一(yi)、中央空(kong)調工作(zuo)原理介紹
中央空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)由一個或多(duo)個冷(leng)(leng)熱源系(xi)統(tong)(tong)和多(duo)個空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣調(diao)節(jie)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)組成,該系(xi)統(tong)(tong)不(bu)同于(yu)傳統(tong)(tong)冷(leng)(leng)劑式空(kong)(kong)(kong)調(diao),(如單體機,VRV) 集中處理(li)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣以達到舒(shu)適要求。采用液(ye)體氣化制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)的(de)原理(li)為空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣調(diao)節(jie)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)提(ti)供所需(xu)冷(leng)(leng)量(liang),用以抵(di)消室內環境的(de)冷(leng)(leng)負荷;制(zhi)熱系(xi)統(tong)(tong)為空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣調(diao)節(jie)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)提(ti)供所需(xu)熱量(liang),用以抵(di)消室內環境熱負荷。
制冷系統(tong)是(shi)中(zhong)央(yang)空(kong)調系統(tong)至關重要的部分,其(qi)采用種(zhong)類、運行方(fang)式(shi)、結構形式(shi)等(deng)直(zhi)接影響了中(zhong)央(yang)空(kong)調系統(tong)在運行中(zhong)的經濟性(xing)(xing)、高效性(xing)(xing)、合理性(xing)(xing)。
空調制冷原理
中(zhong)(zhong)央空調制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)時,空調系統(tong)內(nei)置一(yi)種吸(xi)熱(re)介(jie)質--制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)(冷(leng)(leng)媒(mei)),制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)通(tong)過(guo)膨脹(zhang)閥節(jie)流后經室(shi)(shi)內(nei)機(ji)(ji)(蒸(zheng)發器(qi))內(nei)部蒸(zheng)發氣化(hua)(hua),室(shi)(shi)內(nei)機(ji)(ji)風(feng)(feng)扇將冷(leng)(leng)風(feng)(feng)吹向室(shi)(shi)內(nei),吸(xi)收室(shi)(shi)內(nei)空氣中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)能,制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)通(tong)過(guo)管道(dao)回到壓縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)吸(xi)氣端(duan),通(tong)過(guo)壓縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)壓縮(suo),提高了冷(leng)(leng)媒(mei)的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度,在通(tong)過(guo)室(shi)(shi)外機(ji)(ji)(冷(leng)(leng)凝器(qi))使(shi)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(ji)從汽化(hua)(hua)狀態(tai)轉換為液化(hua)(hua)狀態(tai),在轉換過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong),釋放出大量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),通(tong)過(guo)室(shi)(shi)外機(ji)(ji)風(feng)(feng)扇將熱(re)量(liang)排出,通(tong)過(guo)周(zhou)而復始的(de)(de)(de)循環,達(da)到制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。
空調制熱原理
中(zhong)央空(kong)調(diao)制(zhi)熱(re)(re)時,系統(tong)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)電動四通(tong)(tong)閥(fa)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換,將(jiang)經過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)的(de)(de)高溫(wen)高壓(ya)(ya)液體(ti)(ti)直接(jie)進(jin)入室(shi)(shi)內(nei)(nei)機(ji)(ji)冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器(室(shi)(shi)內(nei)(nei)機(ji)(ji)由(you)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)為(wei)(wei)制(zhi)熱(re)(re),功(gong)能(neng)由(you)蒸(zheng)發(fa)器轉(zhuan)(zhuan)為(wei)(wei)冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器)、釋放出大(da)量的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量由(you)風扇排放到(dao)室(shi)(shi)內(nei)(nei),吸(xi)收室(shi)(shi)內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)空(kong)氣(qi);系統(tong)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑經膨脹閥(fa)節流后通(tong)(tong)過(guo)室(shi)(shi)外機(ji)(ji)蒸(zheng)發(fa)器由(you)液體(ti)(ti)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換為(wei)(wei)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti),將(jiang)在室(shi)(shi)內(nei)(nei)機(ji)(ji)吸(xi)收的(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)空(kong)氣(qi)經室(shi)(shi)外機(ji)(ji)蒸(zheng)發(fa)器和風扇將(jiang)冷(leng)(leng)空(kong)氣(qi)排到(dao)室(shi)(shi)外,制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑通(tong)(tong)過(guo)管道回到(dao)壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)(ji)吸(xi)氣(qi)端(duan)。通(tong)(tong)過(guo)周而(er)復始的(de)(de)循(xun)環,達到(dao)制(zhi)熱(re)(re)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
