1.垂直圓盤氣吸排種器的工作原理
垂直圓盤(pan)(pan)氣吸式排(pai)種(zhong)(zhong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)氣吸室與(yu)風(feng)機(ji)進風(feng)口相連,排(pai)種(zhong)(zhong)盤(pan)(pan)的(de)一(yi)側為氣吸室的(de)負(fu)壓(ya)(ya)道,另一(yi)側為充種(zhong)(zhong)區(qu)(qu)。當高(gao)速旋轉(zhuan)的(de)風(feng)機(ji)產生(sheng)負(fu)壓(ya)(ya)時,地輪帶動(dong)排(pai)種(zhong)(zhong)盤(pan)(pan)轉(zhuan)動(dong)。當排(pai)種(zhong)(zhong)盤(pan)(pan)上(shang)(shang)的(de)排(pai)種(zhong)(zhong)孔(kong)轉(zhuan)到種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)室充種(zhong)(zhong)區(qu)(qu)時,種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)室與(yu)大氣相通,此時種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)被吸附(fu)在(zai)(zai)排(pai)種(zhong)(zhong)孔(kong)上(shang)(shang)。當排(pai)種(zhong)(zhong)盤(pan)(pan)轉(zhuan)到投(tou)種(zhong)(zhong)區(qu)(qu)時,負(fu)壓(ya)(ya)消失,種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)在(zai)(zai)重力(li)作(zuo)用下落入開(kai)溝(gou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)開(kai)好的(de)溝(gou)內。排(pai)種(zhong)(zhong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)上(shang)(shang)設(she)有鋸齒式刮種(zhong)(zhong)器(qi)(qi)(qi),可以刮去多余的(de)種(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi),滿足(zu)精量播種(zhong)(zhong)的(de)要求。
2.排種量不穩定的影響因素
造成排(pai)(pai)(pai)種量不(bu)穩定的原因主要有(you)(you)以(yi)下幾點:一(yi)是(shi)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)氣管路出(chu)現(xian)問題(ti)(ti)。吸(xi)(xi)(xi)氣管路有(you)(you)漏(lou)(lou)氣的地方(fang),如漏(lou)(lou)洞(dong)、接頭(tou)松動、裂紋等(deng),導(dao)致(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣壓下降,吸(xi)(xi)(xi)力(li)(li)減小,一(yi)部分或(huo)(huo)全部漏(lou)(lou)播(bo),主要表(biao)現(xian)為個(ge)別(bie)壟行播(bo)量減少(shao)或(huo)(huo)漏(lou)(lou)播(bo)。二是(shi)膠管質(zhi)量出(chu)現(xian)問題(ti)(ti)。吸(xi)(xi)(xi)氣膠管質(zhi)量差、老化、破損、漏(lou)(lou)洞(dong)或(huo)(huo)產(chan)(chan)生脫離層(ceng)而使(shi)氣流阻(zu)力(li)(li)加大,氣壓降低(di),難以(yi)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)種子,出(chu)現(xian)排(pai)(pai)(pai)種量減少(shao)或(huo)(huo)漏(lou)(lou)播(bo)現(xian)象(xiang)。三(san)是(shi)風(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)兩側軸承(cheng)出(chu)現(xian)問題(ti)(ti)。磨損嚴(yan)重、年久(jiu)失修或(huo)(huo)長期缺油,導(dao)致(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)阻(zu)力(li)(li)增大、轉(zhuan)速下降、氣壓不(bu)足(zu)(zu)(zu),表(biao)現(xian)為整機(ji)(ji)(ji)播(bo)量不(bu)足(zu)(zu)(zu)或(huo)(huo)完(wan)全漏(lou)(lou)播(bo)。四是(shi)風(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)轉(zhuan)速出(chu)現(xian)問題(ti)(ti)。風(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)轉(zhuan)速不(bu)足(zu)(zu)(zu),吸(xi)(xi)(xi)力(li)(li)不(bu)夠(gou)。