媒(mei)的(de)溫度,在(zai)通過(guo)(guo)(guo)室(shi)(shi)(shi)外機(ji)(冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器)使制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑從汽(qi)化(hua)狀態轉(zhuan)換(huan)為液(ye)化(hua)狀態,在(zai)轉(zhuan)換(huan)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程中,釋放出大量(liang)的(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),通過(guo)(guo)(guo)室(shi)(shi)(shi)外機(ji)風(feng)扇將熱(re)(re)量(liang)排出,通過(guo)(guo)(guo)周而復始(shi)的(de)循環,達到制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)目(mu)的(de)。
空調制熱原理
中央空(kong)調制(zhi)(zhi)熱時,系統通(tong)過(guo)電動四(si)通(tong)閥(fa)的(de)轉換,將經過(guo)壓(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)壓(ya)縮(suo)的(de)高(gao)溫高(gao)壓(ya)液(ye)(ye)體(ti)直接(jie)進入(ru)室(shi)內機(ji)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)(室(shi)內機(ji)由制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)轉為制(zhi)(zhi)熱,功能(neng)由蒸發器(qi)(qi)轉為冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)(qi))、釋放出大量的(de)熱量由風(feng)扇排(pai)(pai)放到(dao)(dao)(dao)室(shi)內,吸收室(shi)內的(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi);系統制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑經膨脹閥(fa)節(jie)流后通(tong)過(guo)室(shi)外(wai)機(ji)蒸發器(qi)(qi)由液(ye)(ye)體(ti)轉換為氣(qi)(qi)體(ti),將在室(shi)內機(ji)吸收的(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)經室(shi)外(wai)機(ji)蒸發器(qi)(qi)和風(feng)扇將冷(leng)(leng)(leng)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)排(pai)(pai)到(dao)(dao)(dao)室(shi)外(wai),制(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)劑通(tong)過(guo)管道(dao)回到(dao)(dao)(dao)壓(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)吸氣(qi)(qi)端。通(tong)過(guo)周而復始的(de)循環,達到(dao)(dao)(dao)制(zhi)(zhi)熱的(de)目的(de)。
二、不同系統的工作原理
水系統
水冷(leng)(leng)中央空調包含四(si)大部(bu)件,壓(ya)縮機、冷(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)、節流(liu)裝置、蒸(zheng)發器(qi),制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑依次(ci)在上述四(si)大部(bu)件循環(huan),壓(ya)縮機出來(lai)的冷(leng)(leng)媒(mei)(制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑)高溫(wen)高壓(ya)的氣體,流(liu)經(jing)(jing)冷(leng)(leng)凝器(qi),降溫(wen)降壓(ya),冷(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)通過冷(leng)(leng)卻水系統(tong)將熱(re)量帶到(dao)冷(leng)(leng)卻塔排出,冷(leng)(leng)媒(mei)繼續流(liu)動經(jing)(jing)過節流(liu)裝置,成低(di)溫(wen)低(di)壓(ya)液體,流(liu)經(jing)(jing)蒸(zheng)發器(qi),吸(xi)熱(re),再經(jing)(jing)壓(ya)縮。在蒸(zheng)發器(qi)的兩端接有冷(leng)(leng)凍水循環(huan)系統(tong),制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑在此次(ci)吸(xi)的熱(re)量將冷(leng)(leng)凍水溫(wen)度降低(di),使低(di)溫(wen)的水流(liu)到(dao)用戶端,再經(jing)(jing)過風(feng)機盤管進行熱(re)交換(huan),將冷(leng)(leng)風(feng)吹出。
風系統
新(xin)(xin)風(feng)(feng)的(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)輸方式采用置換式,而(er)非空調氣(qi)(qi)體的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)循環原理和(he)新(xin)(xin)舊(jiu)(jiu)氣(qi)(qi)體混合(he)的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)健康做法,戶外(wai)的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)穎空氣(qi)(qi)經過負壓方式會(hui)自(zi)動(dong)吸入室(shi)內(nei),經過安裝在臥室(shi)、室(shi)廳或起居室(shi)窗(chuang)戶上的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)風(feng)(feng)口進入室(shi)內(nei)時,會(hui)自(zi)動(dong)除塵和(he)過濾。同時,再由對應的(de)(de)(de)室(shi)內(nei)管路與數(shu)個功用房間內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)排風(feng)(feng)口相連,構成的(de)(de)(de)循環系統將帶走室(shi)內(nei)廢氣(qi)(qi),集中在排風(feng)(feng)口“呼出”,而(er)排出的(de)(de)(de)廢氣(qi)(qi)不(bu)再做循環運用,新(xin)(xin)舊(jiu)(jiu)風(feng)(feng)形良好的(de)(de)(de)循環。
盤管系統
風機(ji)盤(pan)管空(kong)調(diao)系統的(de)(de)工(gong)作原理,就(jiu)是借(jie)助風機(ji)盤(pan)管機(ji)組(zu)不斷地循環(huan)室內空(kong)氣,使之通過(guo)盤(pan)管而被(bei)冷(leng)(leng)卻或(huo)加熱(re),以(yi)保(bao)持房(fang)間要(yao)求的(de)(de)溫度和一定的(de)(de)相對濕度。盤(pan)管使用的(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)水或(huo)熱(re)水,由集中冷(leng)(leng)源和熱(re)源供應。與(yu)此同時,由新(xin)風空(kong)調(diao)機(ji)房(fang)集中處理后(hou)的(de)(de)新(xin)風,通過(guo)專門(men)的(de)(de)新(xin)風管道(dao)分別送入各(ge)空(kong)調(diao)房(fang)間,以(yi)滿足空(kong)調(diao)房(fang)間的(de)(de)衛生要(yao)求。
風(feng)(feng)機(ji)盤管空調(diao)系統(tong)與集(ji)中式系統(tong)相比,沒有(you)(you)大風(feng)(feng)道,只有(you)(you)水管和(he)較(jiao)小的新風(feng)(feng)管,具有(you)(you)布(bu)置和(he)安裝方便、占用建(jian)筑空間小、單獨調(diao)節好等(deng)優點,廣泛(fan)用于溫(wen)、濕度精度要(yao)求不高、房間數多、房間較(jiao)小、需(xu)要(yao)單獨控制(zhi)的舒(shu)適性(xing)空調(diao)中。
