UPS的作用
UPS具有以下幾項基本功能:
1. 電(dian)(dian)網電(dian)(dian)壓正常時(shi),市電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓通過UPS穩壓后供應給負載使用,性能(neng)好的(de)UPS本身(shen)就(jiu)是良好的(de)交流穩壓器,同時(shi)改善電(dian)(dian)源質量(liang);同時(shi)它還對機(ji)內的(de)電(dian)(dian)池進行充電(dian)(dian),儲存后備能(neng)量(liang)。
2. 電(dian)(dian)網電(dian)(dian)壓異常時(欠(qian)壓、過壓、掉電(dian)(dian)、干擾等)UPS的逆變(bian)器將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)池的直流電(dian)(dian)能(neng)轉換為交流電(dian)(dian)能(neng)維(wei)持對(dui)負(fu)載(zai)的供(gong)電(dian)(dian)。
3. UPS在電網供電和(he)電池供電之間(jian)(jian)自行切換,確保對負載(zai)的(de)不間(jian)(jian)斷供電。而(er)且可以根據設(she)備的(de)精密(mi)程度來選擇可承受的(de)切換時間(jian)(jian)。
UPS的分類
UPS已從(cong)60 年代的(de)(de)旋轉發電機發展(zhan)至今天的(de)(de)具有智能(neng)化程度(du)的(de)(de)靜止式全電子化電路(lu),并且(qie)還在繼續發展(zhan)。主流的(de)(de)UPS廠商有APC、山特(te)等,都提(ti)供(gong)各種(zhong)級別的(de)(de)UPS滿足不(bu)同用戶群的(de)(de)需(xu)要。
目前,UPS一般均指(zhi)靜止式(shi)UPS,按其工(gong)作(zuo)方式(shi)分類(lei)可分為后備式(shi)、在(zai)線互動式(shi)及在(zai)線式(shi)三大類(lei)。
1. 后備式(shi)UPS:在市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)正常時直接由市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)向(xiang)負載(zai)供電(dian)(dian)(dian),當市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)超出(chu)其工作范圍或停電(dian)(dian)(dian)時,通過轉換開關轉為電(dian)(dian)(dian)池逆變供電(dian)(dian)(dian)。其特點是:結(jie)構簡單,體積小,成本低,但輸入電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)范圍窄,輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)穩(wen)定精度(du)差,有切換時間(jian),且輸出(chu)波形一般為方波。
2. 在(zai)(zai)(zai)線互動式UPS:在(zai)(zai)(zai)市電(dian)(dian)正(zheng)常時直接由(you)市電(dian)(dian)向(xiang)負載供電(dian)(dian),當(dang)市電(dian)(dian)偏低或偏高時,通過(guo)UPS內(nei)部穩壓(ya)線路穩壓(ya)后輸(shu)出(chu),當(dang)市電(dian)(dian)異常或停電(dian)(dian)時,通過(guo)轉(zhuan)換開(kai)關(guan)轉(zhuan)為電(dian)(dian)池逆(ni)變供電(dian)(dian)。其特點(dian)是:有較寬的(de)輸(shu)入電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)范圍,噪音低,體積小(xiao)等(deng)特點(dian),但(dan)同樣存在(zai)(zai)(zai)切換時間。
3. 在(zai)線式UPS:在(zai)市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)正常時,由(you)市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)進行整流提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓給逆(ni)變器(qi)(qi)(qi)工(gong)作,由(you)逆(ni)變器(qi)(qi)(qi)向負(fu)載提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)交流電(dian)(dian)(dian),在(zai)市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)異常時,逆(ni)變器(qi)(qi)(qi)由(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)能(neng)量,逆(ni)變器(qi)(qi)(qi)始終處于工(gong)作狀(zhuang)態(tai),保證無間斷輸出。其特點(dian)是(shi),有極寬(kuan)的(de)(de)輸入電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓范圍,無切換(huan)時間且輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓穩定精(jing)度高(gao),特別(bie)適合對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源要求較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)(de)場合,但是(shi)成本較(jiao)高(gao)。目前,功率大于3KVA的(de)(de)UPS幾乎都是(shi)在(zai)線式UPS。
UPS按照(zhao)輸(shu)出(chu)容(rong)(rong)量大(da)小劃分為小容(rong)(rong)量3KVA以(yi)(yi)下(xia),中(zhong)小容(rong)(rong)量3KVA~10KVA,中(zhong)大(da)容(rong)(rong)量10KVA以(yi)(yi)上。UPS按輸(shu)入(ru)/輸(shu)出(chu)方式(shi)可分為三(san)類:單相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)輸(shu)入(ru)/單相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)輸(shu)出(chu)、三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)輸(shu)入(ru)/單相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)輸(shu)出(chu)、三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)輸(shu)入(ru)/三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)輸(shu)出(chu)。對于用(yong)戶(hu)來說,三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)供電其市(shi)電配(pei)電和(he)負載配(pei)電容(rong)(rong)易(yi),每一相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)都承當一部分負載電流,因而(er)中(zhong)、大(da)功率UPS多采用(yong)三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)輸(shu)入(ru)/單相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)輸(shu)出(chu)或三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)輸(shu)入(ru)/三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)輸(shu)出(chu)的供電方式(shi)。