二、不同系統的工作原理
水系統
水冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)中央空調包含(han)四大部(bu)件,壓(ya)縮(suo)機、冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器、節流(liu)裝(zhuang)置、蒸發器,制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑依次(ci)在上述四大部(bu)件循環(huan),壓(ya)縮(suo)機出(chu)來的冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)媒(制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑)高溫(wen)高壓(ya)的氣體(ti),流(liu)經冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器,降溫(wen)降壓(ya),冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器通過(guo)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻水系統將熱量帶到冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻塔(ta)排出(chu),冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)媒繼(ji)續流(liu)動經過(guo)節流(liu)裝(zhuang)置,成低(di)溫(wen)低(di)壓(ya)液體(ti),流(liu)經蒸發器,吸熱,再經壓(ya)縮(suo)。在蒸發器的兩端(duan)接有冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凍(dong)水循環(huan)系統,制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑在此(ci)次(ci)吸的熱量將冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凍(dong)水溫(wen)度降低(di),使(shi)低(di)溫(wen)的水流(liu)到用(yong)戶端(duan),再經過(guo)風(feng)機盤管(guan)進(jin)行熱交換,將冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)風(feng)吹出(chu)。
風系統
新風(feng)(feng)的(de)(de)(de)傳輸(shu)方(fang)式(shi)采用置換式(shi),而非空(kong)調氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)內循(xun)(xun)環(huan)原理和新舊氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)混合的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)健(jian)康做(zuo)法(fa),戶外的(de)(de)(de)新穎空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)經過(guo)負壓方(fang)式(shi)會自(zi)動(dong)(dong)吸入(ru)室內,經過(guo)安裝(zhuang)在臥室、室廳或起居室窗戶上的(de)(de)(de)新風(feng)(feng)口(kou)進入(ru)室內時,會自(zi)動(dong)(dong)除(chu)塵和過(guo)濾(lv)。同時,再由對應的(de)(de)(de)室內管(guan)路(lu)與數個功用房(fang)間(jian)內的(de)(de)(de)排(pai)風(feng)(feng)口(kou)相連,構成的(de)(de)(de)循(xun)(xun)環(huan)系統將帶走室內廢氣(qi)(qi),集中在排(pai)風(feng)(feng)口(kou)“呼出”,而排(pai)出的(de)(de)(de)廢氣(qi)(qi)不(bu)再做(zuo)循(xun)(xun)環(huan)運(yun)用,新舊風(feng)(feng)形(xing)良好的(de)(de)(de)循(xun)(xun)環(huan)。
盤管系統
風(feng)(feng)機(ji)盤管空調(diao)系(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)工作原理,就是借助風(feng)(feng)機(ji)盤管機(ji)組不斷(duan)地循環室內空氣,使之通(tong)過盤管而被冷(leng)卻(que)或加熱(re),以(yi)保持(chi)房間要求(qiu)的(de)(de)(de)溫度和(he)一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)相對(dui)濕度。盤管使用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)水(shui)或熱(re)水(shui),由(you)集中冷(leng)源(yuan)和(he)熱(re)源(yuan)供應。與此同(tong)時,由(you)新風(feng)(feng)空調(diao)機(ji)房集中處理后的(de)(de)(de)新風(feng)(feng),通(tong)過專(zhuan)門的(de)(de)(de)新風(feng)(feng)管道分(fen)別送入各空調(diao)房間,以(yi)滿(man)足(zu)空調(diao)房間的(de)(de)(de)衛生要求(qiu)。
風(feng)(feng)機盤(pan)管(guan)空調(diao)系(xi)統與(yu)集中(zhong)式(shi)系(xi)統相比,沒有大風(feng)(feng)道,只有水管(guan)和較(jiao)小(xiao)的新風(feng)(feng)管(guan),具有布置(zhi)和安(an)裝方便、占(zhan)用建筑空間(jian)小(xiao)、單(dan)獨(du)調(diao)節好(hao)等優點,廣泛用于溫、濕度精度要(yao)求不高、房間(jian)數多、房間(jian)較(jiao)小(xiao)、需要(yao)單(dan)獨(du)控制的舒適性空調(diao)中(zhong)。
