UPS的作用
UPS具有以下幾項基本功能:
1. 電(dian)網電(dian)壓(ya)正(zheng)常時(shi)(shi)(shi),市(shi)電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya)通過(guo)UPS穩壓(ya)后供應給負載使用,性能(neng)好的(de)(de)UPS本身就是良好的(de)(de)交流穩壓(ya)器(qi),同時(shi)(shi)(shi)改善電(dian)源質量(liang);同時(shi)(shi)(shi)它還對機內(nei)的(de)(de)電(dian)池(chi)進行(xing)充電(dian),儲存后備能(neng)量(liang)。
2. 電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)異常時(欠壓(ya)、過(guo)壓(ya)、掉電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、干(gan)擾等)UPS的(de)逆變器將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)轉換為交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)維(wei)持對(dui)負載的(de)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。
3. UPS在電(dian)網供電(dian)和電(dian)池供電(dian)之間自行切換(huan),確保對負載的(de)(de)不間斷供電(dian)。而且可以根(gen)據(ju)設備的(de)(de)精密程度來選擇可承受(shou)的(de)(de)切換(huan)時間。
UPS的分類
UPS已從(cong)60 年代(dai)的(de)(de)(de)旋轉發電機發展(zhan)至今天的(de)(de)(de)具有智能化程度的(de)(de)(de)靜(jing)止式全電子化電路,并且(qie)還在繼續發展(zhan)。主流的(de)(de)(de)UPS廠商有APC、山特等,都提供各種級(ji)別的(de)(de)(de)UPS滿足不同用戶群的(de)(de)(de)需要。
目(mu)前,UPS一(yi)般均指靜(jing)止式UPS,按其工作(zuo)方式分(fen)(fen)類可(ke)分(fen)(fen)為后備(bei)式、在線互動(dong)式及(ji)在線式三大類。
1. 后備式UPS:在市(shi)電(dian)正常時直(zhi)接由市(shi)電(dian)向負載供電(dian),當市(shi)電(dian)超出其(qi)工作(zuo)范圍(wei)(wei)或(huo)停電(dian)時,通(tong)過轉換(huan)(huan)開關轉為電(dian)池(chi)逆變供電(dian)。其(qi)特點是:結構簡(jian)單(dan),體積小,成(cheng)本低,但輸入電(dian)壓范圍(wei)(wei)窄,輸出電(dian)壓穩定精度差(cha),有切換(huan)(huan)時間,且(qie)輸出波形一般(ban)為方波。
2. 在(zai)(zai)線互(hu)動式UPS:在(zai)(zai)市(shi)電(dian)(dian)正常時(shi)(shi)直接由市(shi)電(dian)(dian)向負載供電(dian)(dian),當市(shi)電(dian)(dian)偏(pian)低或偏(pian)高時(shi)(shi),通過(guo)UPS內(nei)部穩(wen)壓線路穩(wen)壓后輸出,當市(shi)電(dian)(dian)異常或停電(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi),通過(guo)轉換開關(guan)轉為電(dian)(dian)池逆變供電(dian)(dian)。其特點(dian)是:有(you)較寬的(de)輸入電(dian)(dian)壓范圍(wei),噪音低,體積(ji)小等特點(dian),但同(tong)樣存(cun)在(zai)(zai)切(qie)換時(shi)(shi)間。
3. 在(zai)(zai)(zai)線式(shi)UPS:在(zai)(zai)(zai)市電(dian)(dian)(dian)正常時(shi),由(you)市電(dian)(dian)(dian)進行整流(liu)提(ti)供直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓給逆變(bian)器工作,由(you)逆變(bian)器向負(fu)載提(ti)供交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian),在(zai)(zai)(zai)市電(dian)(dian)(dian)異常時(shi),逆變(bian)器由(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池提(ti)供能量(liang),逆變(bian)器始終處于工作狀態,保證無間斷輸(shu)出。其特(te)點是,有極(ji)寬的(de)輸(shu)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓范(fan)圍(wei),無切換時(shi)間且輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓穩定精度高(gao),特(te)別適合(he)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)源要(yao)求(qiu)較高(gao)的(de)場(chang)合(he),但是成本較高(gao)。目前,功(gong)率大于3KVA的(de)UPS幾乎都是在(zai)(zai)(zai)線式(shi)UPS。
UPS按照輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)大(da)小劃分(fen)為小容(rong)(rong)量(liang)3KVA以下,中(zhong)(zhong)小容(rong)(rong)量(liang)3KVA~10KVA,中(zhong)(zhong)大(da)容(rong)(rong)量(liang)10KVA以上。UPS按輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)/輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)方(fang)式(shi)可(ke)分(fen)為三(san)(san)(san)類:單相(xiang)輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)/單相(xiang)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)、三(san)(san)(san)相(xiang)輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)/單相(xiang)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)、三(san)(san)(san)相(xiang)輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)/三(san)(san)(san)相(xiang)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)。對于用(yong)戶來說,三(san)(san)(san)相(xiang)供電(dian)(dian)其(qi)市電(dian)(dian)配電(dian)(dian)和負(fu)載配電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)易(yi),每一相(xiang)都承當一部分(fen)負(fu)載電(dian)(dian)流,因而中(zhong)(zhong)、大(da)功率UPS多采用(yong)三(san)(san)(san)相(xiang)輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)/單相(xiang)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)或三(san)(san)(san)相(xiang)輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)/三(san)(san)(san)相(xiang)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)的(de)供電(dian)(dian)方(fang)式(shi)。
