一、鋰電池電芯由什么構成
鋰電池主要由電芯和(he)保護板兩部分組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)。PCM動力電(dian)池一般稱(cheng)為電(dian)池管(guan)理系統BMS。電(dian)池的(de)心臟,管(guan)理系統相當于(yu)鋰電(dian)池的(de)大腦(nao),電(dian)池主(zhu)要(yao)由(you)正極(ji)構成(cheng)(cheng)。目前市場上(shang)的(de)鋰離(li)子二次(ci)電(dian)池充電(dian)電(dian)解(jie)液主(zhu)要(yao)由(you)碳酸鹽(yan)類有(you)機溶劑六氟(fu)磷酸鋰和(he)一些添加劑組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)。電(dian)芯主(zhu)要(yao)由(you)正極(ji)板、隔膜、負(fu)極(ji)板電(dian)解(jie)液組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)。層壓、封(feng)裝(zhuang)、填充電(dian)解(jie)液、封(feng)裝(zhuang)。
而鋰離子電(dian)池電(dian)芯(xin)由(you)正極、負極、隔膜(mo)、電(dian)解液(ye)、外殼五部(bu)分組成。正極活(huo)性物(wu)質為(wei)鈷酸鋰或其他鋰氧化物(wu),如錳(meng)酸鋰三元材料等(deng),負極石墨(mo)電(dian)解液(ye)為(wei)六氟磷酸鋰溶解于多(duo)種混合溶劑,制成隔膜(mo)PPPE材質,外殼一(yi)般有(you)鋁殼和(he)鋼(gang)殼。
二、鋰電池電芯是什么材料
鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)芯具有高能(neng)量密度、長壽命(ming)、環保等(deng)特(te)點,廣泛應用于移動電(dian)(dian)(dian)源、儲能(neng)系統、智能(neng)終端(duan)等(deng)領域。鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)芯的材料類型如下:
1、正極材料
鋰(li)(li)電(dian)池電(dian)芯(xin)的正極材料(liao)(liao)一(yi)般為鈷(gu)酸鋰(li)(li)、三元材料(liao)(liao)或(huo)鐵鋰(li)(li)材料(liao)(liao)。其中(zhong),鈷(gu)酸鋰(li)(li)材料(liao)(liao)能(neng)夠提(ti)供較(jiao)高的放(fang)電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya)和能(neng)量密度(du),但價(jia)格較(jiao)貴;三元材料(liao)(liao)價(jia)格適中(zhong),能(neng)夠提(ti)供較(jiao)好的性(xing)能(neng)表現;鐵鋰(li)(li)材料(liao)(liao)價(jia)格相對便宜,但能(neng)量密度(du)較(jiao)低。
2、負極材料
鋰電池電芯的(de)負極材(cai)(cai)料一般(ban)為石(shi)墨材(cai)(cai)料。石(shi)墨材(cai)(cai)料具有較好的(de)導電性能和(he)穩定性,能夠(gou)承受較大(da)的(de)電化學反(fan)應,但在高溫環境(jing)下(xia)易發生導電性能下(xia)降(jiang)和(he)容量衰(shuai)減等問題。
3、電解液
鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)芯的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液(ye)一般為有(you)機(ji)液(ye)體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)質(zhi)(zhi)、聚合物電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)質(zhi)(zhi)或無機(ji)固體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)體(ti)。有(you)機(ji)液(ye)體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)質(zhi)(zhi)具(ju)有(you)良好的(de)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)能和電(dian)(dian)(dian)化學(xue)穩定性(xing),但在高溫(wen)環境下(xia)易燃(ran)易爆;聚合物電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)質(zhi)(zhi)的(de)熱穩定性(xing)和電(dian)(dian)(dian)化學(xue)穩定性(xing)較(jiao)強(qiang),但導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)能較(jiao)差;無機(ji)固體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)體(ti)具(ju)有(you)較(jiao)強(qiang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)率和穩定性(xing),但價格較(jiao)高。
