充電寶給手機充電斷開的原因
很(hen)多網友反(fan)映,購買到的(de)(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)寶給手機充(chong)電(dian)(dian)時,充(chong)一(yi)會兒就(jiu)斷開(kai)了,這(zhe)種情(qing)況,一(yi)般來說與移動(dong)電(dian)(dian)源的(de)(de)質量有(you)關,主要有(you)如下幾個因(yin)素:
1、充電寶輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓不夠(gou)。這(zhe)(zhe)是(shi)(shi)根據充電(dian)(dian)(dian)原理(li)決定的,必須是(shi)(shi)高電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓流(liu)向低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,手機(ji)一(yi)般是(shi)(shi)3.7V,移動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)是(shi)(shi)3.7V,這(zhe)(zhe)樣就是(shi)(shi)平級的,因此移動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源在輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),會進行升(sheng)壓到5V,這(zhe)(zhe)樣就產生高電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓流(liu)向低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,進行充電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
2、充電(dian)寶輸出電(dian)流強度不(bu)夠。我們在測試(shi)一些移動電(dian)源的(de)(de)時候,上(shang)面標稱有(you)800mAh放(fang)電(dian),但是有(you)時根本(ben)不(bu)能以這(zhe)個規(gui)格進(jin)行(xing)放(fang)電(dian),電(dian)流強度不(bu)夠時也會發(fa)生這(zhe)種現象,這(zhe)個和電(dian)壓息息相關,最根本(ben)的(de)(de)還(huan)是鋰電(dian)芯質量(liang)不(bu)好所致。
3、與手機(ji)本身(shen)有關。可(ke)能手機(ji)電阻值過大,其實這種(zhong)情況的可(ke)能性非常少。只是在此提(ti)及。
4、與移動(dong)電(dian)源的(de)PCBA保(bao)護板(ban)有關。在第1點提到(dao),保(bao)護板(ban)要起到(dao)過流過充過放的(de)功(gong)能,同時(shi)還有一(yi)個(ge)MCU,這個(ge)就(jiu)是用(yong)來升壓,如果保(bao)護板(ban)質量不好,在電(dian)流穿(chuan)過時(shi)就(jiu)不穩定,導至PCBA怠工,然后(hou)導致(zhi)充電(dian)寶無法(fa)充電(dian),發(fa)生上述(shu)的(de)情況。