主機(ji)(ji)(ji)轉(zhuan)速降低(di)、動力(li)(li)輸出(chu)軸出(chu)現(xian)故障(zhang)或(huo)(huo)三(san)角傳動帶陳舊、磨損嚴(yan)重、拉長、松弦(xian)等(deng),都會導(dao)致(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)風(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)轉(zhuan)速下降。五是(shi)排(pai)(pai)(pai)種盤出(chu)現(xian)問題(ti)(ti)。排(pai)(pai)(pai)種盤因保(bao)管、安裝(zhuang)不(bu)當而產(chan)(chan)生變形、銹蝕或(huo)(huo)種室變形等(deng)使(shi)排(pai)(pai)(pai)種盤與(yu)種室密封不(bu)好,產(chan)(chan)生漏(lou)(lou)氣,導(dao)致(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)種子吸(xi)(xi)(xi)力(li)(li)不(bu)足(zu)(zu)(zu);種子里混有(you)(you)雜(za)物(wu),將排(pai)(pai)(pai)種盤孔眼(yan)堵死(si),造成漏(lou)(lou)播(bo)種;排(pai)(pai)(pai)種盤型(xing)號不(bu)當,孔眼(yan)過小,吸(xi)(xi)(xi)力(li)(li)不(bu)足(zu)(zu)(zu),導(dao)致(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)無(wu)法吸(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)種子或(huo)(huo)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)量少(shao),進(jin)而產(chan)(chan)生漏(lou)(lou)播(bo)或(huo)(huo)播(bo)量不(bu)足(zu)(zu)(zu)現(xian)象(xiang)。
3.提高排種器精確性的措施
發現(xian)漏(lou)播現(xian)象,應(ying)(ying)立即停車熄火,將(jiang)播種機(ji)(ji)落(luo)地檢查原因。若(ruo)接(jie)頭連接(jie)不(bu)牢,可重新接(jie)牢;有較小(xiao)孔眼或裂紋的可用膠帶貼(tie)補(bu),孔眼過大或裂紋過長應(ying)(ying)更(geng)換新管;輸氣管內壁脫層阻力大應(ying)(ying)更(geng)換新管。排種盤(pan)或排種室變形可試校,校平后(hou)仍然(ran)漏(lou)氣應(ying)(ying)更(geng)換新品;發動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)轉速正常而風機(ji)(ji)風量不(bu)足,要檢查風機(ji)(ji)軸(zhou)(zhou)承,如有曠動(dong)(dong)、異聲等應(ying)(ying)更(geng)換軸(zhou)(zhou)承。
如(ru)果播(bo)(bo)種(zhong)機完(wan)全(quan)(quan)不(bu)播(bo)(bo)種(zhong),主要(yao)(yao)是(shi)磨損(sun)嚴(yan)重(zhong)(zhong)或運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)、保管不(bu)當造成傳動(dong)件(jian)變形(xing),如(ru)方(fang)軸、軸套、傘(san)齒輪、排種(zhong)器等嚴(yan)重(zhong)(zhong)磨損(sun)、變形(xing),導(dao)致風(feng)速和風(feng)量(liang)不(bu)足而(er)完(wan)全(quan)(quan)不(bu)播(bo)(bo)種(zhong)。此(ci)時(shi),要(yao)(yao)全(quan)(quan)面(mian)檢(jian)修播(bo)(bo)種(zhong)機,如(ru)方(fang)軸要(yao)(yao)校直(zhi),配合松曠的可(ke)加墊(dian)片消(xiao)除(chu)間隙,磨損(sun)嚴(yan)重(zhong)(zhong)的要(yao)(yao)焊補后(hou)(hou)(hou)磨平。傘(san)齒輪磨損(sun)過大的要(yao)(yao)成對更(geng)換(huan)(huan),磨損(sun)不(bu)太(tai)嚴(yan)重(zhong)(zhong)的可(ke)在內孔(kong)加墊(dian)片消(xiao)除(chu)間隙。方(fang)向節可(ke)用推(tui)焊法(fa)填補磨痕,然(ran)后(hou)(hou)(hou)車平表面(mian)。裝(zhuang)復后(hou)(hou)(hou)應轉動(dong)靈活。排種(zhong)器要(yao)(yao)更(geng)換(huan)(huan)。維護時(shi)要(yao)(yao)注意(yi)方(fang)軸套和軸、傘(san)齒輪的潤滑,以減緩磨損(sun)。運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)中要(yao)(yao)防止(zhi)碰(peng)撞。
