一、工夫紅茶是什么意思
工夫紅茶也稱工夫茶、紅茶,是我國特有的紅茶品種,其原料以紅(hong)條茶(cha)精(jing)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)加工而(er)成,由于制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工精(jing)細,精(jing)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時頗費工夫(fu)(fu),因(yin)此稱工夫(fu)(fu)紅(hong)茶(cha),對泡茶(cha)方式(shi)也極為講(jiang)究。

二、工夫紅茶為什么叫工夫
工(gong)(gong)夫紅(hong)茶為什么叫工(gong)(gong)夫,主要(yao)(yao)是因為其制(zhi)(zhi)茶工(gong)(gong)藝復雜(za),需(xu)要(yao)(yao)經過初制(zhi)(zhi)和(he)精(jing)制(zhi)(zhi)兩(liang)個(ge)階段過程,所謂的(de)工(gong)(gong)夫即是要(yao)(yao)花費一(yi)定的(de)時間(jian)跟精(jing)力去(qu)制(zhi)(zhi)紅(hong)茶;通常(chang)初制(zhi)(zhi)要(yao)(yao)經過萎凋、揉捻(nian)、發酵以及干燥(zao)這(zhe)4道(dao)工(gong)(gong)序(xu),然后制(zhi)(zhi)成(cheng)紅(hong)條茶即毛茶后,還(huan)要(yao)(yao)開始(shi)精(jing)制(zhi)(zhi),在經過篩分(fen)、分(fen)選、揀(jian)剔、復火、勻堆、拼(pin)裝等等一(yi)系列(lie)復雜(za)的(de)多(duo)道(dao)工(gong)(gong)序(xu),才能真正制(zhi)(zhi)成(cheng)工(gong)(gong)夫紅(hong)茶成(cheng)品(pin),全部結(jie)束大(da)概需(xu)要(yao)(yao)3~4個(ge)月的(de)時間(jian)。
工(gong)夫紅(hong)(hong)茶(cha)除了制茶(cha)工(gong)藝(yi)極其繁瑣外,還流傳(chuan)這樣的(de)(de)(de)一種說法,那就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)享譽全(quan)球的(de)(de)(de)功夫之(zhi)王李小龍當年在美(mei)國設館授(shou)徒時(shi),因喜歡喝國內(nei)帶過去的(de)(de)(de)紅(hong)(hong)茶(cha),才被人(ren)傳(chuan)為功夫紅(hong)(hong)茶(cha)的(de)(de)(de),意思就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)喝功夫紅(hong)(hong)茶(cha)的(de)(de)(de)人(ren),可以強身(shen)健體,志存高遠(yuan),其實這個是(shi)(shi)瞎(xia)編造的(de)(de)(de),真正的(de)(de)(de)寫法是(shi)(shi)“工(gong)夫紅(hong)(hong)茶(cha)”,而不是(shi)(shi)“功夫紅(hong)(hong)茶(cha)”。
三、工夫紅茶和普通紅茶的區別
紅(hong)茶(cha)(cha),是(shi)指經過發(fa)酵處理的(de)(de)(de)茶(cha)(cha)葉(xie)。而工(gong)夫紅(hong)茶(cha)(cha),是(shi)指在(zai)制(zhi)作過程(cheng)中(zhong),采用(yong)了獨特(te)的(de)(de)(de)手工(gong)技藝(yi)和工(gong)藝(yi),制(zhi)作出(chu)來的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)種(zhong)特(te)殊(shu)紅(hong)茶(cha)(cha)。雖(sui)然(ran)兩(liang)種(zhong)茶(cha)(cha)都(dou)是(shi)紅(hong)茶(cha)(cha),但它們(men)之間還是(shi)存在(zai)一(yi)些區別的(de)(de)(de)。
1、生長地區不同
紅茶可以(yi)在全球(qiu)范(fan)圍內生長,但是以(yi)中(zhong)國(guo)、印度、斯里蘭(lan)卡和肯尼亞等地(di)的紅茶為主。而工夫紅茶則主要產于中(zhong)國(guo)福建(jian)、廣東、云南(nan)、臺灣等地(di)。
2、制作工藝不同
紅(hong)茶的制作過程(cheng)相對(dui)簡單,一(yi)般包(bao)括萎凋、滾刀(dao)和(he)發酵(jiao)等步驟。而工夫紅(hong)茶則需要(yao)經過搖青、揉捻、發酵(jiao)、烘干(gan)等多個步驟,制作過程(cheng)更加復雜。
3、葉子形態不同
紅(hong)茶的(de)葉子(zi)形態較為(wei)(wei)整齊,顏(yan)色(se)較為(wei)(wei)一(yi)致(zhi)。而(er)工夫紅(hong)茶的(de)葉子(zi)形態則更為(wei)(wei)復雜,顏(yan)色(se)也更加多樣。
4、香氣和口感不同
紅茶(cha)的香(xiang)氣(qi)較為濃(nong)郁(yu),口感較為醇厚。而工夫紅茶(cha)則香(xiang)氣(qi)更加清香(xiang),口感更為細(xi)膩(ni)。
