1、電氣系統

7、冷卻系統
拉(la)絲(si)機的(de)冷(leng)卻(que)(que)系統(tong)包括水(shui)冷(leng)卻(que)(que)系統(tong)和(he)氣冷(leng)卻(que)(que)系統(tong)。水(shui)冷(leng)卻(que)(que)系統(tong)用(yong)于(yu)冷(leng)卻(que)(que)拉(la)絲(si)模(mo)具,保證模(mo)具壽命(ming),氣冷(leng)卻(que)(que)系統(tong)用(yong)于(yu)冷(leng)卻(que)(que)拉(la)絲(si)后的(de)金屬絲(si)材,降(jiang)低其溫度。
8、附件
拉絲(si)機的(de)附件包括(kuo)各種夾具(ju)、量(liang)具(ju)和(he)工具(ju)等(deng),用(yong)于維護、清洗(xi)和(he)更換(huan)機器(qi)的(de)各個零部件。
二、拉絲機的制造方法與工藝
1、拉絲機的制造方法
(1)機(ji)架制造(zao)。根據設計圖紙制作機(ji)架的(de)各個部件,如切(qie)割、焊接、研磨(mo)、涂漆等工(gong)序。
(2)傳動系統(tong)制(zhi)造。制(zhi)造電機、皮帶(dai)、輪等組成部分(fen),并進行組裝(zhuang)與調試(shi)。
(3)拉絲頭制造。制作拉絲輪、夾板、夾緊器等(deng)部(bu)件,并進行研磨(mo)、拋(pao)光等(deng)表面加工。
(4)冷卻系統制(zhi)造。制(zhi)作冷卻水箱、冷卻水管等部件(jian),并進行裝配(pei)。
(5)控(kong)制系統制造。制作電氣控(kong)制柜、顯(xian)示屏(ping)等設備(bei),并進行調試。
2、拉絲機的加工工藝
(1)機架加工。進(jin)行精(jing)細加工,以(yi)保證結(jie)構的牢固(gu)、穩定。
(2)拉絲頭加工。進(jin)行精(jing)細加工,保證其平整度、光潔度等指標(biao)符(fu)合(he)要求。
(3)冷卻(que)系統加工。進行(xing)精(jing)細(xi)加工,保(bao)證其(qi)冷卻(que)效果達到要求(qiu)。
(4)控制系統加工。進行精細加工,保證其電氣性能達到要求(qiu)。
