充電寶給手機充電斷開的原因
很多網友反映,購買(mai)到(dao)的充電(dian)寶給手(shou)機(ji)充電(dian)時,充一會兒就斷開(kai)了,這(zhe)種情況,一般來說與移動電(dian)源的質量有關(guan),主要(yao)有如下幾個因素:
1、充電寶輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)不夠。這是(shi)根(gen)據充電(dian)(dian)(dian)原理決定的,必須是(shi)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)流(liu)向低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),手機一般是(shi)3.7V,移(yi)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)芯是(shi)3.7V,這樣(yang)就是(shi)平(ping)級(ji)的,因此移(yi)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源在(zai)輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時,會進(jin)行(xing)升壓(ya)(ya)到(dao)5V,這樣(yang)就產生(sheng)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)流(liu)向低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),進(jin)行(xing)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
2、充電(dian)(dian)寶輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)強度不(bu)(bu)(bu)夠。我們在測試一些移動電(dian)(dian)源的時候(hou),上(shang)面標稱有(you)800mAh放電(dian)(dian),但(dan)是(shi)有(you)時根(gen)(gen)本(ben)不(bu)(bu)(bu)能以這(zhe)個(ge)(ge)規(gui)格(ge)進(jin)行放電(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)流(liu)強度不(bu)(bu)(bu)夠時也會發生(sheng)這(zhe)種現象(xiang),這(zhe)個(ge)(ge)和電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)息(xi)息(xi)相關,最(zui)根(gen)(gen)本(ben)的還(huan)是(shi)鋰電(dian)(dian)芯質(zhi)量(liang)不(bu)(bu)(bu)好(hao)所致(zhi)。
3、與手(shou)機(ji)本(ben)身有(you)關(guan)。可能手(shou)機(ji)電阻值過(guo)大,其實這(zhe)種情(qing)況的可能性非常少。只是在此提及。
4、與移動電(dian)(dian)源的PCBA保(bao)護(hu)板有(you)關。在第1點提(ti)到(dao),保(bao)護(hu)板要(yao)起到(dao)過流(liu)過充過放的功能(neng),同時(shi)還有(you)一個MCU,這(zhe)個就是用(yong)來升壓,如(ru)果(guo)保(bao)護(hu)板質量不(bu)好,在電(dian)(dian)流(liu)穿過時(shi)就不(bu)穩定(ding),導至PCBA怠工,然后導致充電(dian)(dian)寶無法充電(dian)(dian),發生上述的情況。
