熱繼(ji)電器(qi)的安(an)裝步驟(zou) 熱繼(ji)電器(qi)的安(an)裝維護事(shi)項
(1)熱繼電器的(de)(de)安(an)裝方向、連接(jie)線規格(ge)應(ying)符合產品(pin)說明書要求。安(an)裝的(de)(de)傾斜度一(yi)般(ban)不得超過5度,同(tong)時應(ying)盡可(ke)能裝在與它組裝的(de)(de)其(qi)他電器下而,以免受到其(qi)他電器發熱的(de)(de)影響。
(2)熱繼(ji)(ji)電器出線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)端的連(lian)接導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),應按照表(biao)4-2的規(gui)定選(xuan)用。這是(shi)因為導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的材料和粗細(xi)均能影響到熱元(yuan)件(jian)端接點傳導(dao)(dao)到外部熱量(liang)的多少。導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)過細(xi),軸(zhou)向導(dao)(dao)熱差,熱繼(ji)(ji)電器可(ke)能提前動(dong)作;反之,導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)過粗,軸(zhou)向導(dao)(dao)熱快,熱繼(ji)(ji)電器可(ke)能滯(zhi)后動(dong)作。熱繼(ji)(ji)電器出線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)端的連(lian)接(銅芯(xin))導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)可(ke)按表(biao)4-2選(xuan)擇。若采用鋁芯(xin)導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的截(jie)面積應增(zeng)大約1.8倍,且端頭應搪錫(xi)。
(3)熱繼(ji)電(dian)器只能作(zuo)為電(dian)動機(ji)的過(guo)載保(bao)護,而不(bu)能作(zuo)短路(lu)保(bao)護使(shi)用(yong)。對點(dian)動、重載啟動、連續正反(fan)轉及反(fan)接制動等(deng)運(yun)行的電(dian)動機(ji),一般不(bu)宜用(yong)熱繼(ji)電(dian)器作(zuo)過(guo)載保(bao)護。
(4)熱繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)安裝時,應清除觸頭(tou)表面塵污(wu),以免因接觸電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)太(tai)大(da)或電(dian)(dian)路不通,而影響熱繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)的動(dong)作性能。
(5)使用中熱(re)繼電器的(de)外(wai)殼蓋(gai)子(zi)要經常蓋(gai)好(hao),接線(xian)頭必須(xu)擰緊(jin),連接牢靠。
(6)檢查熱元(yuan)件的(de)額定電流值(zhi)(zhi)或調整旋鈕的(de)刻度值(zhi)(zhi),看是否(fou)與電動(dong)機的(de)額定電流相當(dang)或相等。
(7)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)中要(yao)(yao)定期用(yong)(yong)(yong)布(bu)擦(ca)凈熱繼電(dian)器上的灰塵或積(ji)污(wu)。雙金屬(shu)片要(yao)(yao)保持原有(you)(you)光澤,若有(you)(you)銹跡(ji),可用(yong)(yong)(yong)布(bu)蘸些(xie)汽油輕輕擦(ca)拭,注意禁(jin)止(zhi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)砂紙打(da)磨。
(8)用(yong)手撥動四五次觀察其(qi)動作(zuo)機構應正常可靠(kao),再扣(kou)復位按鈕應靈活,調整部件不得松動(己松動時須加以緊(jin)固(gu)并重新進行調整試驗)。
(9)檢查熱元件是否良好,只可打開蓋子從(cong)旁觀看而不準將熱元件拆下。確需拆下查看時(shi),則裝好后一定要重新進行通電(dian)動作試(shi)驗。
(10)使用中(zhong)每(mei)年進(jin)行一(yi)次通電試驗。在(zai)設備發生(sheng)短路(lu)故(gu)障后,應檢查熱元件和雙金(jin)屬片有無明顯(xian)變形(xing)。若因變形(xing)等使動作(zuo)不(bu)準時,只可調整其可調部(bu)件,絕不(bu)許彎(wan)拆雙金(jin)屬片。
(11)在必須更換熱元件時,應換上(shang)與(yu)原(yuan)熱元件產(chan)品型(xing)號、編號、額定電流及制(zhi)造廠相同的新(xin)元件。
